    I exactly had the same problem - see the chat with Vodafone executive.. it shows that i made calls to 53516 number but i can confirm that no calls were made to this number. 2871 Rupees have been charged to me incorrectly.. I never called this number. It seems that there is sort o[censored]nethical way to rob the customers. I demand that immediately the money be refunded. My account number is[protected].

        My name is Krishnandu Baidya, I want to complain against Vodafone retention team. I generated a porting code VM269181 on 5th of June, 2021 to port out from Vodafone. I received a call from a Vodafone retention team executive named Zoya (her contact number- [protected]) to inquire the reason as why I am porting out.
        I told them that it's because of network issue of Vodafone which I face in my area as well I don't want the postpaid service.
        She assured me that they will provide a new upgraded SIM card which will have a strong network & it will be a prepaid SIM with the refund amount of 500Rs which I spent for porting out.
        No SIM card or refund was provided to me as well the I cannot reach her out on the number since she blocked my number.
        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Update:
        I have raised a complaint in Vodafone against the executive from retention team on 198 toll free number on morning 6th of June, the Vodafone customer care team assured me that the issue will be resolved by 7th June & I will get a call from Senior executive from backend. I didn't receive any call from the Vodafone senior executive nor did they provide me any kind of resolution.
        I call them again to know about the status of the complaint, the customer care executive asked me that to buy a new sim or again raise a new request for port out. I told them that I already wasted lots of my time & money & the company is supposed to take responsibility for that. Customer care is clueless and asking me to drop an email and wait for another 24 hours.

          Please Vodafone Company do not charge your customers unwantedly for any services without their knowledge your company has charge my number for gaming services for two times in June 2021 please deactivate the service and refund my amount

My SMS outgoing gets Barred every now and then, without any valid reason, though i have contacted the customer care about this issue couple of times but no action has been taken yet. it is so so important to me pls resolve

              I planned to port my number from Vodafone to Airtel, i submitted the docs and operator told it will get activated in three days. But i receceived fake call on the same day and they informed calling from Airtel and there is issue in my activation SO I need to send the Cancel Phone Number to 1900 . they will re-initiate the process. But for my badluck my application it self is cancelled . Vodafone is doing this through Fake Numbers.

                My number [protected] ia facing network issue since 3 days there is absolutely no resolution on this, also customer service ia pathetic they just cant give any solution to customers, u ppl just mentally harass customers, i[censored]r company is going to close pls let us knw so that we dont do such expensive recharges, most pathetic experience ever. Will definitely have to go to consumer court against u ppl u ppl just mentally harass consumers.

                  Since March 19th I see vodafone deducting money from my account for unwanted games.

                  I have never subscribed to any of this.

                  List of deductions for:
                  CARBAN_GAMES, contentDesc, Telsync Games

                  More than 60 rupees has been deducted so far.

                  Please look into this matter on urgent basis.

                    Day by day network isssue is going on and I couldn't use my data proper in 4g from 3 month I m facing problem but still not respond it's like I m wasting money for 3 month as per there charges please take some action on behave of this, they are literally paying the whole amount of pack but not giving the thing which has been Mention, for example I pay 400 for 2 month unlimited call 2 gb per day data but the network is soo bad you could use that data it's like they not providing us data sometimes it's work on 3g n all stuff n I had complaint in email customer care and all stuff then too they resolve

                      i am staying in Manapakkam Chennai 600125.

                      here mobile connection is not available. not able to make a single call or even a message. it is linked with my aadhar and pan number.

                      But it is very difficult to connect. please do the needful at the earliest.

                      its very helpful for me. otherwise i have change my network connection only.

                        An amount of Rs 22/- has been deducted from the main balance of my account. When I checked my Message Inbox, I noticed that I have received an SMS from VZ-ViCMS regarding the download of FUN PORTAL from CARBUN8. PLease note that I have not downloaded any application from the said page or website.
                        I haven't downloaded anything and not from now but the money is getting debited from a very log time.
                        For a time I didn't got messages but then last month, I see a series of messages 22, 7 and what not.
                        I literally want my money back, Or else I am porting my number.

                          My mobile data services stopped all of a sudden from 28th May 2021 morning. The sim shows 4g signals but the internet is not working. I keep on getting a notification to sign in to vodafone-in and when i try doing so it redirects me to "sign in to network" screen with this url: http://180.179.77.11/data-usage-alert and shows the message -

                          I have opted for unlimited data plan of postpaid of 699 still facing the issue customer support also don't know where to put the complaint so that it will get solved.

                            VI i recharged today one of my prepaid could not make any calls called customer care they said that number is deactivated and i blocked it giving details from another of my prepaid number which is totally a lie since i never made such calls at all .why I recharge after blocking a number ??
                            their cust care some guys also treat their customers in a very bad manner
                            and vi is asking another extra charge to reactivate it
                            Can you believe this VI company when there is no such call made in my dialled list at that mentioned time??

                            Still not resolved but now believe in VI coz they told me they understood they cannot prevent from blocking if someone else call that way due to rules of TRAI India and might not be real owner of the phone number they gave me solution which i have to follow

                              My outgoing validity had expired and after calling I received voice message to recharge with combo pack. After recharging with 39 rs combo pack. Care center person asking to recharge of 49 rs. I stuck in very big problem and I have to do some urgent calls. This is totally unfair I am frustrated. I am throwing this Vodafone SIM card and telling all my friends to do so. Very bad service by company.

                                Ya i was in Vadafone network I want port the number from Vadafone to airtel I have done the port request and given the documents to airtel after 6 hours I am getting a call from a person he told me that I am from airtel call Vadafone approval is coming then after otherwise I will tell u one msg type it so I typed it after that my port request was cancelled this is how Vadafone is cheating how can they do the Faurd like that I got a call for this number [protected] I Truecaller it came lokesh please don’t believe this will person

                                  I have received a message regarding 25 rs debited for access pre embedded games.
                                  I have not download or used or open any websites regarding this so why amount has been debited.

                                  This is not good for vi couutomer . I think it's time to sift in others network.

                                      We received a call from person who actually pretended to be a Vodafone representative and was using Vi logo for his identity .. He misguided my wife by saying the services are barred as her phone wasn't operational (
                                      no outgoing)

                                      He manipulated her in such a way that he hacked her and my phone and stole money .

                                      We lost a heavy sum of amount and wanted to rise this with Vodafone that how people are using Vodafone identity to misguide customers. We are innocent people and doesn't understand much about the scams

                                      the incident happend on 22nd May 6:30 pm . we need vodafone to compensate us on our damage

                                        I have received a msg stating that I have activated callertune for my mobile number and been charged Rs 33. I have not requested for any such service.
                                        I have tried connecting to vi care to address this issue but didn't receive any satisfactory response.

                                        This has happened for 2nd time within 3 days.
