Hello Team, My Phone Number is [protected]. I would like to inform you that I called the customer care executive on 199 at 2.04 pm IST on 13th Nov 2015. The executive who received the call was rude during the call. He was putting the call on long hold without informing me. Also he hanged up the call without proper resolution and without any information. I called back the customer care at 2.16 pm IST on 13th Nov 2015. Then I spoke to executive Bhagirath. He refused to take the complain against the customer care executive and said without name he cannot take down the complaint. I requested him to transfer the call to supervisor. Then he transferred the call and I spoke to Nadar, a senior executive. Even Nadar refused to take down the complaint against the customer care executive who disconnected my call and who was rude to me. I hereby request you to please log a complaint against the executive who received my call at 2.04 pm IST on 13th Nov 2015. Also I request you to provide proper information the supervisors that they are allowed to take complaints against there executive. As per them it is against the Company Policy. Finally I would like to say, do not spoil the reputation of Vodafone by giving such a horrible customer care experience. We have a lot of trust and faith on Vodafone network. Do not simply let it go.

    I am a user of the "Vodafone india" company. From last 10 years but recently around 7 months back I purchased a new Vodafone postpaid connection nd was comfortably using it. From September i am out of state for work and using the sim on roaming.

    But my comfort was soon converted into an horrible experience from Vodafone. My sim card was suddenly barred on 12 Nov, as i was in between a transit so i was completely dependent on my phone but Vodafone didn't actually gave a damn about their customers. Vodafone is here ##doing a business not to make useless losses.

    ## ur executive was saying your due date was 2 Nov that's why we barred Your number.

    My question is this.

    1) My bill is generated on 15 of every month on Oct 15 my bill was 1300. I PAID 1000 and had an outstanding of 299. Due date given was 2 Nov. As u always add the extra charges of outstanding amount to the bill i would pay it when u generate it on 15 Nov.

    2) As your executive said company monitors the bill payments.. That why seeing your history they did it.

    ## my question is this.. If this was the case then why did they not consider it important to share this information with me. So that i could correct it.. . ""but Vodafone jk choose thier arrogance on top and WITHOUT GIVING ME ANY WARNING OF BARRING THE SIM THE DID IT.. this is ridiculous.##

    3) the Vodafone didn't gave me full explanation of all this that. If the bill is now paid on 2 Nov then your number will be barred. they misled me. Älways.. I it was such an urgent payment to be done then it was their duty to call me once regarding this matter. But the didn't do it. And barred my sim.

    4) Why did not they call, email or text me that. Pay your bill on 2 Nov. Otherwise your no. Will be barred.

    But this arrogant/ rude Behaviour of Vodafone is very filthy.

    _-- I want an explanation to this.

    Rest i leave it to your logical minds..

        MNP: rejected without valid reason

        I have applied for MNP for porting from BSNL-Vodafone.

        I got the UPC code at the store and handed it over along with the form, photo and ID proof at that very moment. After 15 days i.e, 12 working days i went to the store because the old sim has not been deactivated yet . They told me the UPC code has expired which is highly unlikely because the UPC code was valid from 26th October till the 10th of November.

        This is Md Imtiyaz Hussain who used the vodafone number [protected]. I have been a loyal customer of Vodafone postpaid and have never missed any of my bill payments for the 8 years. I was relocating to another country and so I wanted to disconnect my number. Since I had to leave urgently I could not contact vodafone when I was there in India. After coming here I called the customer care dept and asked them the process of disconnecting the number in my absence. They told me that I have to send someone on my behalf with an authorization letter, ID and residence proof. As told by them I sent one of my friend with the 3 required documents and an outstanding bill of 1600. He paid the full amount and disconnected the number. After about 3 months I got an email from Vodafone stating that my bill was pending. When I called them again to my surprise the customer care rep told me that they have not received any request for deactivation of my number and I still have an outstanding amount of 1900 Rs. Now I have received another email from the Vodafone legal team threatening to take legal action. After being a loyal customer for 8 years this is what I get in return. I am attaching all the communication which I had with Vodafone over emails. A guy called Digamber Yedure (digamber.[protected]@vodafone.com) was the person who took all the documents at the vodafone store for deactivation of my number. And i had an email with seema.[protected]@vodafone.com Please help me.

          I have recharged my Vodafone no. for 225 rupees 2G net pack for 28 days till 20th November 2015 which will give me 4GB data in 2G speed and unlimited data after 4GB in reduced speed. But now the speed has been reduced and I received a message that I have exhausted the internet plan and hence speed is reduced. I have called the Vodafone care and enquired about this, they said, " By mistake it has happened you will enjoy the internet in 2G speed upto 4GB data" but after two days I have been waiting for this to recover nothing changes. It means they are not at all considering the customers

            Hello,

            We lost our SIM and hence we requested for another SIM. Since we receive this SIM, we are facing "No Signal" issue. Then we called (from morning) your call center no: [protected] to look after my complaint. Earlier, they came back to us saying we should only be calling from vodafone number, when we called from Airtel. Then we called from pre-paid vodafone no, then they told us to call from post-paid vodafone number only. That was too frustrating but then also we somehow managed our anger and called from another POST-PAID vodafone number thinking that this must be NEW FASHION TREND in VODAFONE to answer user complaint.

            Every time we have called, we have to re-iterate our whole complaint and then they transferred our call- it was not actually a transfer but putting my call on hold for many mins. and finally getting disconnected on its own. This is happening since morning.One after another, when we shouted then this so called CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE logged our complaint and shared request id[protected].

            In this evening we called again to check out status. These people sitting idle once again started the same old story asking again and again. When we asked to check by complaint id then that said its been closed.

            I don't know how you people are managing your customer. You guys don't understand the value of customer and their time. This is not happening first time. If your people are not ready to listen our complaint then there is no point of having these people as "customer care" bloody executive.

            And even after asking them to transfer call to some senior guy, then kept our phone on hold for several mins Can anyone help me with this.

              I am Premkumar from Ramapuram Village (next to Karumbur Village), Kathavalm Post, Thuthipet Via, Ambur Taluk, Vellore District- 635811. we have good number of Vodafone customers in our village and Vodafone tower is placed in Karumbur Village which is 1 KM away from my village. but, we are not at all getting good signal even when we are outside of our home. we hardly get signal. we have lodged several complaints with vodafone in the past and they sent a representative to check signal strength. resolution given by rep was you will get good signal going forward and we will make an adjustments. but, we are fed up with vodafone response and we need a solution by vodafone y we are not getting even single point even after network tower is located 1 km away. can vodafone provide us permanent solution to our poor signal strength rather than providing work around for few weeks.

              Team, Do we have any update on this?with current market situation, if Vodafone 4G is not supported in Rural areas, why should we still use Vodafone? we can switch to other network providers who can provide 4G support to Rural areas.

                Hi, i'm using vodafone prepaid number. throughout my day i get tons of call for activating caller tunes. after getting irritated from this, i decided to put those number on automatic reject list, but vodafone is troubling me by using different numbers. I dont want any caller tunes service neither today nor in future. Please ask them not to trouble me anymore with such calls. Thanks

                  I am prateek Holding my Vodafone postpaid number : [protected] .

                  Which I got converted From postpaid to prepaid on july 24 2015 . For converting postpaid sim to prepaid I nearly visited 4 to 5 times to the office . Firstly they said all the stories to avoid me to converting from postpaid to prepaid . But at last When I argued with them, They converted to prepaid . And I paid RS 750 as a security, When I took postpaid connection, And I asked about my refund, They said that after converting to prepaid With in 40-54 days, A cheque will be sent to the given address, Nearly 120 days completed, And I visited 15 times to vodafone office, Everytime They say that there is problem with the courier, AND GOT HATED WITH THEIR SERVICES AND HOW IT IS POSSIBLE EVEN AFTER GIVING THE CORRECT ADDRESS, And Even after 120 days My issue has been not solved and Till now I didn, t received my cheque .

                  Please resolve the issue as soon as possible . Else I will take further action.

                    I have 2G activation but still my amount is getting deducted. I called customer care 3 times all did not reply properly. first person he disconnected call in between and i called second time, it was lady she put me on hold for 18 minutes but she did not came back and i had to disconnect. I called third time but again it was very poor response, she told she will transfer to one who speaks in Kannad but no one came to talk. I wasted all most sixty minutes in this.

                      I have submitted all the documents as desired by Vodafone Store located at Circuit House Road, Ratanada, Jodhpur, Rajasthan 10 days back. They have also provided one SIM. However, my phone is still in Roaming, the SIM provided by said Vodafone Store is showing 'No Service'.The contact person of the said Vodafone store is Srawan and his Mobile No. is [protected]. I have visited 3-4 times to the Vodafone Store always saying will be activated within 1-2 days. Now the contact person is not picking up my phone.You are requested to do the needful in the matter.

                          Vodafone has activated biscoot store pack in my contact number without my concern and prior permission. It charges 21 rs for a week. What the hell is this ! Could not expect such a thing from Vodafone. It harasses me a lot... Vodafone has trying to loot their consumer by creating such services. Plz look over this matter. I want my money back.

                            I had call many time in vodafone customer care and even meet to royal distributor...But they are not taking serious to provide demo card


                            royal distributor thinking that they are happy with the sale...Which comes through market...They don"t want to expand their business by helping new retailer demo card


                            i had request many time to royal dse...He is refusing

                            even i had mailed to appelate of mumbai department of vodafone...They had transfer my case to royal distributor...And provided me account manager of royal distributor

                            Finally i m appealing my complaint to higher authorites which definately give me response

                              I was on roaming the previous month. I had activated the roaming pack but still I was charged a bill of Rs. 4798/-. When I checked with the customer care executive, I was told I was charged the internet data services. My monthly rental is Rs. 375/- plus taxes in which the data is free and I was aware the data services are free in roaming as well. But now the customer executive says I was charged because I latched on to a different network. My point here is, when I activated my roaming I also inquired with your customer care executive about how to connect to the internet because I was unable to and she told me to connect to a different network. Why at that point of time, she didn't tell me that if I connect to a different network, I will be charged for roaming data. According to me this is plain cheating. they're playing with the customer here. There was lack of information from Vodafone's side. You are not being fully transperant with your customer. I've been using Voda services for almost two years now, never have I faced any issue regarding the bill or payment or anything else for that matter. And now, I face this after the roaming pack activation/deactivation issue. Rs. 5000/- is not a small amount. They've to understand it's 10 months of bill for me. And this is not how one treat their loyal customer. It is a huge amount to pay and I feel I've been mis-informed. I request them to waiver off the roaming charges and resend the bill.

Please take hard action again it because its a on going issue continuously they should take same measure to avoid such incident Below is there message. Hello! Chak De Fatte service is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of Rs.35 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.18.0.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free).

                                  Billed with rs.944.21 in month aug2015 (05.08.15-04.09.15). I had called customer care before billing in aug'15 as i was in roaming to get the information regarding the recharge to be done and to continue the benefit without charging extra for using the network and other facilities while roaming. But i was informed that my sim card is already having the facility of roaming and i will not have to recharge for extra billing. So i was relaxed and continued using my sim. But the bill which i received was thrice the bill which i used to pay previously. After receiving the bill i lodged complaint in the vodafone store kolhapur on 25.09.2015 (2 nd time-reminder) at 02:18:51 pm with token no. 115. I explained my problem and they communicated the same to the higher authority by commenting that i was given wrong commitment. I was not given the feedback for 4-5 days further the called me and told to pay the bill. I told the customer care to hear the record/ conversation between me and the customer care in the month of september 2015. I denied to pay the full bill as i was given wrong commitment and please check the details and send me the revised bill which i will pay it immediately. Since today i didn't get the feedback for my problem which is a very bad experience. Further i lastly request to discard my services of vodafone from the month of november 2015 and send me the revised bill which will be paid by me immediately. I have not delayed any payment before and i don't like the same. But because of your mistake i am unable to bear this extra billing. If the case is not solved i am finally going to lodge complaint to consumer courts regarding wrong commitment from vodafone customer care and sending wrong billing and forcing to pay the bill without changes by calling frequently.

                                    With reference to subject matter i requested for MNP from Airtel to Vodafone since Aug 2015 & till date the MNP has not been done. Repeated emails habe been made for the same but no updates is given till date. At the end I contacted Vodafone store & over there they told me that there 1 bill outstanding in your name of Rs 636 which needs to be cleared and than only porting can be done. So on the same day i cleared my outstanding and generated the new MNP code which also got expired as when i asked them whats the reason for the same they replied, our back end team did not process your request hence it did not got to port. So on 24th Oct i again visited the store and generated the new unique code which is suppose to get expired on 13th Nov 2015.

                                    However i contacted appellate officer related to same and they also told me that your request is in process and we will update you as soon as it gets done. We are marking the email to the concern dept too to resolve the issue.

                                    I don't understand how much time it takes to resolve the issue. Is this the service been provided to the new customers.

                                      Vodafone is such bad ...the executive's are cheaters I took a data card which is [protected] on 29 October 2015, which only worked for two days ...till now this not working...called callcenter several times...went to store 4 times its such a bad waste network I would not recommend this network worst experience...they said address verification failed after paying 3months of bill prior...not even one week I got the service properly...I gave my alternative number which is [protected]...I am living in the same house for 30 years...gave same address...my driving licences...called call center they said verification failed...re initiating it again this is the fouth time happened in this two weeks
