    I just changed my vodafone from prepaid to billing in july 2015. my plan is a red plan where I was told that for 1st 6 months i will be provided a discount of Rs 100 on my Rs 499 plan. Further, I will be provided with all over maharashtra and goa free roaming for incoming as well as outgoing. But both of these things are not provided. These vodafone executives are liars who tell all fake stories and just charge us without providing offers that are committed. Its services are very pathetic and I am totally disgusted. I was promised that all my issues will be resolved but its been 2 bills yet and I am charged nearly double.

      Hi Sir, I am K.V.Shesha Chalapathy Working as a Senior Software Engineer, Hyderabad.I recently Migrated from Vodafone post paid to prepaid, at the time of migration i visited madhapur store and checked every thing and i settled all my bills.but now they are calling to my number every day and asking me to pay 1044 rs unneccessarly which i have never used. i asked them to send statements to my mail-id for which they are not responding.i visited madhapur store for the same and enquired about the issue and they said it is their system and store issue and agreed to resolve the issue.but from begumpet Varun towers i am getting continous calls asking me pay 1044 rs .if i fail to pay they are threating me that they will block my sim.please take necessary action

          Though i am in unlimited plan where i used to have a bill worth rs.750 a month. Last month there was a error in the bill and they waived the amount and closed it that to not clear about the query they charged me rs.2000. even this month without my knowledge they had activated my 3g and charging me for that. irrespetive of my repeated follow up vodafone store officer no response.

            Dear Sir,
            I have prayed for PORTING on[protected] to Vodafone for shifting connection to Airtel. Vodafone instantly allotted a Unique Porting Code CVK69631and informed that it will be valid till[protected]. Accordingly, I have submitted necessary papers and application including authorisation letter of Managing Director, West Bengal Surface Transport Corp.Ltd.(a Govt of West Bengal enterprise) to change such connection with Airtel. But Vodadfone co. sat idle on my application for PORTING and on[protected] sent a message to my mobile connect. no [protected] which reads as : "Hello! We have received your Porting request CVK69631dated[protected]. We will validate your request and revert on confirmation by 94 hrs TAT from the time we received the request from MCH". Till the date such PORTING has not been allowed by Vodafone. Though all bills of Vodafone are cleared and advance payment was made to Vodadafone for such Porting.

            I want immediate resolve of my problem and can be done only by allowing Porting by vodafone.

              Dear Sir, This is to bring in your notice that vodafone is not able to deliver my vodafone bill at my home address.many time i updated to vodafone that i need my bill at home ([protected]) i called to vodafone 199 customer care they said address was incomplete, this is very pathetic language from vodafone i talked Mr Rahul Sharma & he was unale to give me proper information about my query. please sir Teach a proper lesson to vodafone courrier company because if my address was incomplete then how the verification was sucessful on behalf of all my vodafone no's. if vodafone unable to deliver my bill to my location then i raise a FIR to my nearest police station along with i will never use vodafone service as well for vodafone. so its humble request please try to understand the issue . once some call to me i will explain all the things in short because in mail its not possible to share all the views. waiting for the needful revert.                 Vide : Circular No.96/7/2007-ST, the 23rd August, 2007., it is clarified by the CBEC that service tax by telecom operators is not to be charged on late payment fee. I have repeatedly for more than a month written to the CC but the response is a false contention that the tax is correct. They are not even taking my reference to the circular of the department!

                  I am a vodafone Gujarat circle customer since last 7 years, with my mobile number is [protected] for that number I have a complaint about wrong charges in my latest September-2015 postpaid bill. In one head it shows other credits/ charges in that it has charged Rs 650/- as a Debit- Data Rental over and above charging toward all data plans activated to my account, when i tried to talk to customer support team they have registered my on 10th September -2015 with ticket number is[protected]. But after five to six days they have not given me any waiver or refund toward wrongly debited amount to my bill account, in this case I have again tried to talk to customer support team and one executive namely SONAL VISHVAKARMA was there and she have give me assurance that the company will refund your charge with in one to two days. But, still after 7 to 8 days they have not given me any refund, when I have again tried to talk to support team one of the executive stated me that your refund could not be given and you can do any thing in this regards. SO, my complaint is that one side telecom operators are giving promotional calls and sms to customers about some offers, benefit and by accepting this they are charging for that as the topic that you have miss used our offer and then charging wrongly for that, my complaint ts that I am not only the single customer that charged like this way many other customers are also charged wrongly and because of their unawareness or because of their busy schedule avoid to complaint like me. SO, the matter is that how much amounts are fraudulently collected by company like vodafone form Indian customers? so, please give justice to so many affected customers like me...                     I visited my home town in MP last month and I was charged Rs 3000 for data roaming even though I was always informed "free data roaming" by Vodafone. They say that since Vodafone doesn't work in MP my phone itself latched onto another network idea but I was not sent any message or was given no information about the same. This is like buying something which does not have a price tag and since u got a hand on it you have to pay the charges. This is unfair and unacceptable. I have sent multiple emails to their customer care but same response is sent by them all the time telling that charges are genuine.

                      There was an offer on recharge of 147.00 I will get 1GB 3G Data but I got only 450MB. I confirmed the offer from customer care before recharging and after the successful recharge when I again called the customer care asking for why I dint get the full 1GB they are now saying I cant avail this offer.

                        I have port my vodafone mobile number[protected] from Delhi circle to Maharastra circle on septemper 2nd and ported successfully on 10th Sep. Since then services on this number are barred and Vodafone customer care and mini store are unable to resolve the issue. They have only one answer for me that services will be activate in next 2hrs and it never comes.

                          This is really very irritating, i have called and msged number of times to vodafone to not send me any post bill because it cost 50rs per number/perbill which is added to my bills. i have multiple connection on my name, numbers mentioned below - Ahtesham - [protected] - [protected] - [protected] - [protected] - [protected] - [protected] - [protected] i have sent CAN msgs on vodafone several times, i have sent emails, i have sent all the things which was advised by the vodafone executive. this is now going on from months, vodafone is purposely taking 50rs on per bill of mine. Now i have sent a email 10 days ago have also sent reminder but no reply, no one is looking into and charging me 50 rs purposely

I have made all the payments and infomed vodafone executive through calls, mail receipt at corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, & submitted bill at Vodafone store on 12th sept 2015. inspite of doing all this again yesterday my both the nos. are suspended and are asking me to go and talk to nearest vodafone care store. I am facing a lot of troubles due to this and are not resolving my issues. All the communication done through mail & submitted reciept of payment are attached for your ref.                               I have recharged of Rs. 143/- on 16/09/15 for 1 GB 3G internet as FRC at around 7.30 pm and 950 MB deducted within 1 hour without any usage, only internet service was ON in Mobile. Even on 17/09/15, again at 8.22 pm 304MB deducted without usage. Vodafone Customer care have no answer and simple bluffing.

                                I did a recharge for my Vodafone mobile no. for Rs 400 (Full talk time). TransactionID is[protected] .Amount got debited from my Paytm wawllet but i didn't get the balance in my mobile no. and also i didn't get the Recharge Successful nitification SMS message from Paytm as i get for other recharges i do frm Paytm. Please return my amount Rs 400 or complete the recharge in actual.

                                  I recharge amount 110 on 15-09-15. but service provider was deducted 99/-Rs for International roaming charges. but i m not activated this service and same will be complaint given to customer care (toll free 198) on 17-09-15 at 8:00PM to Call boy Munireddy and he was said that it happened by server problem and same amount will be credit my number within 24 hours. but i check the balance on 18-09-15 at 11AM but balance not credited and i call again to customer care. today Call boy & his superiors are told that my debited amount was not credited to my amount with any cost due to i am activating international roaming service.

                                    I received an sms stating that glamour zone pack has been activated and that 90 rs has been deducted from my balance. I call the customer care number 199 and was connected to an executive to whom I stated my problem. He in turn told me that the company doesn't do any such thing and that it is a problem from my end .he was rude and clearly not portraying any sort of "customer care" I have absolutely no idea what this glamour zone pack is, let alone how to activate it. This is not the first time this has happened. The pack has been deactivated as per the latest sms that I have received, but I want a reimbursement of my balance.
