Mysel[censored]sing vodafone since it was orange. I have 2 nos [protected] & [protected] .My [protected] is not in use which in post paid. Without using this I have paid bills .Before 2 months I have dropped request on vodafone portal to convert it in prepaid. but till date it is not done & same terrif is gong on . Vodafone billing is very doubtful & for complaints they are ignoring also no feedback is from company. Before 6 months my [protected] was charged heavily. so at kalyan center we togetherly fight with vodafone. then only bill down with same usage.There should responsibility on vodafone .They should give the plans in written

    I wanted to recharge my gujarat vodafone number at 3G data card of Rs 249, but my mistake i recharged on my Karnataka vodafone number . i want that recharge to be tranfered back to the gujarat vodafone number. my gujarat number is [protected] And my Karnataka number is [protected].

      I recently converted Postpaid to Prepaid which I possessed since last 10+ years . All my dues were cleared at the Vodafone store (receipt attached) Today after 1.5 months my calls are barred by Vodafone saying "due to non payment of last bill". I visited Vodafone store where they too agreed no payments were due and requested their seniors not to bar my services. But since 19 Nov my calls are barred. I request to re-start my services at the earliest possible.

          I had called Vodafone customer service center on 15/11/2015 between 9:00 pm - 10:00 pm on toll free no. 199 regarding an issue with outgoing calls on another Vodafone no. The agent i spoke to was highly abusive, used disrespectful language and tried to molest me. One of my colleague even lodged a complaint with the center regarding the same but the response we got was not satisfactory. No actions were taken and he complaint was resolved by them. This is highly unacceptable and i Would like appropriate decision to be taken regarding the same. Also i would like this to be resolved within a day as it has already been 4 days since the incident.

              Vodafone mobile bill (October-2015) extra charges(Rs.180) added by named two services Social book and Unlimited Videos Charges Rs.90 each which is not activated and used by me.
              I have also called to Vodafone customer care but not get desired response by them.

              So please resolve this complaint and generate a new bill with deducted these extra charges and please not to repeat again in future.

                This is what I did to disconnect my number [protected] 1. Visited the Bandra shop personally. After taking down my details and Id proof etc nothing happened. TRAI stipulation in 7 days 2. On realizing that it's not disconnected, i logged on to the online chat on 26th october when I was assured of all help. (request no[protected]. It should have been resolved in another 7 days. I just came to know that a new bill has been raised on the 7th of November contravening TRAI regulations of 7 day resolution.

                  Vr 611112 i got a massage. He offered 2gb 3g data for 28 days. I recharge it on 7 november 2015 at my number [protected].but i get only 1 gb data. I call 198 but they say that this offer valid if you recharge from company . But in my inbox massage this condition not show and i recharge from retailer Its not my falut vodafone provide me half information its vodafone company fault. I want get my full value of recharge 251 other wise i go to consumer court

                    Dear sirs, my voadafone bill no. 28988031, with a due date of 5th nov. 2015, for an amount of rs.1201.94, has not yet been cleared by vodafone. We have submitted a cheque for the same amount on 2nd nov. 2015, vide cheque number 083238. Today, on 19th nov. 2015, we get recorded messages from vodafone to pay or face disconnection. This is grossly unfair. We have called up helpline toll free number [protected], and we have been asked to go the vodafone store where the bill and cheque was deposired., as a consumer why must i run around for the inefficiency of vodafone. I demand that action be taken and in case i face disconnection i must be compensated also.

                      On 17 nov 2015 i raise a request for Port Out my number from Vodafone to other services and after some time i got a call from Vodafone customer care ms shweta shweta shrivastav and she told me not to port out from vodafone as we give you best offer then she told me about plan vodafone to vodafone local 10 paisa per minute as per plan i agreed and recharge again my vodafone number as per her instruction . she told me plan get activated in 2 hrs and till now 19 nov 2015 ist not activated and call rates also vodafone to vodafone local is 2 paisa per seconds they totaly misguide and then i call to customer care they did not listen i file a complain[protected] but till now no solution please resolve ASAP.

                        Vodafone have activated chak de fatte services on my number ([protected]) and have deducted Rupees 99 from my balance against the same without any request from my side to activate the services. Now I want the company to return the amount as soon as possible.

                          Hello! Super Models Club pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] on 15 days rental. Rs.75 has been deducted from your account. Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.15.51. This is not happening first time. Why my balance deducted by activating such VAS? I want refund to my balance.

                            My vodafone number is +91-[protected]. As per vodafone website for assam circle. You can discount your std rates to 40p/min. In the details it is mentioned that all std calls will be discounted to 40p/min. But after recharging i found out that this is valid only for mobile to mobile calls and not mobile to landline which is stupid, and vodafone is fooling customers to purchase this card. You find the details only after going to the customer care. Vodafone should compensate me and clearly descride the recharge details.

                              I had received a bill of Rs 1, 254 for the month of August for my mobile number [protected]. I had informed the team that I have been exorbitantly charged for the services I haven’t utilized. Since then I have asked to discontinue this number. I am getting repeated messages and calls for this number and my statement has been the same throughout all the conversations. Suddenly 3 of my other numbers are discontinued without any prior notice. I am losing out on important business transactions due to your fault. Request you to activate my numbers on immediate basis as I am not going to pay a bill for the usage I have not done. The bill for other numbers have been paid on time and it seems it is my mistake that I am using the same service provider for all my numbers. Let me know your action or else I will be forced to deactivate all my Vodafone numbers and change my network operator for 3 other numbers.

                                  Dear Sir, I have tried porting my vodafone number( to Airtel and submitted documents on 14th Nov 2015. I called vodafone customer care and has asked for teh pending payment and they have informed it is 0 Rs. Even after I have made few calls and have also credited 10 rs to the account yesterday (17th Nov 2015) Today, I received a message stating that my request has been rejected due to Payment dues. After receiving the message, I called Vodafone customer care again and asked about the pending payment and they have informed that there is no payment. Request you to look into it and assist.                                     I was having [protected] & [protected] numbers which are deactivated now. History of these Sim cards is like: I have purchased this Sim cards from Telenor local market I converted them into Post-paid to Vodafone corporate plan. I found there was some network issue so I converted it in Idea post-paid. In Idea I found there was huge billing issue so I again converted in Vodafone without paying bills. On date of 19th Oct my number was suspended I paid bill immediately to Idea care. And sent mail to Vodafone care with attachment of bill soft copy still my number got deactivated. Now I received mail from Vodafone that numbers are released for recycling process.
