I am being charged Rs 260 every month in my postpaid vodafone bill.

I have contacted them several times but they simply deny saying that they cannot remove these charges.

Its tagged under VAS Google Play Download but I have checked everywhere there has been no such download or subscription. I have never authorised anything like this.

Please help with this fraud done by Vodafone Idea.

    I have not subscribed to any games pack, but still i have been charged rs.21 last month i was charged rs. 15 and then rs. 5 for some renewal and previously i was also charged rs.24 i have made complaints but no response please refund me back my money, i am using vodafone from past 8 years this kind of behavious is not expected ... it’s really frustrating i want my money back or i am switching to other phone

        Even though I did not subscribe for any services, I have not subscribed for any value added services and pre embedded games. But amount is getting deducted for pre embedded games without my permission. Rs.25 is deducted from account. Pls stop this. Aslo vodafone customer care dont know about pre embedded games.

          This is for the third consecutive month Vi caller tune got activated automatically without my knowledge, even though every time I called customer care and stressed them to cancel all VAS and asked not to repeat this. Everytime they ensured that it won't happen again. In spite of that it is still getting deducted again. Can a company charge money for something that I don't need and without my permission? Is this the kind of service they give to a customer? Is this how they want their customers to feel? Aren't there any authorty to question them? TRAI says to first contact service provider, but they resolve it temporarily and keep on doing this again. Is there no one to stop this kinds of cheap acts by the companies?

          I am very sure I didn't click on any of the links that were sent to me through SMS daily. Companies should earn money by giving service that customer needs, not by tricking them and charging for unnecessary things. Who knows how many illiterate people have been charged by these kinds of tricks. They might have kept quiet as they don't know how to talk. Companies should have some ethics and service in mind. We don't earn money easily like this to allow them to take it away just like that. This may be small amount but consider the scale in which this is done. How will the regulatory authority know this if we keep queit thinking it is a small amount.

          I have no other option than to port to another operator and raise a complaint, if this repeats next month.

            I've been charged Rs. 25 for pre-embedded games which I didn't even selected. This amount has been deducted from my balance which is wrong I did not selected this games.
            I received the message today, here it is:

            Hello!
            Thank you for choosing to access Pre Embedded Games,
            You have been charged Rs. 25
            Your balance is Rs. 36.51.

            Please do something about. This is pure cheating.

            When I inquired about any VAS, they're telling me I've not subscribed to any service still they charged me

            Vodafone - Idea is now deducting money from my number without my knowledge. This is happening so many times these days. I have tried every way to opt out of their VAS promo messages, and even if they don't send any such offers, I'm being charged for various stuff that I never used. This seems like a robbery.

              Vodafone has deducted ₹10 from my account on 5 may, 2021 without authorisation on my prepaid sim. When contacted on 198 they are saying games pack was activated through 'advertisement'. I don't understand how this got activated as i have not authorised any such payments. Kindly take strong action against this type of cheating

                  Hi, I received multiple messages from VZ-ViCMS and the money from my main balance was deducted unnecessarily.

                  1) I downloaded FUN PORTAL from CARBUN8 and Rs.15 was charged
                  2) I downloaded video from PlutoMobile and Rs.15 was charged
                  3) I chose to access FUNPORTAL and was charged Rs.22.

                  Please note:

                  I never downloaded/accessed any of the above videos/services.

                  I was never asked for consent and I can't view any of those above things in the Vodafone Idea app.

                  This is absurd and a complete scam. I need my money to be added back to the main balance.

                    December 29th, 2019 I Visited Bomanahalli Vodafone Stores And Paid The Outstanding Bill And Asked For Disconnection Postpaid Plan, And Took New Sim, After 24 Hours Sim Didn't Get Activated. My Old Sim Postpaid Plan Was Still Active so I didn't have any other option I have to use same, It Was A Mistake From Vodafone Store Server Issue, Many Times I Called Customer Care And Asked For Disconnection, I Also Said I Will Not Pay Any Bill I[censored] Keep Activating This is because Of mistake From Your Side.

                    I Spoke With Some Head Too, They Asked Me To Visit The Same Store Again And Raise One More Request No Need To Pay Any Bill But Unfortunately, We Shifted To Another Part Of Bangalore So I Said Can't Able To Visit The Same Store Later They Asked Me To Visit A Store Nearby Kengeri And Finally After 3 Months Issue Got Resolved. They Agreed Not To Pay Any Outstanding Amount Just Take A New Sim Everything Will Be Waived Off.

                    After 2 Years Again Bugging Me For The Same Issue And Asking Me To Visit The Same Store Again During Corona Time How Can I Travel.

                    They Should Know Right Without Paying The Outstanding Amount For Postpaid Service How They Will Allow To Switch.

                    After 2 Years Asking Pay And Frequently Getting The Call To Pay, Feed Up Explaining All Multiple Time.

                    After all discussion, Sent Massage To Pay 590 Rs And Rest Will Waved Off, After Paying Again Sending To Pay Remaining.

                        An amount of rs15/- was deducted from my talk time balance, stating that I have accessed FUN PORTAL which I never did.I received the message through VZ-ViCMS.This kind stealing money from customers is nothing less than criminal offence.Please add deducted amount to my balance.

                                The sim card was operational when suddenly after sometime we noticed the invalid card signal. We tried everything from removing sim and putting it back. In another phone also we tried but still shows as invalid. The number is in brother’s name who is settled abroad and there’s no scene of him coming to India anytime soon due to covid situations here. Please suggest a possible solution for replacement of card in his absence as it’s really urgent as bank accounts are linked with it and we are unable to make online transactions which are safet during such covid times.

                                  Vodafone claims that I chose to have access to "Pre Embedded games" . I have been charged twice for the service, once on MARCH 26 and one on 3rd of MAY. I have never made any such choice on my own and Vodafone keeps on charging me without my consent. I am not able to reach any of their so called "Customer care services" and henceforth I REQUEST to Vodafone to STOP all such UNFAIR means of deductions. I also request to Vodafone to RETURN my money or rollback it in my balance.
                                  Moreover, I have been facing this balance deduction on my other number as well which I want resolved as well

                                  I contacted the company on a total of four platforms to receive response as soon as possible. The platforms were this forum, twitter, LinkedIn, and email. I received a very quick response from them and they resolved my issue by refunding my money to my balance.

                                    Hi, A mobile phone tower was installed many years back and we need to remove the tower. there are still 4 years to go as per the contract.
                                    My father passed away due to aneurysms and our building is slowly succumbing to damages being in a highly earthquake prone area.
                                    We need to get the tower removed on priority.
