Mr. Lal babu no is [protected] and [protected]. he said Rs. 499 plan of 3G data 2gb and 2G data unlimited 30 days but dated[protected] activate i receive the 2g data and no workd peroperly. i am call to cumtomer care and Ms astha nigum no. [protected] on[protected] not sortout my problems. Lal babu is said after 15th november your are receive after one bill raised 3G data and 2g unlimited you are wait. my question is why misteked and why i payment for this bill and i am waiting for 16 days and i am paid Rs. 250 for sim and activiation charges. he said this money is security money, before pay he said rs. 250 is adjested in first bill. please sortout my probles otherwise i am not payment any bill etc. thanking you rakesh lal 476/99-B/6, Dalel ka pura, Allapur, Allahabad-200116 (U.P.)         Sir, I got call from [protected] at 10:19 am dated 31-10-15, he asked my ATM card number and ATM Security number, than i will call back him to know who is he, he called me from Bihar Vodafone connection, Sir i would like to complaint such type of call because they try to make innocent people fool, so i am requesting you to please investigate this number and action so that this type of crime should not happen to Innocent people, i am aware of being Indian citizen, its up to u to take action or not against above said No.

[protected] 8. [protected] From last 2 months I have made several request to my vodafone manager Mr. Altamash Khan. for changing my Email address in my phone numbers. But unfortunately in some numbers it was updated but in some it was not. I have reminded several times through sms and emails to Mr. Khan but till today its still pending in 2 number. [protected] & [protected]. If I have known that Vodafone services are So much POOR THAT THEY CANNOT EVEN ATTEND SUCH SMALL REQUEST. I would have never Joined VODAFONE.               My vodafone mobile no. Is [protected]. On 20th of oct 2015 i have recharged twice for rs.651/-, once at 7:10:10pm and 7:21:23pm. My bank account has been debited twice. But my vodafone internet pack is no activated and balance is not updated. I have not received back the amount till date. Please solve the issue at the earliest so that i can recharge again and get my data card activated.

                I was asked to pay a deposit of rupees 15, 000 to activate international roaming services on my phone in the month of June, which I paid via debit card. My phone did not work for even one day, of the 5 weeks that I was travelling out of the country and Inspite of various attempts to reach Vodafone at that time the issue could not be resolved. Upon my return I went to the store on Aug 20th to complain about the service and ask for the 15, 000 to be refunded back to me. At that time I was told it would be returned within 45 days. Come Oct 16th I went to the store again to inquire about my refund and am then told that they don't see any notes pertaining to this on the system. Furious, I ask to meet the branch manager who assures me you will get a refund in the next 10-15 days. This is absolutely ridiculous! Not only did I loose business and have to incuur additional costs thanks to the services not working when I was away, I'm now having to run from pillar to post to get back my deposit!

                Thank you for your superficial response! My complaint from the link you've shared has been pending for quite a while now, and I have numerous e-mails from your customer service department as well.

                Unfortunately they seem to contradicting each other and your store at JMD in Gurgaon is providing me with different information all together!

                  My number is [protected] and I have 100 Rs. Bal . in my account and due to some Technical fault by vodafone they activated some Service due to which my Main Bal. is deduct. Suddendly I Called Customer Care and they told me that my Bal. will refund with in 24 Hr. but unfortunaly Its Being 3 day(72 Hr) I Havent Receive my Bal. yet. I called them today as well and now they are saying that my balance will not credit in my account.I have all the recorded conversation from the begning. I am really fedup with vodafone service.

                    Hi, To whomever it may concern, My name is Suzane Daniel i wont post my number 9711****57. i have just got my Vodafone postpaid connection done!! but it was my biggest mistake to do so, i so fed up with the services. in fact i was been told on the customer care it will be resolved. i have a plan of 1057 where in i pay 800rs for mt internet by chance it happened that my internet got finished before my billing cycle, and i was been told it will be running and up by 28th Oct 2015, but it didn't happened in fact i have launched a complaint against it complaint number:[protected]. and till now i haven't got my net pack activated. i am writing this is now itself, if it doesn't works now i will swear stop my number tomorrow and change the provider to airtel. and i wont even pay your bill that's it. then you may do whatever you want.                           For the number: [protected] I didn't want to activate E_Connect 3G 299 plan without the bill discount. So why it has been changed? I clearly mentioned it on my email dated 27/10/15 and 28/10/15. So please activate my previous plan again.Even on telephonic conversation to [protected] on 28/10/15 at 7.44 p.m I forbade him to activate the E_Connect 3G Plan without the bill discount. She assured me that my current plan will continue and no change will be done. The reference number of my previous plan is [protected] (SEP 149 N CUG.) I request you please look my previous emails and listen my speech with your executive. And tell me where is my fault. After receiving the email of plan change I immediately replied that I don't want to activate E_connect without bill discount and CUG. Now my final request, please activate my previous plan again. I am very disappointed after this change. I am very hopeful for your reply after whole investigation.

                              On buying the sim they had provided a plan for 375 which is a corporate plan. They also took a deposit of amount 300rs. The services supposed to be were 200 messages free, 10 hours of calls and 1.5GB for a month. It has not even been 2 weeks and they have already charged 1300rs for no reason. Apart from that they have stopped the services too and not even a month is over. Also the net speed is very bad. Customer care is also unreachable. No one responds, and they say the number is toll free yet they charge for it. Highly disappointed with the services.

                                On 24.10.15 I made a vodafone bill of Rs.864.12/- payment online through my Bank of india debit card.My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry! we are unable to process your transaction.Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries"But the payment was done successfully and the amount is debited from my account.So what should I do?                                   Today (29/10/2015) around 12.00 pm i visited the Vodafone Mini store at Kozhencherry. There i met Mr. Sreeraj who was sitting at the help desk.I asked about the tariff and he gave me some details which was not clear to me...i asked him repeatedly and and he said the same...as per the information given by him my brother who is a Vodafone customer went to the same store recharged ...but the tariff was different..wen he asked about it, Mr. Sreeraj started shouting at him .both had some exchange of words, but he was telling that it was my brother Philip's fault.What i want to mention is WE DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY SORT OF VALID INFO FROM THE HELP DESK...THE WAY HE TREATED US WAS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...

                                      I got a call from Tirupati Communication(Vodafone Dealer in Pune) to convert my prepaid connection to postpaid connection they have taken my documents and also 300rs from me on 17/10/2015. but till my connection has not changed. My request for changing pre2post has been cancelled. And now they block my no. Even they are not attending my call after hearing my name. Please take a strict action against Tirupati Communication(Vodafone Dealer in Pune). Please help me out for solving my query. I want my money and documents back or convert my connection to postpaid. They have done big fraud with me please help me out.
