I arrived in Bengaluru on 26 June 2021. I am located in Malleswaram West near the World Trade Centre. There is no network coverage for vodafone in this area.
Consequently I am unable to use the services for which I have paid in advance.
I want a full refund immediately.

    2 din se internet nhi chal raha h 30-40 baar complain karne par bhi koi reply nhi aaya inka bas ye taal rahe h

      Vodafone - Idea is now deducting money from my number without my knowledge. This is happening so many times these days. I have tried every way to opt out of their VAS promo messages, and even if they don't send any such offers, I'm being charged for various stuff that I never used. This seems like a robbery.

        Sir/madam,
        Iam Rajat from Khanna city punjab.sir iam lost my phone date-29/06/2021 in market place.date-30/06/2021 compliant file in police station khanna.when iam carry the compliant copy and to go GTB market khanna Vodafone office to issue new sim his no.[protected] and Vodafone office attendent charged me 100/-rupees for new sim.iam say where is the bill receipt, attendent says sorry sir bill not give to customer.sir/madam how the Vodafone valuable customer to know the amount paid is correct or not.please I requested to take an action to vadafone store and give to receipt to customer

              I have been receiving messages in the night from unknown IDs asking me to make payments for Processing fee, which is a fraudulent messages.

              i have sent message to the organization, whose name they are using,

              please help me blocking messages from these 2 ids.

              VM-PIRCHF and VK-PIRCHF.

              I have received 300 + messages from these ids.

                Company changed my billing plan without my consent.. last time i paid 887 for my 3 numbers now they have changed plan all of my 3 numbers without my knowledge.. nd know they are forcing me to pay 1397.. i will not pay this amount.. if my problem will not solve i will file a case against them.

                  I went to Vodafone showroom in Annanagar, chennai to get the duplicate sim. The sim is in my father name who died 2 years back. Recently we lost the SIM card. In showroom they asked the documents like Death Certificate, legal heir Certificate, id proof, address proof. I submitted all of these. By accepting all my documents he provided the duplicate SIM and told me that the SIM get activated within 3 days. I waited for 5 days. Later I come to know that he didn’t taken my complaint and kept my file as it is. When I went to the showroom and asked about the status, without seeing my document he says you have not given legal heir Certificate. I asked him to check the documents. Then he changes his stand and asking for some more documents. My contact number [protected]. My duplicate SIM card number [protected]

                    I have a prepaid mobile number([protected]). And it is having a balance of -363. First of all, I don't understand how a prepaid account can have a negative balance and that too without me authorizing or at least knowing about it. Second, after calling the number 199 and a 20 mins call(most of which the executive made me wait) he did not find out the reason for the -ve balance and cut the call in between. If I check my usage history it is showing no records in the vi app(pictures attached). After checking online it turns out a lot of people have this issue and it is a bug from vi. Fix this issue immediately.

                          Vodafone has been harassing me in the name of vas for the last 1 month. The company is activating vas on it's own without any formal req from my end nd looting my money. Despite deactivating the vas within 24 hrs, I have not recipe a single penny in refund nd has been robbed of rs 70. Trai order clearly states that vas cannot b activated without seeking permission from the customer twice which was never taken in my case, nd if the vas is deactivated within 24hrs refund has to be made which I never got. U want my looted money back otherwise I will be left with no other option but to file a formal complaint in consumer court.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I am not satisfied with your Internet Network
                              Coverage n Data Packs. I thought to move to Jio So I then tried to send SMS to 1900 for Porting. Vodafone network won't let me send SMS to 1900, it keeps saying "message Could not send" is showing.
                              I tried many many times still the same. Sending SMS to other numbers work.
                              by speaking to Customer care for a solution...they keep giving non-sense/irrelevant solutions

                              1. I did not recharge my mobile, as for company rules so outgoing SMS barred..but monthly I am recharging
                              my mobile not less than 150Rs.
                              2. I suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result.
                              3. I have to change the handset - tried but no result.

                              moreover the Customer care representatives not available for 3 days, n they are not giving a chance to spk ...
                              This is absolute nonsense of a service that they are providing. Please I need help escaping this toxic company.

                                    I am abroad in the UK and using Vi prepaid for almost 4 years.

                                    my main balance is showing as -854.99 despite topping up on several occasions.
                                    I topped up using INR 399 and then activated international roaming pack for INR 295 valid till July 23rd 2021.
                                    I have not subscribed to any other services so I am aghast at how this is reflecting such a balance in my account.
                                    I have emailed [protected]@vodafoneidea.com and marked the mail to their Appellate office in Kerala which is where my number circle is.

                                      I have been trying to generate UPC Code since last 12-15 days. I have paid all the dues in advance and also followed all the necessary instructions.
                                      I have called / e-mailed the customer care services but no resolution has been received.
                                      I have exhausted all options of changing the Handset/settings but nothing has been useful
                                      I request to look into the matter and provide me the UPC code at earliest.

                                        I am not able to send text message to anyone. I have recharged unlimited plan for 84 days.. still I could not able to send sms to anyone. I contacted the customer care and they told me when you are in out of station then you will be charged 99 rs per month. Now my main balance is around 793 rs in negative value. They are asking me to Recharge for 1000rs and clear the negative balance.

                                        I have not proper resolution for this. I was getting unnecessary calls for setting caller tune and from customer care. But I was not getting any text message or anything from you. Atleast after one month charge then next month also why you have not send any notification to me.

                                        I am using prepaid sim only. Not postpaid sim. Why it went to negative main balance ? Please provide some proper resolution for this issue.Either provide me the waiver for this amount or allow me to change it to some other network. I am very much disappointed about this service.

                                        Also I have choosen unlimited recharge plan. but still why i am not able to send any SMS? I was paying for this sms service as well as right? I was paying for the service but I could not able to use it. Then why are you allowing for me to make call. Block that as well. I will throw this Sim card and use some other service provider
