      I am a regular user of vodafone and I am regularly facing a problem. After data recharge its shows validy and unlimited service for 28 days but its get over in 10 days . and again recharge and again same problwm . when we speak to customer care, we don't get direct assistance from executive, its ivr which eat our head again and again and again. There is no one to listen problem and resolve it.

        Hi, I have recharged Mobile Number: [protected] with 98 rupees on 15/12/2015. I got 500 MB data for 14 days, But according to running offer I should get 1024 MB data for 28 days. So, I called vodafone customer care 6-7 times, they have taken complaints but there is no responses I got form vodafone side. Below are the Employee IDs of vodafone customer care executives with whom I spoke: A10026151 A460186 Please take action against and resolve.

          Dear Sir, i am facing lot of problem due to unethical billing charges on this Vodafone NO-[protected], billing amount 11000 of one month .but my credit limit is 6000/per month.how it is possible to generate this amount of bill. and vodafone customer care services are forcing me to pay this amount only. i hope that you will be taking care of this problem and i will get justice according to India Law.             Sir, I have logged a complaint about your false offer . i have got the message that u will provide 2 GB/3G data on 297 recharge. but after recharge i have only got 1.25 GB. when i am regularly asking Ur customer care they are saying it will come in 4 hours but after 96 hours also its not came. but wen i called last at 12.45 he is saying that offer is not to ur number. i am just sending the screen shot of the message i got, if you not replying me within 24 hours i will directly go to consumer court regarding this matter. and also i am your consumer for last 4 year, and i fed off your service from last one month last week nearly four days i have not got the internet pack coz o[censored]r technical issue. any way i already applied for PORT. but i am fighting this issue till the end in court. its not a matter of 1 GB but ur misleading thousand of poor customer naveen [protected]

              Mobile no. [protected] notice issued not my fault why should i pay for international vangri call not made by me i issued a cheque with a word of receiving a settlement letter letter not received i stopped the cheque for what vodafone issued a legal notice. i was ready to pay for what i had used but not for vodafone system errors i had been through this harassment from vodafone call center people and the legal notice. i am a sincere vodafone user and doesn't expect such things from it. my alternate no : please feel free to contact me [protected]. or else i wont be having any option left then to file a complaint against vodafone.

                This is with reference to my "corporate" connection number [protected], i would bring to your notice the complete case history: - I had requested to change my plan to minimum rental plan of Rs 199 on 21 March'15 (All Mails backup available) - No response from your end and still i kept on paying my bills regularly. - I met Mr. Rupam Agarwal on 31 Aug'15 at your corp. office in Kanpur, he assured me that my additional expenses incurred (After March'15) would be adjusted in my corporate account and my number would be changed to Zero rental plan from 1 Sept'15(Plan Change mail recieved from Rupam) - Either of the issues were not resolved and i had been charged regularly, still i paid my dues timely. - Now again i have been billed for Oct'15 and Nov'15 and there has been no rectification at your end after continuous follow-ups. All these issues have been neglected from almost 6 months and it can be clearly seen that your customer support execs and other members in the escalation matrix have been sleeping over it. It is a sheer disappointment to write this mail to you but being a loyal customer i am doing my part since Day 1 and i still await you to do yours. Even after writing 8-10 mails and personally contacting the responsible relationship managers in Kanpur i have not got any resolution and another bill for Nov'15 stands due to be paid.(The mails can be checked from receiver email add as: abhi.[protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@yahoo.co.in). If required i can furnish all the emails shared till date. I would request again to refund all the undue charges which i have paid till date since i have a corporate CUG plan and had to pay all bills duly in order to keep my connections running.                   I converted my gujarat Airtel connection into Vodafone Postpaid connection and simply mentioned that I required Maharshtra Goa Sim .But they given me Mumbai circle Sim which roaming charges included in Vodafone Bill. When I called to them they said you did not activated Rome like home service after 2 month they informed me about this service . I have already lodged complaint against but they did not reply me yet, . Even I converted this postpaid connection into prepaid still my sim card is Mumbai circle and i am not able to avail any services of Maharshtra and Goa.

                    I got a phone call from vodafone company on 14th dec 2015 on my vodafone number i.e "[protected]" and i was informed about many offers, and i got a offer worth 251 rs in which i had to get 2GB 3G data, but i received only 1 GB data, when i complained to vodafone care they took my complain 2 times and promised me to give 2 gb but i haven't received yet, and when i calling them now they telling me that there is no offer for you.
                    thay call me first and when i recharge they gave me normal plan instead of offer they are totally doing fraud i want my offer with compensation asap.

                              This is to bring to your notice that the Vodafone office has a record of lying to the customers and causing constant and unnecessary inconvenience. Instead of bringing solutions to the problems created by them in the first place, they proceed to then lie and give false assurances, making one believe that the problem will be resolved when in fact they take no action at all. The outgoing facility on my Vodafone no. was wrongfully terminated in the wee hours of 15 December, yet after having submitted the necessary receipt to the Vodafone store and being assured that the services would begin in an hour, no action was actually taken by the employee. I specifically asked him if I would have to contact them again, knowing well enough the shoddy work ethic that Vodafone has exhibited in my substantial dealing with the company in the past, and he proceeded to tell me that I would not need to take any further action. Despite this, true to the Vodafone way of never doing things, the outgoing was not restarted on my number. When I called up Customer Care 5 hours later, I was told that no request had been made to resume the outgoing facility on my number. Instead of being helped any further, I was asked to contact the office once again. I see that as a pointless activity since the employees at the office have commendable training in inaction and dishonesty, having most recently experienced it only a few hours earlier. I would also like to bring to your notice that Vodafone had no business discontinuing the service in the first place - the said number was ported from Idea around 2 months ago, and apparently there was an outstanding bill of Rs. 18 with the previous mobile service operator, for which Vodafone proceeded to cancel my services. You should know that I had never once been contacted by the Idea office in this regard but Vodafone proceeded to act as their messenger boy as well as unlawful enforcer in this matter. If Vodafone was so worried about Rs. 18 due to another service operator, it could always have paid them from the excess amount it so happily takes up in the monthly bill each time. Such behaviour for such a jocular amount, and the further callousness shown by the Vodafone employees in the Chandigarh branch, forces me to wonder if one is dealing with a multi national company or a small time labourer. The lack of class, culture and the constantly brazen absence of ethics is alarming. I have attached an image of the receipt of the payment of pending amount made to Idea today. I am sure you can verify my going to the office today through the CCTV camera footage over there. Seeing this as a continuing pattern with the company, if the services on my number are not restarted at once, I will not hesitate to proceed legally against the office for the harassment and inconvenience caused to me by the company and its dishonest employees. Regretting the decision to have picked Vodafone once again.

                                I have the number [protected] in vodafone postpaid connection (alternate no: [protected]) that is unavailable now due to no complaint has been resolved regarding so many issue mainly for the extra billing for the unconfirmed add-on services even though I have closed it. few of complaints are below.                                 Because of their worst service of customer care, value added services added with fake confirmation and the extra billing I have lost my contact number that I used for more than 10 Years and I was suffered a lot due to unavailability of my contact number that I have registered in online banking etc. I was not reached by my close relatives and friends who has that number even the heavy raining in Chennai.

                                So, why I can't go for the claim?

                                    One week gone, today 15/12/2015, I called all customer care no. 198, 199, [protected] but all invain. I am not able to speak to customer care executive.
                                    I am totally frustrated with the service of the Vodafone company.
                                    I do not want any more service/calls from the Vodafone company regarding this issue. Please refund my amount paid Rs. 200 to my main balance as early as possible. I do not want any further Net Connection from your company.

                                      My vodafone no. [protected] (saranya) belonging to NCR is in roaming since last few months since I am currently in Bangalore and have been having lot of network issues. Adding to my woes, I have been getting calls stating payment of bill of Ms Preeti Bhat-[protected] of about 3000 approx. to be paid by me. I have no idea who she is and I have sent so many complaints to vodafone customer care but of no avail. My no. was terminated due to non payment of bill of Preeti bhat. I stated the vodafone guys that, I will not pay my current bill of 1522 until they stop mental torture of asking me to pay her bill atleast 10 times day and has been going on since about 15 days now. Vodafone though have revoked my termination with a clause of asking me to pay her bill within next 48hrs if not my no. will be terminated. Hence, I ask you to make vodafone to stop talking nonsense and I claim my current no. not to be terminated by them and pay by bill for this mental torture.
