My number is [protected]. post paid plan with monthly plan of Rs.399/- + GST. They is no pending bill payable by me.

Pl refer my earlier complaint reference No.SHYSEJ6E3X, resolved by your executive by waiving bill amount for deactivated period of 15 days. She also conveyed that this amount will be adjusted in April bill. But APRIL BILL received on 12/04/2021 demanding to pay Rs. 1077.60 before 27/04/2021. There is no outstanding amount for payment. They have also not reduced bill amount for 15 days being the deactivated period.

How can they send bill without taking into account amount paid by me earlier. Please look into the matter.

If the same condition continues, I may be forced to discontinue your service.

    I have received a message "Hello!
    Thank you for choosing to access FUN PORTAL,
    You have been charged Rs. 22
    Your balance is Rs. 173.68."
    I have not accessed any Fun Portail or any thing for my amount to be debited for Rs 22.00.
    Please refund my amount at the earliest.

      The network here in North East part Meghalaya India is not working properly...so manage this issue...n also I'm doing delivery Everytime I'm facing problem network issue... Vodafone fixed this issue as soon as possible.Thank you

        I have two postpaid connections with Vodafone and I am not happy with the services of Vodafone hence I wanted the upc but as per the trai policy, i[censored] are having a family plan, u need to delink your account and then u can get the upc code, hence I called 199 and informed them that how can I delink it, they are telling me that I have to take 499 plan for my primary number forwhich I am am a currently paying 399, they are so stupid when a customer wants to leave them, instaed of asking the reason they want to increase his price plan

          Hi,
          Please note that I got a message saying that money has been deducted from my account balance saying that I have used fun portal. I am using Vodafone punjab. I haven't clicked on any link or service. I have seen that online on your support site that many people have been facing the same problem. Please refund the money and stop the service immediately. Kindly do the needful.

              My post-paid SIM is not working properly since last 3 months. Due to WFH i was staying in my Hometown and they didn;t have any service centre/MINI Store in 30km radius. In fact when i visited location pointed by their site for one center Partapgarh UP. It ended in remote location. Now i am back to Hyderabad, still they are not able to tell the correct address for their MINI store and they are still charging me monthly rental.
              After calling customer care, suggestion is to use to another VI number and then dial some service number from that to get correct location. How can i start roaming on road to check with people if they have Vodafone number. Can't they provide these details on site.

                Any call that I receive or make on my cellphone ([protected]) has a lot of disturbance and is unclear. But calls that I make on WhatsApp are fine.

                There are also frequent call drops, which is embarassing as I have to make official calls as we are working from home.

                The mobile internet also hardly works.

                  Was using Vodafone postpaid number after Idea and Vodafone merged and became VI. My nightmare started soon after i took an alternate number on my existing number. I used that number for 1.5 months, post which i wanted to discontinue the service. I had called CUSTOMER care for the same and they guided my to pay the bill of Rs. 118.64 so that they can take my request for disconnecting the add on number. I paid it. That was on 8th December 2020. Post that, i have been getting calls on my main number and the reference number i gave(of my husband). They send me mails, mentioning that i have an uncleared due. I went to the Vi store in 4 Bunglows, Andheri-West, they check the details and i have this on recording that i have no dues to pay. But i am still harassed for the same. After trying to make the CUSTOMER care people understand, while one lady from VI even abused me and called me a ###, i got tired and ported to Airtel. They still send me mails, message and call my husband's number for payment of the dues.

                  This is not the first time i have heard such thing for Vodafone. Was happy with Idea, there service has gone down since the merger. I really dont know what else should i do? File a complaint with police for mental agony?

                    Sir,
                    Vodafone India has generated a bill for the month of Feb 21 on higher side for additional usage of internet data . The difference of information on internet usage for Rs 399 plan given by Vi gallery and Vi appellate authority is not same. Also, the data charges are varying for different plans for same data consumption . For Rs 399 plan Data charge is 50 paise per kb where as for Rs 399 entertainment plan they are charging Rs 20per Gb.
                    Further, they have deactivated all out going calls on 10/04/21 during lock down situation when the matter is under dispute with appellate authority. All financial transaction have been affected due to loss of deactivation.

                    The hefty charging of internet usage is not comparable and needs to be reviewed and should at par with other companies standard usage rate.

                      I had received a bill of 822 for previous month, which should be 399 as per my plan.
                      After checking vas active list, I was shocked that there are 5 services active which I never requested.This is too worst for a company like vi. If I didn't received any resolution from this, consumercourt was the last option.

                        Your balance is Rs. 15.

                        But. Iam not responsible to activate this service and very upsetting to deduct my amount of 49 for such fraud .plz do refunded my amount immediately otherwise remove my vodafone sim card hereafter.

                          I have not subscribed for any value added services. But amount is getting deducted for games portal pack without my permission. Pls deactivate all value added services for [protected]. Pls stop renewal of games portal pack. Rs.5 is deducted from account everyday. Pls stop this. Every time i am deactivating this but again it is getting renewed. Pls stop this.

                                  My Father-in -law aged 71, has vodafone no. and a simple keypad mobile. He usually don't handle mobile rather than calling.but on 6th of april, 2021, he got a message that he has been charged Rs.49 for MyDala service . He has suffered many times like this with different service activation. Also my Mother-in-law was charged some rupees for chota credit plus service.This is totally unfair to deduct the money from these kind of people, as they didn't know why it has been deducted.

                                      As per communication had with Vi appellate regarding my post paid plan changed with half information given to me. Vi appellate informed me their inability to provide me a resolution.
                                      Summary of the issue:
                                      "I had requested port out from Vi services and i got call from Vi customer care and they asked me to stay with Vi. As a retention plan they offered me following:-
                                      1. 30 GB monthly data.
                                      2. Monthly rental Rs.200.
                                      Based on the above two point i accepted their offer, however i was not informed following:-
                                      1. data rollover would get reduced from 200 GB to 50 GB.
                                      2. my existing data before plan changed would be forfeited. I had appx 40 GB of data which got forfeited post plan changed.
                                      I requested Vi appellate
                                      1. either to reinstate my previous plan or
                                      2. to credit my forfeited data of 40 GB and increase the rollover limit to 200GB as per previous plan.
                                      Vi appellate could not provide me resolution and closed my complain by imposing me their cheated plan.
                                      I informed them i am being cheated as they lure me of giving 10 GB additional data and against that they forfeited 40 GB data. This has been harassing to me.
