    I am facing network problem with Vodafone postpaid connection, due to which they were posting more bill on my account. Almost 10 times I have sent mail and tried around 30 times to call customer care for register complain on the same, but there is no response. Whenever I am getting call from customer care on the same, they were raising new request but there is no further communication on the request. When I mentioned that I will not pay the bill, customer support people rudely behaved with me. Please help me out in this, so that I can come out of this issue.       I have purchased SIM[protected] mobile no.[protected] from Indore, Rambaugh, Indore (Madhya Pradesh). I am staying at 29, Juni Kasera Bakhal, Indore. But when I recharged yesterday for 3G internet of Rs.52/- yesterday and Rs.51/- for mail balance for calling. It was showing Roaming. Kindly do the needful to make the same a native (Home Town Indore), so that it will not charge higher. I am using this only for internet. Naresh Damniwala

        I purchased a new sim on 6/10/2015.I did not got any confirmation call from the company and I already paid or my number.I paid Rs. 1250 for allotment of my new number i.e [protected] and the number is still not activated and is assigned to some other party. I need the same number or I will complain it in the Consumer Court Of India

          My Vodafone number is [protected] and just before I got a text that a pack named 'Namkeen pack' is activated to my number and it will cost amount of Rs.35.00. I have not requested for activation of any pack even I don't know what the hell this pack is. So kindly deactivate this pack and don't charge for this. It is really the worst way to fool your customers or having a financial fraud. Please deactivate on urgent basis and don't charge or I will discontinue my connection.

            I purchased a new sim card before two months and from 25th Dec 2015 its not working and I can not even make a call as well as not receive also. I visited customer care office ; then a person told me to pay 25 rupees to get sim activated again. Why my mobile phone number is operationally not working ? I didnt got any response from vodaphone compaint section also ..didnt recieve a single call from comany on alternate number also.. please help me as early as possible !!! I am thinking to change my service provider. Start my sim card most early... its really an urgent complaint. Vodaphone phone number : - [protected] alternate phone number :- [protected]

              After communication from one of Vodafone executive am agree to convert my pre-paid SIM card [protected] to postpaid on 25th December. And my SIM card is seems to inactive from 27th Dec Sunday evening. I am tired to call 117 (Tele-verification) dept. But still my number is inactive after successfully completion of tele-verification on Monday evening. All executive are share false information regarding activation. I am unable to use my number from last Sunday, it is near about 48hr, still inactive. No-one will give correct information regarding activation.
              Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Very bad Vodafone service.
              Suggestion : - If your system is down due to some technical issue then no need to process any SIM activation.
              I am unable to use my pre-paid a well as post-paid number. from last 48hrs.

                  A balance amount of Rs. 15 has been deducted on my number [protected] saying that a Glam Zone pack has been activated when in fact I have activated DND on my phone and I have entertained no such request. This is the second time this month that my balance was deducted. Last time it was Rs. 75. This is getting very annoying. I am being cheated of my money every time by Vodafone without a reason. I just want a refund at the earliest!!

                          Dear sir i had a postpaid vodafone No [protected] from 2012. But in the month of may 2015 i had converted my postpaid number into prepaid. After that the security money and my advance balance money (Approx Rs 700/-) which should be given back by vodafone to me was not return till date. sir after taking a lot of correspondence with customer care and concern authority i was unable take my security money. pl solve this issue urgently my contract no is [protected] and email ID [protected]@gmail.com for further correspondence.

                            Mera sim no [protected] h jiska duplicate sim date 28/12/2015 ko mene vodaphone store near amaltas hotel a.b.road se receive kiya 12:10 pm jo evening 8:15 pm tak activate nahi hua h aaap se anurodh hai ki aap mera sim activate kare, kyoki mera kaam rukh gaya h, , , , apke vodaphone store ab road par me 8:00 gaya jaha ms mitali vankhede ji se baat hua unhone mujhe kaha kal 29/12/2015 12:00 pm tak bhi apka sim acivate nahi hoga server down hai ...please help

                              I am customer of Vodafone from last 3 years. 4 months earlier they blocked my sim without any proper reason and asked me to convert it postpaid. After doing as they said i converted it into postpaid after paying Rs 300. After converting also they have disconnected it three times. Every time i have to submit documents to their office which is 60 Km away from my place causing total of Rs 600 in travelling. Apart form economical loss i have faced lot of mental stress due to this, as this is the only number i am using fro last 3 years. It has caused many problems to me. This time again they have removed their sim connection.

                                I am using 2G unlimited data pack.. i get a data at very low speed only after 5 r days... i am using this vodafone sim to my laptop mobile modem for internet.. depends on the slow speed of network, i can't open just simple google chrome also.. please consider my complaint and raise my network speed as soon as possible...

                                  On 27th Dec'2015 the Namkeen Pack is activated in this number without my permission & deducted Rs-35/- for One week. I am not subscribe this VAS Service. This robbery should be stop & arrange to return the deducted amount immediately. Please look into this unwanted service pack. Please take immediate action and credit Rs.35/- to my account immediately. Without my permission How you have deducted the amount.

And some roaming packs were not activated on time, as directed by me. Because of that I had to pay heavy charges. And even I am asking break up of the bill, they are not providing that as well.                                       In my mobile number [protected] bollywood masala pack & racing sports pack has been activated without any request from me and subsequent charges of Rs 35/day and Rs 5/day respectively has been deducted from my mobile balance. i have tried to complaint at customer care number but their number are not getting connected for over a day and when it got connected they are saying they cannot help me as their server is getting updated. Also regarding dis i have sent a mail to them vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com but they didnt replied back. I want my money to be refunded and the service to be deactivated as soon as possible. thank you Rahul khanna

                                        I recently lost my sim for vodafone mobile # [protected] and asked the Vodafone office in Nanjangud Mysore district to provide me with a duplicate sim. My complaint is that however, they gave me a new sim it was for a new number. Why? I lost $79 ballance and all my contacts too. The Nanjanguh Office woman is very rude and not helpfull. Please refund the $79 to my new number of [protected]. And speek to your Vodafone Male representative and female associate in Nanjangud Mysore district about my complaint. I visited the nanjangud office over 7 times and was always told to come back the next (day after day) and its still not resolver. The Vodafone office now wants me to go to Mysore Office to resolve the matter and refuse to help me at the Nanjangud office. I am from Nanjangud and my account is in nanjangud and so Nanjangun office should resolve this complaint but refuse to do so. I have also complained to the Vodafone mobile number and was told my 79 would be credited to my new number but it still has not been credited. Please conduct business properly and respectfully at your Nanjangud Mysore district office location or I will be forced to close my business relations with Vodefone.

                                        Second Vodafone Nanjangud India Complaint:
                                        To follow up on my original complaint please note:
                                        I lost my sim for Vodafone mobile # [protected] and asked the Vodafone office in Nanjangud Mysore district to report it lost and stop all services on it. Yet, they did not report it lost. Why? I next reported it lost to the Vodafone mobile phone department. Yet, they did not report it lost. Why? They did however, provide me with what I thought was a duplicate sim, it was not, it was a new sim with a new number. Why? They did not register that my old sim was lost, yet they gave me a new sim it was for a new number. Why? I lost $79 balance, and all the saved memory contacts too. The Nanjanguh vodafone Office woman was very rude and not helpful at all.. I have still no got the refund of the $79 to my new number of [protected]. Someone need speak to your Vodafone male representative and female associate in Nanjangud Mysore district about their conduct. I visited the Nanjangud office over 7 times and was always told to come back the next (day after day). The Vodafone office wanted me to go to Mysore office to resolve the matter and refuse to help me at the Nanjangud office. I am from Nanjangud and my account is in Nanjangud and so the Nanjangud office should resolve this complaint but they refused to do so. I have also complained to the Vodafone mobile complaint number and was told my $79 would be credited to my new number but it still has not been credited. Why? This matter has still not been resolved. Recently I was only told by the Vodafone mobile operator to purchase a new sim to recover the lost $79. This task I will have to do now. This trip will waste my time and money in doing because I will have to go to Mysore to finally resolve this matter.
                                        Recently on[protected] the Vodafone Office in Nanjangud refused to recharge my mobile for $250. I asked the Vodafone woman for a $250 recharge but she refused to do the recharge for me, and furthermore, she would not give me the reason for not wanting to to do the recharging. Why? Note: I had two Nanjangud police members with me waiting for me outside, so at that time I asked them to confronted the Vodafone lady associate about her behaviour. They did so, she responded by referring me to another shop directly next door to complete the recharge. Why? Why am I being denied service? Is it because I filed a complaint before about louse service at the Vodafone office in Nanjangud. Please, once again, try to conduct Vodafone customer business properly and respectfully at your Nanjangud Mysore district office location.
