      I recharged 655rs 3g plan and they show their website unlimited plan. I confirmed call customer care they tell me yes its unlimited plan.And after 7 day i cross 2.5gb and my balance deducted 104 INR From main balance.I call Cutomer care to know how that is possible they told me your plan is exhausted. this is the cheating.           I am getting vulgar calls and messages from three numbers; all from same person calling from different numbers. Numbers are [protected], [protected]. I want some neccessary steps to be taken against this person and these numbers to be barred.

            I am experiencing many worst services from Vodafone customer cares. Recently One of the customer named Ashish called me on 13th sept to my number [protected] and said you are our privilieged customer and avail the double data benifit by recharging 58/-. I immediately recharged as per his suggestions. But I have recevied only 300 MB of data valid till 20th of Sept. I called and requested 4 times to the customer care executives, I have directly talked to one of your senior person named Bhanu, She created a service with registartion number: [protected], but till now no action has been taken on it. Today again I had live chat with Shanawaz who said I am not eligible for that benifit. It looks so funny that you people only called me and suggested me to avail the offer and now say that I cannot avail. This is just an example of worst service I have received from Vodafone customer care, there are plenty of examples. I need justice even though it might be a small issue.

              I had lost my sim on 1st august 2015 and had blocked it on the same day. Also I paid all my dues on 30th August 2015 ( The day I retrieved the sim). The sim given is still not activated and they've charged Rs. 404 for the month that I've not even used the sim. I hereby request a fee waiver for that amount.

                I am travelling, since 6th of September 2015 i am trying to get my international roaming activated, it has been more than a week, I have gone to 3 different countries, but vodafone has not been able to resolves the issue. I have followed up every day with the on-line chat support but problem has nit been fixed, complaints taken one day are missing in the systems next day, the agent flatly says there is no issue reported or exist by the reference number given to me I have mailed to India CEO, as well as Group CEO of Vodafone part from the customer care team, I have not even got an acknowledge for them forget a resolution to the issue. +91 [protected]

                  Respected Sir, I am Soumen Saha from West Bengal. I am a post paid customer of Vodafone Company. [protected] is my mobile number and [protected] is my mothers' (Renuka Saha) mobile number. I wanted to deactivate these two numbers from group discussion which costs Rs20/- extra per month. Later I came to know from the representative of Vodafone Customer Care Service that the process of deactivating from group discussion is called 'deactivate from CUG' and I was asked to email to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com writing a sentence like this 'I want to deactivate my number [protected] from CUG'. And I did so. From my two email accounts soumen.pintu.[protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com I emailed to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com on 28/08/2015, 30/08/2015, 04/09/2015. From the next day, my duty was to call Vodafone Customer Care Service (198) to know about the deactivation from CUG. Today (15/09/2015) in the evening, my mother found her mobile registered failed. I came to know that on 12/09/2015, I requested them to deactivate my mother's sim ([protected]) so that the sim is blocked. I am really astonished, really surprised to face the situation. My father is in AMRI hospital (kolkata) from 11/09/2015 till date and we are 130 km away, my mothers phone is not working and she cannot call doctors or any relatives. If they check any voice record, they cannot find any word, they will never be able to find out any sentence that can prove that I have requested to deactivate my mothers' sim. I challenge, they must fail to find out such words. My first question to you, why should we suffer for their carelessness? My second question, why Vodafone is not secured enough to deactivate a sim? A cheater can easily hack my mothers' Bank account by using OTP. In the voice record they cannot find any female voice but they deactivate the sim. It is not impossible to know email id of other people or to know the address, the voice may be male or female, how easily they can judge between a cheater and a real customer by knowing only email id or address? The process of deactivation of sim should be strong enough. There should be some self-made questions and the answers of their own questions of the customer so that the representatives can ask the customer of their self making questions or answers before this complex step of deactivation of sim. I must not tolerate such foolish negligence. Vodafone Company should activate my mothers' number as early as possible within 2 (two) days or ready to compensate. From Soumen Saha

                    My prepaid number is [protected] and on 11/09/2015 I got an offer of 2 gb 3g for rs 297. I bought that offer from the my vodafone app but only 1 gb was credited and the customer care is telling me you are not eligible for the offer! Vodafone cheated me! I want my double data benefit or half of my money refund!

                          Dear Sir I had got a mobile phone internet pack of 240 MBs for Rs 94/- today i.e 15th Sep 2015 at 12 O' clock and without using any MB I got a message at 6.44 pm the day that your internet package has exhausted. Please clarify my deductions otherwise I am going to knock Consumer court's door and in the past I have also suffered such losses. despite repeated call, one cannot get direct excess to customer care executive.                             Vodafone disconnected my Phone without any information. When I asked them why, they said I have to submit ECS. I then went personally and submitted ECS documents. After several days, my phone still remains inactive. When I called customer care, they now say that there is no information of having received ECS. When I wanted to speak to their supervisor, I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes with their advertisement playing in the background!! Horrible experience with vodafone. Vodafone customer care is very, very unprofessional. Consider moving to another provider.

                                There is no proper network coverage at my home. Many times I cannot hear what the other person is saying, lot of disturbance is heard and often call drops when speaking to someone on phone. Nobody responds when we call vodafone customer care.                                   I am vodafone postpaid customer form past 3.6 years and from past 1 and half year at my residence i am facing internet connectivity issue. Many times i have raised the compliants regarding the same. some time the issue gets resolved but then many times it is not solved. Compliant number[protected] For the same i got a call on 5th Sep 2015. I asked the executive that the issue is not solved please dont close the compliant but then also they have closed the request. The closing date for the same compliant was 7th Sep and then they said that they are sending network team to location but then nothing happened. I have to raise another complaint[protected] on the 9 sep 2015. I have mailed the vodafone officers as well with all the details but there response are not good and for my last mail they have not replied also. And i am facing this same issue from past 1.5 years at same location. Currently i am facing it from last 15 days and i am paying the rentals as well for the plan.                                     I got the offer of double data in *121# and I have recharged it with ₹ 497 as in offer it was written I will be getting4GB data and 28days validity but I got only 2GB data . When I contacted customer care they told the offer is not for self recharge. How can they say this when I got this offer on my phone. Please raise complaint regarding this.

                                        I got new Vodafone connection and all doc and verification done but still faced issue with connection. I was not able to call from my number and then I visited to Vodafone store to fix the issue. After long wait it was fixed. Now my number is deactivated due to same verification reason. I tried and waste time with care executive they only transfer none department to other not ficing the issue. I am very fade by service provider due to bad service.
