I have enquired regarding my non usage of my number bill Their credit team called me and they said we understand we will give the waiver. So I went vodafone store saligramam, chennai, they didnot accept the mail. So be aware of vodafone fake postpaid commitments.

Basis your complaint, we have verified your records and we wish to inform that an amount of Rs.290.94/- would be reversed to your account towards non usage on a note of service gesture post line of confirmation from your end for your Vodafone Mobile number.
Post reversal there will be payable outstanding of Rs. 696.47/- and would request you to kindly remit the same in earliest.
We would like to inform you that for post to pre migration, the below mentioned documents need to be submitted for the request to be processed. The same can be submitted at any of nearest Vodafone store.

Prepaid application form duly signed and filled by user (available at any of the Vodafone stores)
Government authorised address proof (POA)

Please carry your original documents for verification purpose. Also, attached herewith is a list of acceptable documents for POI and POA.
Post clearing the current outstanding & un-billed amount, the request for prepaid migration would be processed in 48 hours.
Kindly note for post to pre migration, there are no special charges for SIM card, however you would be required to pay for your First Recharge (FRC) and Second Recharge (SRC) amount which would be informed by the Store Executives at our Vodafone Store.
