Hi, I have paid more than the billed amount while I was about to convert my postpaid sim to prepaid. It has been 3months that I didn't get my refund back.Company was said that I can receive it by courier after 50days of requesting date. After keeping mails to th appellate/nodal officer also, no use. Please do needful.

    सर मेरा 35 रुपये का बैलेंस काट लिया गया है। पूछने पर पता लगा की हॉट चिली नाम की सर्विस चालू है जबकि मेने कोई सर्विस चालू ही नही की। मेरी 198 की सुविधा भी बंद कर दी गयी है। सर हम गरीब लोग है बहुत मुश्किल से पैसा कमाते हैं कम्पनी ऐसे पैसा काटेंगी तो कैसे चलेगा। सर हमारा पैसा लौटाने की कृपा करे।

      I have received more bill then expected and I am following up their customer care team for more then a month but haven't yet got my query resolved.

      Everytime I give a call to their team, they respond that we will give you a call within 2 hrz but never get a call even after 7 days.

        Hello this is my number [protected]even my number is blocked by TRAI from sending sms, I am sending text msgs only to my frnds and not a TELEMARKETER. Please give me the solution to unblock it. Called up vodafone Customer Care many times but they didnt give the process to unblock the number. Hope you will help me at the earliest. Thanks in advance.

          I ported my wife''s number from Vodafone to Airtel on the 27 August 2015. Vodafone has allotted the same number to another person while my wife''s number was still active on Airtel. I complained about the above at Vodafone store in indirangar, no action was taken till my 4th visit to their store regarding the same issue. My wife was getting harassment calls from her own number.(i.e if your number is [protected] and you receive regular calls from [protected]) my wife and i were shocked to see this happen and really annoyed because of the calls and text messages from unknown people. Finnaly the calls and texts stopped after i went to vodafone store for the 4th time and yelled at them saying i am gonna take legal actions against them. Now, I have been getting calls from Vodafone collection department regarding a payment that is due. How can vodafone bill me when my wife''s using Airtel and without clearing all the dues no company lets a customer to Port to a different connection. Vodafone has committed an identity fraud by allotting the same numbers to 2 different users and harassing a non customer of theirs. I wanna Sue them badly for which i need some help from you guys.             Dear Team,

            Myself Amit Kumar Singh using Vodafone postpaid number last five years and paying due amount on or before due date.

            I am waiting for your help on this issue. one months is gone and I am yet to get any response.

            For Sept 2015 I got a bill amounting INR 2521/- out-of that INR.1960/- is for National Roaming charges. When I saw the bill I got shocked that I rarely use call during roaming (national and regional both) but Vodafone charged me for this.

            Recently when I got itemised bill I came to know that they people are making charges from June onwards, which is not correct.

            There was an issue from vodafone's end. My plan is "Myop per second", in this plan, for a particular local Vodafone number outgoing is free.
            I stay in Vasai (E) from last 1.5 years, this plan is applicable for this location also. Till May 2015 everything was fine but after that I am getting charged for this number (because one of their executive deactivated ROAM HOME service without ant request/confirmation in may month) .

            They people are making mental harassment. I have raised request more than 10 times, even sent email regarding the same more than 10 times but yet to get any positive response.

              Hello Sir/Madam, I am Shivani Arora, using Vodafone number - [protected] from more than a month. I'd submitted my Adhar Card copy and Office ID as well. And on these documents my name is clearly mentioned as Shivani Arora, However your company has updated as Shiva Ji Arora. I have requested several times to change it but I didn't get any response from VODAFONE. It is harassing me and meanwhile effecting my Sentiments, I don't want this kind of services where my Name and Gender are going to be change.                   i am Govind Parmar, i have given my number to port from Airtel Post paid to Vodafone BAPS plan from Last 3 months, i have given my porting number 5 times to concerned person in mumbai
                  Mr.Atul & Mr.Rogin from mumbai, i have waited for almost 3 months after supporting this many months i have not ported yet,
                  i am facing so many problem because of this, persons are saying that it has Technical issue, but any technical issue can be resolved in 1 month at the most. i have personally met Mr.Rogin & Mr.Atul before 1 month then also problem not resolved

                  Is this type of service you provide to your Customer, if this is the case i will not at all port my number to VODAFONE & i will convert all my vodafone number to other services
                  this is the headache now for me to convert to vodafone

                  if you have any solution then provide otherwise give your personal contact number who can handle this case

                    Last month(Oct 2015), I had submitted an Ownership Change Request to my Mobile Number [protected] from my personal name to my newly formed Software Company. The application submitted to your Vodafone Shop at Kakkanad. The customer care person verified all my documents, you done the verification and my number activated and was using from last 20th. To my surprise yesterday, my number got deactivated by giving a message 'you dialed a wrong number'. By cancelling few meetings I rushed to your Kakkanad office and I was shocked to know that, my documents rejected. The bank statement is not having Bank Seal (?????). This intimation was known to your Kakkanad office a week ago and they claimed that they had called me and send me SMS. But I am fully confident to reject their claim. First I installed software which will tell me ALL the Call History; send the SMS is not seen in my SMS list. The Customer care told me that the SMS sent me from number [protected]. My Complaint is that, why not the customer care did not verify my all the documents in the first hand ? Second, it is his/her duty to inform me call/sms/email and make sure that my corporate number is not disconnected for no fault of me. They must put this task in their to-do list and make sure that they personally talked to me. Do you think, I will simply reject the SMS about this matter. So my appeal to you is to investigate the case in detail and take necessary punishment actions to the concerned so that it will never repeat. I am waiting for the first bill to generate.                         I am customer of vodafone haryana my mobile number is [protected], yesterday[protected] i have received a message that is your subscription for daily recipe pack has been renewed and Rs 30 has been deducted . when i call to vodafone customer for that why you activated this service in my number without my permission and why detected my balance without my permission .and same time i asked to return my balance but they said it is not possible because your service is activated since 20 October, 2015. but till date i am not received any recipe from their side by message . so that i requested you please stop this service immediately and refund my balance

                          Hi Team, I have faced it many times, unnecessary plans are being activated in my number and big amounts from balances are being debited. These plans (e.g. beauty plus plan) are being activated without my knowledge. This is really horrible. At least before u activate and before debiting balance please inform so that we can tell u if we want that plan or not. After cutting balance you are saying to STOP SMS to 155223, but our amount is already cut. I have faced this couple of times and sometimes 75rs sometimes 45rs are cut even without our knowledge. Please stop this kind of service.

                            Hi Team,

                            I would like to bring this in notice that the vodafone representatives are mis-selling the products by deceiving and fooling customers. I bought a 3g dongle from vodafone store on 19th sept and before buying i asked if the speed/ signal is available and if they can give a demo test to prove that. They declined my request and told they have excellent service in that area and you can purchase the dongle and if you face any issues we care there to help you out. They promised a speed of 21mbps and i am currently geeting 0-1kbps worst in the world. I highlighted the issue and now the teach team is saying that there is no signal strength or service in that area and it cannot be improvised. This is purely a case of fraud and misselling the product and deciving the client knowing about the issue. Why did you sell me the dongle when you knew all this?

                            This is really shame when such a brand company decives the customer. This dongle is a WASTE to me and on top of that they are charging me every month rental.

                            Request you to please take your dongle back, wipe out the rental and please please refund the money of 2325/-.

                            Request you to please take appropriate action and initiate refund.

                              Vodafone is the worst service provider I have ever seen.Their customer service is useles and unsupportive.When I pressed the digit 9 they don't talk, after pressing 9 only recorded voice says that press 1 for balance, press 2 for deductions. I could not be able to connect to the vodafone customer care.Because whenever I press 9 to talk to customer care only recorded voice comes.

                              Yesterday, I had balance of Rs 40 in prepaid vodafone balance, after that I switched off mobile but when switched on my mobile, then I saw I had balance of Rs 0.02 only.I was shocked, how Vodafone could do this.When I wanted to speak to their customer care, I could not be able to talk because whenever I called tham, only recorded voice speaks even after pressing 9 to talk to customer care.

                              So, vodafone customer service is worst of the worst and now these frauds are also not talking regarding my Rs 40 deduction.

                              I completely followed the steps to talk to the customer care but as I told earlier that option of talk to customer care is coming after pressing 9 and then 1 but they don't talk, they intentionally forwarded my call to the recorded voice.My no. is [protected].Their customer care is so poor.

                                Vodafone deducted Rs50 against activation of "Vodafone gang of friends". I never requested for any service like this. Vodafone did this for the first time in my account, I always I thought Vodafone never does these type of cheap business but...same it is. I want my balance refund back to me account.

                                This (Gang of Friends) is a and cheated service by vodafone, Pls answer my question,
                                1. Do you think in an advanced modern world can any one/service can deduct any charge without considering/requesting from the customer by just opening their website/link????
                                2. If it is how they can charge/debit any or particular amount from their phone balance nether than their data balance.
                                3. After discussed with vodafone customer I understood no connection/relation between vodafone vs gang of friends website, then why/how those ----- people are debiting activation charge from the customer phone balance, what authority they have, who gives the license for these activities
                                Now I come to my issues,
                                1. On 05/Mar/16 I had a message related to the activation of GOF (Gang of Friends) and Rs.5/- has been debited from my phone balance account.
                                2. I connected to the customer care and i understood those complete action and cheating was done by vodafone itself and not by others, my amount & service have been returned & deactivated but am not understanding what service is this????? When a well educated person like me should give 3 calls to the customer care & complete argument & after understanding this service & spending more time & lost my self respect to deactivate/refund the amount, what normal people can do???????????
                                3. If you are not ready to close/ fine tune this service my next complaint will be registered to TRAI.
                                I requested your customer to registered my complaint, She agreed & suppose to send me a complaint number but I did not received any confirmation and she deliberately avoided my complaint.
                                Note: I need result on this otherwise I take this issue to the next level.

                                  firstly i had been charged for bogus amount of over 1200 on international calls and more then 800 on additional bill because a change if request plan made my me from the voda center was not ineciated by them

                                  i didnt pay for such cheat done to me

                                  I received a Call for Waive- vodafone Office No.[protected] on 03/11/15 at 6.14


                                  asked me to pay 2200 for my pending and balance till 30th october will be waived off,

                                  so i paid of the bill as i wanted my number to be activated again but no response received after making payment and call center people say there was no such call made by them on No, . 198, i was a confirm of waiver for the bill.

                                  i think they wanted me to pay and then deny the waived granted by them

                                      My sim card has been deactivated because of due bill payment of RS.2500 for 15 days. They have claimed that I have used 3GB 3G data but in reality my mobile shows that i have used 1.64 Gb data . In Plan wht i used i had 1GB free and after that i have to pay for 640MB which i was earlier told that its 2 G free. and they now want me to pay the bill amount for the data which I havent used..And they have just deactivated my sim without any intimation. I have seen many complaints on the same page regarding the same issue that i am facing.I want you all to take some action.

                                        I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company on 4, NOV 2015. your customer care executives dont know how to talk to their customer, they dont know the process of escalation, they dont understand english, they argue and continue to irritate by asking irrelevant questions.
                                        I spoke to Devendra prasad from Peninsula Lower Parel.
                                        and the most annoying Akshay Salvi who refused to tell me where he sits.
                                        worst experience in one month of switching from Prepaid to Postpaid.
