I received a call from the Mobile number [protected]. I attended the call. At the time of receiving the call the lady told me we are calling from SBI credit card services. we need to verify your card details. Then Immediately I replied SBI credit card will not call and ask any details. why now required the details. they told me you have some reward amount Rs.4954/-- it has to deposit in your card account. so we r asking like she replied. With the believes I given alll the details. First they conformed my Date of birth. then the validity of the credit card. Verified the card number and CVV number. While asking CVV Number i inquired why should I tell the cvv number to credit my reward amount by you. she told me it is necessary. One more question also I asked her hoe will you remit this amount to my credit card. She told me It will deposit to your account. with in fraction of second she created OTP and forwarded to my mobile number and with another number she called me to my mobile number and told me to spell the OTP. The OTP number which i received in my mobile number I spelled. the OTP number is created by her. Even now also I received a call from her the same Mobile which is quoted [protected] 0320 PM AND 0326 PM.No document roof. only her mobile Number and the amount which is debited from from my SBI card Number 7992 Rs.4954/-Hence requesting stop the payment and get back me the amount Rs.4954/_Date of incident 18/DEC/2015.

I am not used any ware my sbi card.
I received a call from my mobile. I attended it By that time I heard one lady voice and she told me we r calling from SBI credit card. we want to verify your card number. Please give us the details. I told her SBI credit card never verify. why you want the details. she replied you have pending rewards amount Rs. 4954/- with us. we want to remit it to your account. so we required the details.
first asked my date of birth.
credit card number
then CVV number. While asking cvv number I questioned why you need my cvv number to credit my reward amount. It is necessary to conform the card is yours she told me..
after receipt the details she created OTP number and debited Rs.4954/- from my credit card. Hence requesting you stop the payment or recover it from them.
No evidence. what for this amount debited also unknown. I have only the mobile number who called me to my mobile number.
call received Mobile Number is [protected].Rreceived calls 1. 13 pm, 1. 22 pm, 1 .23 pm, 3.20 pm 3. 26 pm to day 18/DEC/2015 She completed her looting at about 1.25pmon18/12/2015.
Incident date 18th DEC 2015.

OTP NUMBER CREATED BY HER IS 726216 AMOUNT LOOTED Rs.4954/- SBI CARD NUMBER 7992.
HENCE REQUESTING YOU PLEASE STOP THE PAYMENT OR RECOVER IT IMMEDIATELY.

    On the 7th of Dec i went to pay my bill off rupees 1730 at the Vodafone care kalkaji at 9:28pm i payed the amount of 1500 rupees but the machine stopped and gave me a receipt of rupees 1000 and even a messaged popped on my cell phone for rupees 1000, that very moment i called 199 an had a talk with a very nice rep. naiem ahmed he was a good listener and helped me accordingly, even asked me to register a complain with the Vodafone care people, the next day on the 8th of DEC i went to the office and registered my complain, the girl named Neha told me the issue will be resolved within 72 hrs.As today is 18th and i even went went to Vodafone office kalkaji yesterday i;e on 17th they asked me for another 48hrs. I don't think that this is such a big problem that can not be resolved in over 10days of time.Iam so pissed with the not so courteous n bland behavior of the reps at the vodafone care

        According to TRAI, I gave STOP sms to 1925 to deactivate my internet service. You did not deactivate my internet service, instead u deactivated my internet pack. When I activated it back my balance around 600 mb in my data pack has gone. I lost 600 MB because o[censored].According to TRAI, start or stop is meant for internet usage in main balance & not for data packs.For using data packs, its deemed to be restricted to the specified data volume or the specified period.But u r against the TRAI regln & u r cutting down the data pack & u r looting the data balance.I kindly request u to revert the data balance in my account.Now timebeing i recharged again for my internet usage.         I was called from vodafone customercare .The problem was explained & now i was given 1GB with validity till Jan.17.Previously i was emailed from [email protected] for this forum to get my complaint resolved quickly.

        same has been done with me also, wen i sent STOP meaasge to 1925 my internet services has been deactivated including my data pack which was more than 1 GB 3g data, lastly i had to send START message to 1925 to get my net activated, after activation my data which was more than 1 gb got lapsed...and i had been explained by customer care to set new data pack...these companies are violation the guidelines of TRAI, According to TRAI, start or stop is meant for internet usage in main balance & not for data packs.For using data packs, it deemed to be restricted to the specified data volume...my mobile no.         same thing happen on [protected]...my plan not activated after Start 1925

        I have vodafone postpaid number, i faced same thing
        They have stopped mine data pack.
        All data gone.
        And now not getting data in future bill cycle.
        I have complained about it, they saying that you have forcefully stopped it, we can't recover it.

            Hello, I am unable to send sms to port out of vodafone. Mobile number to port: [protected] Number to contact me: [protected] Very bad Data coverage from vodafone Existing conplaints on data coverage never was resolved but always getting feedback calls, worst customer care service too. Not even closer to customer satisfactory level. I would not prefer anybody to use VODAFONE ever.. Atleast get the SMS service issue resolved.

              I have Vodafone no [protected] since last four or five year..i want to port my sim but company don't provide me upc code for the porting purpose..whenever m call to customer care he told me ur sim is not a prepead sim so i dont able to provide u code but how this possible ... I was purches that sim by retailer shop ...so please provide me upc code...

                Team @ Vodafone, Today my phone number ( [protected] ) got disconnected ( No Services ) . Am surprised that this was done without no prior intimation. No SMS No Mail No Call This is corporate connection and am leading Senior position . If this is the services you have ...I would recommend complete corporate to de-link all relationship with Vodaphone . With immediate effect please reinstall the services .                     I have got sim with number [protected] after submitting proper Photo iD Card and photo along with signature through a vendor at Hatia railway colony market.It was converted to micro sim and inserted in mobile on 16.11.2015 and it was not activated till 19.11.2015 thereafter vendor retained the sim for activation but not succeeded in getting activated .Thereafter it was returned with damaged sim and it was not displayed in my mobile.The sim was returned back to the vendor with one set of photo ID and photograph for new blank sim to get released.But no way it was served yet.Again one set document was asked and was provided for the same.I have not received the sim right now.Is it a mechanism exist to address my complain and for its redress-al? Please look-into it and kindly resolve.

                      I had 2 nos with Vodafone India, which i ported out on 2nd Oct 2015. Before porting, the rule is you have to clear all outstanding before they allow porting out. Today after 3 months of porting out, they are raising bills and asking me to pay Rs 10000 or they will get the line confiscated. My nos are [protected] and [protected] . I have spoken several times, send mails to their Applet ate authority but of no avail.

                        Hi, Since 12th Dec, 2015, Saturday I have been facing network issue in IVY Estate Wagholi. I am unable to make or receive calls with no access of mobile net. Till Friday the network was very strong and fast. It is not the problem with either phone or sim card as it works perfectly fine outside Wagholi. This has impacted my job, for I have to cover the US shift wherein I need to attend lot of conference calls. I raised a complaint with the customer care on 15th December, 2016 requesting them to look into this issue on top priority. However, till today I have not received any response from Vodafone. In turn I have been calling them on 198 and checking on the status. Unfortunately I get the standard statement that they are looking into the issue. Please refer to ticket #[protected]. Appreciate if someone responsible looks into the issue and understands the importance of customer satisfaction. Regards Salitha

                          I converted my prepaid Vodafone number [protected] to post paid on date 27.11.15. I took Red plan 499, under this plan 1000 local + std minutes free + 1000 messages + 500 mb data. When i checked my first bill hey have charged me as 250 rs as monthly rental charges for 15 days, bu this plan offers 100 discount, monthly charges now 399, for 15 days it is around 200 rs but they charged me 241.45 rs. Here by i am attaching the bill, know how vodafone cheating the customers. After complaining they reversed the amount. But instead of 1000 minutes free, they have given 500 minutes only when i contacted the customer care executive he agreed with my point, took the complaint . complaint reference number is[protected]. he said within 2days amount will be reversed. but when i contacted today for the same they denying my complaint. how these telecom operators cheating by the name of offers. Hence, I am requesting TRAI should look into these matters, punish these cheaters with huge penality

Kindly stop the transaction and do not remit the amount to the person. I request you that on humanity ground kindly cancel the order having transaction number[protected] immediately and if it isn't cancelled I just want the number/account details on which the transaction take place so that the person can be put behind bars.                                   Model Mania - Wrongly deducted amount from my account - am not subscribe anything. Vodofone cheating their customers. There is no option to get back the deducted amount.

                                    I am a regular user of vodafone and I am regularly facing a problem. After data recharge its shows validy and unlimited service for 28 days but its get over in 10 days . and again recharge and again same problwm . when we speak to customer care, we don't get direct assistance from executive, its ivr which eat our head again and again and again. There is no one to listen problem and resolve it.

I got 500 MB data for 14 days, But according to running offer I should get 1024 MB data for 28 days. So, I called vodafone customer care 6-7 times, they have taken complaints but there is no responses I got form vodafone side.
