I am using 2G unlimited data pack.. i get a data at very low speed only after 5 r days... i am using this vodafone sim to my laptop mobile modem for internet.. depends on the slow speed of network, i can't open just simple google chrome also.. please consider my complaint and raise my network speed as soon as possible...

    On 27th Dec'2015 the Namkeen Pack is activated in this number without my permission & deducted Rs-35/- for One week. I am not subscribe this VAS Service. This robbery should be stop & arrange to return the deducted amount immediately. Please look into this unwanted service pack. Please take immediate action and credit Rs.35/- to my account immediately. Without my permission How you have deducted the amount.

      Hi, Vodafone India is giving me inflated bill for last two months. They are automatically activates VAS packs and charging for them. And some roaming packs were not activated on time, as directed by me. Because of that I had to pay heavy charges. And even I am asking break up of the bill, they are not providing that as well.         In my mobile number [protected] bollywood masala pack & racing sports pack has been activated without any request from me and subsequent charges of Rs 35/day and Rs 5/day respectively has been deducted from my mobile balance. i have tried to complaint at customer care number but their number are not getting connected for over a day and when it got connected they are saying they cannot help me as their server is getting updated. Also regarding dis i have sent a mail to them vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com but they didnt replied back. I want my money to be refunded and the service to be deactivated as soon as possible. thank you Rahul khanna

          I recently lost my sim for vodafone mobile # [protected] and asked the Vodafone office in Nanjangud Mysore district to provide me with a duplicate sim. My complaint is that however, they gave me a new sim it was for a new number. Why? I lost $79 ballance and all my contacts too. The Nanjanguh Office woman is very rude and not helpfull. Please refund the $79 to my new number of [protected]. And speek to your Vodafone Male representative and female associate in Nanjangud Mysore district about my complaint. I visited the nanjangud office over 7 times and was always told to come back the next (day after day) and its still not resolver. The Vodafone office now wants me to go to Mysore Office to resolve the matter and refuse to help me at the Nanjangud office. I am from Nanjangud and my account is in nanjangud and so Nanjangun office should resolve this complaint but refuse to do so. I have also complained to the Vodafone mobile number and was told my 79 would be credited to my new number but it still has not been credited. Please conduct business properly and respectfully at your Nanjangud Mysore district office location or I will be forced to close my business relations with Vodefone.

          Second Vodafone Nanjangud India Complaint:
          To follow up on my original complaint please note:
          I lost my sim for Vodafone mobile # [protected] and asked the Vodafone office in Nanjangud Mysore district to report it lost and stop all services on it. Yet, they did not report it lost. Why? I next reported it lost to the Vodafone mobile phone department. Yet, they did not report it lost. Why? They did however, provide me with what I thought was a duplicate sim, it was not, it was a new sim with a new number. Why? They did not register that my old sim was lost, yet they gave me a new sim it was for a new number. Why? I lost $79 balance, and all the saved memory contacts too. The Nanjanguh vodafone Office woman was very rude and not helpful at all.. I have still no got the refund of the $79 to my new number of [protected]. Someone need speak to your Vodafone male representative and female associate in Nanjangud Mysore district about their conduct. I visited the Nanjangud office over 7 times and was always told to come back the next (day after day). The Vodafone office wanted me to go to Mysore office to resolve the matter and refuse to help me at the Nanjangud office. I am from Nanjangud and my account is in Nanjangud and so the Nanjangud office should resolve this complaint but they refused to do so. I have also complained to the Vodafone mobile complaint number and was told my $79 would be credited to my new number but it still has not been credited. Why? This matter has still not been resolved. Recently I was only told by the Vodafone mobile operator to purchase a new sim to recover the lost $79. This task I will have to do now. This trip will waste my time and money in doing because I will have to go to Mysore to finally resolve this matter.
          Recently on[protected] the Vodafone Office in Nanjangud refused to recharge my mobile for $250. I asked the Vodafone woman for a $250 recharge but she refused to do the recharge for me, and furthermore, she would not give me the reason for not wanting to to do the recharging. Why? Note: I had two Nanjangud police members with me waiting for me outside, so at that time I asked them to confronted the Vodafone lady associate about her behaviour. They did so, she responded by referring me to another shop directly next door to complete the recharge. Why? Why am I being denied service? Is it because I filed a complaint before about louse service at the Vodafone office in Nanjangud. Please, once again, try to conduct Vodafone customer business properly and respectfully at your Nanjangud Mysore district office location.

            M staying in new ashok nagar new Delhi.the service or Vodafone here is worst ever I have seen.my flat is on top floor of a house.and my max calls drops due to lack of network.only one last signal is showing while im dialing any no. And talking on calls.due to call drops I have to make 3-4 calls extra.its a big issue here.i have 3 no's 2 voda nd one reliance no any prob in reliance.do somethting in this matter

                  From the last 5 days the have close our service my mobile no [protected], all dues are clear, because the another number the have closed our service, the dues of the number is not correct, my fist plan that i started was rupees 450 and second adon pack rupees 450, all the packs were 3g, and third is 1599 pack, the fist pack good but after the i couldn't use the service properly, i called the costumer care for this problem, but the was no solution, and after two month the gave us a bill of rupees 5526. because my number was closed i was in loss. can Vodafone pay my loss.without any notice paper the have closed my number. whatever loss i have had i will make a case on consumer court. i am valuable customer of Vodafone, the haven't give me any respect, because the Vodafone my image was effected. my customers thought that i have lefted my work i am filling very insulted [protected] please check this number and settled and restarted my number [protected] all dues is clear

                    I see that Vodafone charges its subscribers for Game downloads I have an unlimited plan with Vodafone for Data downloads In my phone there are some pre installed games which keep popping up their messages for downlaod of new gane or upgrades when my son is playing if he accidently clicks sometjing it downloads a game and we get a message that new game has been downloaded with a charge of rs 50 or Rs 99 I see this ia a scam. Why Vodafone is supportingthis middleman job 1. I have taken unlimited data plan so vodafone should not charge me any thing extra 2. On whose behalg vodafone is chargign this extar ? Is it actingas Game companies agent 3. Most important -- how a financial transaction happen with out multiple warnings and asking for any pin code etc ?? this is a scam . Please ask Vodafone and all network carrirers to stop this ASAP

                    Let me make this clear in as many less words as posible
                    1. there are multiple charges for same download
                    2. Not sure what these downloads are, even if we do not click any urls as found in message charges are levied immediately as per sms and it is reflected in vodafones next bill
                    3. vodafone and all carriers should start using PIN / OTP etc for any financial transations

                    In the absence of any such regulation all carriers combining with game or any such service providers are duping customers . Hence this ia scam which consumer forum / regulator should stop asap

                          Sir, there is an offer regularly in my vodafone no [protected] regularly on seeing *121# for 300 mb 3g in rs 49 / -. I recharged by seller on 22/12/2015 & 0n 26/12/2015 for 49/. but I credited only 150 mb . i tried to resolution by customer care but it was all in wain. this is a bad customer service and unprofessional practice and a cheating with customer by showing offer but not giving proper benefit. it also repels customers from company. so kindly resolve the issue as earlieast as possible & credit my rest MB 150 (22/12/2015)+ 150 MB (26/12/2015)=300 MB.

                            I got a postpaid data + voice card from Mumbai JB Nagar store. For nearly a month I was using the data and did not get any notification of data usage except once after nearly 20 days where it said i've used 70% of data. Before when I called customer service she said there is 0 data usage and then started offering me another card instead of addressing the problem in hand. Again no action after that and I coudnt understand if the usage was above limit then one day I get an sms that my total bill is around Rs. 500. When I call to say how the bill is amounting to 500 still no proper response on usage. I ask to change from postpaid to prepaid they say because I'm in Bangalore it will take 3 months to change. I call Mumbai Customer Service and after a while I said i'm not going to use the card and am not paying till I get the exact details, then he says its upto you to pay or not???? Still doesnt tell me the data usage details. Now after 2 months again I get a call saying I have to pay 1300 bill when I've thrown the card since 1 month.

                              Hi vodafone team, even after paying all dues still my outgoing services have been barred on my vodafone postpaid number. On 18th dec, vodafone acknowledged the below in email-- "With reference to your enquiry, we assure you that an amount of Rs.313.07/- towards the invoice dated 25/10/2015 has been updated in our records on 16/12/2015. Further we wish to confirm that there is no outstanding amount on your inactive account. Kindly note your Interaction number[protected] for your future reference" But today my outgoing calls have been barred and harassing me because before monday nothing is going to happen. Mean time how will i make urgent outgoing calls. How can vodafone behave like this and stop services when no dues are pending.

                              After multiple followups, still issue has not resolved. All documentary proofs submitted but now vodafone teams saying server down. How can they are so irresponsible. It's clear cut harassment.

                                  I have never used any VAS applications ever, even then, Vodafone seems to be charging me for those services. I am a student and it's hard for me to pay the increasing bills each month. In spite of not making any VAS downloads, Vodafone charged me INR175 this month. This problem should be looked into to ensure that I don't have to terminate my services.

I wated to take vodafone, s contact no. but company rejected my proof . they said that 5 contact numbers already running at your name. but i never take the vodafone number before. i visited the local mini store & vodafone store, faridkot. But they did not tell me about that numbers. I wants to know about those 5 contact numbers. whose are running at my name. But they did not corporate me.
