Full balance not received as per recived offer sms

Today i received an sms from vodafone that recharge with 67 and get 69 balance offer vaild till 21 october and i do recharge with 67 but balance received 55 only. After 2 hours i called to vodafone 198 number and asked about the same but executive said that this type offer not for your number. I think vodafone send fake massage and fake offers....

Unfair internet charges

Wrong Billing on internet usages
