Hello, vodafone have blocked all my incoming phones coming from vodaphone to my newly ported jio, i have paid all yr charges = extra i paid 100 rs.

even now i m in jio, i dont rec any calls except jio phone numbers,

whenever somebody calls from a vodafone number, he hears a message that phone number does not exist.

as i am a business person, i am in serious probelm.as now i dont rec any phones.br...

Hello,

We have made a request to disconnect a number permanently on 23April 2021. All charges due were paid for on May 6th after speaking to Vodafone agents multiple times and was promised the number would be disconnected in 24-48 hours. We are now on 24 June and still being harassed with phone calls, text messages and even WhatsApp about a supposed (incorrect) outstanding amount. Called Customer Services many many times,...

Unauthorised Balance Deduction

Vodafone has started deducting balance amount without any Authorization. I never accessed any value added services of Vodafone and yet the amount is deducted. Don't know what Bcafe portal is about.

Internet issue

From starting of June month I am facing problem with my internet and I register my complaints 3-4 times to customer care after registering complaint they told me your issue has been resolved but there is no boost up on my internet speed it's still slow . Receiving post relationship settlement messages

I have been receiving SMS from the following sender 'VA-ViCARE' reg settlement. I ported to different network in 2019 and all my dues were cleared.

I was thinking this is phishing sms so ignored it, received close to 50 sms and the same sms has been to sent to my referrer while taking the Sim. This information I'm sure that only Vodafone should possess. What is going on? Also in sms there is no of another number to be contacted...

Porting

I have requested to port my current number from airtel to Vi
but after porting my number needs to be first recharge when i called to that boy who processed my number on KNOP he is saying that you have to wait to get your phone recharge
i told him that i can not stay with only incoming i need to make outgoing calls too
you should have told me this condition before

Refund not issues

Relationship number: 69034340

the incident happened in january 2021.I had a postpaid connection with vodafone and ported to different operator due to worst network coverage.

Vodafone supposed to refund my deposit amount of rs.713 . But they never did. I did escalated many times but no one even bother to listen to my compliant.

When ever I request to 1900 port.
Message come from 1901 is

Sim activation

I had switch my vodafone number from prepaid to billing in month of may 2021.
the employee of vodafone told me it will take couple of days for sim to get activate.
its been a month yet i am waiting for my sim to be activate.
what should i do ?
should i throw the sim card
or switch to someother service provider who may be faster than your company to help customer....

The sum of rupees 35 has been deducted from my vodaphone prepaid balance on the charge of activation of some services. I did not active any service. I downloaded vi app to discontinue any service i might have activated mistakenly but there is no active service showing there. This is not the first time vodafone has deducted money from my main balance. They deduct rupees 10 every other day on the account of services i have never heard of. I...

Auto activation of callertunes and Games subscription

Vodafone India has activated callertunes (Received message from 54300 number) and Handset Inbuilt games (message from VZ-ViCMS) without my knowledge. When I tried contacting them, they inform that I am not subscribed to any of this. But they do keep deducting money for these...

Deactivate Outgoing SMS Barred
