I made complaint to Vodafone corporate care and appellete and sent email to ll the news channel as the advisors gave incorrect info and disconnected the call each time, however vodafone is not bothered about it and they are not even responding to my emails. I never used profanity. Its a disgrace on Vodafone, for providing pathetic service. Thanks. Gurmeet. [protected]

    A 4 becomes a 9 along the way and my porting request gets rejected by Vodafone. I cross-checked thrice before submitting the form to Airtel, yet this is the reason I'm told. This is clear malpractice on Vodafone's behalf. I called up their Customer Care and as expected, they just hung up after hearing the issue. Is there any mechanism to address this? I'm not sure if submitting a fresh request would be of any use as they might do the same again! Pathetic tactics from Vodafone.

      Dear Sir, I m very much disappointed with the Vodafone customer care who doesn't solve my problem despite my several requests to stop unwanted promotional messages but every time they said this time it wills stopped but nothing happen till today. Problem is the same as always. I often received 10-15 promotional messages despite activation of DND on my said number, which I don't like can u help me to sort out this issue as my Vodafone number is[protected] and my name is Vinod Kumar from Dharamsala Distt. Kangra (H.P.)

        This is in connection with my prepaid number - [protected]. On 23 July 2015, I was talking to a Vodafone representative for some other issue and I was told that my tariff plan is Local: 1.67paise/ sec and STD 2.5 paise/ sec. However, since past couple of years, Vodafone has been charging at per minute rate, i.e. 1 Re/ min, without taking into consideration how may seconds I have spoken on calls. Inspite of my tariff plan being per second basis, Vodafone deducts amount on minute basis. This is utterly ridiculous and unethical.. I was not aware of my plan and when I notice that Vodafone has been looting me all these years by charging I Re, whether I have spoken for 10 seconds or 15 seconds or 1 minute, I wrote to them with a very wrong notion that the company will listen to my grievance and give me a compensation for all overcharging..But I was so wrong!! When I confronted Vodafone representatives with this, they did not have an answer to this. Infact after being initially confused and clueless, they stuck to their stand of charging me correctly.I also sent a message on 199, to get my plan details in writing from Vodafone. Thereafter, I again confronted the Vodafone appellate nodal centre with the screenshot of the SMS received from the company which stated that the plan is for per second, and not minute basis. I also sent a screenshot with proof that the company was overcharging me as per minute basis. The screenshot showed that I had spoken for 7 sec and was been charged 1 Re adhoc. Since 23 July 2015, I have written several emails and spoken to several customer care and appellate executives. Firstly the executives are too arrogant. They do not even respond to emails. The recent reply which I got from the nodal centre today was after 3 months!! This is so disgusting.. This is completely unethical and unprofessional and clearly amounts to cheating. This kind o[censored]nethical practice is not expected from a reputed global company like Vodafone.

          I am facing network problem from a week, I have registered complaint over the phone but not yet resolved. Voice breaks while speaking & mob data is also not connecting. You will take more than a week to set right the problem. this is not the first time I am facing this, whenever I register complaints I have to wait for 10 days. If it continues I may go for some other network.

            Vodafone have activated chak de fatte services on my number ([protected]) and have deducted Rupees 99 from my balance against the same without any request from my side to activate the services. Now I want the company to return the amount as soon as possible.

              I have used vodafone for more than 4 years for both calls and 3G internet service. For the past 10 days I am hardly getting any 3G network. I am not able to use the internet service even for 1 hour in a day, even after paying for a 3G plan. Kindly look into the matter asap. By last 2 months observing they deducting the money from balance without informing. i never activated video download for that they claimed 100rs . Now newly for chak de phatte service claimed 99rs from my balance account. vodafone becoming fraud company please aware...

                  Respected sir/madam with respect to above subject i am availing vodafone company sim card of no.[protected] from last two month as per humble request from vodafone sales manager mr. Rahul, after using only for 15 days within plan limit vodafone disconnect mobile services without any bill (hard or soft) after inquire they said you have to paid bill of rs 1100. But i am not use it i refuse to pay after telephonic talk with mr. Rahul he say you have to pay minimum rs.700 it is humble requested to you please solve problem i am ready to pay as per my use .

                    I have recharged my vodafone mobile through paytm order no [protected] on 4th december 2015, 9:36 pm. transaction on paytm shows succesful. but balance is not received on my mobile. when contacted paytm care, they gave one trasaction number AP[protected] and asked to contact the operator. Now after referring the transaction number AP[protected] the Operator says as the recharge is done with other website thats the reason they are not able to check via transaction number. Both the companies claiming to being so big and reputed cant cheat on public money and simply escape.

                      Myself Parul. I am user of Vodafone Prepaid Connection. I used to recharge my internet with 3G plan. They charge Rs. 297 for 1.25GB 3G Internet but the speed of internet is worst than 2G. I had complaint them about this problem many times, or even I should say since 1-1.5yrs but they dont have any solution of it. And at last they use to say Vodafone-HAPPY TO HELP! They are not helping me out. They are charging highly for that service which they cannot provide. There wording was "we have identified that an immediate improvement in indoor coverage would not be possible. Am I supposed to stand out all the time to catch the network? My recent Complaint Docket No. is [protected] Kindly Help me out.

                        Horrible service!!! I have applied for a migration from prepaid to postpaid on December 1 . every time i call them they say verification verification n verification. How many times do u guys verify .There is a limit of patience and the other day finally i said cancel my request and they dint do that telling give us a last chance. And even now its not activated.and i call the concerned person and they put me on hold n cut my call. Being a very long customer of Vodafone prepaid its so surprising the kind of behavior from u.i am in boxing the number of the customer care executive who is handling this issue.If this issue is not resolved ASAP i am filing a complaint. Height of disappointment would not recommend this service to anyone...

                          vodafone sends me flash messages 100 times a day. due to which i lost money many times, this is very bad from vodafone to steal public money without our permission. kindly stop flash messages urgently, otherwise i will go to court.

                            I, Yogender Singh is using connection of your company for last 3 years. Presently I am using your plan of Rs. 449/- for a long time with good service but in last two bills extra charges of Rs. 350 for VAS Downloads have been added from your side without intimation. In last bill i used only 329130 in KB while i have facility of 1 GB. i want to know that on which base you have added extra charge of Rs. 350 for VAS Downloads. You are requested to refund my extra billing charge. This is totally against my billing plan.

                              On my vodafone number services are being activated one after another. First biscoot pack was activated and Rs 45 was deducted. I was deactivating the biscoot pack by calling 155223 in between I got a message that Bhojpuri pack has been activated and Rs 30 have been deducted. I than deactivated the Bhojpuri pack by calling the above number and just after disconnecting the call I got another message that Rs 30 have been deducted for live T.V. pack. I was shocked. I was not able to understand how these packs are being activated and than I again got a message that service cant be activated on your number due to insufficient balance and we will try till next 7 days and I was completly shocked. You vodafone have deducted all my balance by activating the services without my confirmatuon and than also you are not satisfied. I called customer care and they promised to return my balance in next half hour. I got refund for only bhojpuri pack. I called them again after half hour and they promised that they will return it in next half hour and if not than call after 4 hrs. I dont know what logic they are using to say to wait for half hour but if nothing happens call after 4 hrs. Now its been more than 40 minutes and I have not got my balance. Its not the first time I am facing this problem and I am not the only one. Vodafone are you listening. Give my balance back.

                                I was using my internet pack and all of a sudden I got a message that my biscoot pack is active and Rs 45 have been deducted. I deactivated the biscoot pack and after sometime I got a message that bow Bhojpuri nama was active and Rs 30 have been deducted. They crossed all their limits and are deducting the balance as they wish. Vodafone is pathetic.

                                    I buy a New SIM Card([protected]) from Company Provided Retailer on[protected] at 10:00AM and Retailer said me (on the behalf of company) that your SIM will activated same day evening or next day evening but today[protected] and the SIM card not activated yet.Then I complain to the company custmer care to activate my mobile number but there is no responds taken by them.Then I complain to Bihar Zone head to activate my mobile number which I taken last friday(4/12/2015) from your company provided Retailer but there is no responds by him.

                                      On 09.04.2015 my phone with a vodafone mobile number of prepaid sim was stolen. The sim was blocked immediately and the matter was informed to our nearest vodafone store near Laketown on 13.04.2015 for supplying a duplicate sim card. I was told and so to say to be compelled to purchase a sim of the same number as post paid for at least 3 months and thereafter I could go on prepaid if I like. I did so and paid an amount of Rs. 300/- as security money which was said to be returnable after 3 months through cheque to be dispatched to my residence either by post or courier service. Accordingly after 3 months the sim was turned into prepaid. But now about 8 months have elapsed and in spite of my several contact, the money is not returned till now. The cause why the company is so reluctant to return the security money is best known to them. Vodafone has charged an amount near 9000 During post paid connection in all those three months. Moreover the executives of Vodafone store are providing different false information regarding the matter at different times. Their information about the matter provided is contradictory. This type of one side game played by the company is not desirable and which can induce a customer to give up Vodafone. The matter is referred for looking into and appropriate steps may be taken.                                         Hi team, I want to migrate 2 vodaphone prepaid number to postpaid number I went to vodaphone mini store couple of times today in the afternoon and the evening time which is located at Shop no: 24, Devendra Bhuvan, Kopri colony thane east, Thane - 400603. There is no one available to help me further, This mini store is emty only one person sitting there saying that the person who takes care of this mini store is in the meeting since from the morning and he is not even sure when that person good be back. What a bad service... I wasted my time and petrol. Please look into this matter and let me know the progress on this if possible. Thanks
