Vodafone claims that I chose to have access to "Pre Embedded games" . I have been charged twice for the service, once on MARCH 26 and one on 3rd of MAY. I have never made any such choice on my own and Vodafone keeps on charging me without my consent. I am not able to reach any of their so called "Customer care services" and henceforth I REQUEST to Vodafone to STOP all such UNFAIR means of deductions. I also request to Vodafone to RETURN my money or rollback it in my balance.
Moreover, I have been facing this balance deduction on my other number as well which I want resolved as well

Complaint marked as Resolved I contacted the company on a total of four platforms to receive response as soon as possible. The platforms were this forum, twitter, LinkedIn, and email.
I received a very quick response from them and they resolved my issue by refunding my money to my balance.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Take this on priority and Please resolve my complaint ASAP.
