I got a phone call from vodafone company on 14th dec 2015 on my vodafone number i.e "[protected]" and i was informed about many offers, and i got a offer worth 251 rs in which i had to get 2GB 3G data, but i received only 1 GB data, when i complained to vodafone care they took my complain 2 times and promised me to give 2 gb but i haven't received yet, and when i calling them now they telling me that there is no offer for you.
thay call me first and when i recharge they gave me normal plan instead of offer they are totally doing fraud i want my offer with compensation asap.

Also the toll free number in that msg ask for type of service to deactivate it, but as I haven't applied for it I don't know type of service or any other details. Request to help me. And also request for no deduction of any money.

          Recently my RBL bank credit card has been debited with Rs.4900 with the merchant name as 'vodafone-billdesk mumbai'.

          This happened couple of times in my account. Can someone help with solution for this issue?

            This is to bring to your notice that the Vodafone office has a record of lying to the customers and causing constant and unnecessary inconvenience. Instead of bringing solutions to the problems created by them in the first place, they proceed to then lie and give false assurances, making one believe that the problem will be resolved when in fact they take no action at all. The outgoing facility on my Vodafone no. was wrongfully terminated in the wee hours of 15 December, yet after having submitted the necessary receipt to the Vodafone store and being assured that the services would begin in an hour, no action was actually taken by the employee. I specifically asked him if I would have to contact them again, knowing well enough the shoddy work ethic that Vodafone has exhibited in my substantial dealing with the company in the past, and he proceeded to tell me that I would not need to take any further action. Despite this, true to the Vodafone way of never doing things, the outgoing was not restarted on my number. When I called up Customer Care 5 hours later, I was told that no request had been made to resume the outgoing facility on my number. Instead of being helped any further, I was asked to contact the office once again. I see that as a pointless activity since the employees at the office have commendable training in inaction and dishonesty, having most recently experienced it only a few hours earlier. I would also like to bring to your notice that Vodafone had no business discontinuing the service in the first place - the said number was ported from Idea around 2 months ago, and apparently there was an outstanding bill of Rs. 18 with the previous mobile service operator, for which Vodafone proceeded to cancel my services. You should know that I had never once been contacted by the Idea office in this regard but Vodafone proceeded to act as their messenger boy as well as unlawful enforcer in this matter. If Vodafone was so worried about Rs. 18 due to another service operator, it could always have paid them from the excess amount it so happily takes up in the monthly bill each time. Such behaviour for such a jocular amount, and the further callousness shown by the Vodafone employees in the Chandigarh branch, forces me to wonder if one is dealing with a multi national company or a small time labourer. The lack of class, culture and the constantly brazen absence of ethics is alarming. I have attached an image of the receipt of the payment of pending amount made to Idea today. I am sure you can verify my going to the office today through the CCTV camera footage over there. Seeing this as a continuing pattern with the company, if the services on my number are not restarted at once, I will not hesitate to proceed legally against the office for the harassment and inconvenience caused to me by the company and its dishonest employees. Regretting the decision to have picked Vodafone once again.

              I have the number [protected] in vodafone postpaid connection (alternate no: [protected]) that is unavailable now due to no complaint has been resolved regarding so many issue mainly for the extra billing for the unconfirmed add-on services even though I have closed it. few of complaints are below. [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected]
              Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Because of their worst service of customer care, value added services added with fake confirmation and the extra billing I have lost my contact number that I used for more than 10 Years and I was suffered a lot due to unavailability of my contact number that I have registered in online banking etc. I was not reached by my close relatives and friends who has that number even the heavy raining in Chennai.

              So, why I can't go for the claim?

                  I am still not getting Internet connection (2G unlimited net pack) recharged on 9/12/2015 at 10.30am in my mobile no [protected]. Already I have sent two mails related to this issue in below link#

                  still it is not resolved. If there is network issue and not able to resolve, why not the company refund the amount Rs. 200 to my main balance. I already stated in my earlier mail, if no action taken, will definitely inform this issue in consumer forum but still it seems they show lethargy.
                  One week gone, today 15/12/2015, I called all customer care no. 198, 199, [protected] but all invain. I am not able to speak to customer care executive.
                  I am totally frustrated with the service of the Vodafone company.
                  I do not want any more service/calls from the Vodafone company regarding this issue. Please refund my amount paid Rs. 200 to my main balance as early as possible. I do not want any further Net Connection from your company.

                    My vodafone no. [protected] (saranya) belonging to NCR is in roaming since last few months since I am currently in Bangalore and have been having lot of network issues. Adding to my woes, I have been getting calls stating payment of bill of Ms Preeti Bhat-[protected] of about 3000 approx. to be paid by me. I have no idea who she is and I have sent so many complaints to vodafone customer care but of no avail. My no. was terminated due to non payment of bill of Preeti bhat. I stated the vodafone guys that, I will not pay my current bill of 1522 until they stop mental torture of asking me to pay her bill atleast 10 times day and has been going on since about 15 days now. Vodafone though have revoked my termination with a clause of asking me to pay her bill within next 48hrs if not my no. will be terminated. Hence, I ask you to make vodafone to stop talking nonsense and I claim my current no. not to be terminated by them and pay by bill for this mental torture.

                            On 12/12/2015 I call Vodafone customer care for knowing best Net pack 3G offer for mob.No. [protected]. Customer executive Prity jha talk to me & inform me for recharge of rs 147/- for which I wl get 1 GB 3g data with 30 days validity. Same day I recharge with 147 & got 450 Mb data for 14 days only. Why? Again I cl cstmr care they reply there was no such offer on my Mob no. Why wrong information given to me? Who will compensate for this?

                                I have been charged 1260 saying that I called to 51717 and talked for 90 mins, that too for Astrology, which is in all the way u realistic. talking for 80 mins is not at all possible without charging Guys please be aware of this kind of fraud, if you face the same problem then complain about this, at least other people will come to know about the same issue......

                                Before three days i bought 1GB 3G net pack on my Vodafone number [protected]. After a day the cut my 3G net and give me only 50 Mb 2G net. I called the customer care then he said that sir this is a mistake from Vodafone and i will get my data back the complaint no [protected] is I have recording of that conversation too, because i want to use data so i use that 2G data after 50 MB they cut my balance also. This is totally a scam i want my data back and my balance too.

                                  Dear Sir, I am very disappointed by vodafone team's response, wrong billing and harrasment since I have been requested them for plan change earlier than aug 15 as per my usage which were reduced. the vodafone plan previously opted INR1299 which I had requested to vodafone executive to change it some redplan INR600 and he has assured me that it will be done but unfortunately it has not done then after I visited in vodafone koparkhairane gallery where they again told me to call their customer care becouse it can not be resolved in gallery.then after I again called their executive Mr Vora and he told due to server problem it can not done and advised to visit gallery again, again I visited koparkhairane gallery but this time they has provided their relationship manager's contact for resolution, after contacting him, he said this could not happen due to issue in server and regreted. after that I couninously in touch with him daily to resolve this issue at that time billing payment was INR 3000/- but instead of solving this issue vodafone has disconnected my phone services many times, even many times I have requested that please do not disconnect my since there is a lot of calls which are important will be inturrupted but still vodafone has not cared and terminated connection after accepting that it is their mistake (server problem).still I continoues to keep on reminding vodafone team whenever they sent bills for payment that I will definately pay the bill never said I did not but the matter which I as a customer expect to resolve in proper manner has not done.finally I have recived a legal notice by vodofone to pay the bill of INR 5007 within 7 days otherwise we will be force to pay18% additional ammount over and above INR 5007.0. sir, This is the telecom company like vodafone who dont care about customer's problem and they arrange to send legal notice wihtout understanding the customer issues and resolving them in fair manner.Mr Harish Gore(adv highcourt-vashi) is looking this legal case.I can show several mail communication made by me to vodafone but not a single assurance recived. I would request to look at this serious issue and help us to resolve. Thanks & regards, Raghvendra Singh

Live TV Pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 30 days rental of Rs.90 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.185.868 To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free). "Why deducted? I have not requested for that. Why you people are cheating us? Do you want I shall discontinue this connection? Immediately return back the deducted amount of Rs.90. My Vodafone Number is [protected]..
