        Sir, we had paid on line Rs 741 on 31.10.2015 towards october bill of mobile number [protected], relationship number[protected], Transaction failed giving the remark s " incorrect debit card number" at the same time we got sms from bank of india that amount of Rs 741 is debited. If card number is incorrect then how cum the debit took place. If amount id debited then why vodafone not received it. On contacting vodafone on 199 10 -15 minutes are wasted without any result. WHY we have to go to their galary to resolve this. Why should we suffer. If transeaction fails there the amount is credited back to bank.This has not happend. Why??? Were is the money gone????

            Hi Team, I have recently ported my number to Vodafone Delhi region. I have recently received my bill for the cycle 24.09.2015 to 23.10.2015. I have been charged Rs 750 extra for using 300 MB more then my data pack(1 GB). When I check the data used in my mobile it shows less the 1 GB. There is a big discrepancy. Moreover, Vodafone always informs postpaid customers if they exceed the data pack limit. In my case they did not intimate me about this. I cannot pay Rs 750 extra for the data which I have not used. Please help me. I had raised a complaint on Vodafone website twice but didn't get any response

                I have been using vodafone since more than 4 years. I was using vodafone services in mumbai and never faced any problems. Recently I have switched to PUNE so I had taken new corporate plan from Pune Infosys. My Vodafone services have been suspended from 2-Nov-2015 without giving me any prior notification. When I called customer care they said it is because physical verification tests have been negative for new corporate plan. Recently I have switched from my old corporate plan from Mumbai to new one which I took from Infosys Ltd, Pune. My new sim got activated, even the Vodafone executive had come to office for verification. The did not show up for residential address verification even after calling them. But after that I did not get any notification whether my verification is incomplete and my number would be suspended. After this I visited Vodafone store in my company(Infosys, Pune) and told them the issue, they said they will fix appointment for today that is 3-Nov-2015 and call me on my alternate number. They did not show up again. And now nobody is ready to attend my complant. The executives are just transferring my calls from one executive to another. Executives are being rude and are even guding me to permanent suspension of the number rather than attending the issue. If vodafone is hearing this I would like to say please train your executives soe manners and recruit people with common sense. Any which ways I am going to discontinue all youe services in future forever.

                  I hold a a vodafone number [protected] (Postpaid) at present in am out of india in Germany, I have lost my sim card here in Germany and i requested Vodafone to block my sim card, and that call center agent has deactivated my number ?

                  I never asked to deactivate my number, But to deactivate my SIM only because of this Because of vodafone mistake i am am in huge mental pressure as my number is registered every where bank accounts and all..

                      My name is Navin Panchal. I have total 4 postpaid connections of Vodafone. One of them was used by my friend. As a friend i have referred this card and give him for a use. He has used it max. around 1 month and bill amount was not more than 250 Inr. He just forget to inform to company for disconnect this sim. Company has disconnect this sim after 3 or 4 months and increase due amount around 691. As i have given this sim to my friend, company has barged my outgoing calls of my personal number [protected].I am using this number for my business purposes. As i was not able to do outgoing call on same times, i got losses around 500 INR. I connected many times to companies customer care for decrease due amount but all persons told me that anyhow i have to pay this amount to Vodafone otherwise all sims were disconnected(Except- Rohit Rathode-good service).All executives told me that you can move your all your sims to another service provider- very bad response- (Except- Rohit Rathode- Thanks good answer). One is ready provide me bill for 691 INR. Only Rohit Rathode suggested me to visit nearest Vodafone store, so i visited Motera store(Ahmedabad) for bill but no one is giving bill of 691 Amt. At first visit, i met Dikshwa but she is not ready to listen anything and not ready to provide bill for this. Without any bill, how can i pay this money. Company has no proof for this amount. Actual amount should not be higher than 250 INR and company is asking for 691 -3 times in terms of due payment charges etc.. Everyone knows that there are lost of extra charges led down by company to customers every month. If you complaint again this charges, then company will reduce this amount and if you do not complaint against this, they earn lots of profits in form of extra charges.Before to this, i also charged 3 times by company by activating extra services and extra using internet a nd i have simple mobile handset on that days, so question is how can i use internet? After some days, i complaint against this, company has repay some amount to me.Great Business.Company earns lots of money by these types of cheating activities. Government have to take strict acttion against to this. Example: Company have 3 or 4 crores customers in India. By this way, company gets 100 per customer in a year(minimum), the amount crosses crores of rupees. Really fantastic business bro. Vey disappointed with this thing.                       Before disconnecting my out going calls, executive has called me but not awared me about barging my out going calla. After that I tried many times to too resolve this problem, but no one has helped me except rohit persons were very rude and no one was bothered to help in a proper manner except rohit rathode. Kindly take necessary actions against to this.

                        On 2nd november 2015, i received a message stating rs. 90 has been deducted from my account for 'social book' service as per my request. I did not activate any service and did not even receive any ussd so no chance of accidental click also.
                        This is not the first time vodafone is cheating me. They always activate some service and deduct money.
                        Yesterday immediately after receiving the message i called customer care. The executive said he will refund rs. 40! I said when you people stole 90 why will you refund only 40.
                        On doing internet research i found out that so many people are being cheated like this. Does trai have no regulations for this?
                        I want full refund of rs. 90.

                            I had lost my mobile and informed Vodafone about the loss and they after a long chat/verification etc issued a refer Request No 1*******2 for replacement and said the same will be received by me within 24 hours. waited for 72 hours and still no trace of their service in replacement.Must state they are good at keeping away promises, am happy that no calls are being made and Vodafone will lose a customer as i wish to change my service provider...may be others are worse at-least i will be glad that Vodafone insufficiency can be avoided

                              I have bought a vodafone postpaid dongle no.[protected]. For which i have already paid 3 months advance payment including dongle rental. But yhey start sending me bills for which i have already paid for three month, i have talked to customer care daily till now its not sorted out and they stop my services in first month then how can generate another bill of 1500 hundred hence i have already given them slip no. of the advance payment. I don't know why they are not understanding this small thing rather than that they use to call me daily 3-4 times while im busy in office or driving or travelling. If any mishappening held with me, I don't think so vodafone will take responsibility. They are also threatning me that they will barred my another no. services.

                                Sub: Request for justice of a Complaint against Vodafone Company


                                Respected Sir,

                                I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that, I (Dr. M Isharat Ali Molla, Professor & Head, Dept. of Arabic & Persian, University of Calcutta, presently residing at F-3, 2nd Floor, Block-I, A.K.Point, 68B, APC Road, Kolkata -09) have a Post Paid Connection Mobile no. [protected] of Vodafone Company Ltd. the details call consumption of the month of September & October 2015 bill provided by the company as found faulty, guilty and illogical.

                                The bill consisting of ISD usage as 109 minutes, which call charges of every call normally @13.30 paise is calculated as Rupees 1, 453/=. Even though I have been provided a monthly promotion of Rs. 199/= for getting relief from normal rate, which call cost of every call will be 6.99 paise (bill enclosed) for your kind perusal.

                                Under these circumstances an enormous time, I have contacted with the customer care unit of Vodafone Company and finally I have sent a letter to the authority of said company through speed post on 31st October2015 (enclosed letter). But no response has been given by the said company till today; instead of this the company has restricted all out bound call of my mobile number without providing me any early information since 29th October 2015.


                                Consequently, I am out of contact with my entire official as well as personal works and mentally harassed which I felt defamation and injured my dignity by the activities of said company. In which I claim for Rupees of 2 Lakhs as compensation for restoration of my dignity and respect.

                                I therefore request you Sir, to take necessary steps and arrange to provide me justice and oblige forever.

                                  I have been using Vodafone since 5 years([protected]). Since past 1 year, Vodafone is repeatedly deducting balance from my prepaid account in the name of VAS. Everytime I had to call up customer care for refunding this balance, while I am on roaming, which is again charged. The reason the customer care executives give is that I clicked on some site or a pop-up caused this, which I never did on the same day. These deductions happen even if the data service is disabled!!! What kind of service is this? Why did you authorize websites to harass and take your customers for a ride? The deduction happened again on Nov 1 for 'Beauty Fix' service. I was charged Rs.35/-. I immediately deactivated it within 5 minutes(attached screenshot) . Now they refuse to refund the deducted amount saying 24 hours are past. I had enough of this harassment. I will switch to other telecom operator through mnp within a week, if my money is not refunded and these automatic deductions don't stop and aren't disabled.

                                    I went vodafone store at aligarh on 22.10.2015 to change my postpaid vodafone number to prepaid. There, i found a new prepaid sim card and called me that this new prepaid sim card will activate in 48 hours. But a new prepaid sim of vodafone number [protected] is not activated till date (03.11.2015) my post paid number is also blocked. As per customer care (199) order, i went to vodafone store in aligarh second time. But above problem could not solve yet. Please help me for my problems

                                        Hi Kanika,

                                        I thank you for your response. This is the first real response i have heard from Vodafone since the past 3 months that i have been following up.

                                        I appreciate the gesture and reversing the charges as mentioned in your mail. However, my real concern as expressed in all the mails is for the following usage date:

                                        1. 27-05-15 and[protected] you mention Vodafone partner is only AT&T for USA. But the sms confirmation received also included T-Mobile as Vodafone partner. ( i am attaching the snapshot of the sms received) please recheck and re- calculate. I am sure i am to receive much more credit for this period.

                                        2. 24-06-15 and[protected] I am being informed that i was charged as per 149 IR Tariff Pack since i was on the 149 IR Tariff pack, when i had actually requested to be on the 599 IR Tariff pack. I have received a sms confirmation for the same confirming i had requested for the 599 IR Pack and i should be charged as per the 599 IR Pack Tariff ( i am attaching the snapshot of the sms received) please recheck and re- calculate. I am sure i am to receive much more credit for this period. This is the reason i haven’t paid my bill amount for this period. How would i receive a confirmation SMS if i hands requested for the same? Are we trying to say that we as customer, ignore SMS instructions provided to us by Vodafone?

                                        I have sent multiple emails, so many phone calls and also multiple visits to the Vodafone store for the same purpose. Its disturbing and really annoying explain the same case situation every single time. Every bill cycle my phone had been disconnected stating non payment of the bills. It not fair to ask me to pay for something i am not suppose to.

                                        please suggest what more details i need to produce to prove my case.

                                        Hello,

                                        My number has once again been deactivated. Worst now they say i will have to pay to re-ctivated the account. Even worse Vodafone now sends employees over to my residence demanding money?

                                        This is clearly extortion tactics which won’t work! I am loosing business and i am also being currently charged as i am roaming internationally without being able to use it!!!

                                        I demand my number is activated without any further delay.
