I had visited a Vodafone store in Mira Road, Mumbai on 26th Aug 2015 for a new prepaid data connection. A female rep told that if I take prepaid data card connection, I will get a used number and I may receive calls if I use that card in my mobile phone. She told me to buy a post paid data card and I will be able to convert the same card in prepaid without any problem after 3 months and it will be free of cost. Today I visited the same store and I was told that the card cannot be converted into prepaid and that I will have to first convert it into a postpaid calling card with minimum rental of Rs. 99 for 1 month. Also after that I will have to pay Rs. 549 for converting into prepaid data card connection. I asked them to provide help and resolve this issue as per commitment but the rep named Omkar said he cannot do it. Then I was introduced to the so called floor manager Bhagyashree who denied any help and said that I can escalate this matter to whomsoever I wish to. This is the pathetic service I have received. I also asked them to give this to me in writing and the denied that as well. There was no store manager to assist. I asked them to contact the store manager and the denied that as well. In the end I asked them to give me a new connection and was given the same reason that I will get a used number.

      I have recieved messages from vodafone to recharge rs. 197 to get 350000 local and std seconds pack for 28 days. But it deactivated within 15days. When i called them they are not accepting that any message sent to my number first after that they said visit our vodafone store and show them your message. after one day i visited vodafone store and i have shown that msg he registered complaint([protected]) and he said within 48 hrs we clear u r issue but already 72hrs over but still dat issue not closed. when called them they are asking extra time and after that when i call to customer care they disconnected my call so many times. or they put my call on hold. total 7days completed but that issue is not closed. i am very upset with vodafone service Please take action..

          VODAFONE IS CHEATING My name is Saumitra Datta. Mobile no. [protected]. On 18 the December 2015, an amount of Rs90/- has been deducated from my balance towards "Glamour Zone Pack". I have not requested for this. Earlier same thing happened. Amount deducated and not refunded. Please refund my R's 90/- which is deducted for GLAMOUR ZONE PACK on[protected]. Now, very sorry to say that I think to disconnect my number from Vodafone if I will not get my deducated among. Saumitra Datta [protected]

            On the 9th of Dec 2015, I, have requested Vodafone to change my plan from the Vodafone Red Family plan to 299 monthly plan. I was assured on several occasions that the new plan would be activated from my next billing cycle I.e. 18th of Dec 2015. Calls were made to the call centre helpline no. 199 on 17th and 18th and I was once again assured that the plan would be changed by midnight of 18th Dec 2015. On calling the helpline no. today I.e 19th Dec 2015 I have been informed that the new plan requested will be activated only on 18th Jan 2016. Find this kind of service and harassment extremely unfortunate and hope that strict action can be taken against vodafone.

                I used to get a call from the Delhi Vodafone number [protected] saying that they are calling from SBI card division and my points are expired and they need my card details to transfer it to payback card. If i asked them to provide my last 4 digit card number which they don't know and they droped the connection. It is 3rd time i am getting the call from this fraud number.

                  I have recieved messages from vodafone to recharge rs. 147 to get 1 gb of 3g pack for 28 days. But i got only 450 mb of data. When i called them they are not accepting that any message sent to my number. And again they told me this offer is not valid for you. But i got these message on 17, 18, and 19 of december and i recharged on 19 december.

                    On 18 Dec, 2015 at 9AM, My balance was deducted for Super Models Club automatically without my request. I spoke to customer support and she told me that the request was from internet. In the meantime the call was stopped responding, after few seconds automated/prerecorded call start. I want to know how that subscription was subscribed without my knowledge. I did not get the satisfactory answer from the customer support too. I installed MyVodafone app and sent complaint but I did not get any status of that email too. How I can track my complaint through MyVodafone app? In my last 5 deductions (took screenshot from mobile using MyVodafone app) there is no such deduction too.

                      I had Vodafone number [protected]. My complaint number with Vodafone was [protected]. In September 2014 I had travelled to the UK wherein my mobile internet did not work. Even then upon returning I realized Vodafone had charged me north of 1, 500 for international internet roaming charges. I disputed the same and escalated the matter till their appellate authority but even then they weren't ready to share the details of where the internet usage had taken place to substantiate their claim. The dispute was still ongoing when they assigned my number to someone else. Now after a year my contacts are receiving calls from their collection department for payment of this bill. I would kindly request you to please sort this matter and dissuade them from contacting the numbers that they may have extracted from my calling list. Thanks & Regards Stuti Menon

                          I was intimated that two services are activated in my account one is Mobilemela service and the other is sometghing like hotspot service. i have not asked for any services and neither am i using them.. so i should not be charged extra for these services. it is very bad of such a reputed company as yours simply activates a service without the consent or the verification of the customer. i tried sending messages and the service number is not known to me. i sent immediate messages to 199 which confirmed that the services will be stopped. i dont understand why it takes such a long time to deactivate such a service which i have not asked for whereas you were more than eager to provide and charge me without any time delay is there a nexus between the concerned parties?

                            Vodafone company is cheating their customers grabbing just money from them and not starting my above phone. Vodafone is mere a cheater company. I had paid the money to mobile store at Plot No. 18, Bhoj Mahal Building, VN Purav Marg, Chembur, Mumbai - 400071. I have paid them the required money needed to start my phone. Earlier for two times they had closed my mobile to give my above number to someone else. Though I have paid all money they are deliberately not starting my phone to grab my money and give my mobile to someone else. Such companies have no right to continue their offices in India.                                 I received a call from the Mobile number [protected]. I attended the call. At the time of receiving the call the lady told me we are calling from SBI credit card services. we need to verify your card details. Then Immediately I replied SBI credit card will not call and ask any details. why now required the details. they told me you have some reward amount Rs.4954/-- it has to deposit in your card account. so we r asking like she replied. With the believes I given alll the details. First they conformed my Date of birth. then the validity of the credit card. Verified the card number and CVV number. While asking CVV Number i inquired why should I tell the cvv number to credit my reward amount by you. she told me it is necessary. One more question also I asked her hoe will you remit this amount to my credit card. She told me It will deposit to your account. with in fraction of second she created OTP and forwarded to my mobile number and with another number she called me to my mobile number and told me to spell the OTP. The OTP number which i received in my mobile number I spelled. the OTP number is created by her. Even now also I received a call from her the same Mobile which is quoted [protected] 0320 PM AND 0326 PM.No document roof. only her mobile Number and the amount which is debited from from my SBI card Number 7992 Rs.4954/-Hence requesting stop the payment and get back me the amount Rs.4954/_Date of incident 18/DEC/2015.

I attended it By that time I heard one lady voice and she told me we r calling from SBI credit card. we want to verify your card number. Please give us the details. I told her SBI credit card never verify. why you want the details. she replied you have pending rewards amount Rs. 4954/- with us. we want to remit it to your account. so we required the details.
                                first asked my date of birth.
                                credit card number
                                then CVV number. While asking cvv number I questioned why you need my cvv number to credit my reward amount. It is necessary to conform the card is yours she told me..
                                after receipt the details she created OTP number and debited Rs.4954/- from my credit card. Hence requesting you stop the payment or recover it from them.
                                No evidence. what for this amount debited also unknown. I have only the mobile number who called me to my mobile number.
                                call received Mobile Number is [protected].Rreceived calls 1. 13 pm, 1. 22 pm, 1 .23 pm, 3.20 pm 3. 26 pm to day 18/DEC/2015 She completed her looting at about 1.25pmon18/12/2015.
                                Incident date 18th DEC 2015.

                                  On the 7th of Dec i went to pay my bill off rupees 1730 at the Vodafone care kalkaji at 9:28pm i payed the amount of 1500 rupees but the machine stopped and gave me a receipt of rupees 1000 and even a messaged popped on my cell phone for rupees 1000, that very moment i called 199 an had a talk with a very nice rep. naiem ahmed he was a good listener and helped me accordingly, even asked me to register a complain with the Vodafone care people, the next day on the 8th of DEC i went to the office and registered my complain, the girl named Neha told me the issue will be resolved within 72 hrs.As today is 18th and i even went went to Vodafone office kalkaji yesterday i;e on 17th they asked me for another 48hrs. I don't think that this is such a big problem that can not be resolved in over 10days of time.Iam so pissed with the not so courteous n bland behavior of the reps at the vodafone care

                                      According to TRAI, I gave STOP sms to 1925 to deactivate my internet service. You did not deactivate my internet service, instead u deactivated my internet pack. When I activated it back my balance around 600 mb in my data pack has gone. I lost 600 MB because o[censored].According to TRAI, start or stop is meant for internet usage in main balance & not for data packs.For using data packs, its deemed to be restricted to the specified data volume or the specified period.But u r against the TRAI regln & u r cutting down the data pack & u r looting the data balance.I kindly request u to revert the data balance in my account.Now timebeing i recharged again for my internet usage.                                       I was called from vodafone customercare .The problem was explained & now i was given 1GB with validity till Jan.17.Previously i was emailed from [email protected] for this forum to get my complaint resolved quickly.

                                      same has been done with me also, wen i sent STOP meaasge to 1925 my internet services has been deactivated including my data pack which was more than 1 GB 3g data, lastly i had to send START message to 1925 to get my net activated, after activation my data which was more than 1 gb got lapsed...and i had been explained by customer care to set new data pack...these companies are violation the guidelines of TRAI, According to TRAI, start or stop is meant for internet usage in main balance & not for data packs.For using data packs, it deemed to be restricted to the specified data volume...my mobile no.                                       They have stopped mine data pack.
                                      All data gone.
                                      And now not getting data in future bill cycle.
                                      I have complained about it, they saying that you have forcefully stopped it, we can't recover it.
