    I'm facing too much problem regarding calls and data in my area since 24th May.
    Before that, the network issue was not that much as of now but after that, it's too bad that.

      I have received a msg stating that I have activated callertune for my mobile number and been charged Rs 33. I have not requested for any such service.
      I have tried connecting to vi care to address this issue but am unable to connect.

        Hi,

        Vodafone India has charged me for an international roaming incoming call that never happened! I never received any call from the given number, nor did I have 1+ hr to speak on an international roaming. I have my phone records provided to to Vodafone India but they keep coming back that they see a call in their records. I asked for IMEI number of the phone that received this call but they don't provide that either.
        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        This is not new with Vodafone as per the below incidents reported across the world:

            SInce more than a month IM not getting my vodafone network . I have also upgradred my vodafone SIM from vodafone store also but still not getting services .

              There is no network in my area. Now that iam trying to port out, vodafone is not generating my porting code

                  I am trying to talk to customer care service but everytime the IVR starts talking in Tamil and doesn’t provide me an option to converse in English. Kindly request you to change my language to English/Hindi at the earliest.

                    Since vi is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.
                    "upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"

                    After discussion with Vodafoneidea helpdesk they asked me to visit idea showroom. Showroom people saying that i have plan with discount so they discontinued that plan too but still not able to generate upc code. I am still getting same issue.

                    Idea service desk is unable to provide any solution and there network service is worst after there coloration with vodafone.

                    Please help me to get out of idea network.

                      Hi

                      I have done two consecutive recharges for two non -activated plans - Rs 10/- and Rs 12/- respectively on 21st May, 2021.

                      Money has been deducted for both the plans and the plans are actually not valid.

                      Could you please help me get a refund.

                        I was being charged same as other people got scammed by getting charged of my dala powered deal and was charged 45Rs where in i was not even operating my phone n all of a sudden gt a message I'm being charged. If Vi wants money and looting customer money atleast you beg so that we can give you our hard earned money and stop looting our money.(Hello!

                          First of all, I think this firm become more worst after merging with the idea, two worst firms merged together to become even worse, who knows!

                          Here is my concern, the day I took Vodafone postpaid connection 5 years before there is no peace of mind, and proper billing and service, every time i have to waste my time and to reach the Customer care, these people are even worse and the fun part here is each person assures me false information and there is no data collaboration, they don't even care voice of the customer, on the other hand, due to some technical issue from their end redx plan got activated and looted me with 3000 rupees, and now I am trying port from 10 days, UPC still not created and its already escalated in customer care, and they said escalation team is sleeping due to pandemic, I have already tried visiting the Vodafone store but one guy indirectly declining my port requested and stating my photo is required and that too it shouldn't be white background, and other location store charging for 500 rupees due to Vodafone & idea merge,

                          Seriously, guys, do these people get such kind of training from Vodafone

                            I have been taking the rs449 pack since Vodafone started 4GB data per day with weekend data rollover. However to my dismay not a single time did my data got rollover. Even though Vodafone clearly mentioned that, but still my data i[censored]nused is lost instead of getting a rollover . WHY SO??
                            PLEASE DO SOMETHING OR ELSE I WILL BE FORCED TO PORT TO SOME OTHER OPERATOR. Fix my issue or return my money back.

                              I am customer of Vodafone prepaid.

                              I requested by all means of customer care i.e. whatsapp, Vicare chat, USSD Codes, call @ 199 & email for requesting my last 3 recharges & last 10 deductions.

                              None of the above are able to provide the details above 180 days.

                              Its a request to clarify that while Vodafone India is providing facility of 1 year recharge then why customer isn't getting the usage details for 1 year.

                                Always network issue for phone call as well as net connection but rental charges regularly charging
                                Now they are charging unnecessary bill for game purchase last 15 years I am regular customer for Vodafone & each bill regularly paid on time to time but if I am not purchase any game why should I pay for that charges I already visited Vodafone shop for complain about the same last 8 to 10 days Before still not getting any response even I had complain to Vodafone site on last week still no solution & they are harassment for payment otherwise they are disconnecting the service
                                Request you to kindly resolve the same on priority basis

                                  I never activated any value added services in my prepaid vodafone connection. But I get messages says that thank you for choosing ppu_games, telsync games, handset inbuilt games etc. And my balance is deducted for each activation. I checked my VAS activation status and none of the services is activated.

                                    My mobile no. [protected]. I have opted for family plan of Rs 1064. From 3 months I have been paying bills of around Rs 2000 for no reason. Everytime i call for complaint they say its charges for Amazon prime. I used Amazon prime in the first year only when it was free. In last month also i requested to remove these services for all numbers. How many times should i call for complaint?
                                    This month also same thing happened. I am so fed up with this and that too happening in this lockdown period with cash crunch. From where should i pay?

                                        बेहतर सर्विस बोलकर लोगो को दोखा दे रही है/ लोग इतना महंगा रिचार्ज करते है/ और अच्छी सर्विस मिलती ही नही/ जितना अच्छा सर्विस देते है उतना ही महंगा रिचार्ज देना चाहिए/ लोग धूप मे मेहनत मजदूरी करके रिचार्ज कराते है/ इन्ही लोगो की वजह से देश का विकाश रुक गया है /
