I got a recharge of 49 few days ago and my balance got deducted without making any calls or sms.Without my permission rs 15 were charge d from me under the name of bcafe portal

    I am abroad in the UK and using Vi prepaid for almost 4 years.

    my main balance is showing as -854.99 despite topping up on several occasions.
    I topped up using INR 399 and then activated international roaming pack for INR 295 valid till July 23rd 2021.
    I have not subscribed to any other services so I am aghast at how this is reflecting such a balance in my account.
    I have emailed [protected]@vodafoneidea.com and marked the mail to their Appellate office in Kerala which is where my number circle is.

      I have been trying to generate UPC Code since last 12-15 days. I have paid all the dues in advance and also followed all the necessary instructions.
      I have called / e-mailed the customer care services but no resolution has been received.
      I have exhausted all options of changing the Handset/settings but nothing has been useful
      I request to look into the matter and provide me the UPC code at earliest.

        I am not able to send text message to anyone. I have recharged unlimited plan for 84 days.. still I could not able to send sms to anyone. I contacted the customer care and they told me when you are in out of station then you will be charged 99 rs per month. Now my main balance is around 793 rs in negative value. They are asking me to Recharge for 1000rs and clear the negative balance.

        I have not proper resolution for this. I was getting unnecessary calls for setting caller tune and from customer care. But I was not getting any text message or anything from you. Atleast after one month charge then next month also why you have not send any notification to me.

        I am using prepaid sim only. Not postpaid sim. Why it went to negative main balance ? Please provide some proper resolution for this issue.Either provide me the waiver for this amount or allow me to change it to some other network. I am very much disappointed about this service.

        Also I have choosen unlimited recharge plan. but still why i am not able to send any SMS? I was paying for this sms service as well as right? I was paying for the service but I could not able to use it. Then why are you allowing for me to make call. Block that as well. I will throw this Sim card and use some other service provider

          Vodafone says I have taken some Tambola service which has come by SMS and deduction Rs 49 from my balance.

          This was done without my permission or knowledge of any such SMS.
          Vodafone has cheated its customers many times like this and their customer service had no answer to this.

          I will switch from this miserable SIM provider which has poor connectivity and outrightly cheats its customers with such gimmicks.

            Address: Vodafone india

            I have been noticing that unnecessary balance is being deducted from my account. Please see the attached screen shots of the messeges I am receiving. I have not requested to activate any value added services. I tried to contact customer care number of times, every time they said that no amount has been deducted from my account. So kindly help me out to get me refund of all the amount deducted. Please see the details

                      Hello, vodafone have blocked all my incoming phones coming from vodaphone to my newly ported jio, i have paid all yr charges = extra i paid 100 rs.

                      even now i m in jio, i dont rec any calls except jio phone numbers,

                      whenever somebody calls from a vodafone number, he hears a message that phone number does not exist.

                      as i am a business person, i am in serious probelm.as now i dont rec any phones.

                      so pls help me out.

                        Hello,

                        We have made a request to disconnect a number permanently on 23April 2021. All charges due were paid for on May 6th after speaking to Vodafone agents multiple times and was promised the number would be disconnected in 24-48 hours. We are now on 24 June and still being harassed with phone calls, text messages and even WhatsApp about a supposed (incorrect) outstanding amount. Called Customer Services many many times, emailed them multiple times, tweeted at them and all to no avail. It’s a total disregard for privacy and consumer harassment the number of phone calls and messages we have been getting. The complain numbers against Vodafone are:[protected] AND[protected]. Also[protected] and[protected].

                              Vodafone has started deducting balance amount without any Authorization. I never accessed any value added services of Vodafone and yet the amount is deducted. Don't know what Bcafe portal is about.

                                From starting of June month I am facing problem with my internet and I register my complaints 3-4 times to customer care after registering complaint they told me your issue has been resolved but there is no boost up on my internet speed it's still slow . They are totally wasting of my money which i spend on purchasing internet pack.please do needful with my issue it's kind of corruption which is done by Vodafone. please government take corrective action against this company.

                                  I have been receiving SMS from the following sender 'VA-ViCARE' reg settlement. I ported to different network in 2019 and all my dues were cleared.

                                  I was thinking this is phishing sms so ignored it, received close to 50 sms and the same sms has been to sent to my referrer while taking the Sim. This information I'm sure that only Vodafone should possess. What is going on? Also in sms there is no of another number to be contacted for further details, marked as 'spam' in truecaller.

                                  If it is a phishing sms, how did 3rd party get my details

                                    but after porting my number needs to be first recharge when i called to that boy who processed my number on KNOP he is saying that you have to wait to get your phone recharge
                                    i told him that i can not stay with only incoming i need to make outgoing calls too

                                      the incident happened in january 2021.I had a postpaid connection with vodafone and ported to different operator due to worst network coverage.

                                      Vodafone supposed to refund my deposit amount of rs.713 . But they never did. I did escalated many times but no one even bother to listen to my compliant.

                                      I am stressed now, mentally, financially and physiologically .
