Please provide as much information as possible... I have 2 postpaid sim cards in my name ([protected] and [protected]).I am working in Indian overseas bank and I took these sims after getting your mails about the CUG plan.As directed by your representative I gave the required id proofs and employee id card.I took the sim [protected], four months bank and [protected] one month back.I made so many calls to other CUG sims believing that will be free as informed by you. But only after speaking to your customer care executive I realised that these sims are still not under CUG plans .He told me that may be a clerical mistake from your end that you entered the CUG code wrongly.As per your customer service executive's advice I send a mail on[protected] to rajesh.[protected]@vodafone.com with all these details requesting to change the plan to CUG and waive the unnecessary charges incurred to me.But I still have not received any response from your end.This will be my last mail to you and as per your response I only I will decide what to do next, whether or not to continue the service or pay the unnecessary charges.Hoping that a customer is always valuable to you.

      Vodafone deducted Rs. 45 by automatically Activating Biscoot Store Pack Service without any information and without my consent. When I enquired with Vodafone Customer Care Operator he refused to refund the deducted amount and asked to Deactivate the service to avoid further Deduction after 15 days of current pack. The Operator insisted that I have clicked some link which activated the pack but I don't remember to have done anything like that.

        Dear sir, My Vodafone no:[protected].Now i recharge Rs.58/- Data back for your option message.On that on wards your company voluntarily activate unnecessary services .But the message come from you activate this services, so i deduct this much of amount.yesterday i recharge Rs.20/.After recharge your company reduce Rs.8.Now your message says "Clam world service" is now active on your number, one day rental Rs 5, so your balance is Rs 3.What is this, what is "Clam world service"who know's.If you immediately stop other unnecessary services to reduce my amount.Only i talk or search mail that's all my mobile phone.Don't insist what are the services you have and reduce my amount .How much you reduce yesterday and today repay the amount, otherwise through your sim card in the dust pin. Mind it.t.If i send the message that not send.What is your malpractice. immediately stop other unnecessary services to reduce my amount.How much you reduce repay the amount

          My complaint service reg numb is: [protected] & mob numb is: [protected]. I am not at getting mobile network anywhere in bangalore as well as 3G network also. Not receiving any calls & also not able to make any calls. vodafone customer care executives are so poor in product & technical knowledge. My patience is out of control please solve it right now!

                On Nov 30th on my [protected] mobile number a fund transfer reflected and asked to pay immediately. I asked Vodafone customer for service several time to who this transfer has happened, they couldn't find a recipient after talking to them several times, they have told the transaction is recorded by one Mr. Ansari who is associate staff. I asked them about purpose of transfer, not ready to disclose!! I have raised complaints twice, they send message saying that my phone is unreachable so they couldn't talk to me, so complaint become not correct. Again I called their call centre, you have transfer from phone what we can do about it, I asked tell me the person or number I have transferred the fund unknown . I am consulted and advocate he said that I can file financial mis appropriation cheating case under Sections 477A, 378 and 120 A Falsification of accounts.                   I have enquired regarding my non usage of my number bill Their credit team called me and they said we understand we will give the waiver. So I went vodafone store saligramam, chennai, they didnot accept the mail. So be aware of vodafone fake postpaid commitments. Regards, Rajesh. I got 3 GB data but after using around 1.25 GB data speed of browsing become slow like the speed of 2G. I called to customer care regarding this.                       Hi, Today 35 rupees got deducted from my mobile number without my permission a namkeen pack automatically subscribed while surfing. Please refund my amount back. This is not the way to loot your customers. If you do so then we will need to swith to some other mobile operator. Refund 35 rupees back to my account.

                        Today i got so many pop - up or flash messages. And it automatically deducted money and sent some cocktail receipe for whole day..
                        When i called to customer care they told me that i have sent a message for that money is deducted. I told that i didn't sent any message, then he told that you have sent what the..
                        I asked him to file a complain but he refused it..
                        And when i tried again to customer care for 10 min the ringing is there and after that they pick up phone and put the reciever on no voice there what a good solution. Salute you vodafone... I am very disappointed...
                        If the issue will not solve i think of porting...

                          Yesterday(On 09.12.2015), I (Gulraiz Faridi) issued a new vodafone pre paid connection ([protected]), regarding of this new SIM I have queried about its talking time and data plan activation from a vodafone customer care agent named Mr. ABHAY at approx. 10:25 p.m, He replied very ruidly and later on after coming out from call center (as I think) he made me call from another no.( [protected]) and start to abuse me again he mentioned He will see how I use the vodafone no. recently issued.(I have the recording of same, THIS IS EXTREMELY VERY DIRTY. )I can send you if you need, Also about all this incident I told to your customer care and local police .My first experience with VODAFONE was very worst. Kindly look into the matter as further more I will upload this on social sites.

                            I made complaint to Vodafone corporate care and appellete and sent email to ll the news channel as the advisors gave incorrect info and disconnected the call each time, however vodafone is not bothered about it and they are not even responding to my emails.                               A 4 becomes a 9 along the way and my porting request gets rejected by Vodafone. I cross-checked thrice before submitting the form to Airtel, yet this is the reason I'm told. This is clear malpractice on Vodafone's behalf. I called up their Customer Care and as expected, they just hung up after hearing the issue. Is there any mechanism to address this? I'm not sure if submitting a fresh request would be of any use as they might do the same again! Pathetic tactics from Vodafone.

Problem is the same as always.                                   This is in connection with my prepaid number - [protected]. On 23 July 2015, I was talking to a Vodafone representative for some other issue and I was told that my tariff plan is Local: 1.67paise/ sec and STD 2.5 paise/ sec. However, since past couple of years, Vodafone has been charging at per minute rate, i.e. 1 Re/ min, without taking into consideration how may seconds I have spoken on calls. Inspite of my tariff plan being per second basis, Vodafone deducts amount on minute basis. This is utterly ridiculous and unethical.. I was not aware of my plan and when I notice that Vodafone has been looting me all these years by charging I Re, whether I have spoken for 10 seconds or 15 seconds or 1 minute, I wrote to them with a very wrong notion that the company will listen to my grievance and give me a compensation for all overcharging..But I was so wrong!! When I confronted Vodafone representatives with this, they did not have an answer to this. Infact after being initially confused and clueless, they stuck to their stand of charging me correctly.I also sent a message on 199, to get my plan details in writing from Vodafone. Thereafter, I again confronted the Vodafone appellate nodal centre with the screenshot of the SMS received from the company which stated that the plan is for per second, and not minute basis. I also sent a screenshot with proof that the company was overcharging me as per minute basis. The screenshot showed that I had spoken for 7 sec and was been charged 1 Re adhoc. Since 23 July 2015, I have written several emails and spoken to several customer care and appellate executives. Firstly the executives are too arrogant. They do not even respond to emails. The recent reply which I got from the nodal centre today was after 3 months!! This is so disgusting.. This is completely unethical and unprofessional and clearly amounts to cheating. This kind o[censored]nethical practice is not expected from a reputed global company like Vodafone.

                                    I am facing network problem from a week, I have registered complaint over the phone but not yet resolved. Voice breaks while speaking & mob data is also not connecting. You will take more than a week to set right the problem. this is not the first time I am facing this, whenever I register complaints I have to wait for 10 days. If it continues I may go for some other network.
