Dear Team

With utter most frustration and n option left I am writing an Eamil on the pathetic service provided by vodafone on my no [protected].

This company has charged me a whooping approx Rs. 24400 in my last bill. I have spent hours and hours in explaining the issue to them but till date my issue stands unresolved for more than a month. Now below given are the issue that I am fighting about:
1. The company has not given me the bill in Sept'15 cycle on time. They has dome system upgrdations going on due to which I never got to know about my Bill.
2 My credit limit as per company's records in 7900. Now the breach has been done by them only that my bill was allowed to reach to the extent of 24400 that too without my information.
3. In month f Sug I asked them to upgrade my data plan to 3G and told them that I have an avg usage of 3-4 gb. To my surprise which I cam to know later they activated only 1GB 3g services and over an above was charged as 10 paise per KB. This has lead to my bill goig to 24400 whcih is equivalent to my last 3 years bill. For this plan I was never asked for a consent.
4. When I followed very closely with company they have confirmed me to waive off 20000 from my bill and restore the services. After month of follow up on 31st Oct my data services were restored but now again they are stopped sighting the reason that Rs 20000 is still not processed. This is absolutely unprofessional and out of my understanding.
5. Now they have given me the feedback that we have placed a new request for the waiver and it will be processed in due course i.e in next bill cycle. Now from 11th Oct I have availed an 5GB 3G data plan which will be for Rs. 850 per month . Now when I am not getting the services they will charge me the full rent for period 11th-31st Oct when I was not using the services and for the period now again for which I am not using the services. When I am asking the call center executives they are showing their helplessness sighting system constraints. This is highly unprofessional.

I am sck and tired of explaing the issue right fromthe starting to edn to every call center executive who is picking the call as they don't keep trail f the issue.

You are requested to get my issue resolved as per the following requirement.:
a) Get me the waiver of Rs. 20000 processed which company committed me. Also on this waiver amount the service tax should be counted and I should be getting a waiver of approx 23000.
b) Also gfor the current bill cycle I should not be charged complete rental as I never availed any services.
c) I should be awarded some monetary benefits for suffering from such mental, financial and personal loss because of the unprofessional service and attitude of vodafone company.

    Highly dissatisfied internet charges. I'v been charged INR 4304 for just 1GB/month. At the time of selling, no information shared on data usage & charge. When bill was generated I was shocked to see outstanding bill. Call barring was on even after paying last month bill and still this month bill is INR 5145.74 !! customer care didn't resolve .

      Dear Official, Yesterday from mobile no:[protected] belongs to my wife suddenly noticed that amount was being debited after evening on continuous process at a regular interval for usages of mobile data.The same was happening after reset of my mobile setting also.In such process an amount of approximately Rs.90/-was debited from mobile prepaid balance amount.This is to inform neither any data service was activated from mobile handset nor any request was sent to service provider to activate the same.My wife uses Micromax Q380 mobile handset.In this connection would like to inform my wife activated free 100 MB data on 11.11.15 (Vodafone Offered & same required one SMS request to get conformation from service provider).Though same was not used for the same day. Noticing such problem, my wife contacted customer care of Vodafone and customer care representative was not agreeing that data service was activated by Vodafone only and the amount was fraudulently deducted from my wife's prepaid balance.Then the Customer Care representative told the process for deactivation of internet service by sending 'STOP' to 1925.After doing that a confirmation message came from service provider & continuous debit of amount was arrested.Even more Customer care representative opposed to take any complain on the same and did not shown any concern to resolve the issue by making arrangement to furnish real cause for the same.He could have refer the issue to their technical team for customer support, but he did not done the same.From this it was clear that intentionally they had done that fraud practice and they are not eager to resolve the issue for vested interest. Now from this easily understandable service provider 'Vodafone' fraudulently activated the service ( Which should be controlled by user only) from their own and deducted prepaid balance by adopting fraud practice. Now requesting to resolve the issue with your kind intervention and help to credit the amount which was debited by virtue of fraud practice by the service provider.         From last one year i am complaing about 3g net that it is not working in my house but problem. Has not been resolved aftr fed up of cmplng thm m writing to u look up in this matter.. After many complanits they alwas give me a date that we will contact u on this date . Most of the tyms the dont contact with me but itself text me that my problem has been solved nd close my complaint so that the dont have to suffer in any future if i say anything about the time period.. Please u do in this something. If i took up an average i paid more than 3 thousnd to them for intent in one year

          I checked to *11*2*8# there show also show this offer *121# 2 gb data @ 251 but received only 1 gb data. I also call to 198 four times but everyone hold my call and disconnect the call. This time my calls to 198 is blocked by vodafone cheater.

            Hi, I am using vodafone pre paid number([protected]) for last 8 years. For past few months I am out of station, so I did not made any calls or messages since this number was in roaming. But I am constantly receiving messages on this number and this number was active during the entire period. 15 days ago, all my services were closed without informing me. Vodafone neither messaged me, mailed me or called me informing closure of my service. I made call on customer care, but they were very rude and disconnected my call several times without giving any information. Now they are saying, If I want to retain my number than I have to take postpaid number for the same number . When I said that I dont want a postpaid number, then customer care said that they cannot help. This is complete harassment.

                  Hi I am Srujan, with Vodafone postpaid connection on [protected]. This is a classic case of Vodafine getting fooled by a third party service and in turn cheating customers to pay the money. Would Vodafone bill the customers for buying illegal drugs if the third party is selling drugs but doesn't tell Vodafone what is it selling? Would Vodafone still allow the biller to charge the money through Vodafone bill and continue selling drugs? I have received a message at 12.9 in the early morning of 13 November that I have activated a service called Chak de Fatte. I was not even using the browser at that time and I don't know why I got this message. It charges you 99 rupee! I called customer care today morning to see what is this service and why it got activated. The call center agent doesn't have any clue about what is this service and says I clicked a banner and activated this. I told him that I dint even use the browser at that time But he says he can clearly see in the system which banner I clicked and when did I click it. But he doesn't know what this service is but I still have to pay Vodafone 99 rupees. I told him that it is Vodafone's responsibility to share with customers the details of the services that are billing me for. But he says the biller did not give that info to Vodafone! Ridiculous, and the agent is in escalations department! Some fraud is happening with biller giving you wrong online information. Don't penalise customers for your dumb systems failure.

                  Yes, this happened with me also. I was not even aware of this service getting activated. I do not even understand punjabi. Vodafone is supporting scammers to make money out of innocent customers. They were charging me for last 4 5 months for this service. This is disgusting on part of Vodafone doing this scam. I want to change my telecom as soon as possible, .

                  Me too have the same problem, I supposed to change the operator but they have given me a offer with less rental .But they have charged the reduced money in this way. (MoBi Chak De Fatte) . I dont know what exactly this .

Just recieved a messagein the middle of the night that following service is activated and an amount of 30 rs has been dedicted from my balance... and dont even know how it got activated... this is very disappointing service from vodafone... how can they activate any service without permission..

                      On 11th nov, I recharged online data pack which was not activated. On caling cstomr care, i got 2 know dat the money will be transferred back within 7 working days and thrfore i recharged it again. But after 2 days that failed recharge also got activated. Now two data pack got activated. I want money back bcz i recharged as ur emp. Said 2 do.

                        I had done recharge of Rs. 200 each on my children phones, their Vodafone nos. being [protected] & [protected] This was done through my Kotak bank credit card on 15.6.2015. The 2 transactions are reflecting in my credit card statement in the name of: ACCELYST SOLUTIONS PVT MUMBAI IN, Spends area - Departmental Store for RS. 200 & Rs. 200. Till date there is no credit on the 2 phones. This was the 1st time I was using Free Charge & the experience is not at all satisfactory. Please do the needful. Regards

                          Dear Sir I Mahaveer singh, am a vodafone customer having mobile no. [protected]. On 12th of november they deducted without my knowledge, balance of 30 Rs. and activated a so called Biscoot pack. After calling several times on their customer care no. they told me that it must be activated by you from internet. I said I didn't click any link or pop-up as I was using internet from my laptop. But they didn't listen to what I said. They said, 'we can't do anything now' an. I am feeling cheated. It's not the money, It's how they do such things and then will refuse it on our face. What kind of mental anguish we have to face after all this. So please take some action against it.

                            I'm using Vodafone mobile number [protected] since last five years. Last two months I'm facing problems with the company. Whenever I use Internet, some add on Packs are getting activated without request and a huge amount of balance is deducted. I have complained various times regarding this problem but I didn't get any satisfactory solution. The customer care executives didn't take it seriously.I'm harassed. Kindly take appropriate action and solve the problem as the earliest.

                              Hello Team, My Phone Number is [protected]. I would like to inform you that I called the customer care executive on 199 at 2.04 pm IST on 13th Nov 2015. The executive who received the call was rude during the call. He was putting the call on long hold without informing me. Also he hanged up the call without proper resolution and without any information. I called back the customer care at 2.16 pm IST on 13th Nov 2015. Then I spoke to executive Bhagirath. He refused to take the complain against the customer care executive and said without name he cannot take down the complaint. I requested him to transfer the call to supervisor. Then he transferred the call and I spoke to Nadar, a senior executive. Even Nadar refused to take down the complaint against the customer care executive who disconnected my call and who was rude to me. I hereby request you to please log a complaint against the executive who received my call at 2.04 pm IST on 13th Nov 2015. Also I request you to provide proper information the supervisors that they are allowed to take complaints against there executive. As per them it is against the Company Policy. Finally I would like to say, do not spoil the reputation of Vodafone by giving such a horrible customer care experience. We have a lot of trust and faith on Vodafone network. Do not simply let it go.

                                I am a user of the "Vodafone india" company. From last 10 years but recently around 7 months back I purchased a new Vodafone postpaid connection nd was comfortably using it. From September i am out of state for work and using the sim on roaming.

                                But my comfort was soon converted into an horrible experience from Vodafone. My sim card was suddenly barred on 12 Nov, as i was in between a transit so i was completely dependent on my phone but Vodafone didn't actually gave a damn about their customers. Vodafone is here ##doing a business not to make useless losses.

                                ## ur executive was saying your due date was 2 Nov that's why we barred Your number.

                                My question is this.

                                1) My bill is generated on 15 of every month on Oct 15 my bill was 1300. I PAID 1000 and had an outstanding of 299. Due date given was 2 Nov. As u always add the extra charges of outstanding amount to the bill i would pay it when u generate it on 15 Nov.

                                2) As your executive said company monitors the bill payments.. That why seeing your history they did it.

                                ## my question is this.. If this was the case then why did they not consider it important to share this information with me. So that i could correct it.. . ""but Vodafone jk choose thier arrogance on top and WITHOUT GIVING ME ANY WARNING OF BARRING THE SIM THE DID IT.. this is ridiculous.##

                                3) the Vodafone didn't gave me full explanation of all this that. If the bill is now paid on 2 Nov then your number will be barred. they misled me. Älways.. I it was such an urgent payment to be done then it was their duty to call me once regarding this matter. But the didn't do it. And barred my sim.

                                4) Why did not they call, email or text me that. Pay your bill on 2 Nov. Otherwise your no. Will be barred.

                                But this arrogant/ rude Behaviour of Vodafone is very filthy.

                                Rest i leave it to your logical minds..

                                    MNP: rejected without valid reason

                                    I have applied for MNP for porting from BSNL-Vodafone.

                                    I got the UPC code at the store and handed it over along with the form, photo and ID proof at that very moment. After 15 days i.e, 12 working days i went to the store because the old sim has not been deactivated yet . They told me the UPC code has expired which is highly unlikely because the UPC code was valid from 26th October till the 10th of November.

                                    This is Md Imtiyaz Hussain who used the vodafone number [protected]. I have been a loyal customer of Vodafone postpaid and have never missed any of my bill payments for the 8 years. I was relocating to another country and so I wanted to disconnect my number. Since I had to leave urgently I could not contact vodafone when I was there in India. After coming here I called the customer care dept and asked them the process of disconnecting the number in my absence. They told me that I have to send someone on my behalf with an authorization letter, ID and residence proof. As told by them I sent one of my friend with the 3 required documents and an outstanding bill of 1600. He paid the full amount and disconnected the number. After about 3 months I got an email from Vodafone stating that my bill was pending. When I called them again to my surprise the customer care rep told me that they have not received any request for deactivation of my number and I still have an outstanding amount of 1900 Rs. Now I have received another email from the Vodafone legal team threatening to take legal action. After being a loyal customer for 8 years this is what I get in return. I am attaching all the communication which I had with Vodafone over emails. A guy called Digamber Yedure (digamber.[protected]@vodafone.com) was the person who took all the documents at the vodafone store for deactivation of my number. And i had an email with seema.[protected]@vodafone.com Please help me.

                                      I have recharged my Vodafone no. for 225 rupees 2G net pack for 28 days till 20th November 2015 which will give me 4GB data in 2G speed and unlimited data after 4GB in reduced speed. But now the speed has been reduced and I received a message that I have exhausted the internet plan and hence speed is reduced. I have called the Vodafone care and enquired about this, they said, " By mistake it has happened you will enjoy the internet in 2G speed upto 4GB data" but after two days I have been waiting for this to recover nothing changes. It means they are not at all considering the customers
                                      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
