Sir I made a recharge of Rs 99 few days earlier and my recharge validity ends today night. My balance was vodafone to vodafone 318 mins and all local mins was 138 mins till yesterday night but today when I woke up I checked my balance and saw that vodafone to vodafone mins are 0 . The vodafone to all local mims was 138 mins left but when I am making calls my main balance is getting deducted inplace of left 138 mins. I cannot expect such a bad service frpm vodafone.

    On 28.10.15 at 09:18:48 p.m. I recharged my prepaid sim bearing no [protected] online from Vodafone website for Rs.500/-. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but the balance was not credited. I am attaching online transaction id. I did not receive any email for the transaction. On dialing *111*3*3# it states that recharge history is not available for the no. Please do the needful.       I am a vodafone customer from kerala when i was on a tour to mysore i made a call and and i finished it when the call report came they asked me to dial a number for knowing about roaming offers when i dialled that number roam 62 offer was activated i was just looking they didnt mention the price of the offer ans its features they just activated an offer that too for a month i am residing in mysore only for 2 days for that i dont need a monthly offer this is cheating i loosed my 62 rs i need refund this is too pity this is a clear case fraud i need this offer to be deactivated and i need my 62 rs back

        Today morning at 8.05 am. I got a message from VFCARE intimating that "Your subscription for MOBILE MELA service has been renewed and Rs 35 has been deducted.The service will get renewed on[protected].To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)." I have checked the balance and found that Rs.35 have been debited without my consent i.e. I have not activate any service so please my refund rs.35 and oblige. My mobile no. Is [protected].           I was overcharged for my vodafone no.. I complained about this to their customers service their nodal team, appealate team i shared same on twitter.. I even kept mr sunil sood, managing director of vodafone india but still no reply.. This is for the second time i noticed and dnt know how many times i was charged false like this.. This is fraud and their should be some kind of service help where customer get. Satisfactory response

            I had vodafone mobile connection and number is [protected]. First I had taken 3G internet pack from vodafone. I got 1GB data in this pack duration was 21 days. I could not use internet properly due to bad internet service of vodafone so I decided to use internet without internet pack, surprisingly they consume all my balance in just 3 sec and showing 11.48 MB consumed. How it can possible to consume 11 MB in just 3 sec with 398KBps speed. Actually they activate 3G without informing customer and it consume all remaing balance of main account in few seconds at the rate of 4KB/10p at that time 3G works in super fast speed.

              My cell no is [protected]. Bill no :[protected], Bill period : 7/9/15 to 6/10/15 Post paid plan - PP_712_Plan I got charges of ISD calls 3400/- . I have not called any of ISD nos and still got this charges. Even I didn't activated service of ISD calls. I have contacted customer care and asked for details, as per them on 25/9/15, total 6 call has been done from this no and charged accordingly. It's fact that these calls were not done from my cell even I got these charges. I would like to do further investigation on this. If you see the call logs from vodaphone detailed bill, 2nd 4th and 6th call was done exectly after 37 seconds and bill counted for 30 minuttes. Kindly check in detail and update me on [protected]. Attaching call logs. Regards

                Hi,

                My Vodafone number was ported to Airtel almost 3-4 months back. Now suddenly Vodafone is coming back and asking for the bill for the month when I ported to Airtel. They are continuously asking for the bills everyday. It was their responsibility to clear the final month bill before porting. Please do the needful to stop their irritation.

                  Without any reason they have discontinued [protected]. I have made all the payments on time. I ported this number from Delhi to Pune and since onward I start facing issue. Seems their system is not capable to handle porting and because of that customer like me is suffering a most. I'm using this number from the last 6 years, request you to take immediate action against them for harassing a customer. Because of that daily I'm losing important call's Thanks.                     This morning, I got a message from from VFCARE intimating that "Due to insufficient balance we are unable to process your request. we will keep trying to process for next 7 days". And Later this afternoon I recharged my account all of a sudden Rs35 has been deducted, below is the message: "Hello! Gaana Khazana pack is active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till 4/11/2015 and a 7 days rental of Rs 35 has been deducted". I don't even know what is Gaana Khazana pack. Further information: Date of incident-28 October 2015 mob number-[protected] I would like to request you to refund as I do not know what it is all about.

                        Hi,
                        I had lodged complaint on 198 rgarding internet network is not coming in my area. Complaint registration number:[protected] is closed without any resolution. No one has come at my address to check network.
                        Network is coming as E from last 30 days although I have 3 G network connection. Whenver we move to any other area network comes H or H+.

                        I am not able to use internet in my home area taht vadgaon sheri, pune, MH.

                        I have a vodafone dongle also that also has stopped working since last 30 days.

                        Lodged complaint 2 times, but not resolved. Now i have to go in other operator for dongle.
                        Plesae provide update on this why isue is closed without resolution.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,
                          I Pulak kr Ghosh from west Bengal using a Vodafone prepaid no [protected] of Kolkata Circle from last 4 years.
                          On[protected] I opted for Vodafone Post-paid & the service is activated from the said date,
                          But Unfortunately on[protected] my outgoing calls are blocked without any information.
                          After complaining many times to Customer care & also Nodal officer vide reference nos[protected],[protected],[protected]
                          They are saying my call was blocked due to physical verification.
                          Presently I'm residing in Jalpaiguri, WB, which is about 700kms away from Kolkata, so it is not possible for me to come Kolkata right now.
                          I'm using this Sim from last 4 years, there is no physical verification, so why now ??? & if it is mandatory why you people don't tell me that & give me the post-paid without verification process ???
                          For Harassing ????
                          Or
                          Billing me without any service & earn money by cheating ????
                          I have also requested them that I don't want any credit & I'm ready to pay advance ₹1000 for my ₹500 credit limit,
                          Or
                          I can pay the bill for the 6 days I used the service & resume my prepaid number.
                          Or
                          Do anything & guide me what to do now so that I can make outgoing calls.
                          But they are not likely to help me.
                          I'm Hopeless/ Fade up requesting them.

                          please help me solving my problem.

                                As my STD Offer got expired on 26th October 2015, I received a mail from Vodafone that my pack is going to be expired, so recharge with 14 for the renewal.
                                I had done the recharge even then the pack is not activated.

                                I contacted Customer support and they replied "SORRY, MONEY CANNOT BE REFUND'D"

                                Even a single Penny counts for me. I don't know whether my mail will sort out the problem, but these fraud messages and offers must be condemned.

                                  I clicked on a link I received in my SMS inbox. The message was:
                                  "Dear user download your free content now http://tinyurl.com/pno79lk "

                                  There is no mention of what the link contained. But as soon as I clicked it, I received another SMS saying :

                                  "Hello! bhojpurinama service is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 30 days rental of Rs.50 has been deducted."

                                  Seriously, how is this even legal? Shouldn't Vodafone India be booked for malpractices and false advertising? To top it off, there is no easy way of getting directly in touch with their customer care executives. One can spend hours listening to their IVRS and never get to talk to their customer care executives. This is the low level game Vodafone India is playing. If this isn't checked( and in fact I believe, it has gone unchecked for way too long), this kind of fleecing customers will become the mainstay of such mobile network companies. I hope someone can look into it soon. Or a common man like myself will have to file a PIL soon. Thanks.

                                    I was trying to recharge my number through paytm and by mistake i typed others number and made a recharge of 700 in order to know the process of refund i tried contacting Vodafone customer care number after 10 minutes of struggle i found an option to connect with an agent, when i asked him to speak a bit louder he again put me to an automated IVR for Recharging and Value added services where there was no option to connect with agent so that i can share my problem ...this is pathetic i am a Vodafone user since last 3 years and have paid thousands of rupee to them and hardly connected with any customer support when i needed ...i am gona change my operator ...

                                      Sir/Madam, I recharged my mobile telephone no. [protected] on 28/09/2015 to reduce the call rates as per the vodafone message received at my mobile no. i.e. Rs. 18+7 for the validity of 56 days. I received the confirmation for 28 days validity on the same day but the confirmation for the double validity i could not receive for which i recharged for Rs. 7. I contacted to vodafone customer care for the same and i was assured that the validity will be automatically extended before completion of 28days. Now that validity has not been extended . When i contacted to customer care he suggested me to recharge again which is contrary to their message and assurance. For verification call records with customer care may be referred. I request to refund excess deduction during recent calls and extend validity because i followed the all contents of message and even verified from recharge shop and customer care.

                                        From 12/10/2015 onwards the Vodafone is providing a very low speed and also 2G service though the payment they have taken is for 5GB and 3G service. In spite of writing 8 mails to their appellate.[protected]@vodafone.com, nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com and to their Kolkata customer care, they are not correcting the problem . Only auto generated mail acknowledgements are coming. Also they have written that up to 5th November 2015 the problem will be attended. I have asked them not to charge me for the one month period they are not giving service. They are silent. Actually they have taken advance payment of 8 months from me so I am losing heavily and they do not have any urgency. Number is [protected].

                                        Vodafone has resorted to cheating its customers. Like FDA in the US, strong TRAI intervetion is required otherwise they will not change. They have become shameless.
