Hi i am dillikumar ([protected]) using vodafone for 10 yrs. By last 2 months observing they deducting the money from balance without informing. i never activated video download for that they claimed 100rs . Now newly for chak de phatte service claimed 99rs from my balance account. vodafone becoming fraud company please aware...
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I called the vodafone customer service and made a complaint. Within 24 hrs i got my balance amount. Thank you for the response and their concern.

    Respected sir/madam with respect to above subject i am availing vodafone company sim card of no.[protected] from last two month as per humble request from vodafone sales manager mr. Rahul, after using only for 15 days within plan limit vodafone disconnect mobile services without any bill (hard or soft) after inquire they said you have to paid bill of rs 1100. But i am not use it i refuse to pay after telephonic talk with mr. Rahul he say you have to pay minimum rs.700 it is humble requested to you please solve problem i am ready to pay as per my use .

      I have recharged my vodafone mobile through paytm order no [protected] on 4th december 2015, 9:36 pm. transaction on paytm shows succesful. but balance is not received on my mobile. when contacted paytm care, they gave one trasaction number AP[protected] and asked to contact the operator. Now after referring the transaction number AP[protected] the Operator says as the recharge is done with other website thats the reason they are not able to check via transaction number. Both the companies claiming to being so big and reputed cant cheat on public money and simply escape.

        Myself Parul. I am user of Vodafone Prepaid Connection. I used to recharge my internet with 3G plan. They charge Rs. 297 for 1.25GB 3G Internet but the speed of internet is worst than 2G. I had complaint them about this problem many times, or even I should say since 1-1.5yrs but they dont have any solution of it. And at last they use to say Vodafone-HAPPY TO HELP! They are not helping me out. They are charging highly for that service which they cannot provide. There wording was "we have identified that an immediate improvement in indoor coverage would not be possible. Am I supposed to stand out all the time to catch the network? My recent Complaint Docket No. is [protected] Kindly Help me out.

          Horrible service!!! I have applied for a migration from prepaid to postpaid on December 1 . every time i call them they say verification verification n verification. How many times do u guys verify .There is a limit of patience and the other day finally i said cancel my request and they dint do that telling give us a last chance. And even now its not activated.and i call the concerned person and they put me on hold n cut my call. Being a very long customer of Vodafone prepaid its so surprising the kind of behavior from u.i am in boxing the number of the customer care executive who is handling this issue.If this issue is not resolved ASAP i am filing a complaint. Height of disappointment would not recommend this service to anyone...

            vodafone sends me flash messages 100 times a day. due to which i lost money many times, this is very bad from vodafone to steal public money without our permission. kindly stop flash messages urgently, otherwise i will go to court.

              I, Yogender Singh is using connection of your company for last 3 years. Presently I am using your plan of Rs. 449/- for a long time with good service but in last two bills extra charges of Rs. 350 for VAS Downloads have been added from your side without intimation. In last bill i used only 329130 in KB while i have facility of 1 GB. i want to know that on which base you have added extra charge of Rs. 350 for VAS Downloads. You are requested to refund my extra billing charge. This is totally against my billing plan.

                On my vodafone number services are being activated one after another. First biscoot pack was activated and Rs 45 was deducted. I was deactivating the biscoot pack by calling 155223 in between I got a message that Bhojpuri pack has been activated and Rs 30 have been deducted. I than deactivated the Bhojpuri pack by calling the above number and just after disconnecting the call I got another message that Rs 30 have been deducted for live T.V. pack. I was shocked. I was not able to understand how these packs are being activated and than I again got a message that service cant be activated on your number due to insufficient balance and we will try till next 7 days and I was completly shocked. You vodafone have deducted all my balance by activating the services without my confirmatuon and than also you are not satisfied. I called customer care and they promised to return my balance in next half hour. I got refund for only bhojpuri pack. I called them again after half hour and they promised that they will return it in next half hour and if not than call after 4 hrs. I dont know what logic they are using to say to wait for half hour but if nothing happens call after 4 hrs. Now its been more than 40 minutes and I have not got my balance. Its not the first time I am facing this problem and I am not the only one. Vodafone are you listening. Give my balance back.

                  I was using my internet pack and all of a sudden I got a message that my biscoot pack is active and Rs 45 have been deducted. I deactivated the biscoot pack and after sometime I got a message that bow Bhojpuri nama was active and Rs 30 have been deducted. They crossed all their limits and are deducting the balance as they wish. Vodafone is pathetic.

                    Hi, I am using a Vodafone prepaid number [protected] and I m having a balance of 176rs, which is now showing as negative balance on the same amount, no response from customer care for frustated and put as on hold.                       I buy a New SIM Card([protected]) from Company Provided Retailer on[protected] at 10:00AM and Retailer said me (on the behalf of company) that your SIM will activated same day evening or next day evening but today[protected] and the SIM card not activated yet.Then I complain to the company custmer care to activate my mobile number but there is no responds taken by them.Then I complain to Bihar Zone head to activate my mobile number which I taken last friday(4/12/2015) from your company provided Retailer but there is no responds by him.

                        On 09.04.2015 my phone with a vodafone mobile number of prepaid sim was stolen. The sim was blocked immediately and the matter was informed to our nearest vodafone store near Laketown on 13.04.2015 for supplying a duplicate sim card. I was told and so to say to be compelled to purchase a sim of the same number as post paid for at least 3 months and thereafter I could go on prepaid if I like. I did so and paid an amount of Rs. 300/- as security money which was said to be returnable after 3 months through cheque to be dispatched to my residence either by post or courier service. Accordingly after 3 months the sim was turned into prepaid. But now about 8 months have elapsed and in spite of my several contact, the money is not returned till now. The cause why the company is so reluctant to return the security money is best known to them. Vodafone has charged an amount near 9000 During post paid connection in all those three months. Moreover the executives of Vodafone store are providing different false information regarding the matter at different times. Their information about the matter provided is contradictory. This type of one side game played by the company is not desirable and which can induce a customer to give up Vodafone. The matter is referred for looking into and appropriate steps may be taken.                           Hi team, I want to migrate 2 vodaphone prepaid number to postpaid number I went to vodaphone mini store couple of times today in the afternoon and the evening time which is located at Shop no: 24, Devendra Bhuvan, Kopri colony thane east, Thane - 400603. There is no one available to help me further, This mini store is emty only one person sitting there saying that the person who takes care of this mini store is in the meeting since from the morning and he is not even sure when that person good be back. What a bad service... I wasted my time and petrol. Please look into this matter and let me know the progress on this if possible. Thanks

                            I'm Raja I had a problem in my vodafone sim card, so i went the vodafone showroom at MMDA colony, I spoken to Navaneethan, he didn't response properly, they are not rectify my problem and harsh behave on me. I am very much disappointed with this network.

                              I have also been trapped in similar case and 5000 deducted from my account on 16th may
                              All the amount goes to VIN VODAFONE BI. ICICI bank is neither doing anything nor ready to refund the amount
                              For me also 3000 deducted from my account, if this is happening from May why ICICI bank allowing this transaction. if transaction is requested from this site ICICI bank should confirm with customer if you are doing this transaction or not. it should not happen immediately. I am disappointed with ICICI security and decided to close my account.

                                Hi Guys,

                                Being fed up of Vodafone billing services. I have finally ported my number to Airtel and very satisfied with the services of Airtel

                                Refer below the list of issues, you may face after taking Vodafone billing:

                                I was promised a plan of 1GB internet 3g+2g unlimited with 1000 mins free local, etc etc

                                In my first bill I was charged - 25rs extra stating that, your number was activated but internet wasn't. If a person is taking plan with 1GB internet plan, he would assume, all the services will be active from the activation day itself. What sense does it make, to active internet services later and calling services prioir and eventually charging additional for using internet.

                                I tried calling to ask to waive off these charges but my efforts were in vain.

                                Now, in my 2nd bill these people charged my 250rs extra. This was again for internet. Now they are stating that, you have only 3g internet free (1gb) as part of the plan and no 2g internet after exhausing the 3G internet. I was clearly told by the sim card selling agency and Vodafone executive that the plan will also include 2g unlimited after 1gb 3gb.

                                Tried calling to waive off the charges, all the efforts were in vain.

                                So till now, 2 bills with 2 times FAKE charges over base charges.

                                Now the 3rd bill, here they charged me late fee charges. I was already under discussion with Vodafone team for my 2nd bill over additional internet charges. So I made part payment of my 2nd bill and called the vodafone call center, to request them not to charge me late fee, as I am already in discussion over additional charges. The executive promised that there wont be any late fee charge, which obviously did not happen in my bill.

                                I was charged 25rs as late fee. So again, I called vodafone call center to resolve this. Now another agent again promised me that, we will waived off 25rs, as it is wrongly charged.

                                I decided to port my number due to the issues faced every month. Once porting was done, I went to pay my vodafone bill. Now their executive at Vodafone store, told me, that the waiver cannot be given to you, as the number is already deactivated. So another promise made by call center executive was fake.

                                All my efforts of negatiation with Vodafone are failed.

                                I have cleared all the dues, by paying all the fake charges added and I feel releived to be disassociated with such a cheat company - Vodafone.

                                Guys never take vodafone billing, they just want to cheat people and take out money with some or other Fake charege,

                                I have some 150rs left as deposit with them, which I really don't expect to come back, they might say that there are some deactivation charges or any other charge.

                                Do hell you cheats.

                                  Sir / madam here in pune i am sudhir apte cell no is[protected] since last more than 3 yrs i am using it i always charged /activate internet pac on the same no but always filed complain and you senior offices always tell me about we are upgrade the system let me know how long it takes time and i get hazel free network net is when i activate net pack for 3 days validity only 2 days it will some kind of good on 3rd days it's failed and you never gave me my balance data to me customer care always gave us fake answers so kindly take notice first give info that about how long you will time take system upgrade and next is why dont you given all of yours prepaid customer info about the increased the fair and 1np. /1 second is stopped by you also call dropped by your net work it's my personal exp. So keep in notice it will not happened always with me yours rep. Of co. Dont have any idea about yours systeem they makes very vege statements too so this complain's copy is also procedd to t.R.A. I hopes for well doing with indian customer too sudhir apte [protected]

                                    I have activated 254 Rs 3G plan on 5 November 2015 on my number([protected]). after consuming i was used mobile browsing in my dada after dada completed i was stopped dada using but deducted amount in my main balance without using so called your customer executive on 28/11/2015 and then told me after dada recharge you send to STOP sms to 1925 because i send sms to 1925 on 29/11/2015. but my dada plan was cancelled immediately i contact your customer executive he told me your your sms was wrong and misguidance of our executive so take complaint(C.No.[protected]and restore my dada balance before 1/12/2015. But till now i didn't dada on my number so i again called your team and they told me your dada plan was cancelled Is this small issue for you but not for me because that amount was blood of work .if are not able to solve this issue on earlier basis then i have to leave your services and take legal action .

                                      On the 8th of Dec, I recharge amount 75 on my number using freecharge site. but net pack on my activated on my no not get money against recharge . Why isn't Vodafone keeping a check on such loop holes in the system? The NUMBER is 981513the 1st of Dec, I activated the Rs88 tariff plan on my number using *121# but the sum of Rs88 was deducted twice from my account. Why isn't Vodafone keeping a check on such loop holes in the system? The NUMBER is [protected] and I WANT A REFUND ASAP. It's my money and Vodafone has no right on it. Such things tarnish the service provider and subscriber relationship. If the customer is being cheated time and again, then eventually the person will lose trust in the company. To keep this from happening, it is important that Telecom companies stop stealing their clients' money, else they'll only lose customers to their rivals. and I WANT A REFUND ASAP. Deals Pack Weekly service is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of Rs.35 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.46.813.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free).*** This service is activated and my balance is also deducted without my permission How they can activate it by themselves and waste my 35 rupees?? I deactivated it but my balance remains same. Where has my 35 rupees gone?? I want my balance same as it was before this activation. (My no. is +91-[protected])
