Sub: Request for justice of a Complaint against Vodafone Company
Respected Sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that, I (Dr. M Isharat Ali Molla, Professor & Head, Dept. of Arabic & Persian, University of Calcutta, presently residing at F-3, 2nd Floor, Block-I, A.K.Point, 68B, APC Road, Kolkata -09) have a Post Paid Connection Mobile no. [protected] of Vodafone Company Ltd. the details call consumption of the month of September & October 2015 bill provided by the company as found faulty, guilty and illogical.
The bill consisting of ISD usage as 109 minutes, which call charges of every call normally @13.30 paise is calculated as Rupees 1, 453/=. Even though I have been provided a monthly promotion of Rs. 199/= for getting relief from normal rate, which call cost of every call will be 6.99 paise (bill enclosed) for your kind perusal.
Under these circumstances an enormous time, I have contacted with the customer care unit of Vodafone Company and finally I have sent a letter to the authority of said company through speed post on 31st October2015 (enclosed letter). But no response has been given by the said company till today; instead of this the company has restricted all out bound call of my mobile number without providing me any early information since 29th October 2015.
Consequently, I am out of contact with my entire official as well as personal works and mentally harassed which I felt defamation and injured my dignity by the activities of said company. In which I claim for Rupees of 2 Lakhs as compensation for restoration of my dignity and respect.
I therefore request you Sir, to take necessary steps and arrange to provide me justice and oblige forever.
