I recently got transferred from India to UK by my company. A few days before leaving India I went to the Vodafone Store at Nerul (Seawoods) to change my plan. I asked them to put me on a pre-paid plan as I was not intending to use my phone abroad, but wanted to keep it live so people can still reach me and also to have a permanent number on my trips to India. The executive convinced me to keep my phone on a low rental plan instead with international roaming facility. Total rental Rs 99 base rental plus Rs 149 international roaming rental. I told the executive I did not want any other services and hence to switch them all off. The executive told me that the plan would start on 4th July the day I was going to UK and then went on to take down the request. She advised me that soon as I reach UK when I switch on my phone, my plan would be on. I had before this had a Rs. 650 3G data plan also on my phone which also I had asked them to deactivate. A couple of days after I reached UK, I got a message that my phone had very high usage. Hence all outgoing got barred. I waited for the bill to come and a month later when it came, I realized that the executive at the store had only added the low rental plan and international roaming plan. She had left all other services on. Joke international roaming also on and india data pack also on. Because she had left International data roaming on (which I had asked to shut off) my phone downloaded some emails etc and some 40MB got utilized. For this I was charged Rs 23000+. I complained to customer service immediately, and they asked me to write to corporate assist. I wrote, and apart from an automated response promising a revert in 48, hrs I never got a response back. I kept following up with multiple people in Vodafone including a guy called Suraj Lakkam who told me he will make my problem vanish. But all talk and no work. I am still stuck with no resolution. Meanwhile Vodafone racked up interests and late payments and further monthly charges (though my phone was off) and the bill now became Rs 34000+. Finally some collection guy from Vodafone got through to me and offered to settle the amount. He is now asking me to 'settle' the bill paying Rs 8600. Why should I pay for the fault of the vodafone executive who didbnot do her Job correctly. My actual usage bill including service tax should be only Rs 4000. I need a quick resolution to this problem.

    I've been using Vodafone past 3-4 years. Past one year I've been facing network issues at my whole area. There is no network. Lodged complaint n number of times posted on fb. But it got resolved only for a month not more than that. It's really annoying and I've been paying my bill but services are worst than any other. It's like bang your head any where we won't give you network. Please help. This is whole society problem. Kindly help.

      Due to last operator pending bill, you guys barred my services. For which I paid my bill yesterday 3 Dec, 2015. Transaction id: 93316708 . I visited idea store, paid bill, visited vodafone store to show receipt. Contacted live chat and they said it will be done in 24 hours, and meantime I should mail to some DL, which I did, no response. I contacted again today at live chat at 13:00 they raised ticket[protected] and said, it will be active in 2 hours, I contacted helpdesk again at 15:00, then I got to know the previous ticket[protected] was closed with no remarks?? what is this happening guys?? now the new ticket is[protected]. After being loyal to vodafone, this is what I got in return? Kindly take it on high priority, otherwise I'm gonna escalate to consumer forum as well.

        Vodafone service packs are been activated on my phone n i hav asjed den to remove all d plans n my balance is deducted to -ve asked the customer service to remove all d pending or future plans but still new other plans r being activated n d customer service is tellin me dat i hav requested dese services n the response by the customer service people is very rude n they dnt even understand my problem n worst service provider Vodafone

          Hello, On 31 oct 2015, i gave my BSNL Number [protected] for MNP in Vodafone mini Store at Balewadi Road, Baner, Pune (MH), but the number is still not converted into vodafone. When i visited the Vodafone mini Store regarding that issue they are not responding me well and sometimes that vodafone store was closed where i submitted my documents for MNP, i also submitted Rs.110 for MNP but still i am facing the problem and the number did not converted into vodafone and my BSNL number is still active, even now the the guy on the vodafone mini store is not responding me well. I request you to take some serious action against him because he takes money from me for MNP and after that he didn't met me on store regarding the problem and not even responding on the call..i also mail the vodafone regarding that issue but they asked me to wait for 2 working days, its now the end of that 2 day period, and they didn't replied me yet, take some action as soon as possible .

            Hi I am Vodafone user, my no. is [protected]. Due to system updation of Vodafone, my mobile data (Internet) plan is being disabled and last month & they insisting me to pay wrong amount. When I raised this concern, Vodafone waived off wrong charged amount. This month same problem happened & I got very high bill. When I come to know about this last month, same time I requested them to correct it in their system but it couldn't. I am not getting any satisfactory reply from Vodafone even after my several mails and customer complaints to Vodafone. Now they are asking me again to clear my outstanding, which is totally incorrect. My services also getting hammered. Kindly do the needful. Regards, Anmol Gupta

              been to Vodafone office and one of the executive helped me in resolving this problem. they changed my settings in my mobile handset and then it started working.

                I Ported My No. [protected] From Aircel ( Rajasthan) To Vodafone (Karnataka) Postpaid on Tuesday dec1, 2015. I am able to doing outgoing calls but I am not able to getting any Incoming calls from other states.When Others try to connect with me on call it says that The No. Does not exist. I complained to your Vodafone Manager at Infosys Desk but he said he can’t do anything.

                  I do a recharge of 897 fir net data pack.and after that also my net is not working at all.even i can not receive single watsapp message!vodafone 3g is seen on top but there is net in thah.my money is getting wasted and they are not fixing my problem.

                    My number is [protected]. My monthly rental plan was of 199 rs. instead of this they charged me rs. 248. Besides this when I ported this number to Vodafone postpaid connection I got a free scheme of 1 family and friends number over a period of 3 months, which ended up on 11th of November, now they say they are charging me for this service

                      Hello, Its regarding the my postpaid Vodafone number. I took new postpaid corporate connection and within 5 to 7 days itself my un-billed amount breached till Rs 1200. I had been told that I have used data of approx 900 Rs. There was mistake from their end that they didn't activated the data plan, in-spite of asking them to activate Data Plan on my number. Data plan wasn't activate and I was being charged on normal rate. Somehow after 40 mins of debate on 04th Nov I was able to convince customer care people and Finally They agreed it was their mistake not to activate plan as requested. Hence, They agreed to reverse back the charges Ticket #[protected]But same would be applicable after bill generation). I was told to wait until bill gets generated and Pay the unbilled amount for the time being. I did in that way only... Now when I am asking them to reverse the charges which was agreed. Now, I am being told that no such ticket exist in system. They are stating they couldn't able to trace any such ticket or information. Every time I called, My call was placed on hold for 15-20 mins and gets disconnected at a sudden. ITS TOO FRUSTRATING ... CHEATERS !!! LIARS !!! This is the way you people are stealing money from public. Kindly help to get the needful done.                         Your Internet pack is active now valid upto 28.12.2015 23:59:59. Bal: 1024.00 MB. Above massage I got after I have done the recharge of 147 for 1 GB 3G, but after the recharge from the day one I am getting maximum 4 to 10 KB speed per second Is this a 3G speed Vodafone provide ? I can't use my what's aap or fb specially what's aap, when I am sending a message it's show's not sent I called a Vodafone representative and he denied to listen my complaint and he refused to refund my money rudely. I don't aspect this from Vodafone its a worst experience for me from Vodafone !!! My contact is [protected] I have done my recharge on this no only please do the needful Or else I have port my no to airtel which is best .

                          I had got a flash SMS from Vodafone India pvt ltd saying get 1 GB 3g instead of 1gb 2g internet for 28days at 127, I recharged for 127 but only got 500mb instead of 1gb for 20days, when I contacted customer care 198, they said they will neither credit it nor refund me the amount, they also revealed that they do the same for all the customers. This is a alert for all Vodafone users pls don't follow Offers receiving in Flash sms, (which u get after u send any SMS or do any call)...the Supervisor whom I spoke to is Raghaveni she made me wait for 45 min and tortured me. Why would they send plan details if it is not suitable for my number. Pls be aware of fool play of such companies who backstab all customers. They are unhappy to Help you!!!

                            Today on 03-DEC-2015 at 12:08:11 PM, i have recharged my Vodafone number [protected] of Rs.75 using freecharge website. Instead of getting the main balance of Rs.64 after tax deduction, I got 300MB data benefit which i never intended for. When i contacted the Vodafone care, guy told Rs.75 recharge correspond for data plan, and customer should be aware of this. My argument is that even vodafone customer care team has to refer computer to give information about plans then how customer can remember and get updated for all the plans and schemes that keeps changing over night. Finally he said he is helpless in this matter as he can't exchange data plan with topup balance, for which i was looking.

                              2 days back, biscoot store pack got activated on my phone without my consent, on its own and Rs.45 got deducted from my balance. When I called the customer care to enquire about the same, a certain customer care guy called 'Mohit' said that 'people like you do the same, they 1st activate the service by pressing certain web link and then fight over it with customer care people ' and talked to me in a rude way. When I asked what can be done with this service, he said I can get knowledge about various brands of biscuits. He was rude throughout the conversation, When I asked about his details to file a complaint against him, he started being abusive. This is so wrong that a company of such a high stature has such a poor customer support and are cheating on their customers with such petty scams. Gonna take this matter in legal forum if no appropriate action is taken against that guy and regarding the biscoot service.

Yesterday morning I check my balance 110.48..But yesterday night I check my balance 61.48.Why you are deduct RS. 49 my main balance?Last 2 months we are facing same problem.Last month deduct RS.40.But your executive not helpful, rudely behaviour. At first you trained your executive.Your executive Gopal Chakraborty Told me "you are not return my balance".All time your all executive told "NOT POSSIBLE".All executive are trained on trainging "Not Possible".

                                  SIR/MAAM ON 1ST Dec evening i recharged my phone with rs.255/- for which i got 1GB data connection pack. next day on 2nd Dec i got a msg at 12:27p.m. that "you have reached 50% of the internet pack on your number[protected].you still have 510.04 MB. again at 12:51vodafone sent me a message tht "you reached 90% of the internet pack on[protected]. you have 102.01MBleft. by 12.59p.m. a msg came " you have exhausted the internet pack on you mobile number[protected]. like this with in 1hour all my internet pack has been deducted without much using... when i called to customer care they refused to answer about my deductions... i am quite busy...i cant visit vodafone stores for asking about my internet deductions... vodafone many times cheat their customers like this...

                                    Hi I had been maintaining a Vodafone postpaid number for more than a year in Maharashtra &Goa circle and decided to convert it to prepaid while I was leaving the country. I paid an advance sum of Rs.1000 as suggested by the customer care executive at Vodafone store Baner road, Pune and got a prepaid sim (early sept) As I had to fly out I didn't bother to check if the conversion had happened but did follow up post leaving the country to which I was asked to again go to Vodafone store. After 3 months I receive as email from Vodafone asking me to pay 1873.83 or else come for court settlement. So my concerns here 1) if my postpaid to prepaid conversion failed why was I not informed via email. 2) if my number was still in postpaid I didn't get any bills over email for Oct and Nov 3) if Vodafone did have my email which they use to drag me to court why couldn't they do the same for issue 1 &2 Though I have paid the bill to avoid any hassle, I would like to understand why the company the company is harassing someone who was a good and responsive customer for almost 1.5 years. And worse I still don't know if my number is postpaid or prepaid.

                                    I have recently converted from Vodafone prepaid to postpaid. Believe me, it is becoming hell lot of painful for me. First, Vodafone charged me wrongly for my data usage. I complained in a store and they said my problem is resolved. I don’t need to pay for it and the amount will be reversed. Now, I receive communication that I haven’t paid my bill so my service will be disconnected. THIS IS A VERY BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR YOUR MISTAKES AND STILL BE A VODAFONE USER? I have visited the Vodafone store at least 10 times for such an issue. PATHETIC STAFF AT VODAFONE STORE IN PENINSULA CORPORATE PARK.

                                      Vodafone data isnt working properly from 01/02/2015. And it happens every month. Every month I have to call customer service but to no help. Agent are rude & in a hurry to end the call. Had live chat with Gurdeep But even he / she was in a hurry to leave the chat. If you see the records of the complaints & the calls i made to Vodafone that my data isnt working properly. They say its server issue. The agent Amol Bnitaya was very rude & said he cant help me And kind of shouted at me. When asked why is he shouting at me he said is thee anything else he could help with which clearly shows he is not interested in the issue. When had a live chat with Gurdeep even that agent kept on saying yes maam sorry maam. I need resolution . He / she said that i need to keep balance. I have been a vodafone customer form a long time I have used data without zero balance as well. How would they answer me that.???? He / she only kept on saying to recharge when i clearly mentioned that i recharge with my phone using their data but the agent failed to understand. The agent over the phone told me its Vodafone fault its their server not working. Is Vodafone giving me conflicting answers. Its an ongoing issue every month. last month i recharged and They failed to give me data connection for more than a week. I need my data to be working properly and apology from Vodafone and also compensation as they failed to provide me teh service they promised.azic
