      I got one corporate number [protected] Asked for bill to be delevered at my address when i didnt recieved my called their customer services they told thats been delevered at your address and recieved by my wife and gave me her name and number i am unmarried and didnot know anyone of that name and there is no neighbour of same name then next month i didnot recieved bill i called them again and there answer is same that this new bill is also delevered at your address but this time to your new wife with a different name and its hard to beleve that they are delevering my bills to any other addresses with all my call details in it and giving me different name of my wife's i am unmarried and stupid agents instead o[censored]nderstanding the sitiation argued me that we dont know which ever your wife is available at yoir home we gave yoir bill to her and may i am lieng i got all disrespectful call recordings with me, worst customer service ever and breached DPA and shared my personal information to others whom i dont know and confirmed that on call recordings and not resolved

        Executive at Vodafone Store(Ridhi Sushi Jaipur) entered incorrect address into the system due to which number verification failed. Verification executive asked to call back Vodafone store for correction. Luckily I had the number of one of the executives from store. On calling her, she responded that she had left the office and couldn't do anything and disconnected the call. On re-calling she continued disconnecting and when she picked up she started yelling that " we are not sitting here to pick your calls" and disconnected again. She was rude and unapologetic to their mistake. All that was expected was a sorry and that she would cross check and revert.Executive name was Reena.

          Sub: Complaint against VODAFONE for misguidance-not change post paid paid to prepaid-made excess payment every month, harassment and threaten for illegal recovery–Shokeen Ahmed–Mobile No.-[protected] [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected] Kindly refer to the above cited subject. In this connection, it is submitted that I am regular VODAFONE mobile no. [protected] customer for since five years. Before 4 months ago Vodafone Call Centre has called at my mobile and that time my mobile was using my son. The executive has told my son that at present Vodafone has launched scheme for the existing customer that if you change your plan from pre paid to post paid only at Rs. 249/- per month than you will get the benefits i.e. 300 calls free, 300 STD calls free, your mobile bill will be very reduced. By mistake my son has agreed for the said plan. I angered with my son why did you agree with the plan I am very convenient from the pre paid plan. The executive of the Vodafone was come after some time. I refused the postpaid plan of the Vodafone executive but he misguided me that don’t very you can change your plan after 3 months. Due to mistake of my son I was agreed for the said plan only for 3 months. From the next month my problems were started. My prepaid phone bill was never over Rs. 250/- 300/-. I was shocked when the Vodafone sent message bill of Rs. 500/- +. During the conversion from prepaid to post paid the executive assured me that your bill will not be made over Rs. 249/-. My number was very old and the same was available with my all relative, friends and business customers. Therefore, I was waiting of the 3 months I have deposited the said bill. Further next month I again shocked when the Vodafone has sent message me bill of Rs. 4800/-. I again request to the Vodafone Call Centre for the excess bill but none of the action has been taken by the call centre executive and again they stated that before 3 months you cannot change for pre paid. The advice me to avoid dispute deposit of Rs. 1120/- and don’t concentrate the massage bill. I further again deposited Rs. 1120/-. It is further submitted that Vodafone has disconnect my outgoing calls from 1½ months and disconnect my incoming calls from 25 days. After disconnection I complaint to the Vodafone Call Centre at Lajpat Nagar outlet on 12.11.2015 vide Token No. 116 at 11:54:45 AM for the purpose of Billing and tariff plans. The executive has told me that first you pay Rs. 2000/- and after that your matter will be looked after. On 29.11.2015, I get the Vodafone Bill of Rs. 2714/- (from 20.10.15 to 09.11.15) vide bill no. 27423606 relationship no.[protected]/-. In this bill the Vodafone has added VAS downloads 8 Unit of Rs. 360/- (unnecessary because phone was disconnected by the Vodafone since 1½ months it could not be possible to download). From the above facts you are requested to kindly take the necessary action against the Vodafone because they misguided me, already taken excess payment, not started my mobile number, not send any bill details and not changed the plan from post paid to pre paid. None of the call centre executive solve the problem and they threaten pay immediately Rs. 3000/- - 4000/- and this bill will be increased every months and legal and other action will be taken by the Vodafone against you. This no was another person ID name & address. .on 23 Nov 2015 evening my no was out of service. .I called to customer care they told me that someone callEd that his mobile was missing plz stop services or this no..I said I didn't do this...& I asked them to chnge the process how I transfer this no. On my name & address. .they replied very nicely. .on 26 November .I visit local Vodafone store haridwar n tell their executive regarding transfer this no.on my address. .they activate my number that day..n submitted all my documents n paste my photos on forms. ...n told me we will chng it...our senior will verify it..2 days u can wait...after 2 days they didn't cal me I called them ..they told it's not possible. ..I told them plz I want to talk to your senior..they didn't do any verification regarding this ...they told me misleading statement's. ..28 November I again visit Vodafone store their senior told me not possible. ..I told them why that day u told me we will do it...finally the senior has denied..(local Vodafone executive give me dual statement's. ..they issued me a Vodafone sim kit) .. .after few minutes my number stop working. ..I called customer care he told me ur number closed permanently. ..I asked him for solution he advised me to mail at Vodafone regarding re issue this number on my name because it is closed now.. .I said OK..I was very disappointing coz my number has been out of service without information . ..today I called to customer care he told me that this number is activated as per paid. ..I already mailed to Vodafone to re issue this number soon ...on my name..it is very important to me. .plz help me coz m using this number in bank & another important transaction. ..plz told Vodafone not to issue this number to another person. ..plz plz m very worried. ...plz plz help me soon...

            I want to add few information regarding this matter...now Vodafone has issued my post paid number to any other person as pre paid connection while without information. ..no information was there that my is converting into pre paid. ...

                Vodafone 1GB 2G for 28 days = Rs 179. Idea 1GB 2G for 30 days = Rs 58. Network coverage = No difference in two. Data Speed = Same of both, even Idea is little better. No promotional offer from vodafone however Idea provides a vairety of offers to suit our needs from small to large. In short vodafone is for those who dont think of money to recharge. I was a die hard fan of vodafone from last 10 years but they sucked me a lot... At last decided to go for Idea or something else Vodafone... Hope I did that earlier I should have saved a lot of my hard earned money. Bye Bye Vodafone...

                  Vodafone billing for number [protected] Plan MBB_C_V_250_30d_1GB_FU_3G Rs. 250 per month+taxes is generated a bill Current Bill Amount Rs. 1317.99 and Total Bill Amount Rs. Rs 6376.07 for 1.3 GB usage. This was wrong as well as fraudulent way of billing and so communicated to Customer Service, GM Customer So closed my account by paying Rs 380 intime. But Vodafone is trying unilaterervice and Appellate Authority of Vodafone timely. I lost confidence and sally enforcing for payment of Rs 1489/- as outstanding which is not at all accepted. Please resolve the issue.

                    I am previously a customer of vodafone prepaid with mobile no [protected] from the past 7 years. Recently i migrated to Postpaid within the same network. But my sim has been suspended without proper information. I visisted to a vodafone store and submitted my proofs but their representative said that their number is not on vodafone network. After begging vodafone people for 2 days they said that my address verification failed. But the fact is none of the executive made a visit to my home. In turn i received a message saying that address verification is completed without anyone visiting my home.Its been 2 days and no proper response from voadfone care and store. The only response i hear is NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE. I will never ever use voadfone again and iam ashamed to be their customer from the past 7 years.

There is no system and quality check. Everyone work here like a JUNGLE RAAJ. customer care of no use. I have called so many time no action has been taken so far. I was regularly Called and mail corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com and Nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com on your customer from 25/11/2015 for incoming call issue resolve with in 48 hours but still it is not resolve. so today I need to send this mail to you because now I am very frustrated with the services of Dubba Vodafone mobile. Below is a few Points of my conversation to your Customer Care Executives. pls go through it. 1 .Today when I call to your customer care No [protected]I had talked to executives and asked her for the same query and also for Error Message is you are not dialing a valid number please check the no you have dial sir this is corporate no pl contact company coordinator and write to mail corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com I cant help you because your small business segment. 2 Co-Ordinator Details Wrongly Updated your Record Correct Information attached the mail ????why they making me fool???? Why they always committed me and assured me that it will resolve in 48 hours on my mobile number?????? Sir I feel that There is no QUALITY STAND in the company on the whole and NO COMMITMENTS. There is no point I waste more of my time and there is no point I may keep writing mails over mails as they never understand . Anyways, it was the worst of an experience but taught me a lesson that Vodafone is a TEAM OF HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE

                        I lost my old sim and hence went to the vodafone store in ramamurthy nagar, bangalore to get a replacement SIM. The replacement SIM is supposed to be provided free of cost. However the customer care person charged Rs 100 stating that this amount is for the new SIM and Rs 25 would be refunded. Later he said that MPESA service would be added for 'FREE'. I said I didnt need it even if its free as I have no use for it. He continuously lied saying the SIM cost is Rs 100. He activated MPESA for my New SIM. Finally, he recharged Rs 25 to my number from his number through MPESA. VODAFONE IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY - TRICKING ITS CUSTOMERS. Please help me get my Rs 100 back. I do not want this MPESA service for my phone number. The person has falsely charged me Rs 100 for a SIM replacement.

But I have clear information from my credit card issuing bank that they will not call and ask for any confidential information from customers. I immediately realized and questioned his identity and understood he is trying to cheat me with wrong identification for my Credit Card details.                             This is regarding my vodafone number [protected] which I an using from past 16 years. After repeated followup and several mails to both Nodal agency and Vodafone corporate care I am not getting a satisfactory reply. I would request to please carefully go thru the details along with complaint numbers and mails I have attached. My old plan was Lifetime 999 Plan which was active for past several years and there was no year/monthly rental. But in the month of Sep 2015 I thought o move to another plan and put a request to change my plan to monthly rental 399 starting next billing cycle and the request number was[protected]. But within a week I realized that due to poor signal connectivity in my area (Sarita Vihar) I won't be able to make full use of my phone so I put a request to cancel the plan change request. My cancellation request was confirmed and reference number was[protected] which was generated on 12th October. Please refer to attach mail communication for the same. But when my new billing cycle started I found that you have stopped my CLIP, changed my PLAN to 399 even tough I cancelled my request. I again contacted your corporate care and Nodal agency why you have done that despite you confirmed that the request has been cancelled. Then they restored all my old services via reference number[protected]. But when I get my latest bill, you gave me shock of my life. You put following changes: 1. Rs 889.11 for Lifetime advance rental plan 2. Rs 38.61 for 3 days of 399 plan. This plan was activated by you not by me. Refer to my complaint number[protected] of 9th oct. 3. Rs 23 for All [protected]@1 Rs. This was the service which was available to me till last bill at no monthly rent. Now when all these services were running smoothly for past several years and I have already paid for these then why you charged it again. Vodafone made the mistake of changing my plan and then restoring the services. Why I should pay for others mistake. I would request to please carefully go thru the details along with complaint numbers and mails I have attached. Please revert back these charges at the earliest as these are not legitimate charges and please relieve me from such harassment. If you need further clarification, please call me I will provide further details.

                              I have been using Vodafone postpaid for the last five years and today (27/11) my outgoing call service and data services were suddenly deactivated because of rejected verification. I had shifted to Hyderabad from Kolkata recently and had to change my network. I had to provide a temporary hotel address to the store and during verification purposes I told that I have stayed at the hotel and then I have moved to my present address. This somehow led him to believe that the verification is not correct (but he did not say anything), before suspension the verifier could have asked me for invoices of the hotel, instead no intimation was provided whatsoever. I was advised that it is going to take 2 days before services are resumed, is this the professionalism you show to your long term Vodafone customers? What am I supposed to do if I have to make a critical call? This is absolutely pathetic and most unprofessional behavior towards a customer from a mobile service provider of Vodafone's stature.

                                I have been charged 1200 saying that I called to 51717 and talked for 80 mins, that too morning 3AM.which is in all the way u realistic. First of all, with other telecom subscriber 51717 is invalid number By mistake also no one can dial 51717 Making call at 3AM is unrealistic, top of that talking for 80 mins is not at all possible. Guys please be aware of this kind of fraud, if you face the same problem then complain about this,...

                                  I was a smartpay customer for Vodafone through HDFC bank credit card. I moved to Pune from Karnataka circle on 30th August, 2015 and my number([protected]) was in roaming for the whole month of September. Because of this my Vodafone bill for the month of September had reached the maximum limit. The bill for the month was Rs. 1603/- and I was informed by the Vodafone customer care that I had to pay the bill as soon as possible so that my number does not get blocked. So I paid it manually on 7th October, 2015. (Transaction ID :[protected]. Post that again on 13th of October, 2015, the same amount was deducted from my HDFC credit card( Transaction ID:[protected]. When I contacted HDFC, they said it could be resolved from Vodafone side. After this I moved my number to Maharashtra circle. Since then I have contacted Vodafone customer care and also visited Vodafone store(Bhumkar chowk, Kalewadi phata, Dange chowk) a number of times to resolve the issue. But every time I got the response saying that it could be compensated in the next month's bill. But I have not been able to login to Vodafone site since then. And when I call the customer care or visit the Vodafone store, I get a response saying they are not able to see the details of the previous circle. And this month, my number was blocked by Vodafone since I have not paid the bill for the month of October. The extra money in my account is not being adjusted for this bill.

                                      Dear sir i am the new user of vodafone company.actually i am using idea network(up west) from last 7 year on [protected] phone no. but becouse of my job i have to shifted to NCR so i ported my network in vodafone i submitted all the documents on the 12th nov they told me all the processing would be taking 10 to 15 days to complete.my no is started around 25th nov 2015 i was living in noida at time so i provide them that address details. 1. All of sudden the stop my outgoing on 30 oct 2015 reason the provide me is because the guy over my house told them that i will shifted in a month to badarpur (he mentioned that i will be shifted after one month) they negative my request at that time by mentioning user shifted to badarpur. and he mention that building colour is yellow (i agreed that guy visited my place at first visit) 2.I request them for revarification of my address with request no[protected] on 31 oct 2015. this request is also get negative with the reason o[censored]sed is not living there replied by a lady in my house with white building. 3. i request for re verification again with request no[protected] on 2 nov 2015 this request is also get negative with the reason of guard denying the user's acceptance that he is living. then they suspend my no.(stop my incoming) 4. i again file a request to re verification no[protected] on 4 nov 2015 this request get canceled with reason that they can be able to find file request because time of previous request is not completed. 5. then i again raise requests with[protected] on 7nov2015 and[protected] on 9 nov2015 but these also get negative.he cant able to find my house 6. then i file a complaint no[protected] on 10 nov 2015 the guy over called told me that they will contact me within 2 day but nobody contacts me . 7.I again raise request no[protected] on 13 nov 2015 i dont know the status of this . on on 14th nov 2015 i shifted my place to badarpur so i provide my new address with rent agreement to you customer store at faridabad and then they again file a request to new address verification on new address with 72 hrs. I called your customer care today 23/11/2015 at 3 he was saying that varification excutive will be visiting my new house till today but no opne come so i called ypour costumer care at 10 again he is saying i have to visit customer care again. i have recordings of all calls each and every call if you need let me know . now i have following question that i want answer from you. 1. how could it possible that time he finds my correct address and then everything he either went to wrong address or wrong building or he cant able to find place. there is no guard and no lady is living at our whole house then why is doing wrong verification . 2. they are saying he tried my phone and alternate no but haven't receive any call regarding this till today just tell me one thing my phone is working 24*7 and he tried called me on 2 no 14 times but it cant able to connect not even single time . 3. my home is 19 km away from your store tell me how many time i have to visit it without any reason. i am using same no last 7 year it is not close for even a single day but j= i just ported to voda phone and now it is closed from a month i want a stable anwer from you guys at right time.
