    We were on a INTL and for safety we activated for emergency only. Upon return to India we found out that our connection ( Relationship No.[protected] was charged for MMS that we did not make ! Bill of 10379.80 INR. Complaint[protected] was registered at their call centre. Tweets & Emails not responded to. Please help.

    We have been sending mailing To Vodafone to look into the depth of the inflated bill since 6th Sept but they don't seem to go into the depth of the issue explained but just look at the bill and state you have used the services and make payments. Inspite of escalating there is no ownership to resolve the matter.No one goes to the what has happen due to Vodafone system error and cheat customer.
    Vodafone is poor services. .. They have even activated a USA pack without my consent or confirmation and this I have a written communication of this pack been activated. Again after charging an inflated bill for their system error they have activated another pack. This is how they cheat n over charge the customers. .. STOP CHEATING AND HARRESING CUSTOMER. Be a genuine service provider or you will loose customers

      My data pack has been exhausted so I have activated add on pack of "Rs. 450" which contains 3G service of 2GB data, I received OTP for confirmation to my mobile and received a message it will activate within 24 hrs. but still didn't get any confirmation message to my mobile stating it has been activated but instead my data pack has been charged 4p/10kps.

        I recharged an amt of Rs.99 in my Vodafone mobile number on 17.10.2015.But I was shocked to know that out of Rs.99.00, the access fee of Rs.86.84 was deducted towards access fees.Following is the message I received after recharge, along with a service tax of Rs.12.16.The balance that I got is almost nil.I felt like a fool.My hard earned money was gulped by paytm n I got nothing out of it.If I only had to lose my money why would I recharge through paytm. I want dis amount to be reversed back in my bank account.Or I will escalate this matter to the core.N will post everything on social media. You guys are cheats and eat people's money and fool them.

          I am using Vodafone services since 3-4 years and my number is [protected]. I have been complaining about getting marketing calls and messages from last 6-7 months also made several complaints by calling customer care, visited store but of no use..these representative always makes false promises that this issue vll be rectified but of no use..I have always paid my monthly bills however last month I paid 1000 INR where as my bill was 1166 INR..for Rs, 166 my outgoing was barred. I contcated customer service to get my out going released the manager whom I spoke was rude and asked me pay the balance to get my out going calls released.. Also when I informed him that DNC issues has not been solved he said he is going to take request again..I am sick & tired of false promises made by these people..Couple of times I have over paid the bill to make sure I won't be past due on bills & when this time i made Rs.166 less payment they don't respect.. Kindly help me to get rid of these DNC issue.

            I have made online payment of rs. 1400 rs using quick pay option on vodafone website, www.vodafone.in. Due to some error the transaction was declined but the amount was debited to my bank account. I have registered a complaint with their customer service department on 198. But never recieved any complaint reference number for the same. Even my emails to apellate authority and nodal authority has no response. They are not ready to accept written complaints. Since 12 th september I have been following continuous. Till date I have not recieved any resolution nor refund.

Again I called a customer care for an issue he told me to wait for some hours even though it doesn't work for me. After not getting activated any plan I requested for rs 650 add-on plan of 3gb data. Which was also not got started. On second day when I checked my active data service it was shown that I have 6gb 3g data. Which was before 3 days of my bill generation date. Even though confirmation from your customer care representative all three plan got activated. Also one of you customer care executive told me that it will automatically get deactivate on my bill cycle but pack is still active. I want to waiver all that data charges which are shown in my bill. And also my number got barred due to non payment of my previous subscriber. I paid the bill and went to Vodafone store to activate my services. He said within 4hrs my services got activated. After 4 hrs it wasn't enabled. When I went again to Vodafone store. They said they made mistake in sending mail two days my number was barred because of your issue. When I told about my second issue mentioned above they gave me this corporate email id and send mail to waiver my amount. All your customer care executives are saying different things. I am very much frustrated with your services. Within 2-3 months faced only barring of my services on every week. Either my bill not get weiver and my services got interrupt due to reaching credit limit because of that 3 gprs pack, now time I will definitely take a legal actions. I need solution asap.               I am getting messages from Vodafone for paying remaining bill. As no response from your side since four days and no help from your Vodafone store I am not going to pay any bill of my numbers now onwards till the matter is not getting solved.

                I registered my complaint with vodofone on 01/10/2015.was told will get a call back from the manager within 48 hrs.however i didnt Everytime i call . I have to repeat the same issue inspite of registering my complaint. When asked for a manager. I was transfered to customer service again . Finally got connected to the manager . Who was of no help and refused to even listen

                  Sir/madam Today morning i recharged with 14rupees. I thought sevice will activate with in 10mins. And i called after half an hour to customer care. They said the services will take 4hours. after 8hours i called again .they said it activated. But now i called to one of my friend. The call rate is 1rupee for min charged. Upto now 15 hours completed. I am very upset of this type of service. And who will response of my lost for call rate of 1ruppee for min. Totally i lost 21rupees of your poor and lie words. I am using vodafone network from last 7 years. But i am very unhappy. Why u people are unable to connect call. I need my service as soon as possible. And you have to pay my lost balance.                         Respected sir my mobile no. [protected] is which was stopped on 08 oct 15 without my knowledge. and the same day i had recharged for rs 24 and rs 99 for which the benefit was for one week. due to my busy schedule i went to vodafone store on 15 oct 15 to know the reason for disconnection and continuation of service again . as the information i got they told me that somebody, i donot know, had requested to stop the sim saying as mobile missing. sir my question is that how can they stop the service without proper verification. when i talked the customer care exe they didnot give me satisfied reply nd they are also not ready to give me the balance which was only for one week. plz look into the matter sir.

                          As per the Vodafone iphone 6 scheme I had purchased an iphone from Croma store in Mulund. The transaction date was on 14.03.2015 through HDFC Credit card which was a partner bank. The charge slip clearly mentions an amount of Rs.9333/- as cash back to be received after 90 days. However, this has not been received yet. After followups with HDFC Bank I have been intimated that since the phone was not used on Vodafone number, cash back cannot be given. Contention here is that if there was a precondition to use the Vodafone number on iphone this should have been informed during the transaction. Had this been known, I would have continued to use Vodafone number on iphone purchased and not on the other number. This is an incidence of cheating the customer by not providing complete information on hidden conditions.

                            I had a very bad experience ever at Kalyani Nagar, Pune Vodafone Store. I made a request for inter state vodafone portability from Gujarat circle To Maharashtra Circle on my no [protected]. I completed entire process, submitted all required documents and was told that it will get done within a week. Where as Ms. Shruti ( A store executive ) lost my form and all documents in first attempt. In second attempt, she forgot to register my port in code in their system. They made me visit the store 10 times unnecessarily and this has been in continuation since past 60 days. Really pathetic service I have ever experienced from any network provider

                              Dear Sir, I request Vodafone to deactivate my Postpaid SIM card [protected] in 28th August, 2015 Request No is[protected]. I was informed it will be deactivated on 5th of September. To ensure it, i request the status of my Deactivation. I was informed by a customer care that your previous request is invalid so once again the request is raised on the same day so that it will be deactivated by 12th of September 2015. But my connection is not deactivated after that also. So i raised a complaint No.[protected]. I was informed it will be deactivated. But still no deactivation is made. i'm getting cheated by this company by charging unnecessary rentals on me. I'm Frustrated & Tired.                                   After my continuous 7 call to customer care (to 198 @ 8:41 PM to 9:44 PM dated 15 oct 2015)and explaining on every call for 10-25 mins all says they transfer the line to retention team and after waiting for 15 min it finally disconnect .
                                  Following are the serious of problem faced by me:
                                  1. I was getting higher bill every months so i visited their office at JMD Gurgaon to change my plan, the agent refused to do so as its 17th of the month and told me to come on 10th of next month
                                  2. Next moth when i visited on 10th they say your bill is not generated come on 14th and when i visited on 14th - i decided to do the porting to new network but again they say that some one misguided you we apologise, please come on next month 10th we will do it and parallel to this they also give request to change you plan into 199 so in case if company charge for full month for poarting it will be less price to you (again one more lie it is always charge as pro data).
                                  3.Finally when i decided to change my network and given the request for porting on 15th Sep-2015 morning, i got the call from Retention Team and given me the plan 999 Fully Loaded plan and i agreed with this plan.
                                  4.Is that was the solution BIG NO the company just waited for a 10th and again changed my plan on 10-oct-2015 to 199 without any request after 15 sep-2015.
                                  6. then again afer so long calls 0n 12th and 48 mins call on 13th oct-2015. checking the fact they agreed and changed my plan from 199 to 999 fully loaded plan which was confirmed by SMS at 7:44 PM, 13 oct 2015.
                                  7. But still Persecution/Harassment is continued re again 15 oct i got the sms that your plan is changed into 199 and when i called their customer care after my continuous 7 call to customer care (to 198 @ 8:41 PM to 9:44 PM dated 15 oct 2015)and explaining on every call for 10-25 mins all says they transfer the line to retention team and after waiting for 15 min it finally disconnect.
                                  What should i do i don't know...i can't change my no. and bill are very high

But me call center me conform kiya ki hooga ki nahi to unone kaha ki prepaid me mile ga. But jub mene port ke liye no. Beja to mera mnp ka no. Ki request blcok kar dii fir vodafne se call back aaya n meri requist accept kar di but fir se unone call kiya ki aap ko apke no.                                         Vodafone india has activated Mobile Mela Service without my consent and deducted Rs. 35. This is not a mistake of my side. Neither I requested nor I am interested about such services.Therefore I request you to take necessary step to credit my amount at the earliest. A photo of money deduction message has been attached.
