2 days back, biscoot store pack got activated on my phone without my consent, on its own and Rs.45 got deducted from my balance. When I called the customer care to enquire about the same, a certain customer care guy called 'Mohit' said that 'people like you do the same, they 1st activate the service by pressing certain web link and then fight over it with customer care people ' and talked to me in a rude way. When I asked what can be done with this service, he said I can get knowledge about various brands of biscuits. He was rude throughout the conversation, When I asked about his details to file a complaint against him, he started being abusive. This is so wrong that a company of such a high stature has such a poor customer support and are cheating on their customers with such petty scams. Gonna take this matter in legal forum if no appropriate action is taken against that guy and regarding the biscoot service.

Yesterday morning I check my balance 110.48..But yesterday night I check my balance 61.48.Why you are deduct RS. 49 my main balance?Last 2 months we are facing same problem.Last month deduct RS.40.But your executive not helpful, rudely behaviour. At first you trained your executive.Your executive Gopal Chakraborty Told me "you are not return my balance".All time your all executive told "NOT POSSIBLE".All executive are trained on trainging "Not Possible".

      SIR/MAAM ON 1ST Dec evening i recharged my phone with rs.255/- for which i got 1GB data connection pack. next day on 2nd Dec i got a msg at 12:27p.m. that "you have reached 50% of the internet pack on your number[protected].you still have 510.04 MB. again at 12:51vodafone sent me a message tht "you reached 90% of the internet pack on[protected]. you have 102.01MBleft. by 12.59p.m. a msg came " you have exhausted the internet pack on you mobile number[protected]. like this with in 1hour all my internet pack has been deducted without much using... when i called to customer care they refused to answer about my deductions... i am quite busy...i cant visit vodafone stores for asking about my internet deductions... vodafone many times cheat their customers like this...

        Hi I had been maintaining a Vodafone postpaid number for more than a year in Maharashtra &Goa circle and decided to convert it to prepaid while I was leaving the country. I paid an advance sum of Rs.1000 as suggested by the customer care executive at Vodafone store Baner road, Pune and got a prepaid sim (early sept) As I had to fly out I didn't bother to check if the conversion had happened but did follow up post leaving the country to which I was asked to again go to Vodafone store. After 3 months I receive as email from Vodafone asking me to pay 1873.83 or else come for court settlement. So my concerns here 1) if my postpaid to prepaid conversion failed why was I not informed via email. 2) if my number was still in postpaid I didn't get any bills over email for Oct and Nov 3) if Vodafone did have my email which they use to drag me to court why couldn't they do the same for issue 1 &2 Though I have paid the bill to avoid any hassle, I would like to understand why the company the company is harassing someone who was a good and responsive customer for almost 1.5 years. And worse I still don't know if my number is postpaid or prepaid.

        I have recently converted from Vodafone prepaid to postpaid. Believe me, it is becoming hell lot of painful for me. First, Vodafone charged me wrongly for my data usage. I complained in a store and they said my problem is resolved. I don’t need to pay for it and the amount will be reversed. Now, I receive communication that I haven’t paid my bill so my service will be disconnected. THIS IS A VERY BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR YOUR MISTAKES AND STILL BE A VODAFONE USER? I have visited the Vodafone store at least 10 times for such an issue. PATHETIC STAFF AT VODAFONE STORE IN PENINSULA CORPORATE PARK.

          Vodafone data isnt working properly from 01/02/2015. And it happens every month. Every month I have to call customer service but to no help. Agent are rude & in a hurry to end the call. Had live chat with Gurdeep But even he / she was in a hurry to leave the chat. If you see the records of the complaints & the calls i made to Vodafone that my data isnt working properly. They say its server issue. The agent Amol Bnitaya was very rude & said he cant help me And kind of shouted at me. When asked why is he shouting at me he said is thee anything else he could help with which clearly shows he is not interested in the issue. When had a live chat with Gurdeep even that agent kept on saying yes maam sorry maam. I need resolution . He / she said that i need to keep balance. I have been a vodafone customer form a long time I have used data without zero balance as well. How would they answer me that.???? He / she only kept on saying to recharge when i clearly mentioned that i recharge with my phone using their data but the agent failed to understand. The agent over the phone told me its Vodafone fault its their server not working. Is Vodafone giving me conflicting answers. Its an ongoing issue every month. last month i recharged and They failed to give me data connection for more than a week. I need my data to be working properly and apology from Vodafone and also compensation as they failed to provide me teh service they promised.azic

              I had just ported from Docomo Prepaid to Vodafone Postpaid. For the past three days, my incoming calls have been barred and i really dont understand whats happening. I called them up several times and each time they give false promises. This is the worst customer service experience and also the call drops while am on call with a customer agent. I want to cancel this connection asap. I can share my number during further communication.

                On the 1st of Dec, I activated the Rs88 tariff plan on my number using *121# but the sum of Rs88 was deducted twice from my account. Why isn't Vodafone keeping a check on such loop holes in the system? The NUMBER is[protected] and I WANT A REFUND ASAP. It's my money and Vodafone has no right on it. Such things tarnish the service provider and subscriber relationship. If the customer is being cheated time and again, then eventually the person will lose trust in the company. To keep this from happening, it is important that Telecom companies stop stealing their clients' money, else they'll only lose customers to their rivals.

                  6 days back a vodafone executive named Mr.Gourav offered a plan for prepaid to postpaid migration. He had collected Rs.150 and required documents. He said it would be done within 11pm the next day. It's been 5 days and he has failed to complete the job. Every day I have to call him up just to get nonsense replies. Please take action against him.

                    I had purchased a data pack for my vodafone number on 18/11/2015 for rs.147, as per the message received by vodafone i was supposed to get 1gb of data, but i got only 500mb of data. when i called to customer care, they said, it will be update by 2 days. Later i was not able to call customer care, as the line was disconnecting. Week later i got a message for 1gb data @ 127rs (25.11.2015), i recharged this and got the 1gb of data. But for my previous data pack (activated on 18.11.2015), the 500mb i was supposed to get is still pending. +91-[protected]

                      I have postpaid nos. [protected] & [protected] under cug scheme. I had requested for 199 data plan for both nos. dated 13/08/2015 but second no. confirmed for activation of data plan.But dated 25/11/2015 I am getting shocked when customer care told me that your first no. also has 199 dataplan.Than I requested for deactivation of that plan.Now today customer care told me that your second no. plan was changed.I am very surprised how they can change plan of two nos. in different way for same request.do needfull as early as possible otherwise I want to go to other ways.

                        I am a vodafone customer using vodafone connection [protected]. My billing cycle is 25th right from day 1. For my Oct 15 bill i made a payment of Rs.1500 on 10th Nov 15(13th being due date). Receipt for the same is attached. Yet on 17th Nov 15 my out going call was barred. When given a call I got to know that according to them I have not made the payment. Shocking to me. after a 30 mins long discussion. they agreed to start my outgoing call when i gave them the details of my payment. They did removed the barr. They also update that your payment is not updated into our system. So I called the store where I had made payment. The concern person confirm me that, he had missed to make my payment by mistake and will do it in next 5 mins. I was like ok. But then I called customer care again and told them the entire scenerio. I also asked them not to levy any late payment charges as this was not my mistake. On which I got to hear Shock no. 2. That mam your billing cycle is 7th so you wont get any late payment charges. I made them understand that pls check my records it was never 7th. How it got changed. Again after 45 mins long discussion they agreed that this was a technical issue and we will set your billing cycle to the earliest one. Thats it. From 17th Novmeber till date it never got changed. Only got false committment that it will be changed in 24 hours, 48 hours whenever I used to call customer., which never happened till date. Morever have posted complaint on their mail vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com which they follow 48hours tat to revert. Not followed till date a single tat. Moreover every day I have to call cust care and tell them the entire story again and again. During these days I have faced a lot of inconvenience from vodafone . My problem is that I use 3gb 3g unlimited plan. As per that if i consume my 3gb limit within by billing cycle then too I can access unlimited data at the lower speed of 64kbps. So I consumed all 3gb data on 23rd. From 24th onwards my internet is running at the speed of 64kbps itself. Which wud have then resumed to it normal speed on 25th if these people wouldnt have changed my billing cycle. Morever during these all conversations I faced 2 executives one Mr. Ratan Patel and other one I dont remember the name(i also raised complaint in vodafone against this executive, but no revert). who were very rude. the anonymous one was talking to me in highly indisciplined manner as if hez trying to make a fool out of me. Moreover he said that the request was raised by your end to change the billing cycle. I denied. But he kept on insisting. So I asked me to gimme a proof if I had made such request. Over which he had to say we cannot give it to u. I told him up frontly I have a right to Information. so he paased on my call to his superior. He apologised and agreed that the request is not raised by u but it was an error from our part. Yesterday these people tested my patience. On 1hr plus lenghthier call. My calls were transfered to any depts and people randomly and they were just trying to make me understand that we are not the concern team U pls connect to concern people. Moreover executive named Ratan Patel from Mumbai Office answered change your plan. Why should I change my plan if it was a technical issue from Vodafone. Why should customer suffer and do adjustment. Had I delayed any payments???? Over which he has to say that we cannot do anything, its a technical issue. Change your plan or suffer till 7th dec.!!! We can only change your cycle on 7th dec once you make payment for the bill generated on 7th dec. Shock no 3. Now I got 2 bills from vodafone one generated on 25th Nov and the other one which will be generated on 7th. So in short I have to make payment twice. On which I asked him, Should I suffer for your mistake. Was this the solution provided. ? He told me though it is mistake from company but we cannot do anything. You suffer with it. and we wont help you in this. This is the pathetic thing vodafone can do with their customers. Indisciplined, Ignorant about the process of vodafone and pathetic people are sitting at vodafone to take care of the customer. I am very clear on this that I am not liable neither Il pay any bill that gets generated apart from 25th. And vodafone has no right to take action against it. Because its a technical error from your end. So you people are responsible to bear with it. and give me solution asap.

                          I have been cheated and humbled by Vodafone company and its employees.My Data plan of 199 2GB 2G Unlimited data pack was active wherein I was getting very good speed and could browse and operate net smoothly on mobile. However Sine 18th Nov 2015 data speed reduced considerably.I had many phone call with executives of vodafone but nothing has been done.Than company come out with a plan of 2GB 3G plan with a rental of Rs.249 which I agreed on 30.11.15.However even after this I could not operate internet on mobile as usual. Then I had called on to vodafone appellate on 01/12/2015 at 3 of clock on number [protected].But instead of helping me all the concerned were busy in transferring my call to one department to another making mess of my situation.This being a months beginning I have to make various online payments through mobile apps and my vodafone no being registered on those apps.I am completely helpless and annoyed with behaviour vodafone.I am attacheing my email communications with the vodafone.

                          I think these are the marketing gimmick of the company to cheat customer and make money without providing agreed services to the customer.

Hi, I am a Vodafone Post paid customer, when exceeded my internet plan of 4 GB, I bought a booster pack of 1GB data on 26th of November 2015. But it was not activated till 1st of December 2015, when I called up customer care of Vodafone on 1st of December 2015, I was shocked that no one was able to resolve the issue, they transferred my call 7 times continuously and after that disconnected my call. No one showed interest to resolve my issue. They made fake promises that they already resolved the issue but still I am facing the same issue. I am using my Vodafone number since last 4 years and now I felt that I should change my service provider.

                              This complaint is regarding Vodafone cheating to customers those who do not use internet through telephone. I have refilled my balance RS.170/- on 24/11/15 and without making single call, my balance expired within 8 days. I am trying to make call but getting reply "No balance in your account". When I checked balance shows only. 0.03 paisa. I got shocked and went in Fort Voda Gallery. They said you have used telephone internet service and used 59 mb data which my handset showed. How it is possible that without activate internet service, data is being download and there are no any alert shows while finished download or browsing session. When I finished my call, immediately I get alert about balance. Even after finish browsing session or download, I should get the balance alter that I could understand that mobile internet service is on. Vodafone is purposely activating such services for looting customer. Your Vodafone gallery representative told me that per MB data charges are Rs.4. If your calculate 59MB data x 4 = Rs.236. How do you allowed me to download data of Rs. 236 if my balance is Rs.170/- . Vodafone is doing some wrong practice to fooling customers. As I have not used your internet service that you have forcibly activated please restore my Rs.170/- balance in my account. And also requesting you, not to start any services without my consent. Please put my phone in “Do Not Disturb” category.

                                I got my number deactivated two months ago. [protected]. My mother went to the Vodafone Store in Park Street yesterday to get it reactivated. They told her to wait for 2 hours. After 2 hours when I tried to make a call from that number, it told me that the service is 'temporarily withdrawn'. Please enable it.

                                  Dear Sir/ madam, I, want to draw your kind attention that, for my vodafone Cell No. [protected] ( UP-E), I was apply the 3G net pack of RS 101/= from my balance on date 25 Nov 2015, after top up with Rs 50/= ( through your agent remotely) and that time I, had balance of 3G, 445.72 MB with validity up to 22 Dec 2015. On date 26 Nov 2015 when I was at Durgapur (WB) in roaming, again I was Top my Cell No with Rs 200/= through same agent remotely and subsequently I got balance accordingly which was correct but as on when agent was apply the roaming tariff plan worth Rs 5/= ( which is as per your latest displayed templates offer effective form 1st Nov 2015), my Net pack was overwrite/ modified from 3G, 445.72 MB with validity up to 22 Dec 2015 to 2G, 15 MB with validity up to 27 Nov 2015, resulting I got loss worth Rs 160/= (appx) and also facing lot of problems. Hence I, m requesting you please resolve this discrepancy and give me proper balance of net pack which was omitted/ modified by default.

I had vodafone plan of Rs 149 but these guys are sending me exorbitantly high bills from the past three months So I changed my plan to Rs 249 this month. Even I cut down my usage to almost negligible because of the fear of high bill still they sent me a bill of Rs 650 this month. I don't know how to handle this situation.                                       I had recharged for RC 14 on 31st Oct, 2015 which is a STD plan for 30 days via the IVRS by calling 121, after the RC 14 has been activated, there was a continuation to that call asking to do recharge for RC 7 to double the validity and i did so.The validity has not been doubled as it got expired on 29th Nov, 2015. Thinking that the STD pack validity is for 60 days i was on call for longer time and Rs 21 got deducted as per general plan. Spoke about the same to the customer care executives and they did not provide any proper information and speaking some nonsense instead of listening to the issue faced by me. The way they spoke was not professional. Kindly look into the issue.

                                        Hi,

                                        I did a recharge of Rs. 147 on my haryana's vodafone number- [protected]
                                        which provides a 3G data of 1GB under double data offer but the amount got deducted from my bank account(I did it through internet banking from shop.vodafone.in) while I got nothing in back.
                                        Reference ID is[protected]
                                        I tried to complaint about the same, complaint ID - [protected]
                                        They resolved my complaint by saying that I've already received the 1 GB data and used the entire data on same day, Although I didnt even touched my phone, nor received any data.
                                        This is ridiculous. No senior supervisor comes over customer call despite of repeatedly asking them, no one speaks logical on customer support. Its all .
                                        Please Let me know how to sue them..
