I converted my prepaid Vodafone number [protected] to post paid on date 27.11.15. I took Red plan 499, under this plan 1000 local + std minutes free + 1000 messages + 500 mb data. When i checked my first bill hey have charged me as 250 rs as monthly rental charges for 15 days, bu this plan offers 100 discount, monthly charges now 399, for 15 days it is around 200 rs but they charged me 241.45 rs. Here by i am attaching the bill, know how vodafone cheating the customers. After complaining they reversed the amount. But instead of 1000 minutes free, they have given 500 minutes only when i contacted the customer care executive he agreed with my point, took the complaint . complaint reference number is[protected]. he said within 2days amount will be reversed. but when i contacted today for the same they denying my complaint. how these telecom operators cheating by the name of offers. Hence, I am requesting TRAI should look into these matters, punish these cheaters with huge penality
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have vodafone postpaid number, i faced same thing
They have stopped mine data pack.
All data gone.
And now not getting data in future bill cycle.
I have complained about it, they saying that you have forcefully stopped it, we can't recover it.
