Sms services not working

Hi recently i lost my cell phone and had to temporarily block thr sim and when i got a new cell phone i got my new sim with same mob. No. My data plan was resumed without any issue but my sms services are still not working neither i am receiving any sms not i am able to send any...

I hardly check my sms, then recently I got a message saying "Hi, Your subscription to 6T Seconds Videos - 15 Days will be renewed on[protected] and you will be charged Rs 45.00 /-. To unsubscribe, sms STOP to 155223."
So I scrolled up and saw that this service was activated one month ago. I had to google to know what 6T was. This is day burglary. The moment I recharge my phone, some service gets activated on its own. Either caller...

Recharge successful but not activated.

I made a recharge of 699 on 9 may 2021 at 9 32 am and the amount was deducted from my bank account but recharge was not made. I did not receive any message about successful recharge.
Then I waited for 5 hours, and it still did not happen. I tried to contact customer care but there is literally no option to talk to an executive. I sent them a whatsapp and their bot says an otp was sent to my number but I did not receive any of it....

UPC Code not generating

Dear Sir,
I have tried to generate UPC code so that I can switch from Vodafone Idea to another company, but I am not recieving UPC code. I have sent message multiple times like PORT [protected] to 1900 but still there is not reply from them. If i will not be getting the UPC code so how would I get my number ported to another operator.
TRAI and Govt. Of India please help me in this. As this is a very urgent matter....

Refund of deducted amount

I have received this message on 9-May-2021 10:00am from Vodafone
" Hello!
Thank you for choosing to access FUN PORTAL,
You have been charged Rs. 20
Your balance is Rs. 17.01 "

I didn't apply for such a plan. So they can't deduct money from my account without my consent....

Fraud Cheating 420

Vodafone sms me and say i have accessed FUN portal. my fone is not magic or ghost operated that it click link on its own. when i ask customer care they say they have blocked all requests from my number after i have told them i dont want any service activated on my number. then how can i click a link and balance deduct - expalnation given by customer care is i have given consent- i have clicked. when i am telling i have not clicked any link...

Deduction balance for unnecessary accessing

From many days my main balance is deducted for improper access fun club by vodafone. It is not from today. They already deducted for more than 8 times amount of around 150 rupees. If i contacted to customer care they dont answer for my calls. I want my refunded amount....

I haven't even touched this number in ages. I just want it active so I keep it with bare minimum balance. I repeat!! I only use the vodafone number for calls and nothing else. Still I keep getting text messages about random deduction. Like the following message,

Poor customer service

Sorry to say this. I didn't receive any calls and message due to network issue. Even though I contact customer care, I didn't get any proper response. I don't know why VI have this much poor customer service....

No internet speed

Vodafone Idea deducting unapproved charges Rs 260 every month under VAS.

I am being charged Rs 260 every month in my postpaid vodafone bill.

I have contacted them several times but they simply deny saying that they cannot remove these charges.

Its tagged under VAS Google Play Download but I have checked everywhere there has been no such download or subscription. I have never authorised anything like this.

Please help with this fraud done by Vodafone Idea....

I have not subscribed to any games pack, but still i have been charged rs.21 last month i was charged rs. 15 and then rs. 5 for some renewal and previously i was also charged rs.24 i have made complaints but no response please refund me back my money, i am using vodafone from past 8 years this kind of behavious is not expected ... it’s really frustrating i want my money back or i am switching to other phone...

Pre embed games

Even though I did not subscribe for any services, I have not subscribed for any value added services and pre embedded games. But amount is getting deducted for pre embedded games without my permission. Rs.25 is deducted from account. Pls stop this. Aslo vodafone customer care dont know about pre embedded games....
