I am the subsciber of vadofone and had made a request to unscribe the number and made the payment of Rs 1500 in the month of October 2015. I too have a request number.later on in the month of november i got a call to pay outstanding Rs 350 which i did on line. I have the mail too of the payment. Then i got a bill again via post, which i did not pay. i immediately called the center where they denied and asked me to pay bill. i ignored again in this month i got the bill, on calling vodafone center they told me to visit nearest centre, which is ghatkopar. They too are refusing to listen to me and asking me make payment. When i told the request number they are saying that it was not a request. What do i do now?

    This is the third time when balance is deducted from my vodafone sim. And when i tried to contact the customer care, i was on the call for 10 minutes to wait for that somebody will response from other side. But there was not any response. Service is very very poor.illigally balance is deducted and then not picking up the call ilat cust. Care. Which kind of service is this.Company like vodafone is not supposed to do like this. My no.       My number has been activated for a service called Model Mania of Rs. 35 that I don't have a clue. Even the folks at customer have no idea bout such a service and they blame me for cliking a link. But I want to clearify that no such link or message came to me and so there is no question of clicking such link from my side. If this will continue in future I'll have move to other service provider.

        Vodafone deducted Rs. 45 by automatically Activating Biscoot Store Pack Service without any information and without my consent. When I enquired with Vodafone Customer Care Operator he refused to refund the deducted amount and asked to Deactivate the service to avoid further Deduction after 15 days of current pack. The Operator insisted that I have clicked some link which activated the pack but I don't remember to have done anything like that. This is a matter of cheat with customers and I expect Vodafone to be ensure such deductions are avoided in future even if this time they can't afford to pay back the irrelevant deducted amount.

          Hi, My mother(Lipi Pal) is having Vodafone number [protected]. I took that SIM from Kankurgachi Vodafone Store, Kolkata after porting from BSNL. On 5th December I got the following SMS: "Hello ur prepaid dox rejected during DoT audit pls submit prepaid Frm with photoaddid prf to VF store B to avoid deactivation carry originals" But yesterday night the number got deactivated. The SMS quoted above is not edited. There is no formal language to intimate it's customer. I am using this number for my banking and all official purpose. I don''t know what kind of audit is this. I have already provided photo identity proof before while taking the connection. How many times I have to do the same only for one connection? For last few months there was no problem. Why suddenly I''m getting this issue. I am in Hyderabad right now, please provide me a positive solution. For better service only I shifted to VODAFONE. How the number can be deactivated? And the SMS sent to me is a formal SMS? Please let me know the steps to get my number activated again. Thanks and Regards, Alin Pal

              I Fazaluddin siddiqui my unique number is [protected]. My porting ID is 178448. I would like you to draw your attention towards crucial situations. On 30 november’ 2015, I received a call from this no.[protected] her name is Kiran. She called from Vodafone relating about porting my number, her plausible explanation leads me to do what she was saying i.e related to porting my sim card. She told me that she has sended my documents to executive. Afterwards, executive called me and he was using abusive language, meanwhile I started ignoring his call, then kiran called me, I complaint her about his abusive behavior, then she told me to send documents on her whatsapp number and she said that a verification call will come for verification of documents, I also told her that I will be available till 2pm or else I will be busy. After wards, around 5pm number of spam calls were coming and it was too irritating for me to handle those calls though I told her that I will be busy after 2pm, instead of being knowing this they irritated me alot. From yesturday night my sim was deactivated and then I investigated about it, I came to know that my sim been ported to Vodafone without been receiving a verification call and I didn’t got Vodafone sim too, how this can happen. I called her at 12pm she told me that sir u will get your sim within one hour, then again I called her at 4 pm again she told sir please keep some patient your sim will get within 6pm. Meanwhile, I called her at 7pm but she shrouded me off from actual situation and said me that I will get sim on Monday and she disconnected her phone. After sometime, I tried calling her but her phone was coming switched off and now i m contactless, being a telecom engineer you can guess how will my precious work be done without sim, it is been disappointing for me. It staggered me because I was expecting a coherent process from Vodafone. Seriously, this kind of protrude stagnant behavior from your company can badly impinge on your company profile. This cannot be inevitable or avoided, I would like you to take strict action against these peoples because nobody will tolerate this kind of behavior

                  There has been a cheating while updation of payment plan change from Red 899 to Red 1299. I have asked customer executive to update from Dec'15 month billing cycle and the Nov'15 month itself got change with 1299 plan. Also requested to change Roaming Incoming free plan Rs. 149 to Rs. 75 effective Dec'15 moth billing cycle. This also got added in Nov'15 month bill. Further, the same issue has been discussed with my relationship manager - Aniket. Many a times, Aniket don't respond to calls and I have forced to contact Vodafone customer care. If a Red customer is not being addressed by a relationship manager, then it is clear that he is fugitive and has no responsibility to attend to customer queries. I believe I need to change my subscriber to some other operators in the market.

                      Dear Sir/Madam, My name Yash Vora and my Vodafone number is [protected] and I am currently using the corporate CUG plan. As I have been with Vodafone network from past 7 to 8 months I had no problem or errors with the billing matter. But in my last month bill of November 2015 there was a billing error in my internet charges. on November 9, 2015, I had called a service centre of Vodafone to activate internet service on my mobile number .As my internet service was deactivated by me for October 1 month.As I wanted my internet pack to be activated for the month of November, 2015 I called up the service centre and request them to activate internet pack on my Vodafone number .As I ask for best deal on internet for my number the call receiver on call centre named PAWAN provided a best deal for me .The deal was as follows : 500 MB 3G DATA for Rs 100.I like the deal and I ask the call receiver on call centre to activate the plan for me.on seeing my bill for month of November I saw that the internet charges was charged at 450 Rs. When I consulted Vodafone store at Malad west, Mumbai, I was guided that the complaint has been lodge and Vodafone would call back you in 72 hours of complaint.On receiving call I was said that the bill is correctly charged and you have to pay the same amount of the bill.As I am sure that I have ask for the deal provided by call receiver on call centre PAWAN, still they are saying that the amount cant be reverse and the same have to be paid .. They have the recordings of the conversation in which I have clearly question PAWAN 3 times that the offer is rightly said ..PAWAN said that the offer is right and it would be charged as said above...still Vodafone are saying that the amount charge are right.                           Vodafone postpaid bill for mobile number 97909987xx generated on 14-Oct-2015 for the duration 14 Sept-13 Oct. My observation is that call charges for each outgoing call(Local & STD) has been calculated twice. Thus the amount for call charges should have been Rs. 293 (586 / 2 = 293) and in words TWO HUNDRED NINETY THREE but I was charged with Rs. 586. Please make the appropriate correction and regenerate the October month postpaid bill and send it on my email id- yadav.[protected]@gmail.com. Please calculate and generate the new bill of 14 October after all the corrections w.r.t. service tax @14% that comes around Rs. 56(approx) rather than 97.56. Please revisit all the bills generated since Oct 14 till date carefully this time and do confirm the authenticity of bills generated on Oct 14, Nov 14 and Dec 14 too so that customer can trust your billing calculations and would be contented being a Vodafone post-paid customer. I am expecting a compensation for the stress caused by the carelessness from your end in terms of entire bill adjustment for the current month-Dec.

                            This is my no. [protected]. Today night i saw 3 unread msgs from vfcare. I opened them and it said some model mania pack and tube world pack got activated and balance money got deducted. What the hell... I have recieved this msg at 7:58 pm and other one at 8:00pm... Which is when i was driving. I hav pattern lock. So no way i had some link clicked like their vodafone technicians try to talk some nuisance.

                            During the first pack activation itself the balance got too low and this head company just activated another pack and brought my balance all the way to -15... What the ... This company wont allow us to make calls or use even active mobile data packs when the balance goes to 0 but these guys can activate their useless packs to their convinence to rob my money???.. For godsake its my money not yours to take...

                            These playing with our money.In a telecom company name stealing money. Who the hell is asking for their stupid packs seriously. Begging 10 times a days, disturbing us, by making a call for caller tunes. Etc...Intolerable with this vodafone. Already this money hungered telecom companies hiking prices on net packs recharge schemes an all... Not satisfied, doing robbery as a part time. With some call centres giving useless stupid answers... Seriously go to hell... Causing lot to mental stress...
                            My number [protected] (prepaid) some model mania pack has been activated.20 rupees deducted ..please i don't want any models ...called to customer care ...not at all getting access to talk with your executive ..please give an option 7 to talk with your executive ...I require my money back ...great way to start a day with you Vodafone ...

                              I m using a Vodafone number [protected]. I have kept this number for bank transactions otherwise it remains unused. Today suddenly i got a message that a VAS has been activated on my number. Now my question is that how can a service be activated if i don't do it and i stay alone so no matter that others will use my cellphone. Now i want my money refunded or this case will be forwarded to consumer court for fraud.

                                Sir I have been deducted rs.35 for activating model mania pack which I have don't done.this is not first time that amount is deducted from my scout, , , many times some amount is deducted from my account for VAS which I don't have done. KINDLY LOOK IN THE MATTER OTHERWISE I HAVE ONLY OPTION TO REPORT A CASE OF FRAUD AGAINST YOU MENTIONING ALL SUCH UNWANTED DEDUCTIONS WHICH I DON'T HAVE DONE

                                  I have recharged mobile internet worth 295 rs.
                                  The internet is active for 30 seconds and get deactivated for 30 seconds and so on.
                                  Look like vodafone is trying to divide the one bandwidth with two consumers to save their money.
                                  The internet is honorable to use now.
                                  If this continues i will stop rehanging internet not only of vodafone but all internet service providers.
                                  If the can't give the right service the should stop giving service.

                                      Please provide as much information as possible... I have 2 postpaid sim cards in my name ([protected] and [protected]).I am working in Indian overseas bank and I took these sims after getting your mails about the CUG plan.As directed by your representative I gave the required id proofs and employee id card.I took the sim [protected], four months bank and [protected] one month back.I made so many calls to other CUG sims believing that will be free as informed by you. But only after speaking to your customer care executive I realised that these sims are still not under CUG plans .He told me that may be a clerical mistake from your end that you entered the CUG code wrongly.As per your customer service executive's advice I send a mail on[protected] to rajesh.[protected]@vodafone.com with all these details requesting to change the plan to CUG and waive the unnecessary charges incurred to me.But I still have not received any response from your end.This will be my last mail to you and as per your response I only I will decide what to do next, whether or not to continue the service or pay the unnecessary charges.Hoping that a customer is always valuable to you.
