Made a payment and the vodafone still claims they have not received a payment. I have attached the bank statement to their customer care, given them reference numbers but still such a pathetic service from Vodafone's side. All the fraudulent telecom companies should be taken legally and charged for looting customers. They should be sued badly and those stake holders should be jailed for misleading customers.

    I am very unhappy with Vodafone Karnataka service. i changed my prepaid Vodafone to postpaid Vodafone, but from time of changing my number is deactivated i am facing huge problem. they always say it will be activated in 2 hrs but never. all the verification has been done then also they are doing like this. pls resolve my problem ASAP. I am very unhappy with the service as they are providing poor service. no staff is talking properly.

Is [protected] Today on dated 23.09.2015 at 21:33 I have call vodafone customer care fro Gujarat(Mahuva) First that call is charged 50paisa/3 minutes Then customer care executive Ishant Rudani providing me wrong information. He do not take my complaints He timepass with me On the other side my call is chargered He put my call on hold for 17 minutes. He do not refresh my call once during this call. Then after He disconnect this call. It happened two times

            Hi, I am using my Vodafone prepaid same connection from more than 7 Yeas and my all family using Vodafone when my Father went to cancel there one account local Vodafone sales person closed that phone but he changed my Vodafone connection and transfers to my dads name without intimating me it was registered with my Name and without informing how can they change. he told my father we can change back to any time when I told my father how can he changed phone which was with my name also any way I don't want Postpaid please revert it now he is saying wait for 3 months and all this when I tried to call Vodafone customer care they are saying please goto local shop when I ask them to give there superior they putting my phone on hold for hour and hour . this is really frustrated.

              Recently i shifted to new house in the same area. there i am not getting vodafone signal even Aircel.Airtel.BSNL covering this area . In my close family circle around 20 peoples are using the same network because of this we decided to change to another network. i complained the same to one their customer support executive he registered the complaint and given registration number which [protected]. And today afternoon i got a call from one them he just investigate and cut the call immediately.

                We had recharged our mobile on dated 20.09.2015 and 21.09.2015 . and both the recharged amount has been deducted without any use. Customer care does not provide satisfactory answer regarding how the balance has been deducted. Pls. provide proper justification regarding this.

                  I have been compelled to come to this forum to bring forward my issue with Vodafone's international roaming billing system. This is regarding an unauthorized data usage which has been billed to my phone when I was on International Roaming. Vodafone has charged INR 4471.5 for using data for 1 day and the most startling fact is that the day this has been billed, I was in the flight. (30th August 2015). On seeing the Itemized Bill which I requested since I was completely taken aback with the billing amount. On visiting the Vodafone store twice, I managed to raise a compliant which was supposed to be investigated thoroughly. However the only investigation they did was calling me once by someone who did not even know what my compliant was all about and she said the most bizarre thing that the specific billing amount has been because I was on International roaming. On visiting them again last Saturday, I have been told that as they are upgrading their system, they will not be able to process any transaction or complaints till 24th September 2015 whereas my billing due date is 24th September 2015. They just heard my complaint again and stated that they will not be able to hel me or solve this in any way as the billing amount for the International data usage has come from their "International carrier vendor"and whatever amount they have billed is correct. My only rational question is, how can you make such a big claim without going deep into it. I want this to be solved as I will not pay that money for that 1 day for something which has been incorrectly billed. I am a very old customer of Vodafone and this is a postpaid number where there has been no default in payment and I have previously also been on International roaming which I have paid fully. My total billing amount they have billed is INR 10, 658. If this is not solved I will not pay anything to Vodafone as I have been harassed by calls to make payment before due date. This is absolute harassment and unexpected treatment for lonstanding customers.

                    I got new vodofone connection for 6 nos in corporate plan for my company. We are facing alot of cmplaints in Network coverage, even the voice calls are not clear. I have activated 3g plan but not even network gets connected.

                    I am staying in Avarampalayam which is Heart of Coimabtore. Its just 6kms from coimbatore central bus stand, 12kms from railway station surrounding nearly 20 colleges and more than 2000 companies.

                    We are suffering a lot without coverage in this location. I have informed Vodofone H.O regarding this. No action has been taken. How shall i move now.

                    I am helpless now, The only thing i need to do is to port network.

                      I have recharged 51 rs through IVRS option of *111# for local/std rate cutter for the offer of getting all local and std mobiles at 40p/sec on 21st September 2015 around 8:30 pm . Money has been deducted from my vodafone balance immediately and given flash message saying the offer is activated. i called customer care 199 from my mobile on 22nd September 2015 around 10:00 PM to 10:30 PM, tried three times and no one is responding properly and the fourth time they are not speaking for long time and i have to disconnect the call.

                        I had moved to germany and as suggested by indian Vodafone store people, we have enabled the SIM. But till now mobile was not connected to the network but charges are levid 11824 for single day. Without informing customer they kept on charging more than limit.

                          HI Team, I have done the bill payment for the earlier month vodafone postpaid connection. as it was not updated by vodafone my calls have been barred and the vodafone is not responding properly and they are careless about the customers and no response on the case i raised for network issue . i m facing this issue from past 3 months bbut they are least bothered. please look into issue and do needful
                          I dont have any issues with my vodafone connection as it is a prepaid connection. My advice is that you convert it to prepaid.

I have visited your Vodafone stores at Bandra Hill Road West Mumbai several time to inquire the details of the refund of my billing no which I have now converted to prepaid. I had made a advance payment of the Amount 3000 plus rupees. I had converted to prepaid in May 2015 of which the Vodafone store executive promised me the refund in 45 to 60 days, after 2 months I visited Vodafone again they informed me your systems were down and being updated, I went again after 15 days I was informed that my information was not updated again I visited once more after few days I was promised that my Cheque will be delivered at my billing address by the 15 September 2015 and if so it doesn't happen visit Vodafone again the executive would definitely call for the Cheque from your Andheri Kurla Head Office. I went back again on the 17 September 2015 I was told we cannot do anything from here, sit n wait it might come in few days, I'm still waiting...Store say its not there mistake that we changed into prepaid, they are saying that we did not force me to change to prepaid, hence its my fault n money will not be refunded to me. when i asked to explain why and how can it be a mistake to ask for my own money they turned back and said we cant hepl you further, you can please leave and excusing me of making the company pay for my mistake. what can i do for that ???                               I live in Anna Nagar west, chennai. I am not able to use my cell phone any day or night time. Always when the others call, my signal says that I am out of range or off. But my phone is always on. My phone signal is Nil. or No signal. I have made complains to them since July 2015. Till day the workers and the technical people says that they will correct it by installing a new booster, but so far nothing changed from my signal part. Always say that they are doing it or done it but no change in the service. But they are not giving me any credit for the money which I pay every month, but still they are trying to collect the money, these fellows are shameless people. Now they are saying that if there is lot of people are having this problem then they will solve this issue. If that is the case why did they give one person connection, they should have waited to a group to join in their service... please solve this issue.

                                Hi Team, My name is Ravi Shankar Mallick. I am a Vodafone Corporate Postpaid Customer in Kolkata. My Mobile number is [protected]. My email address is ravishankar.[protected]@bt.com. I have received a bill for Rs 2632.71 for bill dated 1st Sep, 2014. I have a dispute on this bill for 2 charges. Firstly, I have been charged Rs 1224 for ISD calls. Let me tell you that I do make ISD calls but these calls are only to Bangladesh. The number to any all in Bangladesh starts with 0088031 or 0088. That is the dialing code for Bangladesh. You can check this on my previous bills. I have never disputed call charges with you guys but these nos which are mentioned in my bill I do not even know where these nos belong to. I have never heard about these numbers. If a person is making international calls, is this the way you treat them by charging them for any random number? Secondly, I have been charged Rs 50 for a Bhojpuri Service. I do not even know what this is? How do you expect me to pay for something when I have not used this? I have already asked for a migration from Postpaid to Prepaid and I received a call from your Retention team stating that the charges are invalid and they will waive off a part of it however, no waiver has been done so far. On top of that, if your employee says that the charges are invalid then how can you guys ask me to pay for it? I received this call on Saturday morning. If you guys can sort out my bill, I will stay with Postpaid. Please respond asap. I did send out the same email to Vodafone and they are saying that the charges are valid and I need to pay. One of the representatives over the phone say that the charges are invalid and they will give waiver and the other one say that the charges are valid. Please help me in this case.                                     I had to switch to vodafone nano sim from a regular one, which was a postpaid one. The Southern Avenue vodafone staff assured me of a prepaid nano sim after 3 months but later, theyprovided me a prepaid micro sim . I couldnot activate the sim because my handset doesnot support nano sim. They asked for the person with whom the sim was registered to again get a nano sim. That person was out of station and hence I told them to hold my sim number and not to give it to someone else. After 2 and half weeks when that person arrived I revisited the SOUTHERN AVENUE VODAFONE STORE ; they took 300 rupees and told I would get a nano sim. That night they called and told me sorry we have given the number to someone else. This is completely wrong. Now somebody else is picking up on that number and he can now use my whatsapp, my paytm account. My privacy is being stolen. I contacted vodafone customer care and went to vodafone store ( south city). They didnot give me any solution and moreover told me to complain to southern avenue store. I have done that for more than 10 times. All the manager at the Southern Avenue store does is say sorry. I want my number back at any cost. I have been using it for the last 3 years. Shame on Vodafone's customer service.

                                      My last plan of vodafone was rs 299/- in that they told me we can gave you a 800 local mins + 100 std
                                      mins + 100 sms + 1 gb 3g data and after that 2g unlimited for life time.
                                      But after three bill cycle they told me that i have to pay extra for my data plan.
                                      Thats why i am decided to change my plan to preped and after that i am going to port my number.
                                      But the vodafone store told me about yhe new plan of 99 in that they gave me 250 local mins + 100 sms
                                      they told me that we wheare active your plan at 10 of oct because by bill cycle is of 11 th but they active my plan on 2th ctm thats why vodaphone charge me extra.
                                      The charge 25 rs for 10 days of 99 plan...
                                      And they reduce 4 rs for 10 days of 299 plan.
                                      That seems they are cheats every custemor...
                                      As they call the pro data base plan charge you as per your uses so at the time of adding they add to much amount in the bill.
                                      So why cant on the time of deducting or reducing...
                                      How selfish they are..
                                      I am thinking about to ban the vodafon network in india..
                                      Also ban all the service provider..
                                      And goverment should gave the resenable call rates on mtnl or dolfine..
                                      So no any customer going to chet with that service providers in india..

                                        Bill No : 24200849 Mob No: [protected] For my last bill till 17/9/2015, I was charged Rs. 95.50 separately as internet charges inspite of having a 1 GB internet plan and I had used only 240 mb of internet. The vodafone agent on my campus in Indore told me to connect to Idea and use internet as the Vodafone 3G was not getting connected here. I must've done the same once or twice. Even on idea i did not get 3G. He had clearly mentioned that would be no extra internet charges over and above my plan, for the same. However on going through my last two bills, I saw that i had been charged for mobile internet which is shocking. Also vodafone advertises so much about it's 3G and delivers such poor service on the same. Whenever I'm on roaming, I do not get 3G. This is pathetic and really disappointing. I want the internet charges to be waived off from my bill. I am paying Rs. 250 a month for 3G which is a national internet plan and not getting the same. I feel cheated.
