I have first time browsed this page & surprised to know so many complaint on same BISCOOT STORE PACK. I have received following message Hello! Biscoot Store pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 15 days rental of Rs.45 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.9.9945.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free). First of all i have not opted for this BISCOOT STORE PACK, i am deactivating it & please refund it on [protected]. Well i do hope that our valuable complaint will be takencareof. Thanks Sheeba

    I made an international visit to Dubai for few days on the occasion of Diwali. During this time, I made and received few calls. Got message on - 14th Nov 2.56am mentioning usage of Rs. 7259 - 14th Nov 9:08am mentioning usage of approx Rs. 6559 (Made payment of Rs. 7000) - 14th Nov 11.36am mentioning outstanding as - Rs.5202 - 14th Nov 5:22pm mentioning usage of approx Rs. 3339 - 15th Nov 2.05am, 16th Nov 2.12am, 17th Nov 10.03am and continued till 22nd Nov(same as above) I got a little concerned and visited vodafone store in Vile Parle east Hanuman Road where the executive told me that the payment is due for Rs. 5202 and I need to make the payment asap. As I made the payment again, I received a message of Rs.-10, 402. Upon this, I called the customer care number and they told me that there is an overpayment of this amount and will be compensated in upcoming bills. I understand that I overlooked the - sign but later on contacting vodafone representatives they told me that the amount has been adjusted and i need to make extra payment. I do not understand which message was incorrect and why.

      I have ported from Airtel to Vodafone as it is providing good postpaid offer. But even after confirming the offer they have activated my sim with some different offer. Just for attracting customers they are telling some fraud offers and fooling. They are least bothered to listen to my problem. They are ignoring once it is activated.         My vodafone number - [protected] I never subscribed for any service from you other than my default package and suddenly i receive a message saying i subscribed for live tv eventhough i sent message to 155223 requesting to deactivate it but that never took place after rs.45 has been charged i got the message for deactivation. why are you cheating people this way aren't you service providers ashamed for automatically upgrading the unsubscribed pack and taking my money for the pack you yourself subscribed for my number . when i went in person to the vodafone store i got a response like as if i am a uneducated and i dont know any technology they are saying me i subscribed that pack by mistake touching something in my phone. i am heavily disturbed and lost peace for losing my money unwantedly hence i want refund of my rs.45 and also no more further frauds should be handled by your vodafone. very cheap tactics for seeing profit . if this repeats i am gonna change my service provider and never pay your bills.

          Every month since November 2014 till July 2015, each and every month i am charged an unused amount on one thing or another. After they do the adjustment in the following month. They charge me for something which i never used and disconnect my outgoing and the collection agent will call and speak as if he gave me some debt and am not paying it back.

            I was not in india from feb till nov, when I came back and want to the Vodafone store to re activate my number, they told me that my number is being de commissioned and Vodafone has not received any payment on this mobile number. I have paid the outstanding bill of Rs 1500 for the Vodafone mobile number [protected] on 11th Aug 2015. It is also reflecting in my Credit card statement. Please find below the transaction number which was provided by HDFC credit card. ARN :- 74568225223310371007192 Authorization code -020333 I have already raised the query with the 'corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com' but no response.

              Since past 1 year, after every successful recharge on my vodafone card, there is a balance deduct of random amounts eg. Rs. 28, Rs. 40, Rs, 60. Whevever I call customer care for rectifying the issue, they end up saying this cannot be done as there was an international call received but I never got an international call at any point of time. Also, they never give any details of the call received. Please help me solve this issue and guide me for further steps to be taken for the solution.

                My no. [protected] has been deactivated by Vodafone store.After enquired I found request has been raised by my late husband brother. I am his legal wife, he gave me the no. On his name only, all billings and email address has mine only. The no. is in India only and my husband was in Singapore on work visa. Also, this no. is under investigation by Singapore police, my husband death was not normal case is under investigation.Also want to inform that their is no privacy, after my application for the activate my no. Within a 30 mins. Deactivated. How my husband brother got to know? That's illegal activity is going on within a Vodafone. I am already going through bad phase and now this activity again thrown me in mental depression.

                    I went to voafone store d mall rohini on 18th dec. for sim replacement but was told that there system is not working the again on 19th they replaced the sim but the lady at the store forgot to upload my documents and went on leave, on 20th after arguing for about one hour the documents were uploaded at 8 pm even then the sim was not activated then i went to the store again and i was told that they have escalated my complaint and i was told to wait for two hours all these visits the store manager was not in the store and the staff refused to give his number, then gain i got the number on 21st morning and the store manager on every call tells me to wait for some time but till now all he says is that there is some IT problem, he refused to give anything in writing, is not willing to share the name or mail id of any of his seniors who can look into the matter.

                      I have using the recharge of 57 Rs for 30 Paisa calling from last 2 years on my prepaid mobile .Recently I did it on 28 Nov 2015 .I got the message for recharge success full I had the balance of 407 Rs that time .But even after the recharge the money deducted from my account is for norma calling 1.20 /Min .I am heavy user on STD call .So this recharge matter more to me. Today 22 Dec I went to vodafone store in Kothrud near ICICI bank .The customer care execute was pathetic .He don't know how to talk with customer .Then I complained about this to store manager .Her reply was also not good .She told me that recharge was canceled by vodafone and not working any more .Then she check on computer and told me sir that 57 recharge is active on you phone. I said it is not working because I know with my calls how much money getting deducted for every call . What she finally told me its between you and vodafone I can't help you .The stupid answer I can ever expect from a relationship manager . So I told her it better I should now change the vodafone to some other operate .Because Now I am not happy with vodafone and the way they handle the customer . Thanks to Government now I can port my number to some other operator I was not expecting this kind of service from vodafone with a 6 years old customer .There was no intimation for the recharge .                               I have purchased Vodafone sim last month. Vodafone network people have deducted Rs 40 from my currency. If we type *111# we get a page which has 8 options to select. These options are absolutely free to get information about Tariff Plans, Last 3 deductions, Recharges & Best offers. But in this menu Vodafone has given 1st option as Buy1Get1-CCD. To know what is Buy1Get1-CCD I have entered 1 and sent. Immediately Rs 40 is deducted and voucher of Cafe Coffee Day's received. I have called many times to Vodafone customer care & requested to refund the amount but they have neglecting it, and said that it is you have selected. Therefore my question is why do these people given the option Just"Buy1Get1-CCD" without saying it applies charges of Rs 40 or @Rs 40. If they would said I would have not selected the option 1. To check this anybody can try Just type *111# press call you will get 8 options select 1 and send it. Therefore I am complaining against Vodafone care for refund the amount of Rs 40.

                                Following is the mail(attached image) forwarded to Vodafone company.But, till date no action has been taken and they also cut my outgoing calls. this is my business no. so i am facing many problems. On dated 15/12/15 one of executive called me said me that your all charges has been waive off, just pay your outstanding rs. 1500/- (copy attached). I had paid that amount, then also they cut my outgoing. Many calls had been done by me to them, but no response from them. kindly take necessary action as early as possible.

                                  Yesterday I got a message that a biscuit service has been activated on my mobile and Rs. 45 is deducted. I called customer care and deactivated this service. Your customer care representative told me that you might have clicked a link on your phone and hence this payment of Rs. 45 can not be waived off. I don't remember clicking any such link on my mobile. Can you please explain if clicking a link activates a service without my prior permission then why is Vodafone supporting such phishing websites. I understand that I am not the only one facing this problem and many Vodafone customers have been charged with this service without their prior permission. This is really disappointing from a reputed firm like Vodafone. When I wrote to the customer care all they have to say is you have downloaded this service and hence this amount can not be waived off. I'm highly disappointed and angered with the response. I just want my hard-earned money back.

                                      One of the telecaller from vodafone called to my offering beautiful offers and I was tempted to port my number from idea ([protected]) to vodafone. I submitted all documents, signed the application and sent porting message on 7th December 2015 to 1900 and received a message from 1901 with UPC number IX124686 valid till 22nd December 2015. I was given a new postpaid sim card by the executive. My number with idea got disconnected last week on 18th December 2015 and on replacing the sim with vodafone, I got the message "Sim card registration failed". On contact the numbers from which I received the call and the sale executive number, they were just making false promises and they were not giving their correct office addresses. It has been almost 15 days there was no proper response or solution from them. Even today, I have been reassured that the card will be activated within 2 days which I still doubt. It seems from the above that vodafone company is selling fake sim cards and cheating the customers. So dear friends, when you get any calls from any vodafone telecaller or executive offering you beautiful offers, please never fall into their trap. Otherwise, you will end up losing your mobile number, having to buy a new sim card with a new number from some other service provider.                                         I requested a vodafone number to change from preapaid to postpaid 10 days before...on 20th december morning prepaid sim displayed no service..i inserted the postpaid sim they provided...that also shows the same...the number is [protected]...im missing lots of important calls...customer care also not answering properly..please take action as soon as possible...its been 3 days now...still no answer from the vodafone...they are saying the number not in both postpaid and prepaid..it is still processing like that..
