      Hi Vodafone, I am Vodafone customer from past 4 months. I am using post-paid Vodafone number. Bill plan on my number is E_Connect_3G_375. Which has following free usage (as I was told by Vodafone sales executive): Free talktime – 500 mins Free internet usage – 1GB 3G data after that unlimited 2G data free. First Issue: My phone’s outgoing has been barred from 26th November 2015. I called 5 times to customer care on 26th Nov. and asked the reason for barred outgoing. The response I got back was that my credit limit is Rs. 900 but my unbilled amount has reached to Rs. 4280.84, which is above the limit. And the services will be reactivated only if I pay 80% amount of Rs. 4280.84. I was pretty much sure that as per my usage, all the unbilled amount is because of internet usage. Which is covered under my bill plan so the final bill amount shall not cross the credit limit. And I asked the customer care team to reactivate my outgoing services. Here I want to mention that when I had called first two times, the ladies, who picked the call said that my outgoing services will resume within 2 hours. And they registered the complaint (complain no. –[protected],[protected],[protected] But it didn’t happen. So I called for 3rd time after 2 hours, and the guy who picked the call kept me on hold for more than an hour and didn’t provide any solution. Then I called 4th time and again I explained the whole scenario to customer care executive, which was of no use. So I asked the guy to transfer the call to his supervisor; and again I had to explain the same situation to him. This guy turned out to be the meanest guy; he doesn’t care about customer, he just wanted to wrap-up with the call. So without even responding to my queries he put me on hold. And in then I had to cut the call without any solution. My concern here is: - Why the outgoing services were not barred when I had crossed credit limit of Rs. 900? - Why the team waited to reach the amount in thousands? - What is the use of customer care if they can’t provide the solution? - Why they always have the same reason - SYSTEM IS DOWN - to avoid customer’s query Second Issue: When I didn’t receive satisfactory answer from Vodafone customer care executive team available at 198, I wrote on social media on 26th nov; where it is specifically written that Vodafone team “TYPICALLY REPLIES WITHIN AN HOUR”. And the hour of Vodafone completed on 4th December (exactly after 8 days, great services Vodafone). Well, when Vodafone social media team contacted me, they brought a totally new point: As per them my phone’s outgoing has been barred because I have to pay amount of Rs 303.39. The amazing part is, this Rs. 303.39 was due from previous adjustment and I had requested Vodafone to return this amount (I don’t know when, also what went into my mind and I reached on the magical number of 303.39). Above that, Vodafone returned it without a single cross question (what went wrong, Neo entered into Vodafone’s Oracle and hacked it). But now they again want me to pay Rs 303.39 to get the outgoing services resumed. - Why customer care team did not tell about this amount? - Do they use different database than social media team of Vodafone to access the data? Third issue: I was supposed to get my bill on 1st of December. So that I could check it and do the payment to get my services resumed on my phone. But I didn’t receive it till 4th Dec. then finally I had to write to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com. Where they again told the same – SYSTEM DOWN – issue. But suddenly within hours the problem got resolved which was pending from past 4 days. Then I received the bill but of October month. Wow!! Later the mistake was corrected and on 5th December when I got the correct bill. Fourth issue: My bill shows that I have been charged Rs. 4280.84 for National Roaming. Out of which 4253.09 is for mobile internet. - Here my question is when I have unlimited 2G free as per the plan; how come there is charge on internet? - I have never heard of roaming charges on internet; if there were any, why I was not informed? - Why Vodafone sales executive did not tell me about all this when I bought the plan? I hope, this time Vodafone team will get back on time and try to understand the issue. If not, Bye Bye Vodafone (You have converted Hutch’s “Happy to help” into “Go to Hell”).

        I had visited Vodafone store, to pay my bill in first week of November 2015 for the mobile number [protected], in which my there is some pending amount to pay. I requested them to reduce the rental plan from 1299 to 699 rental. without consulting me to do it from next month i.e from December, they did it immediately without my consent. I enquired with them if they have any plan for isd calling & their answer was yes they have, I said ok kindly tell me what plan is ? they told me they have a plan called 199 which is rupees 6 per minute instead of rupees 11 per minute will be charged for uae calling, in this the executive didn't bothered to explain me what is 199 plan. the executive told me its a rental plan of 199 but the executive never explain I'll be getting 199 minutes instead of 199 rupees as I thought 199 rental says its direct inclination to rupees. so why as a customer I've kept in dark about this ? or is it to gain some kind of incentives on this ? on Sunday i.e. 29th of November 2015 I had called Vodafone call centre where the call centre executive told the charge for isd calling is 11, he also gave me the calculation that I've spoken for 116 minutes. the executive was unable to explain why I've been charged double rental & more than 800 rupees for the isd calling ?? today i.e. 7th Monday 2015 I get the call from call centre saying when I'll be paying my bill ?? on what basis Vodafone is asking to pay the bill ? today the call centre executive tells me on asking what is the isd calling rate he tell me its 13 rupees...?? its a great disappointment to know none of the executives know what is the correct isd calling rate is. why should I pay double rental as well as the isd bill of which is been charged more than 800 rupees where as if I calculate is 116 into 6 which is 696, as Vodafone is taking more than 800 rupees for what ? on what basis I should pay the bill ?? I do not wish to pay my entire bill. the entire bill amount should be nullified, I would request Vodafone to give me zero rental plan on existing number or even if I wish to take new numbers in future, with low isd calling rate as well as less rate in net plan.

I was surprised to see the sms and atonce called the customer service but they are block my number from their help services. Please sir I hambly requeste you to refund my deducted balance

              When i request for deactive at a time Vodafone employ told me that your 200 minutes reactive WITHIN 24 hours. But they don't do they their job perfectly and give me bill of much rupees. Vodafone employ isn't responsible for it ? And U tell me that there is no wrong information provided by store executive. Vodafone is hardly trying to favour own's employ. Please don't give excuses and do get necessary. my CUG No. is [protected]

So I called 198/199/ and Vodafone helpline number... It's saying always as unable to process your request right now... So I mailed to Vodafone Karnataka mail helpline... I got auto generated acknowledgment stating that it'll be responded in 24 hours... 36 hours are already done still no response... Again I sent a mail for update no response... HELP ME IN GETTING THE REFUND AND DEACTIVATION...

                  My Vodafone number is [protected]. It is in the Karnataka circle. On 6th December, 23:30, I received a message saying that a super model club pack has been activated on my phone and Rs. 75 has been deducted from my account balance. This is outrageous!! So, I called their complaint helpline at 198. For the first 3 times, they wouldn't put my call through a customer care executive. The fourth time, they did put my call through but the person was very rude and unhelpful. He gave me a number - [protected] to call and register my complaint to get a refund, but that number is a fake and I could not make a call. These are cheap tricks done by Vodafone to cheat customers of their money and I want an immediate refund. Pease look into the matter

                    This is regarding my bill for October 2014 and November for number [protected]. I got a bill amount 3981. On 23 october 2014, i activated a Rs 650 internet plan as was offered by your customer care fellow. I didnt tell me anything about automatic activation of the above plan. Furthermore, i realized later in next month, that the plan is re activated automatically. Now, i called up your customer care again and asked them to deactivate the 650 internet plan and letting me continue my base plan i.e 350 Rs plan The internet plan was deactivated but my base plan was not reactivated again.Due to this the internet was costing me as per normal 3g rates. So, i believe its not my fault at all. I should have been given full information while offering such plans or help. I dropped a mail to "vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com" but no response came from their side. Now i got a legal notice from their side.

                        Since yesterday's morning i am not getting network on my number i.e. [protected].I had called your customer executive on twice yesterday and then told me my national roaming is inactive and they have take my request for activation. But till now i didn't get network on my sim so i again called your team and they told me my national roaming Request going in exception . After suggestion of your today's executive reply i also mailed you my problem but i didn't get any reply. Is this small issue for you but not for me because I'm using single sim phone and due to your third class service no one able to contact me and me 2. This is very ridiculous and unexpected thing from yesterday i am not able to do contact with anyone.if are not able to solve this issue on earlier basis then i have to leave your services .                             Hi, my name is Debasis and my mobile number is [protected], Kolkata circle. I got one sms yesterday that some vas service is activated and Rs 99 is deducted from main account. I was surprised to see the sms and atonce called the customer service and urged a request to deactivate the service and refund my money back. The service was deactivated soon but they didn't even refund a single paisa till now. I called them several times and they did same drama and told to wait two hours and twenty six hours have already been gone. Now, they intentionally block my number from their help services. Guyz, don't even think to use Vodafone. They are cheaters.

                                      Please take action aganist executive mr kranti in sr nagar branch vodafone, is not responding properly his mobile is [protected] and complete negligence i gave my mobile number filled with form and he told me to recharge for less amount because number will be migrated withing a week i am daily recharging with 100rs instead of going for full talktime because of what this vodafone fellow as told, wasting daily recharge instead o[censored]sing full talk time recharge, already 9 days happened when asked why my mobile number is still not migrated to local number though more than a week i gave documents for processing irresonspible answer for him, i have kept a xerox with me, remove representatives who respond with arrogance or neglect customers when asked queries, it has been 10 days since i submitted my documents for transferring to local number take action aganist people taking salary without seriousness about customers

                                        I have been using vodafone network since very long time. I have network problem at many places out of which at my home location it is very pathetic. Call drop, internet connection, 2G-3G change over etc. problems are very common. I have been complaining to customer care, nodal, appellate from last 3 years but I get response with same reply from initial complaint. Their favourite statement in the email is "As a part of the overall network improvement process, which is continuing, the situation in your particular area will definitely improve. We request your kind forbearance in the interim." No one from network team cares about customer satisfaction and improvements.
