I have holding a vodafone prepaid. there is no use of sms. but yesterday i required to send sms. but SMS not send and show me Failed. when I contact to customer care. they said to me that outgoing message is barred. I request to him to deactivate sms barring. but my message not send till today.

    I live in pataudi( near to gurgoan)sometimes ago vodafone internet connectivity seems fine but recently their internet is so so bad i can't begin to describe
    1. their internet connection is always fluctuating 3G 4G again 3G sometimes 2G and when it is on 4G (rare) it seems i am using internet in 2010 era can't even do my work properly
    i can't even take my online classes because of this beautiful service i don't how many days it has been since . i have also contacted their customer service and raise complaint complaint via their app(many many time) but i think for them it's a joke so i have decide to port to jio or aitel and since i found this forum i decide to share my opinion on their beautiful service and love for customers
    well i know they don't even care

        Hello, I had a postpaid connection with no. [protected] for which I deposited international roaming security of 5000 Rs. In Feb, 2016. Now I have transferred to prepaid plan last month and had been told that I'll get my amount through NEFT within 7 days. Even after a month I haven't received any amount nor are the people responding to my complain.
        Please help!!!

          Hello, I am Manisha Harchandani from Kanpur. I had a postpaid connection for which 5000 rs. Was deposited as international roaming. The executives told me to get migrated to prepaid plan to get the amount back. Even after 2 months I haven't got my security back. Please help me

            This is a standard process and I am surprised when it was not done this time.

                    I have ported my Vi post-paid card to jio and as a rule VI should pay back my deposit within 30 to 60 Days and as a result its more then 90 days and i have not received a single details about my dispatch of cheque as well as tracking number . I have a total deposit of 7500 at VI and now when i ask about the Courier provider or tracking number they don't answer and say it is not in my Control

                              I'm Kishan N from Karnataka. They have activated caller tune and charged Rs.99 for 3 months. This has been done without my prior consent and information. This is clear violation of TRAI guidelines by Vodafone Idea that requires prior consent from customer and a dedicated gateway for payment processing. So, I request the concerned to please review this and refund the amount deducted from me.

                                Hi,
                                I got my postpaid sim([protected]) ported to prepaid from Vi store at Nadesar Varanasi on 12th June. But I got charged rupees 550 for porting my sim, 300 for recharge plan and 250 for something called cloud transformation (not sure of actual words) . My sim still hasn’t got recharged yet and can you please confirm that the amount I paid was actually payable or not.
                                *Please contact on [protected] as my sim is still not receiving any calls yet.

                                    Hi Sir/Madam

                                    As of 2 Jun 2021, I had a vodafone postpaid number which I ported to JIO. At the time of "number port" request I confirmed from vodafone's customer care that how much I need to pay to clear my due. Everytime they said that there is no amount to pay.

                                    I also verifed it from VI's official android application. In the application as well there was no outstanding amount to pay.

                                    Please refer the screenshot of the application indicating no outstanding payment.

                                    In the screen shot as well it says that the next billing cycle is on 7 Jun 2021.

                                    Now they started calling me every day and asking me to pay Rs 432.83/-

                                    So I request you to please guide me and let me know that what should I do.

                                      The game service automatically activated and deducted my balance this is third time I have been facing such auto deduction for the game service .eveytime I got this message like,
