    I had lost my mobile and informed Vodafone about the loss and they after a long chat/verification etc issued a refer Request No 1*******2 for replacement and said the same will be received by me within 24 hours. waited for 72 hours and still no trace of their service in replacement.Must state they are good at keeping away promises, am happy that no calls are being made and Vodafone will lose a customer as i wish to change my service provider...may be others are worse at-least i will be glad that Vodafone insufficiency can be avoided

      I have bought a vodafone postpaid dongle no.[protected]. For which i have already paid 3 months advance payment including dongle rental. But yhey start sending me bills for which i have already paid for three month, i have talked to customer care daily till now its not sorted out and they stop my services in first month then how can generate another bill of 1500 hundred hence i have already given them slip no. of the advance payment. I don't know why they are not understanding this small thing rather than that they use to call me daily 3-4 times while im busy in office or driving or travelling. If any mishappening held with me, I don't think so vodafone will take responsibility. They are also threatning me that they will barred my another no. services.

        Sub: Request for justice of a Complaint against Vodafone Company


        Respected Sir,

        I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that, I (Dr. M Isharat Ali Molla, Professor & Head, Dept. of Arabic & Persian, University of Calcutta, presently residing at F-3, 2nd Floor, Block-I, A.K.Point, 68B, APC Road, Kolkata -09) have a Post Paid Connection Mobile no. [protected] of Vodafone Company Ltd. the details call consumption of the month of September & October 2015 bill provided by the company as found faulty, guilty and illogical.

        The bill consisting of ISD usage as 109 minutes, which call charges of every call normally @13.30 paise is calculated as Rupees 1, 453/=. Even though I have been provided a monthly promotion of Rs. 199/= for getting relief from normal rate, which call cost of every call will be 6.99 paise (bill enclosed) for your kind perusal.

        Under these circumstances an enormous time, I have contacted with the customer care unit of Vodafone Company and finally I have sent a letter to the authority of said company through speed post on 31st October2015 (enclosed letter). But no response has been given by the said company till today; instead of this the company has restricted all out bound call of my mobile number without providing me any early information since 29th October 2015.


        Consequently, I am out of contact with my entire official as well as personal works and mentally harassed which I felt defamation and injured my dignity by the activities of said company. In which I claim for Rupees of 2 Lakhs as compensation for restoration of my dignity and respect.

        I therefore request you Sir, to take necessary steps and arrange to provide me justice and oblige forever.

          I have been using Vodafone since 5 years([protected]). Since past 1 year, Vodafone is repeatedly deducting balance from my prepaid account in the name of VAS. Everytime I had to call up customer care for refunding this balance, while I am on roaming, which is again charged. The reason the customer care executives give is that I clicked on some site or a pop-up caused this, which I never did on the same day. These deductions happen even if the data service is disabled!!! What kind of service is this? Why did you authorize websites to harass and take your customers for a ride? The deduction happened again on Nov 1 for 'Beauty Fix' service. I was charged Rs.35/-. I immediately deactivated it within 5 minutes(attached screenshot) . Now they refuse to refund the deducted amount saying 24 hours are past. I had enough of this harassment. I will switch to other telecom operator through mnp within a week, if my money is not refunded and these automatic deductions don't stop and aren't disabled.

            I went vodafone store at aligarh on 22.10.2015 to change my postpaid vodafone number to prepaid. There, i found a new prepaid sim card and called me that this new prepaid sim card will activate in 48 hours. But a new prepaid sim of vodafone number [protected] is not activated till date (03.11.2015) my post paid number is also blocked. As per customer care (199) order, i went to vodafone store in aligarh second time. But above problem could not solve yet. Please help me for my problems

There are blunder mistakes in my two bills. according to my plan of 249 INR, The vodafone company gave me 400 mins+1 GB 2G data. the first bill is allright, But after that my next two bills are totally wrong . I have not used all the mins, But they have charged me besides that free minutes. i have told to the costomer care and the area vodafone store also. But they don't give any satisfactory answer. please give me justice

I have received a confirmation SMS from Vodafone for the same. (it is attached). the charges in my Vodafone bill are as per a 149 international roaming plan which wasn't requested.

                Hi Kanika,

                I thank you for your response. This is the first real response i have heard from Vodafone since the past 3 months that i have been following up.

                I appreciate the gesture and reversing the charges as mentioned in your mail. However, my real concern as expressed in all the mails is for the following usage date:

                1. 27-05-15 and[protected] you mention Vodafone partner is only AT&T for USA. But the sms confirmation received also included T-Mobile as Vodafone partner. ( i am attaching the snapshot of the sms received) please recheck and re- calculate. I am sure i am to receive much more credit for this period.

                2. 24-06-15 and[protected] I am being informed that i was charged as per 149 IR Tariff Pack since i was on the 149 IR Tariff pack, when i had actually requested to be on the 599 IR Tariff pack. I have received a sms confirmation for the same confirming i had requested for the 599 IR Pack and i should be charged as per the 599 IR Pack Tariff ( i am attaching the snapshot of the sms received) please recheck and re- calculate. I am sure i am to receive much more credit for this period. This is the reason i haven’t paid my bill amount for this period. How would i receive a confirmation SMS if i hands requested for the same? Are we trying to say that we as customer, ignore SMS instructions provided to us by Vodafone?

                I have sent multiple emails, so many phone calls and also multiple visits to the Vodafone store for the same purpose. Its disturbing and really annoying explain the same case situation every single time. Every bill cycle my phone had been disconnected stating non payment of the bills. It not fair to ask me to pay for something i am not suppose to.

                please suggest what more details i need to produce to prove my case.

                I will appreciate a quick response.

                My number has once again been deactivated. Worst now they say i will have to pay to re-ctivated the account. Even worse Vodafone now sends employees over to my residence demanding money?

                This is clearly extortion tactics which won’t work! I am loosing business and i am also being currently charged as i am roaming internationally without being able to use it!!!

                I demand my number is activated without any further delay.

                  On 27 sept I asked for a new no and a fresh sim for my old no on which I asked for a data plan . Mgr Richa who attended to me filled in an incomplete form for which I suffered as this was for an ecs transfer . After sorting the matter I get a bill for 1375 as she has given a data plan for 650 and not 150 as requested by me . As it was an ecs transfer I did not pay and I was being repeatedly called by the call centre Eventually I had to go and pay cash and the calls have not ceased and now I receive a bill for 1500 / . I am a retired person and had requested Richa to bring the bill down Vodafone should withdraw the badges " happy to help " the youngsters there are shameless and far from helpful in a matter of month I have run 4 times for no fault of mine and harassed by disconnecting my phone I will be compelled to go to the consumer forum if you don't sort the matter

                    Dear Sir/Madam

                    I have taken Vodafone postpaid connection no [protected] which was disconnected on 3-10-15 due to negative address verification, so i sent mail to company on 5-10-15 to disconnect the connection & they told me that it will be disconnected & now they are sending bills & telling that it was restored on 15-10-15 which was not intimated to me.

                    When i am telling customer care to lodge complain they are saying that you need to mail this matter to company & i have to pay the bill.

                        Actual Bill period Charged:[protected] to[protected] Bill period mentioned in itemized Bill:[protected] to[protected] Actual Bill Amount: 3485.32 Every Call/Message during the period 1st September, 2015 to 30th September, 2015 has been charged double times when checked in Itemized bill. When called their customer care nos.: 198 &199 for two days 26th & 27th October, 2015, received no help as every time I called they responded saying system is slow or servers are down and they asked me to drop a mail and raise a complaint with their nodal office. When I dropped a mail to their nodal office at email id: nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com (Mail conversation Attached), they responded back saying there was no discrepancy in the charges and they were as per the consumption. I then called their nodal office at contact given: [protected], to point out the "discrepancy" where they had charged me twice for every call/message incoming & outgoing & roaming, they said they had a problem on their side. When questioned why was I replied saying there is no discrepancy, the only response I received was, "We are not aware, we will forward this to the next department." They mentioned they will check with their systems and get back in some time but even after an hour did not receive a call back. So I called them and asked again what was the status and they replied "We are still checking." The due date was 1st November 2015, and yet they were not able to provide a solution However, they stopped my outgoing calls and internet connection. When I called and shouted at them for doing so, the operator on the other end very cooly replied, your services will restart in 4 hours. 4 hours??? for a mistake on Vodafone's end? Why do I suffer? I had ported my Number from Airtel to Vodafone for convenient charges services, and now I highly regret it. The worst part was there was a glitch in their generated bill and they replied back say "No Discrepancy". That is how the complaints are resolved.

                        Finally resolved after continuous calls and complaint raised. They have minimized my bill and cut down 80% of charges as a favor to the inconvenience caused on their part.

I have requested that Person to not to send me that types of Messages. But he didn't stop the activity. I have blocked him on Whatsapp and later he starts sending messages through facebook account. I have got a call from him from [protected] Please help.

                            I am using vodafone mobile network.My no is [protected]. I usually used to recharge my net with 300mb. I recharge on 19th oct with 147rs for 375 mb which finished on 24th oct to 34 mb and same day i recharge with 255 rs for 1 gb, i got message that i got 1058 .55 mb which is valid till 20th nov . but i got message on 29th oct that i have reached 50% of the internet pack and balance i have 183.35 mb .
                            I call to customer care and i lodged complaint (complaint no -[protected])on 29th oct, they told they reply to me by 31st oct but they didnt call me and so i called 31st oct and again they gave me 24 hr time to response but they again didnt call me. I called today 9am to customer care and they are telling that i have used all my data and they have closed that complaint on 31st oct after they called me . but they didnt message or called me . I asked about detailed of my used data but they couldnt provide.
                            when i checked on my mob its showing 375 mb plan activated and i told them then they are telling its error and they refused to give my remaining balance .

                            183 mb is 50% of 375 mb not 1058 mb that means they have not given me 1gb .
                            so kindly help me to get my remaing balanc

                              Hi I recently recharged with 3G data for 101 rupees on 13-Oct-15. They offered me 500MB insteed of 300MB data for 28 days with this recharge. On 28-oct I recived a message that I have utilized 50% of the data of 500MB. On the same day got a message that I have utilized 90% of the data. I checked with customer care for the same and they were not ready to explain about how it suddenly changed the % from 50 to 90. When I checked the total data has changed from 500MB to 300MB. I tried to explain this to customer care executive, they were not ready to listen my complaint.

                                  I had recharged my vodafone number [protected] with 497 rupees . It is a 3g recharge but they are not providing me 3G service. When i made a call to customer service they told me that there is no 3G coverage in my area but i used it before in my area
