This is regarding my bill for October 2014 and November for number [protected]. I got a bill amount 3981. On 23 october 2014, i activated a Rs 650 internet plan as was offered by your customer care fellow. I didnt tell me anything about automatic activation of the above plan. Furthermore, i realized later in next month, that the plan is re activated automatically. Now, i called up your customer care again and asked them to deactivate the 650 internet plan and letting me continue my base plan i.e 350 Rs plan The internet plan was deactivated but my base plan was not reactivated again.Due to this the internet was costing me as per normal 3g rates. So, i believe its not my fault at all. I should have been given full information while offering such plans or help. I dropped a mail to "vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com" but no response came from their side. Now i got a legal notice from their side.

      Since yesterday's morning i am not getting network on my number i.e. [protected].I had called your customer executive on twice yesterday and then told me my national roaming is inactive and they have take my request for activation. But till now i didn't get network on my sim so i again called your team and they told me my national roaming Request going in exception . After suggestion of your today's executive reply i also mailed you my problem but i didn't get any reply. Is this small issue for you but not for me because I'm using single sim phone and due to your third class service no one able to contact me and me 2. This is very ridiculous and unexpected thing from yesterday i am not able to do contact with anyone.if are not able to solve this issue on earlier basis then i have to leave your services .           Hi, my name is Debasis and my mobile number is [protected], Kolkata circle. I got one sms yesterday that some vas service is activated and Rs 99 is deducted from main account. I was surprised to see the sms and atonce called the customer service and urged a request to deactivate the service and refund my money back. The service was deactivated soon but they didn't even refund a single paisa till now. I called them several times and they did same drama and told to wait two hours and twenty six hours have already been gone. Now, they intentionally block my number from their help services. Guyz, don't even think to use Vodafone. They are cheaters.

After getting the money he switched off the mobile and not replied yet from november 27th Jeevan

                    Please take action aganist executive mr kranti in sr nagar branch vodafone, is not responding properly his mobile is [protected] and complete negligence i gave my mobile number filled with form and he told me to recharge for less amount because number will be migrated withing a week i am daily recharging with 100rs instead of going for full talktime because of what this vodafone fellow as told, wasting daily recharge instead o[censored]sing full talk time recharge, already 9 days happened when asked why my mobile number is still not migrated to local number though more than a week i gave documents for processing irresonspible answer for him, i have kept a xerox with me, remove representatives who respond with arrogance or neglect customers when asked queries, it has been 10 days since i submitted my documents for transferring to local number take action aganist people taking salary without seriousness about customers

                      I have been using vodafone network since very long time. I have network problem at many places out of which at my home location it is very pathetic. Call drop, internet connection, 2G-3G change over etc. problems are very common. I have been complaining to customer care, nodal, appellate from last 3 years but I get response with same reply from initial complaint. Their favourite statement in the email is "As a part of the overall network improvement process, which is continuing, the situation in your particular area will definitely improve. We request your kind forbearance in the interim." No one from network team cares about customer satisfaction and improvements.

                          In the month of Oct2015, I have initiated roaming pack on my Vodafone number and I received the pop up saying it will be at 75 rupees / month and will be added in the bill. In the month of Nov2015 I have not activated the roaming pack but the bill which is generated on 4th of December says a roaming charge of 75 included in the billing cycle so it will be true for the month of December. On asking the customer care in Vodafone he said, the roaming pack is on Auto -renewal so they are charging me 75 rupees / month in every billing cycle. Complain: Without any notification and / or information to me about auto renewal Company has charged me unnecessary for additional two months which inclusive of tax costs me 200 rupees of loss

                            Please refer to my complaint dated 29.11.2015. In this regard the Vodafone executive Ms Bharti Singh, Vodafone Nodal Office Delhi has called on 03.12.2015 vide reference no.[protected] and forward the mail which is as enclosed in which she has not solve my grievances and again pressed me for post paid number. In her mail the following points were pointed out that she admitted that “has as per our records we have reversed the amount of Rs. 1504.8 towards the value added service”. Again pressing for post paid connection which is as under : S. NO Postpaid Prepaid 1 Wide range of Tariff Plans according to the usage Limited options available as per the usage 2 Variety of promotional packages available for less call charges on Local / STD/ Roaming and ISD Limited options available as per the usage She stated that for change of post paid to pre paid provide the following details i.e. unnecessary harassment and they simply converted from pre to post paid 1) Post-paid to prepaid migration form to be filled (available at Vodafone Store) 2) Valid photo Id proof along with a photocopy of the same. 3) Valid address proof 4) Pan Card Number / Form 16 5) One latest Passport size Photograph 6) Postpaid SIM card/Missing report of the SIM card if it is not carried at the time of visit. After that below mentioned are few details for your kind reference : 1. Outstanding (Billed + Unbilled) amount should be cleared and the payment should be made in cash only. 2. Security Deposit (If Any) will be refundable. 3. Post-paid account will be migrated to pre-paid account only after 1st bill generation 4. There will be no charges for the SIM card issued 5. Refund (If any) will be processed by cheque in 60 days post deactivation process is completed. In her mail she told that first deposit the all outstanding amount than your mobile will be converted into pre paid. But in my two bills which I have already deposited the call centre / Vodafone executive said that there was your final bill but after deposit the same again and again unnecessary bill was generated and nothing the details were provided by them for the bill and always said make settlement paid 50% - 60% - 70% but they neither settled nor converted my phone into pre paid. From the above facts emerged you are again requested to kindly examine my all bills details, change my post paid to pre paid, refunded my excess amount paid and take necessary action against them.                                       I recently got transferred from India to UK by my company. A few days before leaving India I went to the Vodafone Store at Nerul (Seawoods) to change my plan. I asked them to put me on a pre-paid plan as I was not intending to use my phone abroad, but wanted to keep it live so people can still reach me and also to have a permanent number on my trips to India. The executive convinced me to keep my phone on a low rental plan instead with international roaming facility. Total rental Rs 99 base rental plus Rs 149 international roaming rental. I told the executive I did not want any other services and hence to switch them all off. The executive told me that the plan would start on 4th July the day I was going to UK and then went on to take down the request. She advised me that soon as I reach UK when I switch on my phone, my plan would be on. I had before this had a Rs. 650 3G data plan also on my phone which also I had asked them to deactivate. A couple of days after I reached UK, I got a message that my phone had very high usage. Hence all outgoing got barred. I waited for the bill to come and a month later when it came, I realized that the executive at the store had only added the low rental plan and international roaming plan. She had left all other services on. Joke international roaming also on and india data pack also on. Because she had left International data roaming on (which I had asked to shut off) my phone downloaded some emails etc and some 40MB got utilized. For this I was charged Rs 23000+. I complained to customer service immediately, and they asked me to write to corporate assist. I wrote, and apart from an automated response promising a revert in 48, hrs I never got a response back. I kept following up with multiple people in Vodafone including a guy called Suraj Lakkam who told me he will make my problem vanish. But all talk and no work. I am still stuck with no resolution. Meanwhile Vodafone racked up interests and late payments and further monthly charges (though my phone was off) and the bill now became Rs 34000+. Finally some collection guy from Vodafone got through to me and offered to settle the amount. He is now asking me to 'settle' the bill paying Rs 8600. Why should I pay for the fault of the vodafone executive who didbnot do her Job correctly. My actual usage bill including service tax should be only Rs 4000. I need a quick resolution to this problem.

                                        I've been using Vodafone past 3-4 years. Past one year I've been facing network issues at my whole area. There is no network. Lodged complaint n number of times posted on fb. But it got resolved only for a month not more than that. It's really annoying and I've been paying my bill but services are worst than any other. It's like bang your head any where we won't give you network. Please help. This is whole society problem. Kindly help.
