Deducted money without my consent

Vodafone dedcuted 145 rs from my phone credits without letting me know. they activated two so called "mobile mela and Super model services". i have not been getting any satisfactory response from vodafone customer support also. i need vodafone to credit back my money. i have read so many complaints from other users also. why nothing has been done against Cheater service providers vodafone?...

Failure of recharge and non refund of amount
