Hi, This is Raja. My vodafone number is [protected] I have done a recharge of Rs.747 on 15-Oct-2015. This is the plan to get 2GB 3G Data in each 30 days for 3 months. I have consumed the first 2GB Data on 07-Nov. But my next benefit date is 14-Nov-2015. SO i have decided to go with short term internet pack. I have recharged Rs.17 on 08-Nov-2015 to get benefit of 160MB 2G Data until14-Nov-2015. But i got a sms from VT-VFCARE and explained that "Your previous internet pack has been over writtenby the new internet pack. What the hell is this. They never informed me about this cancellation or over written issue on or before recharge with new packs. Now i need my second month Internet plan. But the customer care executive is totally wasted my time and simply told that sorry we can't help in this regard. This is ridiculous. who the will accept to cancel Rs.747 worth pack for R.17 worth pack. I need my money or my benefits of balance 2months immediately.

    Vodafone mini store told me that we will revive benefit 600 min all local call and 500 mb 3g but we all received 300 min all call and 300 Vodafone min, 500 mb 2g. Sagardighi Vodafone mini store cheat our all of group members, our connection start 14 sept 2015, we are complain 2 times till today we are not satisfy from Vodafone service.         I recharged of BC 201. Suddenly my incoming calls got barred and my account balance got deducted... When I call 198 I got informed that BC 201 doesn't work if gets recharged online. My only question is that after being done the recharge of BC 201 in the month of September how could my services get stopped suddenly whereas when I recharged online BC 201 in the month of March went ahead successfully???? Regarding my services got stopped I didn't get any message as well . Now my balance is in negative as per agent's I called in 199. Whereas I am completely aware that 198 is free and 199 is chargeable. I have the prove with me that I called 198 in my call register with call duration. I want an answer.

          All you know who use vodafone about double data offer by vodafone. But its turn out to be a Double charge for me. i have recharge for Rs.747, 2GB/per month/3 months, from my vodafone app using my credit card, thats where the bad luck stated i didnt knew its i didnt knew change of getting double will end up by paying double. after 5 hrs of recharge there is no data balance credited in my account, i have contacted customer care three time every time they said, sir ur recharge is unsuccessful it will credit back to your account within 7 working days, you can do a new recharge. i have no option except believing customer care, because i was running out of data. I have recharge once agin for Rs.747 this time its from vodafone website, i have receive data balance immediately as per the double data offer. when i recived my credit card statement after a month i notice there is no reversal for first attempt recharge, which was uncessful & about to credit back with in 7days. i have contacted vodafone CC by email & send them my card statement, they have also agreed about the double charge. At first reply they affer me some talktime against the Rs.747 recharge, but i refuse to accpect talk time against the recharge, i want my money back because the recharge was for data not for talktime & it was unsuccessful. scenic then they are sending me automated replys. i have try to contact them several time but every time they send aumated replys. finally i am porting out to airtel. date of recharge 28.08.15 vodafone kolkata [protected] I should get the refund for Rs.747.

            The deactivation of number was already had been requested on 24th Sept, 2015 (request number :[protected] which is said(by customer care) to be deactivated on 2nd Oct 2015. The request was CLOSED without any message or calls or mails about anything on that topic.
            I got Bill for sept-Oct2015 which I paid. But the sim seems to be still activated. Just for the surety I raised one more request[protected] on 17th Oct 2015, Which is CLOSED.
            Now I got bill for Oct-Nov 2015 (Which I don't want to pay) as I have not used the sim. The customer care are not helpful.
            It was the problem of Vodafone service, which did not provide me with proper information and CLOSED the request saying the number will be deactivated on 2nd October and now they are forcing me to pay.

              I got transfered from Mathura to Palwal in the month of August 2015. I submitted the asked documents to the Vodafone store in Palwal for location change portiblity in the month of september around 15th. After 4-5 days i got a call from vodafone Agra, inquiring about the reason for porting my number. (They had an impression that i am shifting to some other network, i was shocked to hear that because i had given the application for location change) any way.. i explained them my requirement. They said that i takes around 15 days, exactly what i was told by the store in Palwal. Till today my no. is on roaming. Irony is that when i visited Palwal store last week they said that they have lost my papers. What about the roaming charges of 1300/- (Aprox.) applied in my bill. My phone no. [protected] is not working due to non payment. My alternate no. is [protected].

                I have not been using my vodafone postpaid no.[protected] for last two months. Vodafone has stopped my outgoing services two months back due to some technical glitch .Even after many requests, outgoing services were not resumed.Since then i have stopped using this number. Now, Vodafone is not deactivated my number, on the other hand, billing my account for last two months.Moreover, I did not even get back my security deposit of Rs.500. pl look into this and deactivate my number [protected] asap. -region: Maharashtra - alternate no.                   Since the last 3 months I've literally been exploited by Vodafone! 1. I don't get my bills on time. I need to request for it. On that next month I'm charged 100 extra for late payment. Because I didn't pay on time!! 2. Without any request there are automatic recharges that happen ! Even after requesting to de activate .. Still auto recharge of 450+75 and more are done. 3.customer care says ul get call in 48 hrs but I get calls after 15 days! The call that I get also doesn't know what to do and he says ul get call in 48 hrs! N its stretched so much another month passes 4. Finally my outgoing is barred! And I'm made to pay my bill 5. I m told there's a reversal and only certain. Amount has to be paid after that amount is paid I get a message there is an outstanding yet! 6. When asked for justication of bill even the customer care doesn't know how its come upto this amount!! 7. Lastly again I've been told to wait for 48hrs!!!

                    I had browsed internet for around 3-4 minutes without any downloading. However I was charged Rs. 22 for using 5MB of data. I had done browsing on mobile version of recharge site hence data usage of 5MB is not possible. Enquiring with other people also indicated similar instances of overcharging. Please resolve.

                      Good afternoon Sir, Deduct my balance ( from mobile no:[protected]) two times saying you have done International calls while I have not done. First deduct 30 Rs. at date near about dushera(22 oct 2015) . I called customer care they said you have done international calls but i did not do it. Second time 07 nov 2015 at time 9.00 am. they deduct 14 Rs. again said that you have done international calls. I am being hopeless for justice. Please help me ...

                        I got a new sim card which no. would be same as i already have. But it was not activate after one week. I called up consumer care but they don't have any information. I have deposited 250/- for new connection which is refundable. But nobody know about the new connection. Just fed up with communicate with Vodafone people.

                        Same here. I also requested to port my number to Vodafone and paid rs 250 for the same . After 7 days when I enquired about it no information was available as if it had never occurred. I have been trying to persue the matter with Vodafone fo past 10 days but they each time ask for 48 hours and that's never ending . They even give false statements that they tried to contact me on my number and I was not responding.
                        They collect 250 in cash... Cant say why. We should complain to global ceo of Vodafone Mr. JEROEN HOENCAMP jeroen.[protected]@vodafone.com

                          I received a message from Vodafone. All channel pack service activated on your mobile no. and Rs. 75/- debit from your account from your account. When I called up on your customer care your customer care(Priyanjali) said that I had installed a application on my no. due to this this service is activated on my mobile no.. What the is this how can your service is activate through web browser tell me. when I browse on explorer one service is activated on my mobile no.. I really surprised. I need solution or my money back.

                            Dear Team, Still the resolution is pending nd m not having network nd internet connection for d last 9 days nd now a unique thing has started dat from 8 Pm till 8 AM in the morning i do not have a single tower in my mobile but nobody is dare to help me.they all are saying dat wait till 6th of november nd all will b fine but today is 7th nd still resolution is pending. I am facing this problem every where and from last few days from 8 PM to 8 AM there is no tower at all, and after 8 AM network comes and go . This i am facing from 28th September and i have called and mailed customer care repeatedly but there is no response at all, they are just saying the same will be resolved today by 6 PM, but till now nothing has been improved and for corporate connection if i am facing this type of problem then i have nothing to say. Akash said me yo go to vodaone store nd i went nd Indrajit from vodafone store said he cant help me out in this regard .i spoke to akash then nd he said he will five me a call afterwards but till now no call has been received from his end. Then i called up customer care nd he said u have to wait because we are unable to solve ur query, nd 10 days have been passed but still no resolution. Today by 6 i was supposed to get resolution but no body even called me up and he vodafone care executive Samrat said his senior will give me a call in an hour but call never came.

                              Chak de fatte service has been activated on my number [protected] while I didn't request for it and 99 rupees balance has been deducted. I want it back as soon as possible. I've deactivated the service already within minutes I received the message about activation

                                Firstly wrong bill for data service of 1200 on October bill as they never informed by sms or nething that main balance been used. Then call them on 10 over they promised to revert me Rs 1205 and keep on making promises for that and at last confirmed me that on November bill it ll adjust and the manager confirmed me not to pay that amount and wait for November when the amount will be adjusted and then I can pay but Nothing happens on November bill no adjustment calling vodafone almost twice since last week and they promising it ll be settled in 24 hours. Nothing happen now when I am making calls it giving a voice messages that the line can be barred anytime. I need to compliance about the harassment and what if my line get disconnected because of this..

                                  Recently i have been facing a lot of problem because of Vodafone. I am really annoyed by the services vodafone is providing regarding customer grievances.
                                  My complaints are as follows:

                                  1st complaint:

                                  I called Best Deals on 121 and got to learn about a deal of Rs.55, which benefits me 13000 Local+Std seconds for validity of 28 days (I still have the call recording of the call regarding this offer). I confirmed about the offer by calling the customer care. I got a positive reply to it.
                                  Accordingly I went to the vodafone dealer and recharged on my number with Rs.55. The dealer showed me that the work of recharging was finished from his end.
                                  After couple of hours, I got to know that I wasnt benefited at all.
                                  I called up customer care again. I told them everything about what had happened.They assured me that I will get a refund from the nearest vodafone store if I make them listen to the call recording of the call which I had made to Best Deals (121) from where i got to know about this offer, and also the call recording about the customer care's positive reply to it. Therefore, I went to the Vodafone store and told them about all this and after making them listen to the call recordings. Sadly, they denied the refund and asked me to go with my problem to the dealer from where I recharged. I went to the dealer.He said that he cannot help me as the work of recharge was finished from his end. He said that he has nothing to do with the refund process.

                                  So, I would like to ask, is this the way you treat your customers!? Is the way you try to burn our money by such customer exploiting activities!?

                                  2nd complaint:

                                  I have two cellphones. Both have Vodafone sim cards. Both sim cards were purchased in the same period. Both sim cards are of the same circle.
                                  But, matter of fact is the first one of them charges me 1.2paisa per second, and the other charges me 2paisa per second.
                                  The use of my second number is much more than that of first number. I usually do heavy recharges on my second number.

                                  Now again, i ask you, why are these 'Customer exploiting activities' are being carried out!? Why am I being charged less on the number which i don't use much; and why am I being charged more on the number which I use much?

                                    I've been using Vodafone from the past 8 years and never really faced any issues towards call drops or reaching customer care desk. But recently from the past 7 to 8 months whenever I speak over the phone, the call is getting dropped even with the full signal and later the signal drops completely then to roaming. I don't really understand this situation as there is a complete chaos surrounded with this issue. TRAI made rules to compensate customers for network drops and the CEO vodafone too came out for asking apology over this issue but nothing is working out. And man the customer care guys are seriously not at all worried about the customer issue. I don't understand this situation because I tried every aspect to overcome this issue thinking that the problem is from my end like the Phone or the SIM. But both aren't having any issue as I checked with other Vodafone consumers also, they said they too facing the similar issue. The call drops are getting high and we are getting charged for these calls too. Please do the needy.

                                      My # complaint no is[protected] and have been constantly victimized by #vodafone for 4 months.

                                      I have taken Vodafone Corporate connection in Jun-15. At that time I was told that Rs.100 will be given each month.The same was given in Jun-15.For the bill which was generated for Jul and Aug 15 the discount of Rs.100 was not given.I was told by the so called representative of Vodafone name # ‪#‎AkanshaSharma‬ to pay the bill deducting the discount, she assured me that such issue will not arise in subsequent bils.I called her and visited Vodafone Service Centre also.They told that it will be resolved.I have received the bill for October and Rs.100 discount is given but the Rs.200 discount is still shown as outstanding due, on top of that they have charged late fees. I have been contacting Vodafone innumerable times and they lack basic decency to revert back. One of my friend has taken the same connection, she was facing the same problem and now Rs.200 has been deducted from her account .My problem is still not solved, which is not acceptable. Now, the best part is that few minutes back I had a talk with ‪#‎Rajarshibose‬, he misbehaved with me and was very rude and was unable to solve my issue.On top of that, he is saying that my problem is not an issue but a request .He very confidently said that the discount of Rs.100 was given erroneously and it is has been stopped in July. I salute their audacity to lie thousand time and fool innocent ppl like us. Guys please beware before getting into their trap by taking new connection.I think Vodafone has launched new scheme of trapping people by giving wrong assurance and are least bothered to solve customers problem. Vodafone representative fool people by making false promise at the time of taking connection just to fulfill their target, it is we who suffer later.

                                      What audacity ‪#‎vodafone‬ has not only gained a name in the market for fraudulently charging their customers but also dropping their calls when an explanation and resolution of the matter is being sought. I have recieved a call from Vodafone few minutes back and the customer care executive is so shameless and horrific that he banged the phone on my face when i asked his name. #Vodafone should sack such illiterate employee who don't know how to behave properly.You should take lessons from ‪#‎airtel‬, ‪#‎aircel‬, ‪#‎idea‬, ‪#‎tata‬, ‪#‎bsnl‬, ‪#‎reliance‬ or just quit the market. Why don't you come upfront and beg for donations instead of stealthily fraudulently looting our time and money. I demand a serious intervention and compensation for wasting my precious time and money as well as resolution of the matter. #vodafone i beseech you to come clean or just CLEAN OUT...
