Dear Sir, I am mahavir jangra and i am vodafone customer last 15-16 year. But this is not good for me because any causes a service start on my mobile No.[protected] name Glamour Zone. I am not activated this application and not requested to activate this kind of any message. But this application activated on my mobile no with out my permission. I requested to you i am back my money 90/- rupees and deactivated this application. In future i hope to your company vodafone not activated any kind of application on this no. Without my permission.     I have done unlimited 851 recharge and its not working for past 1 week..I was unable to do my work and it's LOP Tdy. I called and emailed them many times but my issue was not resolved. They are disconnecting my calI. My 851 gone waste note apart from that tdy I can't work from home and so lop no salary tdy because of these guys. I need resolution and compensation.       Namkeen pack has been activated in my number on 24th December without my consent and Rs 35 has been deducted from my balance. In spite of number of emails send to Vodafone customer care kolkata, Rs 35 has not been refunded. Not even a proper reply was given to my emails other than system generated responds. This is absolutely disappointing and unexpected from a service provider like Vodafone.

        I have changed my organisation and also have my corporate connection.i have requested for a change of caller tune through the call center as well as in mail .i have been geen getting confirmation and promises from call centers that the caller tune would be cancelled as on date it not been done inspite of reporting to the vodafone nodal office and the grievance cell . This just reflect the lacadasical attitide and deficiency of services on part of vodafone .

          Hi!
          This is Bibekananda Tandia i am from Odisha. My Vodafone number is [protected]. I am suffering a great problem since 23/12/15. My number has blocked. I unable to receive call and make a call. I unable to call Vodafone care because Vodafone has barried 198/199/[protected] line also. So I have highlighted this matter through Facebook to Vodafone India Facebook Team. But they did not provide any suggestions. Last time I had called Vodafone care through a Airtel mobile but my call had disconnect without complete conversation. So my problem not solve till now. I did not give request for Sim block to Vodafone care. How Vodafone has blocked my number with out inform me.

            I ported my idea sim to vodafone .on 24th dece my idea sim was canceled but vodafone sim is not activated . I am from kerala in thrissur district place name is mayannur near ottapalm.my phone number is [protected].when i approached vodafone regional office they donot provide proper answer .please take immediate action .now it 10 hours i cant use my sim provided vodafone. I cant get calls and make calls

              Apparently last month i did travel orissa and i was slapped with roaming usage of 3904 INR and the usage about 373 mb despite of having a datapack whic completely unacceptable. vodafone doesnt own their 3g network and it gets latched on to some other network service provider and i have to bear lump sum charges

                    I have requested for disconnected for 2 of my Vodafone numbers [protected] and [protected], more than 3 months ago. I have gone into Kammanahalli Vodafone store and paid all the dues and asked the agent will I get a receipt for disconnection. I was informed nothing as such is required as he has entered in his system and that it will be suspension mode now and after 3 months it will be deactivated. So, believing that I dint take any other information. Now I started receiving emails from Vodafone of bills and that one of my Vodafone is still active and since the other is suspended and not deactivated I should be paying. Now that I don't have the bills and no other documents, I am helpless. What can I do if their system doesn't record as in the store he has suspended it. kindly help. not sure if ill get help here but hoping

My Rs 20 balance Deducted on 20 Dec 2015 at 7.44 pm, i called many times but no response from care side.Rs 35 deducted on 24 Dec 2015, i called care but they deny to refund my balance. Please resolve the problem as soon as possible.

                          Complaint is regarding one of customer care executive named as Vivek to whom i had a talk regarding my bill issue on[protected] in between 2:40 - 3:10 AM. He was in complete sleep state and abused me with the word 'Chal Bund Mara' when i tried to know the reason why i got "Mobile internet roaming" charges while i was on roaming. The conversation can be listed to their auto recorded machine and see his behavior towards the loyal customer like me. Also when i called again to customer care to register an complaint, one of the care executive 'Rinku' and his supervisor 'Sahil' told me that they will register an complaint and will get an acknowledgement with complaint number but i did not get any msg or email. Is this the way Customer Care executive's talk to their customer's when we approach them for a solution? This need's to be addressed and an strict action should be taken against vodafone.

                            Hi i have ported one CDMA SIM into vodafone number but still Vodafone sim not activated . i got the SIM on 20 November 2015 one of your Vodafone agent (Ramesh [protected]), and submit my document to him and i have provided the TD number for portability to Vodafone agent but still my vodafone SIM not activated .i have tried to contact with Vodafone customer care but customer care people always canceled my call in the midway .kindly take a action and do the needful for same . cdma phone number :[protected] Regards ankit verma

                              I have ported my number [protected] from Gurgaon to Rohtak on the month of October. During the process of number porting, as instructed by the Vodafone store employee, INR 1000 (approx.) was paid over the current billing amount, to make the transaction smoother [ Transaction ID : DSMP[protected]]. The Porting was done from Vodafone to Vodafone. On 18th December 2015, I received a text that INR 531.69 is due from my previous operator. After this Vodafone employee Mr. Jaid Siddique [19th December 2015] has confirmed there is no due. My when I have contacted the customer care yesterday, they have instructed me to go to the Vodafone store & submit the proof of payment [Call reference number[protected]] My complaints are as following: 1. Even after paying my bills (more than what was required), my connection was disrupted [only reason I could think of, is that Vodafone want to cheat me] 2. I have paid the amount on 26th October 2015. Even after almost two months, why the money was not reflected in my account? 3. The call center [199] dedicated to resolve the issue for billing, was not able to check my payment details by referring mu Vodafone transaction ID [Oh! Irony] 4. India’s top communication company, asks us to go to Vodafone store physically, wasting our valuable time, as they cannot resolve the issue online!!! Request your immediate action regarding this, as I am facing severe problem without my phone.

                                Worst Service provider, it has been more than 3 weeks applied for postpaid connection, still no updates nothing..people have already taken deposit and documents from my side 3 weeks ago...still i am unaware of what's going on.Customer care is just transferring my call from one department to another, Vodafone store people asks me to consult with customer care n vice versa.Worst customer service i ever came across.

                                        Dear sir, i live in Punjab and i am a post paid customer of Vodafone for long period and on 22 Dec i was charged 35/-RS for a service GLAM SHOT, which was not requested to activated from my end even i was not using internet at that time . suddenly i got a message from company's end that you have been charged for this SERVICE, i instantly send a request to deactivate and not to charge me any money. it was deactivated but charged and one more thing is that i tried to contact with customer care and customer care executive put my call on hold for 10 to 15 min and it happened two times. so sir i have been harassed a lot i request you to solve my problem and i want my money back.

                                        Vodafone ki kamai nahi ho rahi issliye chori karke kama raha hai ab...koi na koi service activate kar dega aur paise deduct kar leta hai...I too got this message of GLAMSHOT has been activated and it deducted Rs.75 from my vodafone account...
