    Hi, I wanted to convert my Vodafone postpaid connection to Prepaid connection and approached Vodafone Whitefield outlet on September 2015. However, a representative from Counter C (Pumuru I guess) informed me that the connection is new (5 months then) and can only be converted next month. I approached again on October and he requested me to visit on November. I visited on November 5th and he asked me to visit again on December as he has taken up request. My question is, why is this representative taking up requests every month? I have been regular Vodafone customer. Only because of representatives like this person people are getting frustrated and forced to surrender their connection.

      I have vodafone connection of mobile No.[protected] registered at Delhi. I was shifted my residence from Delhi to Ahmedabad (Guj arat) due to transfer of job. I had applied for mobile connection on same number at Ahmedabad, Shivrajni Vodafone Office and submitted required documents. For that I was given counterfoil unique ID No. PGJV8318613 dated 07/11/2015 and told that within 07 days your mobile will be off and you have to dial No.117. But this was not happened. I visited Vodafone Office three times. Every time they have given different reasons for delay. In era of mobile phone, I am also surprised for visiting office personally. My mobile number has not been transferred from Delhi to Ahmedabad till today. i.e. at 19.15 hours on 17/11/2015.

We will not be responsible for this number.Vodafone will be liable to pay the 3 days enhancement of calls. They are suspended my no without any prior information. We need solution on urgent basis.           I am writing this complaint regarding a problem with my bill and delay in change of tariff plans and network problem. 1. I have received a bill amount of Rs.3000 odd which is not justified. My tariff plan was to be changed from Rs.129 to Rs.299 in the month of August as per my request but it was changed only on September 16th; however, I was informed by your Vodafone executives that the change has been made. Now, I have received a bill amount of Rs.2729 on my mobile number due to this delay and non-information. 2. I do not get proper service and network on this number. Very frequently I receive a roaming notification although I stay inside the house and most of my calls get disconnected because the network is not proper. Also, I get messages at random times saying that the service I have opted for, is unavailable. 3. Regarding my data network, it keeps bouncing from 3g to 2g and back to 3g very frequently. Also, just as suddenly, there will be no network for data. At night specially, messages do not get delivered and I receive messages from other people only after 5 to 6 min of them sending it. 4. I have been calling the customer care executives from the past 2 months and they have been promising callbacks but I am yet to receive one. I also spoke to the elevation desk office executive who gave me a complete different information than the other executives from the network and data department. I have, till date received only one bill posted to my address of Rs.400, which I have made the payment to. However, he informed me that bills for all other months have been generated. NONE of the bills have been posted to my address. 5. One of your data executives informed me that Rs.2000 has been charged extra on my number and took a complaint, saying I will receive a call back in 48 hours; but, the charge has been termed 'valid' by your company and the callback has been terminated without my notice. 6. I have been made to wait for 5 to 6 weeks with a promise of call back every 48 or 24 hours but receiving none and neither is any problem solved. All the executives give different reasons and different information and none are ready to put me through to the Manager. 7. I have had to face an outgoing bar every 2 days and have had to call your customer service twice a day for the past 2 months. 8. I have also sent an e-mail as instructed but to no avail. The comapny is extremely negligent and None of my official requests have been dealt with, which leaves me with no other option.

            There is huge network issue in Amar colony, Lajpat Nagar. When I am in my room, the network just vanishes and my number states not reachable when dialed. Its next to impossible, to talk from my room. Given I am on first floor and my room is first room in the house.

              Dear MAH Nodal Team,

              I have been using vodafone services for roughly around 8 years and I was very happy with you people (As you were always happy to help) till 12th Nov'15.

              My current vodafone # is [protected] which was ported to Vodafone MAH from Vodafone Gujarat since last 3 months.

              Everything is well & good - You have your network reach in almost every part of India I visited. But on 12th Nov'15 - My number has been deactivated.

              On calling Customer Care (MAH Circle), I came to know that I have few dues of Vodafone Gujarat which are not cleared (1894.95/- INR) and on the basis of non-payment, Services have been deactivated.
              On the very same day, Payment of 1900/- INR has been done through your website & below are the details of payment success.

              Then, after clearing the overdues, I got the information from your Vodafone MAH Circle (Through Customer Care) that you have to go to Vodafone Store in Gujarat & submit those proofs. - Luckily, I was in Gujarat for Diwali Holidays that time - Hence went to your vodafone Store in Gujarat & shared these details with them.

              On detailed discussion with executives at Vodafone Store (Gujarat) and your Customer Care Executive of MAH Circle (Over Phone) - Vodafone concluded that these thing can be settled only at Vodafone Store in MAH or can be done through Sending mail across Vodafone Care MAH (Which has been done & Can be seen in trailing mail).

              Got an Auto acknowledgement to my mail - That one of our executive would revert to your query/mail within 24 Hours (As Vodafone is Happy to Help) - Got relieved, that atleast things started moving & I can redo my online banking transactions which were on hold.

              No response for 3 days till today.

              Out of curiousity, Visited Vodafone Store in Tapaswi Plaza, Mumbai - Pune Road, Akurdi, Pimpri - Chinchwad, Pune as I was back from my holidays.
              Met Mr. Arvind (Vodafone Executive) & got to know that "THERE IS NOTHING VODAFONE STORE CAN DO IN ACTIVATING THE NUMBER" & No Customer Care Executive can share such advice of visiting store when there is no due need of it & when it can be settled through e-mail.

              I made him have a word with your customer care executive over phone, Who again asked me to visit Vodafone Store (This time either in MAH or in GUJ - No clarity to the person over phone). Again after a long discussion - Customer Care executive (Over phone) directs me to draft a mail on the basis of the feedback shared by your local representative at Vodafone Store in Pune.

              Cannot understand the logic - If a person himself is going to Vodafone Store & Still It cannot be resolved - Even after showing willingness to submit whatsoever proofs required. Strange Response (Even banks are advising not to visit & do Online Banking) - Then atleast on physical visit out of tiredness/frustration/irritation - A customer's query should be addressed when all his work is stopped due to deactivation of his number - All banks transactions come to a hault on unavailability of OTP nowadays - Neither book a ticket !!!
              If it cannot be activated within 5 minutes - He should be assured of restoring it & timeline should be shared and has to be adhered to, even which was missing. People sitting at Vodafone Store are merely present to give new connections & close existing connections. Nobody is bothered to answer Customer's query. In such cases, I feel There is no need of Vodafone Store when you people are always happy to help over phone only.

              Wish you people could activate number also over phone itself !

              If NOBODY IS HAPPY TO HELP a Customer - Then I request you people not to flaunt your advertisements on the basis of "HAPPY TO HELP" and Shut off all your Vodafone Stores or Take my advice to train your executives (Customer Care & Store Executives)

              Request your immediate response on it & activate my same number.

              If any more details are required - If anything more I can speak out for Vodafone to you people - Call me on [protected] (Again Vodafone Customer - But a sad one)

              #NB : On asking for Suggestion Box at Vodafone Store in Address: Shop No. 3&4, Tapaswi Plaza, Mumbai-Pune Road, Akurdi Chowk, Chinchwad, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411019 Phone:[protected] Came to know that Everything is OK at Vodafone Store & They DON'T HAVE A SUGGESTION BOX ALSO. Kindly place a Suggestion Box (So that all persons unlike me, Who cannot approach you through email & their unsung voices can be heard by Vodafone Management)

                I am currently staying in Bangalore. I am using Vodafone postpaid connection. I am facing issue with the network, no outgoing nor incoming calls stay for more than 25 seconds. I am facing this issue from past three days. And before 3 months the same issue happened for the same area. It is forcing me out to change the service provider.                     My Vodafone Mob. [protected].Today I received a sms from VK61111 that I can get a deal after dialling *111*4# .. After dialling that number I got list of option from there I selected a option through that I can get free deals I find that Rs. 49/- two times that is Rs. 98/- has been deducted . When I check the message inbox then see a message from Vodafone care that free deals pack is MYDALA165740 has been activated but in message no where it is written that Rs. 98/- has been deducted for this. As I am totally unaware about this service, I do not understand how this type of service is activated without any concurrence of me. I have spoken to Customer service but they told that there is no services added on my account and I haven't got any free deals though.. I want my Rs. 98/- to be reimbursed and don't want any amount gets deduct due the same reason..Completely disappointed with this

                      Hi, I am not able to do the online recharge for my number [protected] from vodafone portal or other portals like paytm, freecharge. Shows the error "This Bonus card/pack is not available for your current plan/service. Please try another denomination. But this error shows for all the available denominations I made the complaint to vodafone (complaint number:[protected]), i received sms like my complaint resolved. But still the same problem. This issue is going on last 8 days, still they not able to resolve this.

                        I am using vodafone number #[protected], the number has been barred from since 13.11.15, however i did not abused this sim card number but informed by customer care that i have used more than credit limit. After asking several times that what is the charges detail; customer care did not responded properly and said they dont have break up charges you have to wait till the bill generation i.e. on 10th Dec 15 fro details. As per customer care service only i didnot have any out standing with them. There is very poor response, un-ethical charges and bed services.

                          2 months back, took a connection from Vodafone calicut store. But till I didn't get the bill
                          many times(12/11/2015 @ 4:33 pm, 13/11/[protected]@3:49 pm, 13/11/2015 @ 4:34 pm, 14/11/[protected]@11:28 am, 14/11/2015 @ 11:30 am & 16/11/[protected]@ 10:48 am) I had call the customer care(198) & also update my email id too by sending my mail id to 199 &also had send"GOGREEN" to the same. but still no result. they are keep on telling like" because of system error they are not able send it by mail, the are updated the mail id, but just have to wait for a half an hour
                          then tasked to wait for 24 hours, then they are telling it have not been updated the mail id in their system

                            I buy a vodafone postpaid sim of mobile no [protected] with the agent TANVEER on 23oct 2015 at my home but today is 16th nov 2015 but my sim is still not activated, i made a complain to the vodafone office, he said negative verification, i have provided my 3 mobile no to make call to me when he is coming for verification, but i didnt recv any call and geting remarks as Negative verification, i have paid 250 rs as security money, when i said give back my document and my security money, he said i will not giving back your document, my ques when my SIM is not activated yeh then what is the need of that document?is there is a wrong use of document but issuing a new sim in the name of me? plz take action against him and activate my sim immediately i[censored] have authority

                              I had port my mobile postpaid connection from idea to Vodafone, but my experience with vodafone was not good, they dont have good internet coverage also they charge you whopping amount.                                 I have purchased a Vodafone postpaid connection on 07.11.2015, I was informed that it will be activated within 48 hours. I have given my pan card and Adhara card as my address proof and id proof. The verification was done on very next day. But still on today 16.11.2015, my number is not activated yet. even i have tried to contact Big tel IT solutions (P) ltd. but could not talk to them as the number given by them on pay slip is prompting switched off continuously. I have payed 250 as security charges to them and got a pay slip from their side. when i tried to contact on Vodafone customer care [protected] which was given by Vodafone on sim kit, The customer care executive told that it is a prepaid customer care service i am forwarding your call to postpaid customer care service center and put me on hold and than my call was dropped. Now i am finding myself helpless that's why came to you. i want resolution of this complaint soon. thanks

I have visited 4-5 times to Vodafone office to close my postpaid service but every time they are not avoiding my request and telling me to come on billing date.Even after coming on billing date, they are manipulating me to change my plan etc etc .                                     Dear Team

                                    With utter most frustration and n option left I am writing an Eamil on the pathetic service provided by vodafone on my no [protected].

                                    This company has charged me a whooping approx Rs. 24400 in my last bill. I have spent hours and hours in explaining the issue to them but till date my issue stands unresolved for more than a month. Now below given are the issue that I am fighting about:
                                    1. The company has not given me the bill in Sept'15 cycle on time. They has dome system upgrdations going on due to which I never got to know about my Bill.
                                    2 My credit limit as per company's records in 7900. Now the breach has been done by them only that my bill was allowed to reach to the extent of 24400 that too without my information.
                                    3. In month f Sug I asked them to upgrade my data plan to 3G and told them that I have an avg usage of 3-4 gb. To my surprise which I cam to know later they activated only 1GB 3g services and over an above was charged as 10 paise per KB. This has lead to my bill goig to 24400 whcih is equivalent to my last 3 years bill. For this plan I was never asked for a consent.
                                    4. When I followed very closely with company they have confirmed me to waive off 20000 from my bill and restore the services. After month of follow up on 31st Oct my data services were restored but now again they are stopped sighting the reason that Rs 20000 is still not processed. This is absolutely unprofessional and out of my understanding.
                                    5. Now they have given me the feedback that we have placed a new request for the waiver and it will be processed in due course i.e in next bill cycle. Now from 11th Oct I have availed an 5GB 3G data plan which will be for Rs. 850 per month . Now when I am not getting the services they will charge me the full rent for period 11th-31st Oct when I was not using the services and for the period now again for which I am not using the services. When I am asking the call center executives they are showing their helplessness sighting system constraints. This is highly unprofessional.

                                    I am sck and tired of explaing the issue right fromthe starting to edn to every call center executive who is picking the call as they don't keep trail f the issue.

                                    You are requested to get my issue resolved as per the following requirement.:
                                    a) Get me the waiver of Rs. 20000 processed which company committed me. Also on this waiver amount the service tax should be counted and I should be getting a waiver of approx 23000.
                                    b) Also gfor the current bill cycle I should not be charged complete rental as I never availed any services.
                                    c) I should be awarded some monetary benefits for suffering from such mental, financial and personal loss because of the unprofessional service and attitude of vodafone company.

                                      Highly dissatisfied internet charges. I'v been charged INR 4304 for just 1GB/month. At the time of selling, no information shared on data usage & charge. When bill was generated I was shocked to see outstanding bill. Call barring was on even after paying last month bill and still this month bill is INR 5145.74 !! customer care didn't resolve .
                                      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
