    I've not been getting proper Vodafone India(now VI) network in my area, Malad West, Mumbai-400095, since the beginning of 2020 when I shifted to this area. I can't call someone from my drawing room or bed room and I've always to come to my window to speak. This means, I can't comfortably talk and I don't have any privacy for talking.

    Further, the data is also affected due to the network issue. It works very slowly. I have hardly used VI's data due to the network issue. Even to use VI's data, I have to come to my window! I have complained to VI about this repeatedly and their technical team states that VI doesn't have adequate coverage in my area.

    I would have ported out of VI's network in early 2020 itself however, due to COVID-19 & lock down, I had to delay this procedure.

    I'm frustrated and lost patience! Due to the severe network issue, I am trying to Port Out my mobile number ending in 9103, which is currently on the VI network, to JIO network. But due to VI's system issue, I'm unable to Port Out! VI's executives, senior executives, head office executives just take my complaint, complaint upon complaint but till date, they have not yet resolved the network issue or the port out issue.

    For porting out, they say that there is a problem with my mobile number due to which I can't port out; however they have sent me the bill on that mobile number on time! I don't understand how there is a problem with my mobile number when I've been a long time GOLD customer (according to VI), paying my bills before time, never ever been late and never ever exceeded or misused the Data, SMS and Calls benefits given to me!

    They give me a Turn Around Time (TAT) of 24 hours to resolve their system issue but they don't. This has been going on for almost a week now! I'm frustrated and fed up with VI!

    I even asked them to refund the bill, as I have been facing severe network issues and my porting out issue hasn't yet been resolved by them which is causing me more inconvenience. I call and call but no one resolves my issue. They just take down my complaint, give me a TAT of 24 hours for resolution and then nothing happens. I have to repeat this procedure everyday and I think this procedure will go on for eternity!

    So, following are my simple requests to VI:
    - Resolve your system issue quickly so that I can Port Out my number from VI to JIO network.
    - As a long time customer, who has had been facing severe network issues for more than a year, but paying his bills days before the due date and never been late, and due to VI's inconvenience which I have been facing, to reimburse the outstanding bill.

      I have changed my network from Vodafone to airtel but still i'm getting outstanding payment SMS. I have paid the outstanding amount on May 2 and i'm sharing my payment details in attachment.

      Outstanding amount : 51rs .

      I spoke with Airtel but they are saying that the SMS are coming from your network. Please get it rectify.

      Due to this kind of worst services i have changed to other network, even after leaving your network they worst service part continues.

        I want to know the validity for incoming, its not shown in any of the plans, If its not available in the plan it shows "truly unlimited calls to all network" but it doesn't show me "truly unlimited calls from all network" till when ? Most of the telecom companies got shut down as jio came, Voda merger with Idea also copied all plans like jio. But jio works on VoLTE and vodafone idea works on 4G so we do not need data to make calls why there is data in every plan ? Why incoming calls get barred within 10 days of plan expiry even your automated system says outgoing and data is barred not incoming. I will file case for misinforming customers, not providing full details, falsw advertising . If incoming is in the plan then show the validity of incoming in plans or anywhere on the website. Update plans show incoming validity that can also work

          Full description of the incident:

          I got a new postpaid sim from velachery, Chennai branch and I was told that the number will be activated in few hours, but the number did not get activated at all, I was not able to call anyone since there was no signal, hence I never used it since then.

          When they reached us for bill payment, we complained them that the number was not in use. We were not able to call using that number as there was no signal and as a result we had stopped using it and moved to different vendor.

          But the customer service team keeps telling us that the number is active and we have to bare the charges for the bill monthly. Its been 3 months since I purchased it. Total bill now that is sent to us is close to Rs.700 for a service that i have not used.

          They have started to harass us and making us feel like we are dishonest to them. A call today in particular from a representative started to shout at us and started saying things like we are fooling them and the customer service team has started to talk to us in a non-ethical tone. (raising voice and her tone of mistreating someone). Definitely not happy with this kind of treatment.

          Desirable resolution of the complaint:

          Drop charges of the bill that are being sent to us and also deactivate this number so that we are not harassed like this in the near future.

            My mums recharge expired . so i recharged for 249 and then another 10 bucks to ensure there is balance. i received the text for the 10 bucks which i did later. the 249 recharge is still not activated. what are you trying to do?@vodafoneIndia

              Hi, I have a pack of 4GB per day data . For an few months I have noticed that every 1GB data gets exhausted in just 10-15 minutes, even when I am just browsing. I am not watching any videos but still 4GB data gets exhausted in half a day. Earlier even 1GB data took hours to exhaust while watching videos. Why is this happening?? Why is my data getting exhausted so fast?? I tried contacting the customer care but they never respond 😡. I want my money back. Or else I would be forced to change to other service providers.
              I am paying 449 every time and not getting the service I opt for.
              DO SOMETHING .
              The screenshot that I sent you clearly shows that more than 670 MB has been exhausted while I started using today's data at 9:35am but in 12 minutes this much data is exhausted. PLEASE DO SOMETHING

                Hi, I have a pack of 4GB per day data . For an few months I have noticed that every 1GB data gets exhausted in just 10-15 minutes, even when I am just browsing.                 In the picture you can see it's 9:59 am while I started using data at 9:38am ( no video watching only browsing) but still about 700MB is exhausted. Why??😡

                    Hello,

                    User of VI sim from around 1 year pathetic service they have. In this year period replaced 3 sim because of network issue and uninformed disconnections. Now from Feb 2021 not receiving incoming call at my number. Raised multiple complaints changed sim again no response received. Now I finally decided to drop my number and not going to pay further bills.

                      My Vodafone sim is deducting 25 rupees every month from October 2020 by saying I'm activated pre embedded games which I'm not registered any I'm getting sick about this and going to port my number to other telecom services

                        This is completely false. I did not choose any access of Pre Embedded games.

                        Also last week i received msg that

                          On November 26th 2021, i received an sms saying,

                          "Hello!
                          Thank you for choosing to access games and videos,
                          You have been charged Rs. 7
                          Your balance is Rs. 13.05
                          This is not the first time that vodafone has deducted money from my account balance for unsolicited services. Money has been deducted thrice before.
                          kindly refund the amount or alteast provide process or any information regarding the same.

                                    I have purchased a new SIM With Number [protected] of Vodafone from a retailer in my locality on march 18

                                    At the time of buying the new SIM I submitted the necessary documents. Still my sim is not activated its May 11 now . I called up customer care many times as well as visit the retailer many times. But my problems have not been solved. The retailer called up an agent at [protected] who said the service will be restored but was not. I myself also called the agent up many times who told me that I will get the service back.

                                    Please look into the matter.

                                    Please help me so that I may be able to get the service back and benefit from it.

                                        Hi recently i lost my cell phone and had to temporarily block thr sim and when i got a new cell phone i got my new sim with same mob.
