Hi, i am nishu vaid i would like to inform you that the vodafone customer care people made my fool, actually i ve swithched my connection from prepaid to post paid on 24 october, one of the concerned person from vodafone came to my address for collecting the payment of rs. 100 and gave me a receipt in return and then next day morning i ve received one call from one of the agent regarding that one of the agent will come to your address for the verification and so the person came and i gave them the verification, they asked me for the govt. Id and so i gave it, but from last 24 hours i am facing that they have discontinued my prepaid number due to which i am facing so much trouble and they are saying that my verification was cancelled but then again checking with the guy who came for the verification he is saying that verification is positive from his behalf. So please tell me asap, my number is [protected]. From delhi nawada

    We are getting yours service since 2003,
    I had shifted my residence since 2013 From Sector-7B Gandhinagar to SECTOR-2A Gandhinagar.
    And then I was in trouble to getting coverage of yours service at my residence.and another two place were heart of state and city.

      Sir I want to convert my Postpaid into Prepaid Number and have visited the Vodafone store and submit all the formalities and have paid the all pending bill on 03/10/2015 accordig to comapny rules. Now 23 days have gone my sim is still not converted into prepaid bearing Number[protected]. I have visited so many times to the Vodafone store, but no one is listening to my complaint. Please help me in this regard as I have already lost a lot of time. You can also have telephonic conversation on my another number +91-[protected] to listen my problems that i have faced. WITH REGARDS...

        Dear sir, Talk time of amount Rs. 90/- has been deducted from my vodafone account ([protected]) without any reference between 24/10/15 and 25/10/15. On 26/10/15, I spoken to customer care, but all day there was some network problem. So, they were not able to give any feed back. On 27/10/15, when I spoken to customer care executive, he told "It has been deducted for some service activated through clicking link/add". I asked him to stop the same and send me the reference for further refund action. No message received for the deduction reference. But, message for stopping of activated service received. Again spoken to customer care, she told the same. I asked her the refund procedure, as it was not my mistake. She dropped the call, at sudden. It was disgusting behaviour from a customer care executive of a reputed company. Why should I pay the huge amount without any reference or my knowledge? It is requested to action for refund of the same amount to my cell no. Thanking you Prajith Kuzhichal

                Vodafone have activated mobile mela and chak de fatte services on my number ([protected]) and have deducted Rupees 35 from my balance against the same without any request from my side to activate the services. Now I want the company to return the amount as soon as possible.

                Chak de fatte service has been activated while I didn't request for it and 99 rupees balance has been deducted. I want it back as soon as possible. I've deactivated the service already within minutes I received the message about activation

                    I have logged 3 complaints starting form August 15 and till date not received any resolution. I m Paying for 3G services and getting 2G Services. Today, I called Thrice to customer care. first 2 times my call was disconnected by the executive after long hold. They are transferring the calls here and there. 3rd time they have given my last 2 complaint nos. which is[protected], Dated:14-10-15 and[protected] Dated: 26/09/15 has not resolved yet and closed in system without my information. If company is not able to provide the 3G services, then why they are charging for the same. They should charge for 2G services Only. If they have some technical problem, They should inform to customer about the same. Then its customer call whether we use Vodafone service or not. If my complaint will not resolved or any satisfactory resolution will not provided within1 Week time then I will go to consumer Court. Calling on customer care is such a wasting of Time & Money.                       I take this service before 20 days ago. In last week my network is disconnected due to some verification form their side.I don't have any alternate No so anyone get connect to me..I am totally disconnecting with my friends, Family, colleges etc.When I am using live chat with Vodafone It also through an error .I am unable to complaint against this issue.

                        Dear Sir / Madam, Vodafone has billed me for rs. 22, 000.00 for International Roaming, while asking about bifurcation / site wise / second wise details . . .they denied to me and i am sure i have not used anything more than 5-10 MB, but they billed me for 42 MB and during their billing time . . . I was already on another Call . . . So, It's totally unjustifiable and False billing of Vodafone . . . I want Justice against this issue . . . I have raised questions to Vodafone Nodal Dept of Gujarat. but they are not able to help me out after wasting 15 days. . .so i am forced to file complain against them.                           I have visited vodafone store at leela Bhawan, Patiala and asked for prepaid sim for data pack scheme. Vodafone employees named as "KOMAL AND NIDHI" told me that there is a scheme in which only net pack is available on sim and no calling service with monthly charges for unlimited data pack is Rs.199/- and hence monthly bill will be of Rs.199/-.I have taken a postpaid sim and no was [protected]. I have given address proof of my office. Komal and Nidhi told me that the sim will be activated in next 4 hours and monthly rent will be only 199/-. Next day vodafone employees visited my residence for verification of address proof and it did not match.the sim got deactivated.

                          In Next 2-3 days I again visited vodafone Store at Leela Bhawan Patiala and asked that why my sim was deactivated. they told me that the sim was deactivated due to address mismatch and u took a prepaid sim. i have taken a prepaid sim. and asked for the bill amount of post paid sim. Komal and Nidhi ensured me that no bill will be generated for postpaid sim as the sim was not activated and deactivated for mismatch of address proof.

                          After few days, I got a call from vodafone for Bill amount of Rs.663 approximately. I have told him that the sim was deactivated for mismatch of address proof. When I have not used the sim, then how can the bill can be generated for the no [protected]. I with my colleague have also visited vodafone store at Leela Bhawan Patiala on 23.10.2015 at 05:45 P.M. to explain the same thing but Komal and Nidhi misbehaved with us and asked me to pay the bill only. They talked rudely with us and were not ready to listen my complaint. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and resolve the complaint as early as possible as daily calls from Vodafone leads to mental harassment.

                              I am complaining against Vodafone India who are tarnishing the image of Vodafone Worldwide amongst Indian customers through their unethical business practices. You could consult the social media pages and my links to read more about similar complaints against Vodafone. I request for stringent action to be taken against the staff concerned for not doing their job well and expect to be compensated for all the harassment and inconvenience caused to me. Vodafone is dishonest in it's dealings with customers. Over the time there have been lots of instances when they have overcharged customers or forced them to pay for services they have not subscribed to. Vodafone's customer service is misleading and deceptive. Vodafone often charges customers for services that they have not activated even after assurances that they won't. Their customer service representatives as well as the Nodal office mislead customers in believing that their complaints will be addressed. But the complaints are actually never addressed at all or the investigations regarding complaints are left incomplete and unresolved. Every time Vodafone innovates & upgrades it's technology in India, the customers have to suffer as Vodafone simply can't handle the up-gradation smoothly which results in disrupting the services of the numbers of most of their customers but Vodafone masks it's inability to handle upgradation successfully by blaming it on their customers. Vodafone harasses customers even after the customers submit updated documents regularly on their demand. Instead of questioning their staff who do not update information of a customer even after verification of documents, they impulsively disrupt the services and deactivate the numbers of customers when customers request for a proper investigation or a written apology for the inconvenience and harassment caused. This has happened in my case and so many others. In my case my number was deactivated because I insisted on an inquiry to take place regarding the inconvenience and stress caused to me by their Customer Care Team and Noida Vodafone shop. The other alternative I had given them was an apology letter to be sent to me for harassing me beyond comprehension even after my co-operation in submitting updated documents in June 2015. I was even willing to co-.operate again but on the condition that an investigation takes place to know why their staff did not update the information on my account after they had verified my documents on the 3rd of June 2015 which resulted in barring of my calls twice and eventually deactivation of my number. I asked them to restore my services and apologise to me to seek my co-operation in submitting documents for the second time but they refused to apologise or investigate ! Further they did not even let me take my number to another company through mobile number portability. They are too rigid to accept their mistakes and take responsibility for their careless actions. Their staff and customer service representatives are so rude and insensitive. Vodafone as indifferent as it is in it's approach towards customers even allows it's representatives to threaten and harass customers continuously to cover up their lies. As it is in recent times Vodafone Nodal and Appellate seem to be incapable of resolving conflicts fairly and effectively as they blindly support their teams. I had a Right to Investigation of my matter but Vodafone denied me and others that ! I feel it is very important to address our Rights and that too collectively as customers against Vodafone if that is going to make them listen and not take Indian customers for granted ! It is absolutely important that we as customers stand up for our rights as customers when our rights are being abused by companies like Vodafone. We must find a way to protect the rights of customers who are wronged ! Responsibility has to be fixed on them for not doing their job properly or this would be very unfair to any customer dealing with their unpleasantness. The time has arrived that we as customers stand united against such injustice ! United we stand in getting value for our hard earned money...United we stand in ensuring we get good customer service specially in return for our co-operation ! We have a right to be heard irrespective of whether we win or not ! There is One Right for All and None should be discriminated. One has the Right to question and a Right to information. With growing middle class touch 400 million and growing consumerism, Indian and Foreign Companies here need to become responsive to Consumer complaints and grievances. Ignoring such complaints could lead to big financial losses for the company on consumer complaints being upheld by Consumer Courts.

                                  Hi.

                                  As helpless customer with lot of disappointment against Vodafone Customer service and managers Mallesh (Himayat nagar branch) Bindu & Praveen( customer care center-floor managers), I am filing this complaint after 4 months.
                                  I am trying to get my Deposit back from June 1st week and still it is pending and no one is known from Vodafone that where it is pending currently.
                                  None of the manager & Nodal officer is contacting me or reaching to resolve this issue. Please go through below history if any further details required.

                                  > I have paid deposit to get the international roaming in October, 2014
                                  > I have requested deposit back after I return from UK in June, 2015 but Vodafone store, Himayat nagar gave me option that they can adjust in my monthly bills.
                                  > I accepted to adjust it in June 1st week and Himayat nagar branch said that they have raised a request and it will adjusted in my bills, but unfortunately they didn't raise any request for the same.
                                  > As I have an assumption that they deduct the amount from my deposit I haven't paid the bills and later I came to know that they didnt raise any request at all.
                                  > On July 18th suddenly my outgoing calls are aborted due to non payment of bills and after I visited to Himayat nagar office informed me that they haven't raise any request for the same and still my out going connections are cant be retained without paying my bills and they cant help any more on this.
                                  > As I am helpless and need outgoing calls requires immediately I have paid my outgoing bills immediately and asked Himayat nagar (manager Mallesh) to refund my deposit.
                                  > Himayat Nagar branch raised a request[protected] on July 18th, 2015 to refund my money and it supposed resolve by 9th September, 2015.
                                  > Again I visited the Himayat nagar office on 14th September 2015 to get the updates as I haven't received any DD/Cheque.
                                  > The response was poor from Mallesh, manager, Himayat nagar branch saying that he is unaware about the status of the particular Service request.
                                  > Suggestion from him was as a customer I have to come and chase these requests and he can not track all the requests.
                                  > Suggested to check with customer care/Nodal officers if I can.
                                  > After long discussion with him that they have raised a request wrongly and they have corrected it so I can get my money back within 15days.
                                  > Even after no luck and I called customer care continuously to get the updates every day and everyone was gave wrong promises that they can resolve this issue by 48 hrs.
                                  > these are the customer care representatives that I spoke

                                  > Finally I tried to escalate this to Nodal officers, after continuously tried 2days for them I was able to reach them.
                                  > I spoke with mr.Srinivasan (not interested to share his full details) and explained all the issues, he promised me that he will check & get back to me within 30mins on 20th October, 2015 at 4:28 pm.
                                  > No one is helping me to resolve this issue and still I haven't received my money.

                                    Vodafone deducted Rs. 45 by automatically Activating Biscoot Store Pack Service without any information and without my consent. When I enquired with Vodafone Customer Care Operator he refused to refund the deducted amount and asked to Deactivate the service to avoid further Deduction after 15 days of current pack. The Operator insisted that I have clicked some link which activated the pack but I don't remember to have done anything like that. This is a matter of cheat with customers and I expect Vodafone to be ensure such deductions are avoided in future even if this time they can't afford to pay back the irrelevant deducted amount.

                                    Again nearly 30 Rupees deducted for Gaana Khazana Pack without information and confirmation with me. It has become irrelevant to keep balance on Vodafone SIM card. Some strict action has to be taken now !
                                    I also got rs. 45 deducted for Biscoot Store pack.
                                    Then a day later again got Rs. 35 deducted foe activation of some Beauty Fix Service.

                                    Im fed up with Vodafone's service.. which does not match with their brand value..i shall be quitting the service..a lot more companies are available out there who does not deduct money for no reason..what vodafone is doing is clearly a theft of our money.

                                    I recently shifted to Vodafone post-paid service, and they sent me an SMS yesterday night that Biscoot store pack was activated, and they charged 45 Rs for it!! Earlier Airtel used to do such type of cheap tricks, now seems Vodafone is also doing this!!

I came to know that Biscoot Store as well as MASTI pack was activated on my No. & charges for the same was Rs. 45/fortnight & Rs. 90/month. When I informed the CC Exe that I didn't remember activating any such packs, she told that it might have activated while using internet from my mobile. I never use VODAFONE's website from my mobile, then how it can happen! Services of VODAFONE is getting worse day by day. Their Network is unavailable in many places, call drops have become a more than regular affair & now these cheap cheating techniques.
                                    Vodafone is very bad network.. I also got deducted for biscoot store.. I am sure I have not activated that.. Cheating network.. Going to change my number to some other network.. Friends u too teach lesson for them..
                                    Yesterday I received an SMS from Vodafone saying that Biscoot pack is activated for my no. as requested and deducted 45 rs. But I never requested for any such pack. This is cheating and real theft. How a multinational brand can do such cheap tricks to dupe their customers.

                                      Myself is Naveenkumar, Last month I converted my vodafone prepaid number [protected] to postpaid number. Even though I got the sim on September 12th only because of some technical problem I got the network from 23rd only. But when i got the bill for the September to my surprise I was charged from 16th September itself during which time I have not used the sim. I have already faced lot of inconvenience for sim activation and CUG activation for my number. Please take action on Vodafone company. Also the customer representatives are very arrogant. Right from sim activation to the activation of promised services I have faced lot of trouble.
                                      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

This is just about the fraud done by the use of Information through Bill desk and Mpesa . I don't know the actual picture.I request you to check and stop this type of frauds. Details of numbers which are used [protected], [protected]. Transaction id no[protected] of Sbi bank vivek vihar branch. Both numbers are used by wrong identification. I tried to catch this scam but i am not succeed. So, I request you to see this matter because theses type of fraud are increasing day by day.
