Dear All
Vodafone care - I have been associated with you for donkey years now and utterly disappointed with the recent services
First time I am being charged for some content download whose details I am not recieving than giving me the details of what I have downloaded I am being told it is just a payment method, which means vodafone is ready to pay for something on my behalf and tells me I have subscribed something in playstore but not what, attached please find screenshot of my subscription and activity which says I have not subscribed to anything. I am asking him to give me some justification If I subscribe something and agree to pay it should also reflect in my playstore but it is not it is only reflecting in my vodafone bill
Upon asking for a clarification from Naeem - customer care executive, he tried to explain but unfortunately he says it will reflect in your playstore and I cannot tell you what you have downloaded, I am trying to explain it to him that its disabled and there is no activity or subscription in my playstore I cannot find it he is not willing to understand and hence attaching screenshot here. If as per your executive I have subscribed by agreeing to pay thru vodafone shouldn't vodafone send me a message at least asking for my permission and if for some reasons I did agree and forgot all about it or lost my memory after subscribing it Vodafone should other have some record of me agreeing or it should reflect in my subscription list which is not the case please look at it for yourself
After wanting a solution, the person says we cannot do anything I told him I want to disconnect the service, your person says First I need to pay my bill and discontinue from my family plan and then only I can discontinue the services, if I wanted to run away with your money, I would not have paid my bill maybe that's the reason I am getting this pathetic treatment since I have already paid for it. I even asked him how to iI unsubscribe since it is not in my list he says I need to connect with playstore for this where as I also have other payment mode in playstore but I am only being charged by vodafone

I am from Service Industry and Regional head fro Centara Hotels and Resorts for West and South India, All I can say is this is certainly not the way you resolve the issues and then repeatedly tell the customer that we are clarifying you don't want to understand, I wish to port to Airtel and do not wish to continue using your services if this is how I am being treated but before that please provide me facts for this above and if something is subscribed please share details and ways to unsubscribe as I cannot unsubscribe what I cannot see in my playstore else you will charge me for this month too saying I did not unsubscribe

    I have not downloaded any app related to
    1) mydala powered deal
    2) ppu_ game
    I have a prepaid sim card since almost more than 17 years... But this has happened first time in this month only.details are
    First RS 10 was deducted towards ppu_ game on 13/04/2021
    Then RS 49 deducted towards mydala powered deal on 14/04/2021
    Then on 25/04/2021 RS 10 was again deducted towards ppu_ game
    Please look into the matter at the earliest..and I request you to refund the amount deducted at the earliest. I had never accessed or downloaded any of the above said app. Following are the msgs received.

        I dont get any otp within the time limit. Every otp getting after a long time. It make so much issues.

          Money had been deducted from my vodafone recharge 3 times on seperate days converting my balance to nil. Without been asked for any VAS. The charges had been deducted for "content Desc." And then for " sportschat".

            I am a Prepaid user of Vodafone and my current balance is -816, i dont understand in prepaid service, how a service provider provide you service with negative balance and it goes to 816 . i have raised this issue with vodafone but they are not taking it seriosly . can you please help me out in solving this matter with Vodafone .               Noted that a sum of Rs 20 was debited on 11 Feb 21 and then again Rs 10 on 24 Apr 21 towards FUN PORTAL and ppu games. These were not authorised by me. VodafoneIdea customer care is requested to kindly look into these unauthorised debits and refund the same please.

                      My Vi network is not working since last 6 days, I have tried multiple things but I am not getting vi network. Request you yo please understand how important mobile number has become in digital world. We have many things linked to our mobile number. I am stuck with many things. I have tried to contact via customer care number, twitter and other ways but didnt receive any response. Please help ASAP

                        We are being charged Rs.454.70 for making a 24 minutes 10 seconds call on 9th March at 6:54:21. But we NEVER made such a call. There is NO CALL HISTORY in our phone with the number 51717. You are requested to please wave off the extra charges of Rs.454.70.

                              At first i got call from vodafone, the boy told me about the different plans, i denied and still he changed my plan without my permission, was charged more for 2 months as i wasnt aware about change in plan.soon i went to a vodafone store near me and resolved the matter.
                              2. again then they activated callertune by themselves without my permission which costs rs250 per year, got 1000Rs as bill.
                              i called customer care and asked her about why am i getting more amount to pay then the monthly bill, she told me and i asked her to cancel the callertune(which i didnt activated), she denied cancelling the callertune.
                              I WOULD PORT THE NUMBER BUT WONT PAY BILL FOR WHICH I DIDNT SELECTED.
                              WORST VODAFONE SERVICES.
                              WONT PAY THE BILL, MIND IT.

                                Well i ported my number from airtel to vodafone due to connectivity issues. Soon, the boy from vodafone called me regarding change in plan, i denied but then for next two month i got 800rs as bill amount.i went vodafone store paid the bill and resolved it.
                                then again they activated callertune by themselves WITHOUT MY PERMISSION which costs rs 250 per year, i got 1000rs as bill, i called customer care i explained her the matter, she denied to cancel the caller tune andto reduce the amount from bill.
                                WORST EXPERIENCE WITH VODAFONE .
                                I AM NOT GOING TO PAY THE BILL VODAFONE.MIND IT

                                      I am facing issue with the Vodafone network
                                      Without subscribing to any services whenever I recharge they deduct for caller tunes, data services, sports services and many such services which iam not aware
                                      I will be left with no money in my account
                                      This is happening since a year
