Hi,

i recharged my vodafone number [protected] for Rs.30/- from vodafone website on june 8, 2021, around 4.45pm, but my mobile service is still off. I have restarted the phone but the issue remains. Here is proof of payment from your website

      An amount of Rs 20/- has been deducted from the main balance of my account. When I checked my Message Inbox, I noticed that I have received an SMS from VZ-ViCMS regarding the access of games world . PLease note that I have not any application from the said page or website. Similarly, 15has also been deducted from my main balance regarding the same.
      Kindly, solve this problem either stop these services from my phone or refund the dedicated money
      I hope that I will not receive any message regarding any deduction unnecessarily in future.
      Solve my problem as soon as possible.

        I am not able to port my vodafone no. [protected] & [protected]
        Due to Vodafone — "upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"

        I am already frustrated with your service and now this issue

        Please consider this request and resolve this in 1 day time or else will escalate in social media instagram etc. So on.

              My name is Raghava.I am staying in Seegehalli, Bangalore Due to this pandemic I wanted to change my number from postpaid to prepaid. its not possible in online. So I went to vi stores all stores are closed. In one store they said you need to go to main store. in maps the address is wrong. That too internet service is worst. If I stand near window then the speed is adjustable, if I sit down in same place internet speed will die. I raised port request then they stopped giving permission for porting to other operators. I never experienced this type of worst service with any operator.

                I have not subscribed for any value added services. But amount is getting deducted for games portal pack without my permission. Pls deactivate all value added services for [protected]. Pls stop renewal of games portal pack. Rs.10 is deducted from account everyday. Pls stop this. Every time i am deactivating this but again it is getting renewed. Pls stop this.

                  Today at 9:01 AM From Vodafone application Vi I had recharged my number 599rs via Paytm UPI recharge was showing successful but amount is not credited in my Vodafone number.
                  I had a chat with customer care representative but they are not providing satisfactory information.
                  Please help me for having my money back.

                    My name is Krishnandu Baidya, my number is [protected], I want to complain against Vodafone retention team. I generated a porting code VM269181 on 5th of June, 2021 to port out from Vodafone.
                    Then I got scammed by the Vodafone retention team who asked me to cancel my port-out request by assuring me that the network issue that I am facing with Vodafone network would be resolved with a new upgraded Vi sim that's going to be delivered at my door-step.
                    My postpaid card will be converted to prepaid. Also the amount that I have spent for port-out to Jio, i.e, 500Rs will be provided by cash & on top of that they will give me two months of free call service.
                    Regarding the above scam I raised a complaint by calling to [protected].on 6th of June
                    Complaint number - C[protected].
                    I have been told by the customer team that a senior executive will give me a callback and all the things that have been promised by the retention team will be provided by morning, 7th of June.

                    To let you know, I didn't receive any call from a senior executive of Vodafone & later I call back again & the customer care told me that no resolution would be provided & you have port out again or buy a new SIM by visiting the nearby gallery.

                    This is a highly unprofessional act from the Vodafone team, overall my time and money got wasted & Vodafone is taking no responsibility & isn't even providing me any kind of resolution.
                    I am expecting a quick resolution and callback from a senior Vodafone executive & to take this matter seriously.

                      They r promising to customers that we will get you 4G ... Bt i m in Bangalore city nd my network📡 single is excellent... Bt i m not getting 4g speed not even 3G nowdays we hv everything is in online... Starting from online classes. To business... Nd if the company is doing this kind of thing... How we can do our things? Nd our singel 1 rupee is so much valuable.. We don't wana waste on you company. Who hv no value in customer satisfaction nd there complain. Nd now m telling about customer care executive officers who r not ready to fix 🔧 you prblm they will register you complain that's set... I m facing this problem.. Frm the last 5/6 months. Nd there is nothing changed... They only know how register you complain... They don't know how to solve the problem. I M rishav ([protected])

                        I have done recharge by Vi app of 249
                        ( Where's My 20's Cashback Coupon applied so it showing me to pay 229 rupees) in 07/06/2021 at 06:50 AM after paying 229 rupees .and my money deducted.

                        Still Vi app showing me there is no recharge done.
                        Pls solve this issue as soon as possible

                          I paid an amount of 299/- on 7th June at 11:52 to this number [protected] to get my recharge done after the amount got debited I tried to check whether it was recharged or not, I got to know the balance was still zero and was asking me to recharge.

                                    I exactly had the same problem - see the chat with Vodafone executive.. it shows that i made calls to 53516 number but i can confirm that no calls were made to this number. 2871 Rupees have been charged to me incorrectly.. I never called this number. It seems that there is sort o[censored]nethical way to rob the customers. I demand that immediately the money be refunded. My account number is[protected].

                                        My name is Krishnandu Baidya, I want to complain against Vodafone retention team. I received a call from a Vodafone retention team executive named Zoya (her contact number- [protected]) to inquire the reason as why I am porting out.
                                        I told them that it's because of network issue of Vodafone which I face in my area as well I don't want the postpaid service.
                                        She assured me that they will provide a new upgraded SIM card which will have a strong network & it will be a prepaid SIM with the refund amount of 500Rs which I spent for porting out.
                                        No SIM card or refund was provided to me as well the I cannot reach her out on the number since she blocked my number.
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Update:
                                        I have raised a complaint in Vodafone against the executive from retention team on 198 toll free number on morning 6th of June, the Vodafone customer care team assured me that the issue will be resolved by 7th June & I will get a call from Senior executive from backend. I didn't receive any call from the Vodafone senior executive nor did they provide me any kind of resolution.
                                        I call them again to know about the status of the complaint, the customer care executive asked me that to buy a new sim or again raise a new request for port out. I told them that I already wasted lots of my time & money & the company is supposed to take responsibility for that. Customer care is clueless and asking me to drop an email and wait for another 24 hours.
