Sir, A person named Aby Mathew sending vulgur pictures, videos and messages to my whatsapp and to my facebook account. His whats app number was +91 [protected]. He says that he is working in riyadh Saudi Arabia. He frequently used this number +[protected] to call me and use vulgur words which is related to sex. I warned him so many times and still he is repeating the same. He asked me to give money else he will publish my vulgur images through internet. Please help me. If he do like that i will commit suicide. Please Help.

    For my three nos. [protected], [protected] and [protected], I changed the company name by raising service requests to avail corporate benefits of the plan. After successful completion of service requests company name was changed on all three numbers and I received a confirmation message. On bill cycle my plan was also changed to new corporate plan.

    I confirmed the plan details with Vodafone corporate care THREE times on interaction IDs[protected],[protected] and[protected] and I have complete benefits of the plan on three emails.

    When my bill was generated I did not get the benefits that are part of plan and I was charged for these benefits on ALL THREE NUMBERS. When I contacted customer care first they said your company name is not updated so you will not get the benefits. When I showed them my bill on which my company name is updated then THEY ASKED ME TO TREAT THIS IS AN EXCEPTION and INTERNALLY without any message or alert changed my company name.

    But now they are saying your company name is updated but you will not get the benefits of the plan. I confirmed the plan details THREE times not one and still they are denying the benefits. Despite numerous emails to the Vodafone appellate authority nobody is taking any corrective action. Even they are not listening to what I am saying. Every time I am getting same reply that you will not get the benefits. Even I tried to copy Vodafone Customer Care Delhi Head Manish Jain in my emails, he also has turned deaf ears to my complaints.

      My daughter is using a VODAFONE NO. [protected]. The company is continuously activating paid service without any request from my daughter and deducting a huge amount. Recently they deducted a sum of Rs. 40.00 and Rs. 75. As she is a MBBS student she does not have much time o spare to lodge a complaint. The call center is not entertaining the complaint.

        My Number:- [protected].I was visited powai heranandani vodafone store on 21st Oct'15 for make postpaid to prepaid because of without intimation charege of Rs850 for internet. After meet to one lady of powai vodafone store she told me within 3 days your 850 will refunded, but i was received msg on 14th Nov'15 for bill payment. then again i ws visited in mulund vodafone store they was committed it will be done in 3 days but still not refunded in account. then again i was called to customer service they told me to visit again powai store.last two days i was visited powai hirandani store. i waiting 2 hour to meet store manager( Bhanu Vyas) but she dont have time to meet me. same day evening i visited for resolution then i meet to amit. he told me your defiantly refund your payment but still not happen.

        I am really irritated of fake commitment in vodafone store located in Powai Heranandani area. I hope this complaint my query would resolve.

          Today @ 10:20 i made roaming recharge, amount is deducted from my account but, stil no recharge is done on my sim. kinldy sort out this problem asap how is ur service for that i[censored] cant provide service then dont offr these type of services. othrwz i will port my sim no i.e. [protected]

          kindly take any immidiate action for thi situation.

            I have been using Vodafone in Delhi for over a year and recently shifted to Ahmedabad and ported in to Vodafone Gujarat. I am not able to use my Internet service for which I am paying rental anyways. I called customer service 198 numerous times and after lot of procedure my complaint was registered and iI as told to wait till 2nd Dec. I really need to know which one of you will wait for that long to get a service that you are already paying for? I did not port into Voda guj for this shifty service. I am sitting at Vodafone store for past 3hours and nothing has happened. The only response that I have received is that "you are not the only one facing this problem, there are others too." should I be happy about it? I have recently shifted here and need Internet service more then ever. Is Vodafone going to compensate for the trouble it has caused me?

              I shall be grateful if you STOP all your promotional messages to my Vodafone number immediately. The messages are annoying and disturb the continuity of the work in progress.
              It appears you send such messages @ 1 for every 10 sec, or, immediately after the earlier message is cancelled. Your greed seems to be, someone will unwittingly press 'OK' instead of 'CANCEL'. For a company of your standing and stature, it is very unbecoming of you, to say the least. Instead of getting additional revenue, such acts only help in eroding consumer base.
              Once again, I thank you in anticipation of discontinuance of ALL such messages with immediate effect.

                Sir, With due respect to the company(Vodafone) I Mukund Mugad resident of Karnataka Dharwad would like to bring to your notice that I am using a sim of vodafone ( no. [protected]) which when checked in truecaller was being used my someone with the name of Rahul Goyal earlier. But this sim was recycled and the above number was given to me sometime back. Now I am continuously getting message from Lok Adalat is that some bill is pending and I am supposed to clear it within 25th of this month. But this message is intended to. Rahul Goyal I suppose and he needs to clear the debt which ever is pending from his side. Now my complaint is that the sim has not been recycled in my name though I have submitted the necessary documents while buying the sim still getting unnecessary messages and have shaken me and harassing me due to which I am losing control over my brain.                   I was using vodafone fixed monthly postpaid internet plan for 2GB internet of Rs.449/-. Everything was going ok for several months but in March -15 i received bill of Rs.1600/- for one month. As i have fixed 449/- plan so it was impossible to have bill of same amount. I Stopped using service and asked to close the connection to representative. I had also requested to send me full detailed usage bill.
                  After that every month i have been called for bill due payment and i was requesting for detailed bill. Each time new person was calling for demand and i was repeating same story.

                  There are following loopholes in the communication from Vodafone side.
                  1) No one of representative has enough information regarding bill and plan.
                  2) No one has past communication notes. each time new person calls me and i repeatedly request detailed bill to them.
                  3) from last 1 year each time new person calls and they don't know that i have requested to disconnect connection and asking detailed bill.
                  If communication is not proper from your end, how can you expect to pay bill.


                  Now i have received legal notice from Vodafone to be present in consumer court. I you are not able to listen your customer and directly demanding wrong amount then this is totally wrong.

                  I am using Vodafone services for 2 more postpaid connections and i am regularly paying bills for same. I am also ready to settle this bill as per my availed plan but no one responsible person is contacting me for that.
                  I request someone responsible person from Vodafone to contact me and settle the issue.

                    A month back I requested for the disconnection of the data packet (Internet) service for my mobile number. I was expecting a call from Vodafone or a message of stating that your internet service has been discontinued.

                    One day when I received the message of my data usage amounted to Rs.2000/-. I was shocked. I was completey unaware the my plan has been switched to Rs.99/- Rental and to stop the internet I have to sent one message.

                    Which I was never told at first call. I have been cheated by vodafone. You guys can send the message of billing amounts, but can't you intimate your customer of change of plane.

                    Vodafone can check the call recordings, I was never told that to stop the internet service I have to send one message.

                    I am not going to pay my 2000 odd bill for the month of November. And opting for Portability.

                      Dear Sir/Madam [protected], I have been using this no. From last 8 year.I did MNP from reliance to Vodafone on 2009. I had supplied all the required documents to my nearest Vodafone Care. But they didn't submit my documents and used another person documents. Two days ago my sim card damaged due to some problem. Now I am unable to repalce my sim card, because sim card documents is not matching with me.

                        It's very disappointing to keep telling you same thing since last two weeks and still I have to explain it. The given post paid simcard is not registered on network. As requested please find attached screen shot for reference.

                        Don't know what you have done with the simcard no. Whether it's correct in your system?
                        Could you please check? The SIM no is[protected] kindly check.

                        For mobile number [protected] from pune I hope it's in home circle right?

                        By the way I am telecommunications Engineer not new to mobile phones and SIM card. I am using it since my childhood so don't worry about suggestions like below.

                        "The toll free number 117 will work from home circle only"
                        "OR I need to complete MY tele verification by calling on 117 (toll free) from your Vodafone number."

                        (Any mature person can tell you that if SIM is not registered on network it won't work. Below mails shows the understanding of your customer care executives and they are not even bother about customers concerns.)

                        They have changed 3 times the reference no's on same concern.

                        3.[protected]On 21/11/15)

                        And for every revert I had to drop you people at least 3 emails then only I have received a revert with same nonsense explanations
                        Please check the date differences between concern reference no's.

                        And the executives who are involved in handing over the post paid SIM card to me are pathetic guys ever I met.

                          I had logged a complaint with vodafone with regards to call drops and degraded service which was happened for over 3 to 4 months. Their service technicians tried resolving the problem and confirmed this will take at least 3 months to fix it.
                          The company has acknowledged that the problem is from their end, hence I had requested them that they compensate me for the issues that I have been facing for the last 3 months and for next 3 months.
                          The compensation that they offered was 100INR discount from my monthly bill which I didnt accept since this not even 1% of my entire bill amount.
                          My compensation should be a straight away 50% discount on my entire bill amount for last 3 months and until the time the issue is completed fixed which they refused. Hence I request your team to help me fix this situation with Vodafone as they dont respect customer queries even if they are at fault.
                          I have necessary proofs in writing (email communication) which can be provided as an when required.

                              Last couple of months we are facing issues with the Vodafone network in wanworie area. Earlier i thought it is only for me, but my friends & relatives who are on vodafone face the same issue.
                              When some one tries to call our number, the message they get is, that the cell is out of coverage or switched off..
                              This is really irritaitng we are missing out on important calls due to this,
                              Can you please have this sorted out at the earliest.

                                Hello sir, i am Vodafone user, I have applied to port on 13 oct. in morning after that I have received call by Vodafone executive name Rahulvijay Sing at 4:27pm for my phone no.-[protected] on same day & they suggest me some plan but I was not convinced by him finally they confirmed me for port. I have recorded file for same discussion . Now suddenly on 23 Oct my outgoing service is blocked. when I called to customer care they called me my outstanding amount is exceed approx 2600 rs. & reason for the this amount is that I have consumed extra data on internet . I answered him, I have unlimited plan 399 rs. then they replied, I have confirmed to change the plan during the discussion with executive( Rahulvijay Sing) on 13 oct. I also complain to Vodafone store in sec-18 noida on 24 oct and the executive had heard that recording. they confirmed me for my service is resumed within 2 hour & I will receive call for solution within 2 day. after that I called so many time to customer-care & answered me your called unbar 2 hr, 1/2hr and next day. But still now I am facing problem my outgoing service is not resumed. now they have change my original plan but due to outgoing bared i didn't have any outgoing call. in over all process mistake is done by the Vodafone but i have to pay for that mistake I would not want pay the amout for that mistake. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. sincerely ram sagar

                                  I have been a vodafone customer since last few years and I have got 4 vodafone connections with me. Vodafone is doing its best to fool and cheat its customers. I have been wrongly charged international roaming (on [protected])charges for no fault of my mine and which has been accepted by their customer care executives and team leaders and all the vodafone store team. But inspire of this, they are insisting me to make payment for something which I haven't used. I cannot allow vodafone to take me for a ride. I would request others also to please be aware of these malpractices of vodafone and port out to better service provider.

                                      Hello,

                                      I am a Vodafone customer since 8 years, I feel real bad that Vodafone support did not respond to my problem and I had to post here.

                                      I had recharged my phone for Rs. 747 on Aug 30th as I was informed by Vodafone that I would be getting 1.5 GB 3G data every month for next 3 months.

                                      But my internet data was exhausted mid September, so I had called Vodafone care, to know if I can recharge my phone for extra data, the support person told me to recharge Rs 255 also told this wouldn't hamper my existing plan. But I didn't receive the next 1.5 gb for the next month.

                                      After this I contacted Vodafone live chat, they told me this happened as I did recharge of Rs 255. Vodafone chat support was not ready to resolve this issue and asked me to drop mail to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com. I did send 2 to 3 mails, you ll get an acknowledgement telling it will be resolved in 2 days but you will never get an reply from them. After arguing with them in Vodafone call support, the representative told me to escalate it to Nodal officer.
                                      I then called the Nodal team, luckily that day my call got connected and lodged a complaint with them. After few days I got mail from Nodal team telling that they apologize for giving wrong information and the 3G plan would be restored. I waited for 3 days, still the plan was not restored. I replied back to that mail, still didn't get any response from them. If I call to Nodal team, even after waiting for 30 min in call, the call does not get connected, I called 199 Vodafone support, spoke to support executives, supervisors as well no one is ready to resolve my issue and they ask me to drop mail again, which I did too and didn't get any reply.
                                      I am following this since October first week called, chat, mailed to Vodafone support executives, chat support, supervisors, Nodal team, though I got apologies, assurances of plan restorations but didn't get any resolution yet. I am tired of going behind your support team, hope I get any resolution here.

                                        As I was discussed with Vodafone customer care I was share my complaint to them about they was charge a exceed amount in billing cycle Oct-15 amt 299 for data plan and they same when I port in to Vodafone they enter my ebill email id wrongly mentioned on the system that the reason I was not able to received a proper at before the due date and they also charge a late payment in billing cycle Nov -15 kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible
