I received a message from Vodafone. All channel pack service activated on your mobile no. and Rs. 75/- debit from your account from your account. When I called up on your customer care your customer care(Priyanjali) said that I had installed a application on my no. due to this this service is activated on my mobile no.. What the is this how can your service is activate through web browser tell me. when I browse on explorer one service is activated on my mobile no.. I really surprised. I need solution or my money back.

    Dear Team, Still the resolution is pending nd m not having network nd internet connection for d last 9 days nd now a unique thing has started dat from 8 Pm till 8 AM in the morning i do not have a single tower in my mobile but nobody is dare to help me.they all are saying dat wait till 6th of november nd all will b fine but today is 7th nd still resolution is pending. I am facing this problem every where and from last few days from 8 PM to 8 AM there is no tower at all, and after 8 AM network comes and go . This i am facing from 28th September and i have called and mailed customer care repeatedly but there is no response at all, they are just saying the same will be resolved today by 6 PM, but till now nothing has been improved and for corporate connection if i am facing this type of problem then i have nothing to say. Akash said me yo go to vodaone store nd i went nd Indrajit from vodafone store said he cant help me out in this regard .i spoke to akash then nd he said he will five me a call afterwards but till now no call has been received from his end. Then i called up customer care nd he said u have to wait because we are unable to solve ur query, nd 10 days have been passed but still no resolution. Today by 6 i was supposed to get resolution but no body even called me up and he vodafone care executive Samrat said his senior will give me a call in an hour but call never came.

      Chak de fatte service has been activated on my number [protected] while I didn't request for it and 99 rupees balance has been deducted. I want it back as soon as possible. I've deactivated the service already within minutes I received the message about activation

        Firstly wrong bill for data service of 1200 on October bill as they never informed by sms or nething that main balance been used. Then call them on 10 over they promised to revert me Rs 1205 and keep on making promises for that and at last confirmed me that on November bill it ll adjust and the manager confirmed me not to pay that amount and wait for November when the amount will be adjusted and then I can pay but Nothing happens on November bill no adjustment calling vodafone almost twice since last week and they promising it ll be settled in 24 hours. Nothing happen now when I am making calls it giving a voice messages that the line can be barred anytime. I need to compliance about the harassment and what if my line get disconnected because of this..

          Recently i have been facing a lot of problem because of Vodafone. I am really annoyed by the services vodafone is providing regarding customer grievances.
          My complaints are as follows:

          1st complaint:

          I called Best Deals on 121 and got to learn about a deal of Rs.55, which benefits me 13000 Local+Std seconds for validity of 28 days (I still have the call recording of the call regarding this offer). I confirmed about the offer by calling the customer care. I got a positive reply to it.
          Accordingly I went to the vodafone dealer and recharged on my number with Rs.55. The dealer showed me that the work of recharging was finished from his end.
          After couple of hours, I got to know that I wasnt benefited at all.
          I called up customer care again. I told them everything about what had happened.They assured me that I will get a refund from the nearest vodafone store if I make them listen to the call recording of the call which I had made to Best Deals (121) from where i got to know about this offer, and also the call recording about the customer care's positive reply to it. Therefore, I went to the Vodafone store and told them about all this and after making them listen to the call recordings. Sadly, they denied the refund and asked me to go with my problem to the dealer from where I recharged. I went to the dealer.He said that he cannot help me as the work of recharge was finished from his end. He said that he has nothing to do with the refund process.

          So, I would like to ask, is this the way you treat your customers!? Is the way you try to burn our money by such customer exploiting activities!?

          2nd complaint:

          I have two cellphones. Both have Vodafone sim cards. Both sim cards were purchased in the same period. Both sim cards are of the same circle.
          But, matter of fact is the first one of them charges me 1.2paisa per second, and the other charges me 2paisa per second.
          The use of my second number is much more than that of first number. I usually do heavy recharges on my second number.

          Now again, i ask you, why are these 'Customer exploiting activities' are being carried out!? Why am I being charged less on the number which i don't use much; and why am I being charged more on the number which I use much?

            I've been using Vodafone from the past 8 years and never really faced any issues towards call drops or reaching customer care desk. But recently from the past 7 to 8 months whenever I speak over the phone, the call is getting dropped even with the full signal and later the signal drops completely then to roaming. I don't really understand this situation as there is a complete chaos surrounded with this issue. TRAI made rules to compensate customers for network drops and the CEO vodafone too came out for asking apology over this issue but nothing is working out. And man the customer care guys are seriously not at all worried about the customer issue. I don't understand this situation because I tried every aspect to overcome this issue thinking that the problem is from my end like the Phone or the SIM. But both aren't having any issue as I checked with other Vodafone consumers also, they said they too facing the similar issue. The call drops are getting high and we are getting charged for these calls too. Please do the needy.

              My # complaint no is[protected] and have been constantly victimized by #vodafone for 4 months.

              I have taken Vodafone Corporate connection in Jun-15. At that time I was told that Rs.100 will be given each month.The same was given in Jun-15.For the bill which was generated for Jul and Aug 15 the discount of Rs.100 was not given.I was told by the so called representative of Vodafone name # ‪#‎AkanshaSharma‬ to pay the bill deducting the discount, she assured me that such issue will not arise in subsequent bils.I called her and visited Vodafone Service Centre also.They told that it will be resolved.I have received the bill for October and Rs.100 discount is given but the Rs.200 discount is still shown as outstanding due, on top of that they have charged late fees. I have been contacting Vodafone innumerable times and they lack basic decency to revert back. One of my friend has taken the same connection, she was facing the same problem and now Rs.200 has been deducted from her account .My problem is still not solved, which is not acceptable. Now, the best part is that few minutes back I had a talk with ‪#‎Rajarshibose‬, he misbehaved with me and was very rude and was unable to solve my issue.On top of that, he is saying that my problem is not an issue but a request .He very confidently said that the discount of Rs.100 was given erroneously and it is has been stopped in July. I salute their audacity to lie thousand time and fool innocent ppl like us. Guys please beware before getting into their trap by taking new connection.I think Vodafone has launched new scheme of trapping people by giving wrong assurance and are least bothered to solve customers problem. Vodafone representative fool people by making false promise at the time of taking connection just to fulfill their target, it is we who suffer later.

              What audacity ‪#‎vodafone‬ has not only gained a name in the market for fraudulently charging their customers but also dropping their calls when an explanation and resolution of the matter is being sought. I have recieved a call from Vodafone few minutes back and the customer care executive is so shameless and horrific that he banged the phone on my face when i asked his name. #Vodafone should sack such illiterate employee who don't know how to behave properly.You should take lessons from ‪#‎airtel‬, ‪#‎aircel‬, ‪#‎idea‬, ‪#‎tata‬, ‪#‎bsnl‬, ‪#‎reliance‬ or just quit the market. Why don't you come upfront and beg for donations instead of stealthily fraudulently looting our time and money. I demand a serious intervention and compensation for wasting my precious time and money as well as resolution of the matter. #vodafone i beseech you to come clean or just CLEAN OUT...

                  Hi, I have paid more than the billed amount while I was about to convert my postpaid sim to prepaid. It has been 3months that I didn't get my refund back.Company was said that I can receive it by courier after 50days of requesting date. After keeping mails to th appellate/nodal officer also, no use. Please do needful.

                    सर मेरा 35 रुपये का बैलेंस काट लिया गया है। पूछने पर पता लगा की हॉट चिली नाम की सर्विस चालू है जबकि मेने कोई सर्विस चालू ही नही की। मेरी 198 की सुविधा भी बंद कर दी गयी है। सर हम गरीब लोग है बहुत मुश्किल से पैसा कमाते हैं कम्पनी ऐसे पैसा काटेंगी तो कैसे चलेगा। सर हमारा पैसा लौटाने की कृपा करे।

                      I have received more bill then expected and I am following up their customer care team for more then a month but haven't yet got my query resolved.

                      Everytime I give a call to their team, they respond that we will give you a call within 2 hrz but never get a call even after 7 days.

Please give me the solution to unblock it. Called up vodafone Customer Care many times but they didnt give the process to unblock the number. Hope you will help me at the earliest. Thanks in advance.

                          I ported my wife''s number from Vodafone to Airtel on the 27 August 2015. Vodafone has allotted the same number to another person while my wife''s number was still active on Airtel. I complained about the above at Vodafone store in indirangar, no action was taken till my 4th visit to their store regarding the same issue. My wife was getting harassment calls from her own number.(i.e if your number is [protected] and you receive regular calls from [protected]) my wife and i were shocked to see this happen and really annoyed because of the calls and text messages from unknown people. Finnaly the calls and texts stopped after i went to vodafone store for the 4th time and yelled at them saying i am gonna take legal actions against them. Now, I have been getting calls from Vodafone collection department regarding a payment that is due. How can vodafone bill me when my wife''s using Airtel and without clearing all the dues no company lets a customer to Port to a different connection. Vodafone has committed an identity fraud by allotting the same numbers to 2 different users and harassing a non customer of theirs. I wanna Sue them badly for which i need some help from you guys.                             Dear Team,

                            Myself Amit Kumar Singh using Vodafone postpaid number last five years and paying due amount on or before due date.

                            I am waiting for your help on this issue. one months is gone and I am yet to get any response.

                            For Sept 2015 I got a bill amounting INR 2521/- out-of that INR.1960/- is for National Roaming charges. When I saw the bill I got shocked that I rarely use call during roaming (national and regional both) but Vodafone charged me for this.

                            Recently when I got itemised bill I came to know that they people are making charges from June onwards, which is not correct.

                            There was an issue from vodafone's end. My plan is "Myop per second", in this plan, for a particular local Vodafone number outgoing is free.
                            I stay in Vasai (E) from last 1.5 years, this plan is applicable for this location also. Till May 2015 everything was fine but after that I am getting charged for this number (because one of their executive deactivated ROAM HOME service without ant request/confirmation in may month) .

                            They people are making mental harassment. I have raised request more than 10 times, even sent email regarding the same more than 10 times but yet to get any positive response.

And on these documents my name is clearly mentioned as Shivani Arora, However your company has updated as Shiva Ji Arora. I have requested several times to change it but I didn't get any response from VODAFONE. It is harassing me and meanwhile effecting my Sentiments, I don't want this kind of services where my Name and Gender are going to be change.                                   i am Govind Parmar, i have given my number to port from Airtel Post paid to Vodafone BAPS plan from Last 3 months, i have given my porting number 5 times to concerned person in mumbai
                                  Mr.Atul & Mr.Rogin from mumbai, i have waited for almost 3 months after supporting this many months i have not ported yet,
                                  i am facing so many problem because of this, persons are saying that it has Technical issue, but any technical issue can be resolved in 1 month at the most. i have personally met Mr.Rogin & Mr.Atul before 1 month then also problem not resolved

                                  Is this type of service you provide to your Customer, if this is the case i will not at all port my number to VODAFONE & i will convert all my vodafone number to other services
                                  this is the headache now for me to convert to vodafone

                                  if you have any solution then provide otherwise give your personal contact number who can handle this case

                                    Last month(Oct 2015), I had submitted an Ownership Change Request to my Mobile Number [protected] from my personal name to my newly formed Software Company. The application submitted to your Vodafone Shop at Kakkanad. The customer care person verified all my documents, you done the verification and my number activated and was using from last 20th. To my surprise yesterday, my number got deactivated by giving a message 'you dialed a wrong number'. By cancelling few meetings I rushed to your Kakkanad office and I was shocked to know that, my documents rejected. The bank statement is not having Bank Seal (?????). This intimation was known to your Kakkanad office a week ago and they claimed that they had called me and send me SMS. But I am fully confident to reject their claim. First I installed software which will tell me ALL the Call History; send the SMS is not seen in my SMS list. The Customer care told me that the SMS sent me from number [protected]. My Complaint is that, why not the customer care did not verify my all the documents in the first hand ? Second, it is his/her duty to inform me call/sms/email and make sure that my corporate number is not disconnected for no fault of me. They must put this task in their to-do list and make sure that they personally talked to me. Do you think, I will simply reject the SMS about this matter. So my appeal to you is to investigate the case in detail and take necessary punishment actions to the concerned so that it will never repeat. I am waiting for the first bill to generate. Please note vodfone is not the only service provider ? I need a proper reply from you. I am happy to present in person for any enquiry. My E-Mail is [protected]@gmail.com - VINOD ROBERT

                                        I am customer of vodafone haryana my mobile number is [protected], yesterday[protected] i have received a message that is your subscription for daily recipe pack has been renewed and Rs 30 has been deducted . when i call to vodafone customer for that why you activated this service in my number without my permission and why detected my balance without my permission .and same time i asked to return my balance but they said it is not possible because your service is activated since 20 October, 2015. but till date i am not received any recipe from their side by message . so that i requested you please stop this service immediately and refund my balance
