Vodafone charged me the wrong charges on the internet usages. either they have made the source to earn the income by giving fake information to customers. I have 500MB data plan and i usually send message to check the data usages. on 29th Sept i got the message that i have used the 80% of the total usages. but when i received the bill vodafone started charging me from 22nd September for the over Usages. my monthly bills always cones in between 450-550 but this time i got bill of 1453.09. when i called to vodafone customer care.. they are like helpless they dont have answer on that. and everytime they used to raise new complain and say that i will get the call but i never got the call. but i get message that vodafone unable to reach me on phone. i think vodafone has startednew business to harasse the customers and charge wrongly to earn more money.

        To, The vodafone team. I am a post paid customer of Vodafone for the last 14 years, since it was called Orange.My number is [protected] Recently I had a name change done for this number from my father to me (change of ownership) since this was an add on sim card to his sim card, although I have been using and paying the bills on this number all these years. Unfortunately for me you have a policy to treat this as a new connection(had almost a 35000 rupee credit limit earlier), if there is a change of ownership. I have been trying to activate a Caller identification service on my sim card since yesterday.Although this service should be a basic service and already active on my sim..for some reason it is inactive. I have sent the sms ACT CLIP to 199 at least 8 times yesterday and been told that "we are unable to process the request" via SMS.I have made at least 10 calls to the vodafone call centre on [protected] to resolve this issue. I cannot have "Unknown: displayed on my phone everytime I get an incoming call. Repeated calls to your call center have been a complete waste of time. Your call center a employees are completely incompetent and some of them are even rude.They have given me conflicting information repeatedly.Right from telling me the service is already active to telling me it will be active in 10 minutes to an hour or asking me to restart my Phone.The latest information given to me is that the service is deactivated and will be activated soon since the technical team is working on it. I asked several times to speak to a supervisor but the call was either cut or I was put on indefinite hold. I am now frustrated and feel very harassed by your company.I think you dont care about your customers..even the old ones. I have even left feedback on your website and also written an email to you with the same issue...The amount of time I have wasted and the harassment caused by you is just unbelievable..Clearly this is a problem from your end and you are unable to resolve it due to your incompetence and probably because you just dont care. At this point I doubt you can resolve this issue.

          I have recharged the 3g pack in my mobile, but i am getting the 2g access in my mobile and very less access to 3g. They have installed 3g in very less place. Why the vodafone is making fool to customer that they are providing 3g access in mobile.It is waist of money.In bangalore vodafone have very less 3g access, please beware and don't activate 3g plan in your mobile.

            I did take MNP from Idea to Vodafone, and it's been more than a week that my connection isnt working. Vodafone issue me MNP SIM twice but it's not yet activated and No network is received, have made few calls registered complaint but no action has been taken and every call ends in a promise for activation will happen in 1-2 hours. I believe something is done to activate Vodafone network reception on this no so that tele-verifation could be done. i am afraid i am so regretting my decision right now for choosing Vodafone and porting it from Idea to it. will await prompt response to resolve this issue.

              Dear Sir I got a new Vodafone mobile data connection on 10th of July 2015 with no [protected] and the plan agreed was 2 GB 3 G Data for 30 days with fixed amount of Rs 450/-. The first month bill for the period of 28 June to 27 July 2015 of Rs 513/- under the agreed plan was duly paid before the last paying date. The second month bill for the period of 28 July 2015 to 27 august 2015 of Rs 1785.86/- received on 2nd September 2015 was prepared under the plan 12 GB 3 G data for 30 days, with fixed amount 1599/-. However this new plan was never agreed earlier or requested. On registering the complaint with Vodafone service center, the charges were reverted back to Rs 475.86/-. However I was still not satisfied with the postpaid arrangement and visited the Vodafone main office in sector Noida on 2/09/2015 and requested the desk in charge to either cancel or make the connection pre-paid. Shockingly they asked me to first deposit Rs 12032/- as outstanding unpaid bill or wait till the billing last date i.e.[protected] or convert the plan to 1 GB 3G data with fixed amount of Rs 250/- it was also suggested not use internet during this period. Again an online complaint was made on 14th September 2015 to clarify about the unbilled amount of Rs 12032/-. The reply from Vodafone was to wait till the 28 Sep 2015. The fin al bill was prepared, after 7th October, 2015 and was handed to us on 12 October 2015. The billed amount was Rs 7261/- under the plan 2 GB 3 G data. We again lodged an complain to Vodafone customer care, against this absurd amount. During this entire period we have never used the service as suggested by Vodafone and mostly it was kept switched off. Vodafone replied back to us with total internet usage figure of 5 GB. The total usage shown in the device itself as follows :- 8th September, 2015 to 7th October, 2015 :- 35.6 MB 8th August, 2015 to 7th September, 2015 :- 2.32 GB 8th July, 2015 to 7th August, 2015 :- 484 MB Approximate total usage :- 2.9 GB Our experience with Vodafone is nothing but a complete harassment. Until and unless Vodafone provides enough justification we are refraining from paying this absurd amount. Kindly consider our plea. Thanks and Regards Colonel S.K Gour

                Its been more than on month i am struggling with the wave-off of the wrongfully charged amount for the month of May, June, July and August at the rate of 850 per month which comes around 3400 rupees. Even the senior executive of vodafone kolkata Named Divya Hans (Divya.[protected]@vodafone.com) and Janfefar (Janfefar.[protected]@vodafone.com) is aware of this issue, i have mailed them multiple times but they are not responding properly. I am using vodafone since 2010 but didn't faced this type of nuisance. They are cheating with dependable customers.

                      We have been sending mailing To Vodafone to look into the depth of the inflated bill since 6th Sept but they don't seem to go into the depth of the issue explained but just look at the bill and state you have used the services and make payments. Inspite of escalating there is no ownership to resolve the matter.No one goes to the what has happen due to Vodafone system error and cheat customer.
                      Vodafone is poor services. .. They have even activated a USA pack without my consent or confirmation and this I have a written communication of this pack been activated. Again after charging an inflated bill for their system error they have activated another pack. This is how they cheat n over charge the customers. .. STOP CHEATING AND HARRESING CUSTOMER. Be a genuine service provider or you will loose customers

                        My data pack has been exhausted so I have activated add on pack of "Rs. 450" which contains 3G service of 2GB data, I received OTP for confirmation to my mobile and received a message it will activate within 24 hrs. but still didn't get any confirmation message to my mobile stating it has been activated but instead my data pack has been charged 4p/10kps.

                          I recharged an amt of Rs.99 in my Vodafone mobile number on 17.10.2015.But I was shocked to know that out of Rs.99.00, the access fee of Rs.86.84 was deducted towards access fees.Following is the message I received after recharge, along with a service tax of Rs.12.16.The balance that I got is almost nil.I felt like a fool.My hard earned money was gulped by paytm n I got nothing out of it.If I only had to lose my money why would I recharge through paytm. I want dis amount to be reversed back in my bank account.Or I will escalate this matter to the core.N will post everything on social media. You guys are cheats and eat people's money and fool them.

                            I am using Vodafone services since 3-4 years and my number is [protected]. I have been complaining about getting marketing calls and messages from last 6-7 months also made several complaints by calling customer care, visited store but of no use..these representative always makes false promises that this issue vll be rectified but of no use..I have always paid my monthly bills however last month I paid 1000 INR where as my bill was 1166 INR..for Rs, 166 my outgoing was barred. I contcated customer service to get my out going released the manager whom I spoke was rude and asked me pay the balance to get my out going calls released.. Also when I informed him that DNC issues has not been solved he said he is going to take request again..I am sick & tired of false promises made by these people..Couple of times I have over paid the bill to make sure I won't be past due on bills & when this time i made Rs.166 less payment they don't respect.. Kindly help me to get rid of these DNC issue.

                              I have made online payment of rs. 1400 rs using quick pay option on vodafone website, www.vodafone.in. Due to some error the transaction was declined but the amount was debited to my bank account. I have registered a complaint with their customer service department on 198. But never recieved any complaint reference number for the same. Even my emails to apellate authority and nodal authority has no response. They are not ready to accept written complaints. Since 12 th september I have been following continuous. Till date I have not recieved any resolution nor refund.

I did request for activation of rs 450 add-on plan by confirmation with him that my previous request will not get activate. Even though I requested 450rs add-on plan. It was also not got started. Again I called a customer care for an issue he told me to wait for some hours even though it doesn't work for me. After not getting activated any plan I requested for rs 650 add-on plan of 3gb data. Which was also not got started. On second day when I checked my active data service it was shown that I have 6gb 3g data. Which was before 3 days of my bill generation date. Even though confirmation from your customer care representative all three plan got activated. Also one of you customer care executive told me that it will automatically get deactivate on my bill cycle but pack is still active. I want to waiver all that data charges which are shown in my bill. And also my number got barred due to non payment of my previous subscriber. I paid the bill and went to Vodafone store to activate my services. He said within 4hrs my services got activated. After 4 hrs it wasn't enabled. When I went again to Vodafone store. They said they made mistake in sending mail two days my number was barred because of your issue. When I told about my second issue mentioned above they gave me this corporate email id and send mail to waiver my amount. All your customer care executives are saying different things. I am very much frustrated with your services. Within 2-3 months faced only barring of my services on every week. Either my bill not get weiver and my services got interrupt due to reaching credit limit because of that 3 gprs pack, now time I will definitely take a legal actions. I need solution asap.                                   I registered my complaint with vodofone on 01/10/2015.was told will get a call back from the manager within 48 hrs.however i didnt Everytime i call . I have to repeat the same issue inspite of registering my complaint. When asked for a manager. I was transfered to customer service again . Finally got connected to the manager . Who was of no help and refused to even listen

                                    Sir/madam Today morning i recharged with 14rupees. I thought sevice will activate with in 10mins. And i called after half an hour to customer care. They said the services will take 4hours. after 8hours i called again .they said it activated. But now i called to one of my friend. The call rate is 1rupee for min charged. Upto now 15 hours completed. I am very upset of this type of service. And who will response of my lost for call rate of 1ruppee for min. Totally i lost 21rupees of your poor and lie words. I am using vodafone network from last 7 years. But i am very unhappy. Why u people are unable to connect call. I need my service as soon as possible. And you have to pay my lost balance. And I answered correct of all questions but not received gift value as asked “Mahindra Scorpio”, “Hero bike”, other gifts. Many time I have complaint on 198 and Nodal Officer but no response.
