Hi Team, I have faced it many times, unnecessary plans are being activated in my number and big amounts from balances are being debited. These plans (e.g. beauty plus plan) are being activated without my knowledge. This is really horrible. At least before u activate and before debiting balance please inform so that we can tell u if we want that plan or not. After cutting balance you are saying to STOP SMS to 155223, but our amount is already cut. I have faced this couple of times and sometimes 75rs sometimes 45rs are cut even without our knowledge. Please stop this kind of service.

    Hi Team,

    I would like to bring this in notice that the vodafone representatives are mis-selling the products by deceiving and fooling customers. I bought a 3g dongle from vodafone store on 19th sept and before buying i asked if the speed/ signal is available and if they can give a demo test to prove that. They declined my request and told they have excellent service in that area and you can purchase the dongle and if you face any issues we care there to help you out. They promised a speed of 21mbps and i am currently geeting 0-1kbps worst in the world. I highlighted the issue and now the teach team is saying that there is no signal strength or service in that area and it cannot be improvised. This is purely a case of fraud and misselling the product and deciving the client knowing about the issue. Why did you sell me the dongle when you knew all this?

    This is really shame when such a brand company decives the customer. This dongle is a WASTE to me and on top of that they are charging me every month rental.

    Request you to please take your dongle back, wipe out the rental and please please refund the money of 2325/-.

    Request you to please take appropriate action and initiate refund.

      Vodafone is the worst service provider I have ever seen.Their customer service is useles and unsupportive.When I pressed the digit 9 they don't talk, after pressing 9 only recorded voice says that press 1 for balance, press 2 for deductions. I could not be able to connect to the vodafone customer care.Because whenever I press 9 to talk to customer care only recorded voice comes.

      Yesterday, I had balance of Rs 40 in prepaid vodafone balance, after that I switched off mobile but when switched on my mobile, then I saw I had balance of Rs 0.02 only.I was shocked, how Vodafone could do this.When I wanted to speak to their customer care, I could not be able to talk because whenever I called tham, only recorded voice speaks even after pressing 9 to talk to customer care.

      So, vodafone customer service is worst of the worst and now these frauds are also not talking regarding my Rs 40 deduction.

      I completely followed the steps to talk to the customer care but as I told earlier that option of talk to customer care is coming after pressing 9 and then 1 but they don't talk, they intentionally forwarded my call to the recorded voice.My no. is [protected].Their customer care is so poor.

        Vodafone deducted Rs50 against activation of "Vodafone gang of friends". I never requested for any service like this. Vodafone did this for the first time in my account, I always I thought Vodafone never does these type of cheap business but...same it is. I want my balance refund back to me account.

        This (Gang of Friends) is a and cheated service by vodafone, Pls answer my question,
        1. Do you think in an advanced modern world can any one/service can deduct any charge without considering/requesting from the customer by just opening their website/link????
        2. If it is how they can charge/debit any or particular amount from their phone balance nether than their data balance.
        3. After discussed with vodafone customer I understood no connection/relation between vodafone vs gang of friends website, then why/how those ----- people are debiting activation charge from the customer phone balance, what authority they have, who gives the license for these activities
        Now I come to my issues,
        1. On 05/Mar/16 I had a message related to the activation of GOF (Gang of Friends) and Rs.5/- has been debited from my phone balance account.
        2. I connected to the customer care and i understood those complete action and cheating was done by vodafone itself and not by others, my amount & service have been returned & deactivated but am not understanding what service is this????? When a well educated person like me should give 3 calls to the customer care & complete argument & after understanding this service & spending more time & lost my self respect to deactivate/refund the amount, what normal people can do???????????
        3. If you are not ready to close/ fine tune this service my next complaint will be registered to TRAI.
        I requested your customer to registered my complaint, She agreed & suppose to send me a complaint number but I did not received any confirmation and she deliberately avoided my complaint.
        Note: I need result on this otherwise I take this issue to the next level.

          firstly i had been charged for bogus amount of over 1200 on international calls and more then 800 on additional bill because a change if request plan made my me from the voda center was not ineciated by them

          i didnt pay for such cheat done to me

          I received a Call for Waive- vodafone Office No.[protected] on 03/11/15 at 6.14


          asked me to pay 2200 for my pending and balance till 30th october will be waived off,

          so i paid of the bill as i wanted my number to be activated again but no response received after making payment and call center people say there was no such call made by them on No, . 198, i was a confirm of waiver for the bill.

          i think they wanted me to pay and then deny the waived granted by them

              My sim card has been deactivated because of due bill payment of RS.2500 for 15 days. They have claimed that I have used 3GB 3G data but in reality my mobile shows that i have used 1.64 Gb data . In Plan wht i used i had 1GB free and after that i have to pay for 640MB which i was earlier told that its 2 G free. and they now want me to pay the bill amount for the data which I havent used..And they have just deactivated my sim without any intimation. I have seen many complaints on the same page regarding the same issue that i am facing.I want you all to take some action.

                I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company on 4, NOV 2015. your customer care executives dont know how to talk to their customer, they dont know the process of escalation, they dont understand english, they argue and continue to irritate by asking irrelevant questions.
                I spoke to Devendra prasad from Peninsula Lower Parel.
                and the most annoying Akshay Salvi who refused to tell me where he sits.
                worst experience in one month of switching from Prepaid to Postpaid.

                        Sir, we had paid on line Rs 741 on 31.10.2015 towards october bill of mobile number [protected], relationship number[protected], Transaction failed giving the remark s " incorrect debit card number" at the same time we got sms from bank of india that amount of Rs 741 is debited. If card number is incorrect then how cum the debit took place. If amount id debited then why vodafone not received it. On contacting vodafone on 199 10 -15 minutes are wasted without any result. WHY we have to go to their galary to resolve this. Why should we suffer. If transeaction fails there the amount is credited back to bank.This has not happend. Why??? Were is the money gone????

                            Hi Team, I have recently ported my number to Vodafone Delhi region. I have recently received my bill for the cycle 24.09.2015 to 23.10.2015. I have been charged Rs 750 extra for using 300 MB more then my data pack(1 GB). When I check the data used in my mobile it shows less the 1 GB. There is a big discrepancy. Moreover, Vodafone always informs postpaid customers if they exceed the data pack limit. In my case they did not intimate me about this. I cannot pay Rs 750 extra for the data which I have not used. Please help me. I had raised a complaint on Vodafone website twice but didn't get any response

                                I have been using vodafone since more than 4 years. I was using vodafone services in mumbai and never faced any problems. Recently I have switched to PUNE so I had taken new corporate plan from Pune Infosys. My Vodafone services have been suspended from 2-Nov-2015 without giving me any prior notification. When I called customer care they said it is because physical verification tests have been negative for new corporate plan. Recently I have switched from my old corporate plan from Mumbai to new one which I took from Infosys Ltd, Pune. My new sim got activated, even the Vodafone executive had come to office for verification. The did not show up for residential address verification even after calling them. But after that I did not get any notification whether my verification is incomplete and my number would be suspended. After this I visited Vodafone store in my company(Infosys, Pune) and told them the issue, they said they will fix appointment for today that is 3-Nov-2015 and call me on my alternate number. They did not show up again. And now nobody is ready to attend my complant. The executives are just transferring my calls from one executive to another. Executives are being rude and are even guding me to permanent suspension of the number rather than attending the issue. If vodafone is hearing this I would like to say please train your executives soe manners and recruit people with common sense. Any which ways I am going to discontinue all youe services in future forever.

                                  I hold a a vodafone number [protected] (Postpaid) at present in am out of india in Germany, I have lost my sim card here in Germany and i requested Vodafone to block my sim card, and that call center agent has deactivated my number ?

                                  I never asked to deactivate my number, But to deactivate my SIM only because of this Because of vodafone mistake i am am in huge mental pressure as my number is registered every where bank accounts and all..

                                    Fraudulent Transaction from my bank account - Vodafone Dear Sir, I would like to bring into notice about same Fraudulant transactions of about Rs 27, 018 from my Canara bank account in the name of Vodafone-Billdesk-Mumbai. evev i dont have any account with Vodafone. This transaction is a big surprise for me and at the same time I am higly disturbed with this loss. It is my humble request to all to kindly help me regarding this fraud .                                       My name is Navin Panchal. I have total 4 postpaid connections of Vodafone. One of them was used by my friend. As a friend i have referred this card and give him for a use. He has used it max. around 1 month and bill amount was not more than 250 Inr. He just forget to inform to company for disconnect this sim. Company has disconnect this sim after 3 or 4 months and increase due amount around 691. As i have given this sim to my friend, company has barged my outgoing calls of my personal number [protected].I am using this number for my business purposes. As i was not able to do outgoing call on same times, i got losses around 500 INR. I connected many times to companies customer care for decrease due amount but all persons told me that anyhow i have to pay this amount to Vodafone otherwise all sims were disconnected(Except- Rohit Rathode-good service).All executives told me that you can move your all your sims to another service provider- very bad response- (Except- Rohit Rathode- Thanks good answer). One is ready provide me bill for 691 INR. Only Rohit Rathode suggested me to visit nearest Vodafone store, so i visited Motera store(Ahmedabad) for bill but no one is giving bill of 691 Amt. At first visit, i met Dikshwa but she is not ready to listen anything and not ready to provide bill for this. Without any bill, how can i pay this money. Company has no proof for this amount. Actual amount should not be higher than 250 INR and company is asking for 691 -3 times in terms of due payment charges etc.. Everyone knows that there are lost of extra charges led down by company to customers every month. If you complaint again this charges, then company will reduce this amount and if you do not complaint against this, they earn lots of profits in form of extra charges.Before to this, i also charged 3 times by company by activating extra services and extra using internet a nd i have simple mobile handset on that days, so question is how can i use internet? After some days, i complaint against this, company has repay some amount to me.Great Business.Company earns lots of money by these types of cheating activities. Government have to take strict acttion against to this. Example: Company have 3 or 4 crores customers in India. By this way, company gets 100 per customer in a year(minimum), the amount crosses crores of rupees. Really fantastic business bro. Vey disappointed with this thing.                                       Before disconnecting my out going calls, executive has called me but not awared me about barging my out going calla. After that I tried many times to too resolve this problem, but no one has helped me except rohit persons were very rude and no one was bothered to help in a proper manner except rohit rathode. Kindly take necessary actions against to this.

                                        On 2nd november 2015, i received a message stating rs. 90 has been deducted from my account for 'social book' service as per my request. I did not activate any service and did not even receive any ussd so no chance of accidental click also.
                                        This is not the first time vodafone is cheating me. They always activate some service and deduct money.
                                        Yesterday immediately after receiving the message i called customer care. The executive said he will refund rs. 40! I said when you people stole 90 why will you refund only 40.
                                        On doing internet research i found out that so many people are being cheated like this. Does trai have no regulations for this?
                                        I want full refund of rs. 90.
