Following is the mail(attached image) forwarded to Vodafone company.But, till date no action has been taken and they also cut my outgoing calls. this is my business no. so i am facing many problems. On dated 15/12/15 one of executive called me said me that your all charges has been waive off, just pay your outstanding rs. 1500/- (copy attached). I had paid that amount, then also they cut my outgoing. Many calls had been done by me to them, but no response from them. kindly take necessary action as early as possible.

yesterday whole day my mobile's outgoing and incoming where cut.
several calls has been made regarding this, but no response from them.
this is totally ridiculous.
please take necessary action on them .

    Yesterday I got a message that a biscuit service has been activated on my mobile and Rs. 45 is deducted. I called customer care and deactivated this service. Your customer care representative told me that you might have clicked a link on your phone and hence this payment of Rs. 45 can not be waived off. I don't remember clicking any such link on my mobile. Can you please explain if clicking a link activates a service without my prior permission then why is Vodafone supporting such phishing websites. I understand that I am not the only one facing this problem and many Vodafone customers have been charged with this service without their prior permission. This is really disappointing from a reputed firm like Vodafone. When I wrote to the customer care all they have to say is you have downloaded this service and hence this amount can not be waived off. I'm highly disappointed and angered with the response. I just want my hard-earned money back.

        One of the telecaller from vodafone called to my offering beautiful offers and I was tempted to port my number from idea ([protected]) to vodafone. I submitted all documents, signed the application and sent porting message on 7th December 2015 to 1900 and received a message from 1901 with UPC number IX124686 valid till 22nd December 2015. I was given a new postpaid sim card by the executive. My number with idea got disconnected last week on 18th December 2015 and on replacing the sim with vodafone, I got the message "Sim card registration failed". On contact the numbers from which I received the call and the sale executive number, they were just making false promises and they were not giving their correct office addresses. It has been almost 15 days there was no proper response or solution from them. Even today, I have been reassured that the card will be activated within 2 days which I still doubt. It seems from the above that vodafone company is selling fake sim cards and cheating the customers. So dear friends, when you get any calls from any vodafone telecaller or executive offering you beautiful offers, please never fall into their trap. Otherwise, you will end up losing your mobile number, having to buy a new sim card with a new number from some other service provider.           I requested a vodafone number to change from preapaid to postpaid 10 days before...on 20th december morning prepaid sim displayed no service..i inserted the postpaid sim they provided...that also shows the same...the number is [protected]...im missing lots of important calls...customer care also not answering properly..please take action as soon as possible...its been 3 days now...still no answer from the vodafone...they are saying the number not in both postpaid and prepaid..it is still processing like that..

              Dear Vodafone, I hv tried many times to connect to postpaid care, but not able to do. I m feeling I did mistake to decide to become a Vodafone customer. I was good with Airtel.                 Respective, Sir/Madam, I would like to know has Vodafone India has Taken Oath to Misbhave with its consumers through Vodafone Galleries. This is complain against Vodafone store in Ulhasnagar Maharashtra India, when asked about recharge regarding 3G pack 1st they cited reason unavailibilty of balance on there counter balance, so when asked when it can will be available they bluntly said we dont know & top of that started answering rudely. Its still not over here, when asked why are they behaving so rude to which they promptly replied by daring us to Escalate the issue to higher authorities, still we dont care & claiming nothing will happen even after complaining. I would llike to know is this seriously the way consumers are taken for granted at Vodafone. I believe Vodafone will look into this serious issue & make guilty understand by taking some action against them.                   Vodafone- Idea are exploiting customers with exorbitant pricing and poor service. Their internet is always slow compared to other networks. Just wanted a SIM replacement which cost Rs 150. And they don't give a heck when the customer is speaking. Enough of negative marketing, sick Vodafone has eaten into the Indian telecom industry. Earlier Idea had better service ethics but the merger with vodafone- idea they have lost all hope of giving services. Vodafone just uses Indians like slaves and gives a ### about customers. 😑

                  Had visited vodafone store in ramamurthynagar opposite to samsung showroom and the rep charged me 100Rs for replacement of sim. Is there any charges for replacement?

                    Dear Sir, We are facing major Net Work issue in our area for the last 10 odd days in Karanchi Khana Area of Kanpur (UP) -- we have been wrinting mails but the company is not doing anything Firstly we cant make phone calls and if we do manage to make one the voice is in audible and the Call Gets Dropped we have taken 3G services form vodafone and are corporate customer of vodafone -- the service bar on the hand sets is changing from E to G to 3G to 3Gh or it is totally ZERO We have come to know from unconfirmed sources that they have shut down some tower in our area and that is why we are facing this problem.                       Dear Sir, I have been using the vodafone No-[protected]. couple of month ago i had opted unlimited internet plan for the above no. I was shocked after seeing the Asugust and September month bill nearly Rs 2000/-. When I checked with vodafone customer executive they said I have used 3rd party sites and that is why the amount has come. For 3rd party sites why vodafone is taking responsibility paying on behalf of the customer. If that is the case then whey it was not informed when internet connection was provided. However Vodafone payment recovery team sopke to me on 24th november and asked me to pay Rs 2054 (out of approx 3000/-) and remaining amount will be waved off. But the no was activated for 1 week alone and then got disconnected and when I asked them they said you have to pay the remaining amount to activate the service.

                      Few correction in the above complaint. The amount of Rs 2460/- was paid on 19th Nov 2015 and after that Mobile no was active for 2 weeks then it got disconnected. The customer executive from vodafone who spoke to me to pay the amount is [protected] (Vodafone Number). Complain no :[protected] was registered with vodafone in this regard and it is not addressed yet.

                          Anand Bhotika AttachmentsDec 8 (13 days ago) to at Dear Sir : At the outset of this mail I congratulate TRAI as a regulator for their best effort to resolve the issues that as a business man was impossible to detect since this is not our business & we always pursue the technologies that help us to run us at a quicker pace. As a tiny businessman I had been associated with Reliance but severed with them owing to their lack of co-operation on recognition of our 3G Data among our around 8 connections that led us to shift the entire service with VODAFONE the second largest operator in the country. I had taken the opportunity since their offer was more attractive than their peers & agreed to get their service with Kankurganchi Outlet for 5 #s of phone as per Plan ST_CR_MV_E_CONNECT_149 which they provided & get it signed by me on behalf of Orgn. may be for Security /liability for payment apart from Phone #[protected] which was under Plan Red4Business999 though in the intimation letter they mentioned different rate which we objected & it was stated by their KOL-VFS-Kankurganchi representative that the Bill will be made according to the above offer marked as Annexture A, ( trai 1 & 11) though later I had taken the service for 2 more #s at Plan 149 with same procedure. In the month of July’15 I switched Plan in connection with Phone #[protected] from existing to Plan 149 which the operator changed instantly on my request & finally it was activated on 11/07/2015. Every thing was going fine since inception. Interestingly in the month of October’15 we detected that they are charging the Bill marked as ” Annexure B “ (trai 12-14 ) against the rate of changed Plan which they had acknowledged against our objection & allowed us Credit for the differential amount marked as “ Annexure C” ( trai-15). It is needless to mention here that we had also asked them to improve their inter-office communication more efficiently & professionally since this was a gross negligence from their part which is a rare display from a operator like VODAFONE. The last Bill we have received in connection with the above phone, we found the Bill has been raised with Carry Forward mistakes for which we had again reminded them marked as “ Annexture D” ( trai 16 & 17 ) with no feed back from them as of now though their Auto system acknowledged with an intimation that we are coming back within one working day. Apart from above, another Phone #[protected] where Bill were issued with ISD calls for the period 21.8.15 to 21.09.15 marked as “ Annexture E “ ( trai 18, 19 &110) which they acknowledged against our complaint & allow us Credit for the charged amount marked as Annextrre F ( trai-111) & repeat the same method for the period 21.10.15 to20.11.15 marked as Annexture G ( trai[protected] with different destination yet to acknowledge. I am really afraid about these kind of calls since out of the 8 phones, holders of 3 or 4 people are below the standard of official job & they merely can speak beyond Hindi/Bengali. Could you please intervene into the matter since I want to make sure myself clear that whether it is really generated from the holder of the phone or is it otherwise for which they had shown their spirit against our earlier claim since earlier PRECAUTION IS ALWAYS WISE THAN OVERLOOK.                               I have vodafone post paid number with 2 GB data pack. They charged me for 900 MB extra when i still had 180 MB left in my regular pack. And now they are saying that me number will be no longer in service since i have not paid them in time.

                                    Vodafone is unable to provide me ebill on my email even I call them so many time and I'm getting same answer ( we already sent you on your email id ) even I'm telling them I dnt received any email all I'm getting is how much I have to pay, I'm getting calls from collection dept as well so I told them i dnt even revd my ebill yet all i know is how much i have to pay and my plan is 399 per month under that plan my bill should be 450-500 but they are forcing me to pay more than Rs700 .without telling me how my bill is this much, I dnt have issue with amount but with poor customer services and intolerance .. do need full [protected]

                                        Dear Sir, I requested M/s. Vodafone Mumbai for disconnection of of mobile No. [protected] on 16.11.2015 and i have given Service Request Number :[protected] and asked to deposit due amount Rs. 595 and i immediately paid wide vodafone receipt no MUM061R151116_14427749 DTD 16.11.2015. Last 1 month i repeatedly asking to closing of service however they have sent me bill of Rs. 745 and given once more service request no[protected]. and not stating to any disconnection of services. Kindly do the needful to disconnection of services as i am going abroad for company purpose for 2 years. regards, Satish Sawant
