Hi, A mobile phone tower was installed many years back and we need to remove the tower. there are still 4 years to go as per the contract.
My father passed away due to aneurysms and our building is slowly succumbing to damages being in a highly earthquake prone area.
We need to get the tower removed on priority.
Please respond.

    I recharged my account at 12.40 pm. Transaction also successful. Rs.149 also deduced from my account. But the plan is not activated in my number. I called customer care service they didn’t attend my call.

      I was using Vodafone number [protected] since 10years I have paid all the bills dailyin used, but all of sudden on 7th April 2021 my number got deactivated, it was business number because of which I'm facing lots of problems.. since 7th April 2021 up till today I'm continously asking Vodafone customer care service to help me and solve my problem but they are saying we can't do anything.
      Please help me.

        Hi

        My mobile data services stopped all of a sudden. The sim shows 4g signals but the internet is not working. I keep on getting a notification to sign in to vodafone in and when i try doing so it redirects me to "sign in to network" screen with this url: http://180.179.77.11/data-usage-alert.And even if i have lodged complain in customer services they are least bothered to fix the issue.

          Have faced Idea network issue from 30.04.2021 at salem Tamilnadu. I can't get your customer service also. I can't make calls msgs due to this issue. I don't Know when will you resolve this issue. If you won't resolve this issue shortly, I will move to other network

              As yu can see the screenshot.
              Im not activated any kind of value added services ...what the hell is doing ...this is the second time vodafone india deducting money from my balance.this is soo pathetic and shameful..without any consent .im take this very seriously ..you can see that.im not activated in any value added services ..that you can see the proof also...
              I need to report this and i will take action.
              im using this sim more than 9 years ...if you not solve this fraud thing .i will move legally and will change to another sim provider...

                  I am using Prepaid account of Vodafone and my current balance is -159.

                  I am really surprised with this. Since this being prepaid account I am not sure how the amount will be in negative. I have explained my situation and raised this issue with vodafone.

                  but their response is bad. Can you please help me to solving this matter with Vodafone.

                      I tried a recharge of Rs 379 on my phone [protected] on 24/4 night. The payment was debited to my bank but not the recharging not done. This amount has not been refunded so far. Meanwhile I recharged successfully on 25th (another debit to my bank account)

                        Hi VI team,

                        I ported VI number ([protected]) to other network.
                        My two refund cheques not yet received.
                        1st cheque dated 4th april and 2nd cheque dated 30th april from standard charted bank.
                        In mail from VI it is mentioned that in 10 working days cheque will be received at my address and still i didnt got.
                        No point of contact provided and no courier details of the cheque given.
                        No information provided regarding how i will be receiving the cheques.
                        As i am not existing VI customer unable to reach customer care also.
                        Resolve the issue asap.

                          I cannot send sms, my main balance, talktime, data and sms plan is all recharged. I can make phone calls and receive calls and sms, but cannot send sms. Help! Error 69 it says

                            for Rs 2590 trough sbi credit card for one year. The payment was done but it is not accounted for in my phone account. Pl do the needful.

                              For the moth of April I have been charged three times for random services without my knowledge,
                              1. On 18th April 25 rupees was charged stating that I have chosen "Pre Embedded Games".
                              2. On 23rd April also i was changed 7 rupees stating that I have chosen "Fro Grush".
                              3. On 30th April 20 rupees are charged stating that I have chosen "Fun Portal"

                              In all these instance I haven't chose anything nor I am consulted weather I need any of these services. I have contacted the customer service center on 30th April and they said they can only do something for the transaction done on 30th April. So is it fair to steal the customer's money by deducting the balance without their notice.

                                I recharged my number [protected] accidentally but i want to recharge my another number [protected] and i recharged from vi app costs 449
                                I want that rather you refund my money Rs. 449 and cancel the recharge or recharge my another number of Rs 449
                                Or give me some solution and
                                The mistake is done by vi app because i entered from [protected] account of vi and proceed recharge but vi app used [protected] number and recharge that so you should give me a solution
                                And i have send you the proof also that this site of Vodafone or vi app interchange the number
                                Also i complained this in after half or one hour but no call recieved by me about the complaint

                                  I have been recieving calls and messages from Vodafone asking to pay ₹241 as overdue. I have ported my number to Jio one month back and had thus paid all the outstanding balance of Vodafone before porting out.

                                  They are not providing any invoice bill of the same and fraudulently asking for money that they have no bill made for.

                                    I had requested to Port out from Vodafone to Airtel on 15.04.2021
                                    Today its 27.04.2021 still Vodafone Network is seen Active
                                    Airtel SIM has to be Activated for my service
                                    But without Vodafone's deactivation it is not possible
                                    Please look into the matter

                                      I have made many complaints but no result. I have not subscribed for any value-added services. But the amount is getting deducted for the games portal pack without my permission. Please, deactivate all value-added services. Stop renewal of games portal pack. Revert money to my account.

                                        Vodafone care - I have been associated with you for donkey years now and utterly disappointed with the recent services
                                        First time I am being charged for some content download whose details I am not recieving than giving me the details of what I have downloaded I am being told it is just a payment method, which means vodafone is ready to pay for something on my behalf and tells me I have subscribed something in playstore but not what, attached please find screenshot of my subscription and activity which says I have not subscribed to anything. I am asking him to give me some justification If I subscribe something and agree to pay it should also reflect in my playstore but it is not it is only reflecting in my vodafone bill
                                        Upon asking for a clarification from Naeem - customer care executive, he tried to explain but unfortunately he says it will reflect in your playstore and I cannot tell you what you have downloaded, I am trying to explain it to him that its disabled and there is no activity or subscription in my playstore I cannot find it he is not willing to understand and hence attaching screenshot here. If as per your executive I have subscribed by agreeing to pay thru vodafone shouldn't vodafone send me a message at least asking for my permission and if for some reasons I did agree and forgot all about it or lost my memory after subscribing it Vodafone should other have some record of me agreeing or it should reflect in my subscription list which is not the case please look at it for yourself
                                        After wanting a solution, the person says we cannot do anything I told him I want to disconnect the service, your person says First I need to pay my bill and discontinue from my family plan and then only I can discontinue the services, if I wanted to run away with your money, I would not have paid my bill maybe that's the reason I am getting this pathetic treatment since I have already paid for it. I even asked him how to iI unsubscribe since it is not in my list he says I need to connect with playstore for this where as I also have other payment mode in playstore but I am only being charged by vodafone

                                        I am from Service Industry and Regional head fro Centara Hotels and Resorts for West and South India, All I can say is this is certainly not the way you resolve the issues and then repeatedly tell the customer that we are clarifying you don't want to understand, I wish to port to Airtel and do not wish to continue using your services if this is how I am being treated but before that please provide me facts for this above and if something is subscribed please share details and ways to unsubscribe as I cannot unsubscribe what I cannot see in my playstore else you will charge me for this month too saying I did not unsubscribe
