Vodafone is deducting my balance in games service and contests which I didn't even activated. Do deactivate those soon and return my money too. Already deducted more than 20rs.

    Hi, here is my complaint regarding customer care executive who called me by saying he is calling from Airtel and my request is stuck due to my vodaphone number is not. Cancelled yet from Vodafone side.
    He said you need to send Cancel to 1900 it will cancel my number association from Vodafone and airtel will. Start transfer process.
    Now as soon as sent message my port request got cancelled.
    Such a shame Vodafone. Cheating customer like this. If customer decide to move on to other network there is no going back after such kind of. Cheating

      I did not choose access to any services from VI site but I received a message stating that I chose Tambola access and that I have been charged 49Rs. for it.

      This is absolutely wrong. Please make sure I get credited with amount deducted from my balance.

        The main balance in my mobile number [protected] has negative balance of -84, when I checked with customer care, they are not sharing exact reason for deduction but asking to recharge the main balance.

          I am not satisfy with your Internet Network
          Coverage n Data Packs...Hence, i thought to move to Airtel...then i have started
          to send SMS to 1900 for Porting...
          but, i am not able to send only for 1900... "message Could not sent" is showing...tried 10 time...
          by speaking to Customer care for solution...they keep giving non sense / irrelevant solutions.
          I have done recharge also.

            This complaint is aginst vodafone as they have cancelled mine portability to jio by crook and insidiously on & after 6th March. My portability was confirmed and i brought mine jio sim also after verification but same day layd from vodafone Sheela Phone no [protected] called me and ask me to cancel the portability as she has good offer if i continue in vodafone she told that my bill will be free and waived till 6 month I dont have to pay any bill till 6 month & she also waived mine overall balnce due that month but after month as Vodafone illegal practice as they are habitual of cheating customer was disclosed & open what the fake fradual jilt verdict they have given to lie that i cancel my portability it was only high play drama by vodafone & haramin lady Sheela [protected] she also told that she can give night fun in case required. After time my vodafone number service showing all blocked i cant call and recive any call since my bill is not paid and balance till date continue to same I tried to call that lady gaga Sheela [protected] she confirmed that my number service will be resume withing 2 hours i wait till date but nothing happened I tried to call on her same number but now this time number shwoiung swicth off next time unreachable next number is invalid when i tried to contact customare care & applete authority they denied for any such offer since this havox drama is created and well versed by their official so they can trap customer who willing to port to other network .
            My number is still in dead state Its my very important number for my official and personal uisage.
            Please help to resolve the issue I will be very humble and courteous for kind & srtict action

              Hello I have an email that my number was suspended. I got a call from customer care that I had to pay bill for next month. I have cleared all the bills that was there while closing the number. My number was suspended and customer care member has informed that I don't have to pay any amount after raising the request of suspension. My vodafone number is [protected].                   I have requested for number portability of my Vodafone number, but the upc number is generated, giving reason payment outstanding. All the bills have been paid and there is no outstanding. Have raised the request 20 times for porting and receive the same reason of payment outstanding. Also contacted customer care several times but unsatisfactory response and no support from them

                    Today (10th June 2021) I received the below message from Vodafone Care.

                    Hello!
                    Thank you for choosing to access Handset Inbuilt Games,
                    You have been charged Rs 25.

                    Not only this but I see 2 other value added services added to my accounts between 2-4 am (Please see image attached). This is without my consent and I have not subscribed to such services. I request a refund for such deductions.
                    This is a big cheating scheme from Vodafone
                    Please stop all such services for my account.

                      Dear All,

                      With this application, I want to bring this to everyone's notice about the "WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, SERVICE AND SATISFACTION" which VODAFONE CELLULAR can ever provide to their customers.

                      To start with, I am not sure how much VODAFONE CELLULAR is concerned about CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, SERVICE AND SATISFACTION.

                      Finally, I have pushed to an extent which is making me write this email and switching to AIRTEL Services. This email would not only include the service which you have provided but also the way of doing business and looking at things by such a HUGE ORGANIZATION. I have been using your services for more than 12 years. But I guess I should look for some better alternatives, may be because of the "WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE" which VODAFONE CELLULAR has given me.

                      As everyone says, in today's world the quality of SERVICES goes equally down when the quantity of PEOPLE consuming those services goes high.

                      Details of the Issues are:

                      A: BILLING ISSUES:

                      1. [protected] & [protected] are the two numbers been recharged as on 7th June 2021 with 379/- unlimited pack each.


                      2. Both the numbers are not been recharged yet and called to customer service executive and been told that would get a refund as on 7th there were problems of online recharges.

                      3. Till date no messages and no refunds and I am sitting ideal without recharges and my numbers dumb n dead without outgoing calls and incoming calls.

                      FINALLY THE VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE ARE REALLY A BUSINESS MINDED OR HIGHLY PRESSURISED FOR BEING TARGET ORIENTED FOR SALES but this is NICHE SALES & CUSTOMERS FINALLY IS NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER .

                      Now I have full confidence in VODAFONE CELLULAR’s MOTO, which is “LET THE CUSTOMER SUFFER FOR THE MISTAKE THAT THEY MADE BY SUBSCRIBING TO VODAFONE CELLULAR SERVICES.”

                      I have been a happy Customer of Airtel as well for more than a decade now, & recently such an experience from VODAFONE …. Is a question mark, I have been recommended for idea cellular and not because I did not like any other brand but because I never expected this kind of PATHETIC service by this big company. I think now the time has come where myself, including at least hundreds of people need to change their mind because of the services which myself and they have been getting over a period of time. There have been many instances where I did not get service that should be provided to a customer and now when I am done dealing with you people would want you to please discontinue my VODAFONE CELLULAR connection remove me from your systems because your system, policies, procedures, services, way of doing business and looking at things is getting WORST day by day.

                      I know that loss of a hundred customers would not make any difference to your SALES and MARKETING team because COMPANIES here do not understand the two most important words to run the business, providing exceptional "CUSTOMER SERVICE" and I would certainly try to see if other leading companies do or do not understand it.

                      With this, I PEN DOWN and say my FINAL BYE to VODAFONE CELLULAR!!! I wish a GREAT FUTURE FOR YOUR COMPANY AND IF GIVEN A CHANCE IF VODAFONE CELLULAR IN FUTURE, WOULD FOR SURE WANT TO LEARN THE WAYS OF RUNNING A BUSINESS WITHOUT SATISFYING THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

                      Finally recvd the refund
                      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      I have a similar experience & now I'm virually fighing with Vodafone customer care - for refunding the uncredited recharge. Finally, they are offering me to keep the refund as an account balance, rather than refunding. Inspite of me giving my bank statement reflecting the debit entry to the vodafone bill desk - they are claiming, their bill desk hasn't received the credit and advised me to contact our bankers - what an attitude ?

                        I have received vodafone bill today and found that Rs. 49/- charged for 50hhgame on 11/05/2021 & Rs. 25/- charged for Handset Inbuilt Games on 24.05.2021. I have not subscribed for any value added services. This type of charges to be stopped and reversed.

                          Vodafone keeps charging me with plan subscriptions that i have never subscribed for. Everytime I have to go through the process of contacting them over and over again for a refund. This time, they are not even replying to my email. I have been charged with two packages, Rs 21 and Rs 7. I am requesting for a refund. I do not want any subscriptions made to me account.

                            This happened during my last mobile bill (May 26th)
                            I am currently on international roaming and that is why I am aware that even a second of my internet usage could charge me 599 INR hence I have kept my phone's data off permanently.

                            Vodafone charged me extra on the bill & when I asked them to check it, they made up a date where my data was utilized while roaming, funny thing is even my bill says no data has been used and so does my phone so where is this data coming from?

                            When I question I receive an automated customer care agent response, I specifically asked them to explain they won't provide any sufficient answer just some random dates with made-up data usage.

                            I have been suspicious they have done this earlier as well but I ignored it cause I had utilized data then (wasn't sure how many days & trusted them) and considered that as my mistake ( I have paid bills as high as 9K) but this is clear proof Vodafone is making up bills & not providing valid proof.

                            And customer care agents don't even read emails, as I provided them alternate numbers and these proofs as well but they stay adamant on the same template response. We have had 11-12 email threads by now.

                            Attaching email, bills & my phone data activity as proof.

                            I desire to be charged correctly.

                                    An amount of Rs 20/- has been deducted from the main balance of my account. When I checked my Message Inbox, I noticed that I have received an SMS from VZ-ViCMS regarding the access of games world . PLease note that I have not any application from the said page or website. Similarly, 15has also been deducted from my main balance regarding the same.
                                    Kindly, solve this problem either stop these services from my phone or refund the dedicated money
                                    I hope that I will not receive any message regarding any deduction unnecessarily in future.
                                    Solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                      I am not able to port my vodafone no. [protected] & [protected]
                                      Due to Vodafone — "upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"

                                      I am already frustrated with your service and now this issue

                                      Please consider this request and resolve this in 1 day time or else will escalate in social media instagram etc. So on.
