My number is [protected] and I have 100 Rs. Bal . in my account and due to some Technical fault by vodafone they activated some Service due to which my Main Bal. is deduct. Suddendly I Called Customer Care and they told me that my Bal. will refund with in 24 Hr. but unfortunaly Its Being 3 day(72 Hr) I Havent Receive my Bal. yet. I called them today as well and now they are saying that my balance will not credit in my account.I have all the recorded conversation from the begning. I am really fedup with vodafone service.

    Hi, To whomever it may concern, My name is Suzane Daniel i wont post my number 9711****57. i have just got my Vodafone postpaid connection done!! but it was my biggest mistake to do so, i so fed up with the services. in fact i was been told on the customer care it will be resolved. i have a plan of 1057 where in i pay 800rs for mt internet by chance it happened that my internet got finished before my billing cycle, and i was been told it will be running and up by 28th Oct 2015, but it didn't happened in fact i have launched a complaint against it complaint number:[protected]. and till now i haven't got my net pack activated. i am writing this is now itself, if it doesn't works now i will swear stop my number tomorrow and change the provider to airtel. and i wont even pay your bill that's it. then you may do whatever you want.         I recharged the No. [protected] of amt. Rs 76/- and 50/-on 29/10/15 through Vodafone official website. Money got deducted from my bank of india bank account but the money did not get credited to my Vodafone no. Kindly refund the amount or recharge the mobile no with Rs.76/- and 50/-

          For the number: [protected] I didn't want to activate E_Connect 3G 299 plan without the bill discount. So why it has been changed? I clearly mentioned it on my email dated 27/10/15 and 28/10/15. So please activate my previous plan again.Even on telephonic conversation to [protected] on 28/10/15 at 7.44 p.m I forbade him to activate the E_Connect 3G Plan without the bill discount. She assured me that my current plan will continue and no change will be done. The reference number of my previous plan is [protected] (SEP 149 N CUG.) I request you please look my previous emails and listen my speech with your executive. And tell me where is my fault. After receiving the email of plan change I immediately replied that I don't want to activate E_connect without bill discount and CUG. Now my final request, please activate my previous plan again. I am very disappointed after this change. I am very hopeful for your reply after whole investigation.

              On buying the sim they had provided a plan for 375 which is a corporate plan. They also took a deposit of amount 300rs. The services supposed to be were 200 messages free, 10 hours of calls and 1.5GB for a month. It has not even been 2 weeks and they have already charged 1300rs for no reason. Apart from that they have stopped the services too and not even a month is over. Also the net speed is very bad. Customer care is also unreachable. No one responds, and they say the number is toll free yet they charge for it. Highly disappointed with the services.

                On 24.10.15 I made a vodafone bill of Rs.864.12/- payment online through my Bank of india debit card.My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry! we are unable to process your transaction.Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries"But the payment was done successfully and the amount is debited from my account.So what should I do?                   Today (29/10/2015) around 12.00 pm i visited the Vodafone Mini store at Kozhencherry. There i met Mr. Sreeraj who was sitting at the help desk.I asked about the tariff and he gave me some details which was not clear to me...i asked him repeatedly and and he said the same...as per the information given by him my brother who is a Vodafone customer went to the same store recharged ...but the tariff was different..wen he asked about it, Mr. Sreeraj started shouting at him .both had some exchange of words, but he was telling that it was my brother Philip's fault.What i want to mention is WE DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY SORT OF VALID INFO FROM THE HELP DESK...THE WAY HE TREATED US WAS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...

                    I have a poster copy with me.
                    But not given for local, they will charge 90 paisa / per Minute for local
                    That means they are selling SIM with cheating, I was purchased SIM on 29th Oct, 2015

                      I got a call from Tirupati Communication(Vodafone Dealer in Pune) to convert my prepaid connection to postpaid connection they have taken my documents and also 300rs from me on 17/10/2015. but till my connection has not changed. My request for changing pre2post has been cancelled. And now they block my no. Even they are not attending my call after hearing my name. Please take a strict action against Tirupati Communication(Vodafone Dealer in Pune). Please help me out for solving my query. I want my money and documents back or convert my connection to postpaid. They have done big fraud with me please help me out.

                          Sir I made a recharge of Rs 99 few days earlier and my recharge validity ends today night. My balance was vodafone to vodafone 318 mins and all local mins was 138 mins till yesterday night but today when I woke up I checked my balance and saw that vodafone to vodafone mins are 0 . The vodafone to all local mims was 138 mins left but when I am making calls my main balance is getting deducted inplace of left 138 mins. I cannot expect such a bad service frpm vodafone.

The amount has been deducted from my bank account but the balance was not credited. I am attaching online transaction id. I did not receive any email for the transaction.                               I am a vodafone customer from kerala when i was on a tour to mysore i made a call and and i finished it when the call report came they asked me to dial a number for knowing about roaming offers when i dialled that number roam 62 offer was activated i was just looking they didnt mention the price of the offer ans its features they just activated an offer that too for a month i am residing in mysore only for 2 days for that i dont need a monthly offer this is cheating i loosed my 62 rs i need refund this is too pity this is a clear case fraud i need this offer to be deactivated and i need my 62 rs back

                                Today morning at 8.05 am. I got a message from VFCARE intimating that "Your subscription for MOBILE MELA service has been renewed and Rs 35 has been deducted.The service will get renewed on[protected].To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)." I have checked the balance and found that Rs.35 have been debited without my consent i.e. I have not activate any service so please my refund rs.35 and oblige. My mobile no. Is [protected].                                   I was overcharged for my vodafone no.. I complained about this to their customers service their nodal team, appealate team i shared same on twitter.. I even kept mr sunil sood, managing director of vodafone india but still no reply.. This is for the second time i noticed and dnt know how many times i was charged false like this.. This is fraud and their should be some kind of service help where customer get. Satisfactory response

                                    I had vodafone mobile connection and number is [protected]. First I had taken 3G internet pack from vodafone. I got 1GB data in this pack duration was 21 days. I could not use internet properly due to bad internet service of vodafone so I decided to use internet without internet pack, surprisingly they consume all my balance in just 3 sec and showing 11.48 MB consumed. How it can possible to consume 11 MB in just 3 sec with 398KBps speed. Actually they activate 3G without informing customer and it consume all remaing balance of main account in few seconds at the rate of 4KB/10p at that time 3G works in super fast speed.

                                      My cell no is [protected]. Bill no :[protected], Bill period : 7/9/15 to 6/10/15 Post paid plan - PP_712_Plan I got charges of ISD calls 3400/- . I have not called any of ISD nos and still got this charges. Even I didn't activated service of ISD calls. I have contacted customer care and asked for details, as per them on 25/9/15, total 6 call has been done from this no and charged accordingly. It's fact that these calls were not done from my cell even I got these charges. I would like to do further investigation on this. If you see the call logs from vodaphone detailed bill, 2nd 4th and 6th call was done exectly after 37 seconds and bill counted for 30 minuttes. Kindly check in detail and update me on [protected].                                         My Vodafone number was ported to Airtel almost 3-4 months back. Now suddenly Vodafone is coming back and asking for the bill for the month when I ported to Airtel. They are continuously asking for the bills everyday. It was their responsibility to clear the final month bill before porting. Please do the needful to stop their irritation.
