December 29th, 2019 I Visited Bomanahalli Vodafone Stores And Paid The Outstanding Bill And Asked For Disconnection Postpaid Plan, And Took New Sim, After 24 Hours Sim Didn't Get Activated. My Old Sim Postpaid Plan Was Still Active so I didn't have any other option I have to use same, It Was A Mistake From Vodafone Store Server Issue, Many Times I Called Customer Care And Asked For Disconnection, I Also Said I Will Not Pay Any Bill I[censored] Keep Activating This is because Of mistake From Your Side.
I Spoke With Some Head Too, They Asked Me To Visit The Same Store Again And Raise One More Request No Need To Pay Any Bill But Unfortunately, We Shifted To Another Part Of Bangalore So I Said Can't Able To Visit The Same Store Later They Asked Me To Visit A Store Nearby Kengeri And Finally After 3 Months Issue Got Resolved. They Agreed Not To Pay Any Outstanding Amount Just Take A New Sim Everything Will Be Waived Off.
After 2 Years Again Bugging Me For The Same Issue And Asking Me To Visit The Same Store Again During Corona Time How Can I Travel.
They Should Know Right Without Paying The Outstanding Amount For Postpaid Service How They Will Allow To Switch.
After 2 Years Asking Pay And Frequently Getting The Call To Pay, Feed Up Explaining All Multiple Time.
After all discussion, Sent Massage To Pay 590 Rs And Rest Will Waved Off, After Paying Again Sending To Pay Remaining.
