If I give port request they will not do it. If I tell to deactivate caller tune, they will not do it. Such a irresponsible, hopeless fellows are working there . Vodafone recently deducted Rs 35 for some service called "mobile mela".. I did NOT apply for this service ...called Vodafone Care, they didn't care..they said it activates automatically when I download something..but as far as I remember I didn't download anything ...I even didn't click on any link related to this mobile service. .. And today it happened again...this time they deducted 25 ...plz help...
