Today evening (24/10/2015) I have recharged for 1GB 3G with Rs. 248/-. I have all the details in my internet banking transaction. But Vodafone Customer Care is saying that details are not present in their system. I am very sad to see such low quality services from Vodafone. Please rectify it as soon as possible. I know for some bad employees specially in northeast the image of these good companies get affected. So please don't ruin the image of the company while you guys are representing northeast. I might have lost rs. 248. But I will make sure all my friends move to airtel with MNP if you don't rectify it. I have plenty of time. I know, for people like you customer satisfaction does not matter. So why should we also continue with your services. If you are not able to give good service atleast don't rob us. Fraudulent company behavior won't be tolerated.

    Vodafone no- [protected] (postpaid)
    We had taken plan of approximate Rs 450 which included free seconds(STD) and internet usage (unlimited). We degraded the plan and got deactivated our internet plan, our monthly bill came Rs 1500 instead of normal Rs 800-900.

    Vodafone has blocked our outgoing calls which is affecting our daily lives.
    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Vodafone executive told bill was due to Internet usage. But we had disabled the Internet services.
    So how can the bill be charged.

    They also refused to correct the bill amount.

    The date for paying the bills is nearing and there is no action taken from Vodafone.

    The bill has not been reduced.
    Kindly help.
    Vodafone executive called to notify able their scheme of giving voda-voda free second. But still they haven't taken action by allowing outgoing calls.
    Please help

        Hi

        I Have Post paid card for two years now.

        1) Call Drops due network.
        2) No Internet due to network
        3) Data card shows error code.
        4) No Sensible Answers from Vodafone .

        Most Ridiculous with pathetic services.

        Never go with Vodafone, we go on pay heavy bills with no services .

          Hi Team, I am tarun panchal from kota, rajasthan. i got mail from [protected]@gmail.com to conduct interview. They conducted interview at ITI Amreli on 12 June 2015. After that he got mail that he is selected & asked to credit Rs.2000 as security deposit to Mr. Kirpal Singh account number & he did. Then he got mail to appear Delhi for Document verification on 6 July 2015. He is thinking to go there, but I have doubt that it is fraud job offer. Could please help me identify if it is fraud or not. Please revert me if you need any more information. Looking forward for your reply. Thanks, tarun panchal

            Two months back my monthly rental is increased without my knowledge and when i lodged complaint against it but from vodafone the given complaint is dropped that too without informing me. Regarding this issue again i have raised complaint but no any proper response from vodafone.

              I recieved a call from vodafone on my vodafone no telling me about a scheme in which i can buy a maxx mobile phone which is about to launch in market of [protected]@50% off. I.e @3500. I placed the order. I recieved the delivery of order in a hour . I paid the money aftet checking the bill which has all the return policy including cashback was written. I checked the phone. It was not at all like the features were told. I had a option for replacement where I can choose any other phone of any company under [protected]@50% off and above [protected]@30%off . So i called them next day and told that i want a partucular phone which was of 10000. They very nucely told me. Okay mam we will deliver but as today is dusherra . And its been 2 days vodafone is ignoring my calls. I have too nons both of them are either not picking up slamming the phone on my face. These are the no s

                Vodafone dedcuted 145 rs from my phone credits without letting me know. they activated two so called "mobile mela and Super model services". i have not been getting any satisfactory response from vodafone customer support also. i need vodafone to credit back my money. i have read so many complaints from other users also. why nothing has been done against Cheater service providers vodafone?

                  Dear sir, I have purchased 30 Rupees Recharge card, while scratching PIN no. was damaged. i contacted to customer care Vodafone executive advised me to visit nearest store to solve the problem. when visit the store the executive told the we cannot do any thing call to customer care again and return the card to dealer when you purchased. Dealer not taking back. kindly look into this matter, proved me the pin RC which i have purchased.

                    I have done three recharges for my daughters mobile no [protected] for rs 297 vide order no [protected] on 26/09/2015 and for Rs 77 vide order no [protected] on 25/09/2015 and Rs 297 vide order no [protected] for Rs 297 on 25/09/2015 .

                    For all three orders amount was deducted from my sbi netbanking account. but not rechargesd.

                    My daughter has contacted vodofone customer care and they said that paytm recharges are not taking effect in delhi area and asked us to get refund from vodaphone/paytm

                      Hi, I have been using vodafone services since past 8 years in mumbai circle. Recently, I got re located to chennai. Here the customer support executives are reluctant to communicate in any language other than tamil. How is one supposed to make use of VAS. Please, I urge you to take this matter as priority since, every non tamilian person is suffering. Why people in Tamil Nadu are so adamant.

Yesterday evening (23/10/2015) an message appeared on my phone ([protected]) that your call duration 1min 42 sec charges are 90 Rs. I called customer care twice and they said our computer is showing you did international call. Sir/ madam I didn't call any ISD call and they are saying u did ISD call. They denied to return money.                                 2015 the Namkeen Pack is activated in this number without my permission & deducet Rs-25/- till date with per day Rs.5/-. I am not sibscribe this VAS Service. This robbery should be stop & arrange to return the deducted amount immidiately. I have alredy sent 3 massage for stop this pack. But no result found. Please look into this unwanted service pack.

                                Same thing happened to me. When called up customer care, even they says this pack gets activated if you surf on internet. But this is robbery. Rs.35 already charged.
                                My Vodafone number is [protected] and just before I got a text that a pack named 'Namkeen pack' is activated to my number and it will cost amount of Rs.35.00. I have not requested for activation of any pack even I don't know what the hell this pack is. So kindly deactivate this pack and don't charge for this. It is really the worst way to fool your customers or having a financial fraud. Plzzz deactivate on urgent basis and don't charge or I will discontinue my connection...

                                I bought a Vodafone WiFi connection from the Vodafone store at Moulali, Kolkata. I was asked to pay Rs 3450 and told that this included three months rental and the price of the WiFi device. I was also told that the plan includes 7gb 3G data each month. I was given a printed sheet which had the details of the plan. That too mentioned 7gb. But I am getting only 5gb. The customer care says the plan shows 5gb. There is no 7gb plan. I want to know why I was cheated.

                                Recently am changed my Another network to Vodafone network. i have lot of complaints for yours Network. Call Noise issue, Automatically Namkeen Pack is activated for my number without my permission & deduct Rs-45/- am try to make Enquirer with Vodafone Customer care but no one pickup my call.                                 my complaint is regarding an VAS of vodafone which has been activated on my no. Without any request and information and chrged rs.70 in one week.so my request is to please stop this service and refund my amount.

                                  I have converted my plan from prepaid to postpaid connection 1 month ago . I have submitted all relevant documents required . My home address verification was also completed still my service was deactivated without informing me any reason. When I queried I was told that verification was negative . While transferring to postpaid I had given my recent address and proof of same and verification was also done on same address . But now person in charge is telling me the old address (3 yrs back one ) which was given at time when I took my prepaid connection was verified which obviously turned negative . This is entirely mismanagement from Vodafone side, never expected such silly mistake for which I am suffering and my connection has been deactivated from last 7 days . And in top nobody is listening when I call up . Is this what is called best service from Vodafone ? This fault is entirely from Vodafone side for which they should come up with solution to resolve the problem rather than advising me to go through entire process again and reapply all document once again traveling to Vodafone office . When you need new customer you come to us but this is service what we get . Last entire week I am trying every number and nobody is paying any heed . I am really disappointed with Vodafone

My calling plan get s changed immediately and the net plan does not get started as discussed with the vodafone representative. Then the I get a shock to see a bill of 4000.00 rs as against of Rs.1200 which I use to get normally for every month with a plan of 899.00. since then I have calling vodaphone for sorting this issue but in vain every time I am been promised that I will get the net cahrges waiver and a modified bill will be submitted . And every week - 10 days the out goin gets stopped then I discuss the matter with one of the representative they taake the complaint will get back in some time with the details and the amount to be paid but nothing happens, they active the oput going calls and again the same thing repeats in 10 days. request you to kindly look into this matter send me a proper updated / modified bill with proper charegs . ' Also have requested your person to stop the internet with immediate effect as there is a lot of charges refelected in the current bill as well though I am not using as much.                                         Complaint No:[protected] My No. is [protected].The bill generated is for the bill cycle 18th Sep'15 to 17th Oct'15 and it charges me 2629!!! My outgoing has been stopped.When called up the helpline I was told that I have crossed Credit Limit and will have to pay 80 % of the bill after which my rental will be debited every month with the bill rate.Now I have received a bill saying I have consumed 1GB of Data and have charged me this huge amount. Need an Explanation to it and ofcourse the solution.I am not going to pay this amount as I have not utilized this Data. Doubt: How come I used exact 1 GB of Data nothing less nothing more???? I need the solution EOD else will have no option than to escalate it and take to consumer court
