Being fed up of Vodafone billing services. I have finally ported my number to Airtel and very satisfied with the services of Airtel
Refer below the list of issues, you may face after taking Vodafone billing:
I was promised a plan of 1GB internet 3g+2g unlimited with 1000 mins free local, etc etc
In my first bill I was charged - 25rs extra stating that, your number was activated but internet wasn't. If a person is taking plan with 1GB internet plan, he would assume, all the services will be active from the activation day itself. What sense does it make, to active internet services later and calling services prioir and eventually charging additional for using internet.
I tried calling to ask to waive off these charges but my efforts were in vain.
Now, in my 2nd bill these people charged my 250rs extra. This was again for internet. Now they are stating that, you have only 3g internet free (1gb) as part of the plan and no 2g internet after exhausing the 3G internet. I was clearly told by the sim card selling agency and Vodafone executive that the plan will also include 2g unlimited after 1gb 3gb.
Tried calling to waive off the charges, all the efforts were in vain.
So till now, 2 bills with 2 times FAKE charges over base charges.
Now the 3rd bill, here they charged me late fee charges. I was already under discussion with Vodafone team for my 2nd bill over additional internet charges. So I made part payment of my 2nd bill and called the vodafone call center, to request them not to charge me late fee, as I am already in discussion over additional charges. The executive promised that there wont be any late fee charge, which obviously did not happen in my bill.
I was charged 25rs as late fee. So again, I called vodafone call center to resolve this. Now another agent again promised me that, we will waived off 25rs, as it is wrongly charged.
I decided to port my number due to the issues faced every month. Once porting was done, I went to pay my vodafone bill. Now their executive at Vodafone store, told me, that the waiver cannot be given to you, as the number is already deactivated. So another promise made by call center executive was fake.
All my efforts of negatiation with Vodafone are failed.
I have cleared all the dues, by paying all the fake charges added and I feel releived to be disassociated with such a cheat company - Vodafone.
Guys never take vodafone billing, they just want to cheat people and take out money with some or other Fake charege,
I have some 150rs left as deposit with them, which I really don't expect to come back, they might say that there are some deactivation charges or any other charge.
Do hell you cheats.
