I am facing network problem with Vodafone postpaid connection, due to which they were posting more bill on my account.
Almost 10 times I have sent mail and tried around 30 times to call customer care for register complain on the same, but there is no response.
Whenever I am getting call from customer care on the same, they were raising new request but there is no further communication on the request.
When I mentioned that I will not pay the bill, customer support people rudely behaved with me.
Please help me out in this, so that I can come out of this issue.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Suggestion : - If your system is down due to some technical issue then no need to process any SIM activation.
I am unable to use my pre-paid a well as post-paid number. from last 48hrs.
