SUB: Add Email ID to our Corporate Group NO. [protected]

This issue continues from April 2015. We, Manak Manufacturing, having Corporate Vodafone No. [protected] & [protected], wants to register our Email ID as [protected]@gmail.com.

From April to August, we were trying to get a Corporate Connection. They took 4 months to do this & that to with only 2 numbers in the group. I am unable to Add, Edit, Delete the Plan or Numbers in my Corporate Group as the Email was not registered by them.

Last time, On Spetember 16th, i gone to Vodafone Store at Girish Park. They told me that email will be registered after 24th September. But nothing happened.

After that I gone there several times but nothing happened. I also gone to Park Street Store but they also could not fix the issue.

I had called 198 & 199, used Vodafone App, used the SMS Service for help but they were also unable to rectify my Issue. They told me to write a letter to Vodafone Corporate Department.
I wrote 3 Emails to vodafone Corporate Email help (corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com) regarding the same issue. But they were unable to help.

They don't know "WHO IS MY RELATIONSHIP MANAGER ??"

They dont know "Who is the Person Responsible ?"

If you call 199/198, they will say to use Vodafone App or go to Vadafone Store.
If you use Vodafone App, It shows, "You are under a Special Corporate Connection. Contact Authorized Signatory.
If you go to their Store, They just Email their Superiors and tells it will be done within 2 days. But nothing happens.

Each time I contact them, I hv to write/tell the whole Story again.

I need a Compensation for the amount of my time and energy, vodafone has ruined.

    Hi I have recently moved to Bangalore and I ported my Kerala number to Vodafone Bangalore. Every time when i try to make calls it will take too much time to connect the call and also wherever I am making the calls get drop many times within 1 minute. The situation is same where ever i go whether its office or home. Even though it shows full range the call quality is bad and the call gets drop. In addition to that i am using coperate plan of Rs 666/- which comes with a 3G data package but I had never get a chance to use 3G every time its giving me only 2G

      Dear Team Pls help as i am using vodafone no.([protected]) since last 08 years and never face any kind of tension but two month back i was planing to switched off to other operator due to connectivity and tariff plan, One of vodafone customer executive called me and assured me network problem will be resolve within 7 days and currently my plan was updated by giving me 1GB data extra on my current plan. Recently i got bill that was more than Rs 1000, when called vodafone customer care they told me my internet pack was deactivated, I was really shocked to hear this news that my net pack was deactivated without informed me, I want action about that executive and pls rectify my current bill.         Hii, This is a complaint regarding the irresponsible behaviour of mobile service providing company Vodafone. I would like to inform you that I am using their services from a year around. This time they barred my all outgoing services even after paying my bill on time. when I speak to them at there pratappura (agra) Store, they lodged my complaint and said to me that it will be resolved by half an hour or a maximum of 1 hour. When this does not happened i spoke to their Customer Care number[protected] and again the reply was same to resolve it by half an hour. This was the process i am doing since 3 days (from 19-10-15 to today) and my outgoings are still barred and the replies from their side are still the same that pls wait for half an hour or 1 hour. Besides this, i m also regularly in touch with them via emails (from 18-10-15 to today) and also with their as said higher level the nodal and the appellate. Now from this as said higher level their was a no response behavior towards me after their 1st reply to my mail. That is they are not even replying to my emails now. (I am attaching screenshots herewith). After this behavior when i called on their nodal centre on [protected] from my another number, they again replied to me that your complaint would be resolved by evening and when i told to them that i m regularly visiting your Vodafone store at pratappura agra and they people too are behaving very irresponsible towards my Complaint and are interested in selling me another number of Vodafone ( ki sir chhodo usko ap dusra no lelo, usko bhaad mein jaane do) the nodal officer said to me to again visit the same store and ask the employee to talk to them that also via my another number. I repeated as said by the nodal but not even a single employee or salesman accepted my proposal to talk to the nodal. The employees at that time in the stores were Mr. Pavan Garg and Mr. Abhishek Malhotra. They clearly and boldly refused me to talk to them. When i now call to their customer care they again give same reply that sir wait for 1/2 hour, 1 hour, 3hrs, and 24 hrs. I have talked to many of the customer care executives and their names were Mr Ankit (senior), Mr Sonu, Mr rudra, Mr afzaan and many more. The docket number given to me for Complaints made by me via emails was[protected] and[protected]. The complaint number given to me by customer care was[protected]. They are regularly denying their promises by not unbarring my services. Sir, i am now so much disappointed with the matter that i really something thinks to throw my cell phone over them or to discontinue with my phone.             I have recently received the mobile bill for Sep month of my Vodafone no. [protected] (attached bill). The bill amount is 14036 which is way ahead of my credit limit INR 10, 000. How can a bill be generated than my credit limit because my services were suspended after exceeding the credit limit of INR 10, 000?? Even after contacting Vodafone customer care no resolution has been done till date. Request you to please help and resolve the matter. Regards, Amit Singh

              Dear All, I am not at all happy with the resolution given by you.You have just apologies for the wrong commitment by your staff and not co-operation by your staff.My concern are as below 1.I ported from IDEA to Vodafone for benefit only.My vodafone connection was active for 20 days and suddenly discontinue without informing to us.I checked your system that you have not suspended my number but suddenly discontinue.Why after 20 days? the verification took 20 days? You store manager Mrs.Alfiya at Bopal not taken complain and not provided any mail ID for complain..She has not given her visiting card and email id also.she said we are not provided visiting card...Is this right or wrong? 2. My no, deactivated on 16th of Oct evening, I called to call centre and they told to visit nearest store and timing was 9 am to 7 pm..I reached at 9 am to store but they not allowed me to enter.they allowed me at 10 am only..why such miscommunication...You have recorded this script..Pls check at your end the timing given by your call center. 3.I asked to bopal store for complain register but she has not given, I asked for the complain mail ID but she has not given...As per TRAI, every store has to keep complain register and also display the complain email ID hierarchy.But it was not not found..She told that if you sit whole day here, your problem will not resolve from here. 4.Your store manager told to bring school letter and authorised signatory to activate urgent..I called to authorise person from school and he came from 23 kms with letter and stamp but they refused that it will not be done from here..Than why he told to call authorised signatory from school. 5.I shfted from IDEA to Vodafone for benefit.the initial plan was of rent Rs.26 per month but now they told that you have to take in individual name and rent is Rs.149 per month.Is your staff were not aware? Why they commited ? It is clear loss to me as I can not move to IDEA now..This is clear cheating to us...I want action and I will file a suit against you in Consumer forum and TRAI. 5.You Maninagar Store manager was not aware about this plan and procedure and because of that i suffered a lot mentally and monetary.I gave news papers advertisement on Sunday with my number but no was not active, it was loss to me..Same situaltion I explained to Bopal Store manager and Mr.Jaimin Pandya ( [protected] ) and he told that I will not activate this no.till monday and I will harass you..Do whatever you want.This is the reply from your staff. 6.Your Staff has GOA contest and they are sort of 40 connection for this contest and they took our connection by giving wrong commitment to qualify the contest..because of them we suffered lot and harassed mentally. 7.I was told by Mr.Jaimin Pandya ( [protected] ) and Bopal store manager that your no. will activated by monday 12 o'clock...The no. was not activated..Again i called for acticvation..He told that will activated by today EOD..Not activated..Again I called and he said it will activated by Tuesday 11 oclock..Again not activated..Again I called him and shouted on him and he told that now I will not activate your number and I will harass you. 8.Your Bopal store is not following TRAI guidelines. What is the resolution for above matter ?..Apologies for staff is not resolution..You are protecting your staff.. Pls Reply from responsible person.What is about my loss?                 My Vodafone no. [protected]. On 18.10.2015 the Namkeen Pack is activated in this number without my permission & deducet Rs-25/- till date with per day Rs.5/-. I am not sibscribe this VAS Service. This robbery should be stop & arrange to return the deducted amount immidiately. I have alredy sent 3 massage for stop this pack. But no result found. Please look into this unwanted service pack.

                Today 35 rupees got deducted from my mobile number without my permission a namkeen pack automatically subscribed while surfing.
                Please refund my amount back. This is not the way to loot your customers. If you do so then we will need to swith to some other mobile operator.

                  For my postpaid # [protected], I had closed all the voice and data plans on 28.09.15 at Chakala (JB Nagar) store and had placed request for activation of new voice plan with Rs 99 rental per month. This was confirmed by Vodafone vide ref #[protected] and[protected] dated 28.09.15. Surprisingly, my bill dated 7 Oct 15 has come with all old tariff plans which have already been closed. I have written to corporate assist and Appellate Desk on 10.10.15, 16.10.15 and 21.10.15 but of no avail. Vodafone is deliberately causing inconvenience to consumers, harassing them, causing mental agony and looting subscribers for none of their fault.                     I am using Vodafone postpaid mobile number since Feb 2015 of corporate monthly rental plan of Rs. 199 in which I was getting 300 local and 300 STD minutes. In the month of June, I added a internet plan of Rs. 250 in which I got 1 GB 3G internet data and made continue in month of July. In first week of July, I got a call from Vodafone to change this plan to Rs. 299 internet data pack from next month. On 31st of July I deactivated my internet data plan of Rs. 250 and also told that the plan of Rs. 299 would be activated from 1st of August. Their customer care executive assured me that the data pack would not be activated. On 10th of August, I requested to change my tariff plan of Rs. 199 to Rs. 699, in which I would get 1500 local and STD minutes. They changed my plan and send me a message of changed plan. But in next month i.e. in September, bill generated according the tariff plan of Rs. 199 and data pack of Rs. 299. The service registration number was [protected] and [protected] registered on 10th August 2015. On 8 September, when I talked to their senior executive they accepted their mistake and gave me a wavier of Rs. 500. And I requested to change my plan into Rs. 699 tariff plan of 1500 local + Std minutes and 1GB 3G data plan. But they denied that this plan is not available in market and offered me another plan of Rs. 499 in which I would get 1500 local + STD minutes and 1GB 3G data as they said. I told him that if I take this wavier then the internet data plan of Rs. 299 can come in my next month bill. But they assured me no, it would not come in next month. But in next month i.e. in October I got a bill of Rs. 2289 which includes a tariff plan of Rs. 499 of local calls only, internet data plan of Rs. 299, a service of Glamour zone that I had not activated, late charges of Rs. 100, since the Vodafone site was under maintenance from 19th Sept to 24th Sept 2015. When I call to customer care to tell my problem, sometimes they(customer care representatives, one name is gaurav) reject my call.

                      I, Raj Kumar Kaushal holder of Vodafone prepaid Number [protected], residing at New Delhi facing the following problems/grievances. 1. Rs.90/- deducted from my balance without any intimation on 20.10.2015 night. 2. I have tried to contact the customer care officer on 21.10.15 morning many times. But no response was paid to me. 3.Rs.90 deducted from my balance has to be refunded to my balance immediately. or otherwise, I left no other chance except to approach the consumer court for redressal. 4.Apart from the above, I am facing call drops frequently.,

                        Today i received an sms from vodafone that recharge with 67 and get 69 balance offer vaild till 21 october and i do recharge with 67 but balance received 55 only. After 2 hours i called to vodafone 198 number and asked about the same but executive said that this type offer not for your number. I think vodafone send fake massage and fake offers.

                          Hello, This is regarding my data card number [protected], which i requested to deactivate on 14Sep2015 (request no:[protected] immediately after payment of my outstanding bill of Rs 513/- for August month but till today they had not deactivated this number and i received outstanding bill amount of 513/- again for the month of Sep 2015. I have not used this data card since last 5 months, though i cleared my all outstanding bils till August month. I'm already using another Vodafone number for calling purpose under corporate plan since 2.4 years and I availed this data card under the same. Now I'm not going to pay any more unutilised data card bills and I'll forward my request to Mumbai Vodafon Mobile Nodal Officer, "Rashna N" If this is not resolved. I raised a new request[protected]. Kindly look into it.

                              This is related to my vodafone postpaid connection which unnecessarily exceed amount everymonth. They have activated unnecessary 3g services MI_C_V_250_30d_R1GB_FU_3G on my number and charges wrongly for my internet bills. Customer care has no sense of speaking and pisses you off while taking. They have also previously charged me wrong amount .

                                My cell phone is stolen on[protected] at around 10:50am with a SIM card issued by Vodafone IN. My contact number of the stolen SIM is +91 [protected]. Please block the SIM as early as possible to prevent any type o[censored]nauthorized usage using the same. A complain (general diary) was lodged at Sealdah police station. Please take necessary actions asap.

Lastly willingly or unwillingly I had to write to the highest authority of Vodafone, India. I am a prepaid customer of Vodafone, West Bengal Circle. My Vodafone no: [protected]. Last day I made a recharge of amount Rs 848/= at around 10.05 PM in night. As per the best offer from Vodafone this is a double data pack offer - I should get 5 gb 3G data (normal) + additional 5 gb 3G data (as double data offer) = 10 gb 3G data to my vodafone account. I received a sms from Vodafone that my new data pack will remain effective upto 15th November (the screen shot of sms and recharge bill are attached herewith). But surprisingly I noted that that every-time I remained unsuccessful in viewing my 3G data amount by data balance check USSD. (*111*6*2#). So, I contacted the customer-care service desk of your house. Not going into detail anymore, I can say, in brief, that I contacted them four times...but a single time I could not find that they could tell me "whether the double amount data has been credited to my account or not" Even they failed to give me any update about the 3G data remained in my account. This is totally an unfair policy. Now if anybody tells me :"you have consumed the total data or any huge amount like 5gb in a few hours"...how I will believe? This story I will also post in other social sites. What is more funny ..today in the morning the senior supervisor Mr Satyam Hossain told me that it will take 48 hours to resolve the issue with the complaint no [protected]. I became quite surprised and told him .."Now I have to contact the highest authority"...he just showed his don't care attitude. Even he personally contacted me from some other phone ..which is totally unprofessional. Is it your world class service? Even your subordinate employee does not have any minimum respect for the highest authority. Hope you will consider the event with utmost importance. I am not blaming Vodafone, but blaming the inefficiency of your employees. They should mind it that customers are stake holders of any company, if they remain happy ..business-house will meet good experience - I think it is the simplest strategy for any successful business growth, a basic truth.                                     I have been getting my monthly mobile bill of almost in 3000 to 4500 rupees, where in I have not used my internet, the same case happened in last month and when I contacted your customer care than the internet charges are waived off but same has been repeating over and again, in this month also I have levied internet charges of 3500 rupees .

                                    Please look into this and resolve the issue, below mentioned is my customer request number for last 2 months .
                                    1.[protected] on 14th Aug 2015 .
                                    2.[protected] on 8th Sep 2015 .

                                    Customer care executives are very poor .

                                    Now they have blocked my number and also sent me a bill of 11000 .

                                    please help help as i have only 1 number which is blocked .

                                    This is a real harassment of consumers .

[protected] but in this no. they taken ISD message charge in last 3 months while in which they have taken charge that no.is also vodafone local no. and that is [protected], this is also mine. wile I made complaint on appellate authority executive told you charged correctly and not given waiver for this.                                         Vodafone charged me the wrong charges on the internet usages. either they have made the source to earn the income by giving fake information to customers. I have 500MB data plan and i usually send message to check the data usages. on 29th Sept i got the message that i have used the 80% of the total usages. but when i received the bill vodafone started charging me from 22nd September for the over Usages. my monthly bills always cones in between 450-550 but this time i got bill of 1453.09. when i called to vodafone customer care.. they are like helpless they dont have answer on that. and everytime they used to raise new complain and say that i will get the call but i never got the call. but i get message that vodafone unable to reach me on phone. i think vodafone has startednew business to harasse the customers and charge wrongly to earn more money.
