Dear, remove activation of value added service on my phone. I haven't applied for any service. This is to bring to your notice that the Vodafone office has a record of lying to the customers and causing constant and unnecessary inconvenience. Instead of bringing solutions to the problems created by them in the first place, they proceed to then lie and give false assurances, making one believe that the problem will be resolved when in fact they take no action at all.
