Unable to make and receive call

Dear sir I can't make and receive any calls from my Vodafone no. I recharged Unlimited call package. Not possible to make calls to Customer complaints like 198, 199. I complaints many times via Vodafone apps.

SIM not working

SInce more than a month IM not getting my vodafone network . I have also upgradred my vodafone SIM from vodafone store also but still not getting services .

Unable to port

There is no network in my area. Now that iam trying to port out, vodafone is not generating my porting code

Error message

UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance....

Internet and calling work not properly

I want to tell you that i have been struggling with the problem of the internet for the whole 2 weeks, i have also complained in your customer care but they are not answering properly.

Not able to change IVR language from Tamil to English

I am trying to talk to customer care service but everytime the IVR starts talking in Tamil and doesn’t provide me an option to converse in English. Kindly request you to change my language to English/Hindi at the earliest....

Since vi is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.

Money Deducted on recharge but plan not activated

Hi

I have done two consecutive recharges for two non -activated plans - Rs 10/- and Rs 12/- respectively on 21st May, 2021.

Money has been deducted for both the plans and the plans are actually not valid.

Could you please help me get a refund....

My Dala Powered Deal scam by Vodafone

I was being charged same as other people got scammed by getting charged of my dala powered deal and was charged 45Rs where in i was not even operating my phone n all of a sudden gt a message I'm being charged. Ignoring my port request

First of all, I think this firm become more worst after merging with the idea, two worst firms merged together to become even worse, who knows!

Here is my concern, the day I took Vodafone postpaid connection 5 years before there is no peace of mind, and proper billing and service, every time i have to waste my time and to reach the Customer care, these people are even worse and the fun part here is each person assures me false...

No data rollover

I have been taking the rs449 pack since Vodafone started 4GB data per day with weekend data rollover. However to my dismay not a single time did my data got rollover. Even though Vodafone clearly mentioned that, but still my data i[censored]nused is lost instead of getting a rollover . WHY SO??
PLEASE DO SOMETHING OR ELSE I WILL BE FORCED TO PORT TO SOME OTHER OPERATOR. Fix my issue or return my money back....

Details required of last 3 recharges & last 10 deductions

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am customer of Vodafone prepaid.

I requested by all means of customer care i.e. whatsapp, Vicare chat, USSD Codes, call @ 199 & email for requesting my last 3 recharges & last 10 deductions.

None of the above are able to provide the details above 180 days.

Its a request to clarify that while Vodafone India is providing facility of 1 year recharge then why customer...

Value added service

Hi,
I never activated any value added services in my prepaid vodafone connection. But I get messages says that thank you for choosing ppu_games, telsync games, handset inbuilt games etc. And my balance is deducted for each activation. I checked my VAS activation status and none of the services is activated....

Extra charges without informing

My mobile no. [protected]. I have opted for family plan of Rs 1064. From 3 months I have been paying bills of around Rs 2000 for no reason. Everytime i call for complaint they say its charges for Amazon prime. I used Amazon prime in the first year only when it was free. In last month also i requested to remove these services for all numbers. How many times should i call for complaint?
This month also same thing happened. I am so fed...

Complaining about network.

I'm facing too much problem regardings about call and data in my area since 29th April.
Before that, the network is too good but after that it's too much bad..
I complaint to service center 3 time's but no progress at all.

Complaint for not adjusting the credit amount

Vodafone Fraud messages and deducted amount from my vodafone account

I received the following message on 16 may on my cell phone :

This is completely false. I did not choose any access of Games and Videos
