    This is to inform you that on 11.09.2015 at 05:45PM a fraudulent transaction of Rs 5000/- in my debit card for purchase worth rs 5000/- on POS 22317740 at vodafone-billdesk Mumbai in txn#[protected]. I have immediately lodged a complaint with my Banker SBI and informed them this is a fraudulent transaction.I request you to kindly refund this amount as early as possible.

      I have done a recharge of my mobile vodafone for Rs.230/- on 4th sep.205 through paytm. Amount was debited from my s.b. account. But not recharged. the amount was also not refunded to my account. Already i contacted the bank. no response from your end.         Sir, Around 9 July 2015 or so, I got my Airtel sim ported with Vodafone and a new sim was given and is working with no [protected]. The problem is that even though My complain is 6 weeks old I am unable to receive SMS from my son at UAE Sharjah, I can receive/send calls to/from UAE . I can send SMS to UAE but not able to recieve SMS from them. They are saying at our end all is well so on 10 Sept I went to Voda store near my residence and gave my sim to test in his mobile by their officer and he could not receive message from my son at UAE [protected] .On his personal no he could receive. This proves that Vodafone sim is not ported correctly. the engineers and officers of the company are not accepting still. Through your forum I seek a solution and response from them RAVINDRA MANKODI Ahmedabad [protected]

          Sir, I was checking plan on my vodafone no [protected] via calling *121# on 11 sep 2015 after 9 PM. I have received reply via sms, then i select 0 option and made reply.after reply got counter sms and again select 0 and send reply. After this process got 'my delight ' option.again select 1 and again sent reply . Again i have got some option to choose for further offer, at this time, i selected option 2 and made reply, but after short time, got a msg on screen " not allowed". Now without any notification amount rs 49 deducted from my account. After this whole process i made a call on 198 and explain all the incident to your customer care representative and his senior. I have got assuarance from mr rajesh 'case will be take up and you get a comlain no via sms'. After a short time, i have got any msg then try to make a call on 198. But every time i have got my call in quiuen. So i realize that my above mentioned no is in rejected list of your vodafone custumer care. My site, I have not got any notification,

            I have applied for a recharge of rs149 vodafone recharge. and also rs 149 was deducted from my bank acoount. but i didnt get my recharge done. i am quite embarrassed. also hope paytm will resolve the problem soon keeping their dignity.

              Hello, I wanted to register a complaint against Vodafone postpaid. I was using the Plan of Rs. 375 rental where I was getting 500 Calls and 1 Gb 3G Data. I sent the message to port as I was getting the better plan with competitive service provider. I got the call from Vodafone Outbound team, may be Customer retention team . Agent offered me 800 Local and STD calls and 1 GB Data with the rental of Rs. 299 per month. I asked for 1.5 GB instead. They denied that they cannot provide 1.5 GB. I informed that agent let me think why should I not change the service provider just for 100 free calls compared to other. Agent said that you will receive the message and you have to reply to the message and plan will be changed. I did not get any message and I did not confirm that on call. And My plan was changed without any confirmation and now I got the bill of approximate Rs. 3000. I have been charged for Internet usage and now I cannot even port until I pay my dues. I called customer care and register the complaint so many times. They said that system is down. I spoke to Vodafone supervisor on customer care named: Raees. He said that it be corrected in 48 hours. I called after 48 hours, the tech said that it will take more 24 hours and you will receive the call from Vodafone. Every time they promised the callback, I never got any call from Vodafone. I need this to be corrected as soon as possible. I use this phone for my business and Loss may occur if my incoming or –outgoing is barred. Please assist and resolve this as soon as possible.               Sorry...the plan which was offered to me was not 299 per month..it was 399 per month..but they said that includes 1 GB and 800 local and Std calls and SMS free. And it was activated without any confirmation.

                    On Thursday 3rd Sept 2015, I raised a request on Vodafone website for national MNP for my no. Few hours later a representative from Systematic Knowledge Services Pvt Ltd, Andheri, Mumbai came over to collect documents and got the postpaid connection form signed from me. He also assured me of getting a corporate plan which many people in my current company are using. Today after almost a week there is no update what so ever about this MNP and calls to Systematic Knowledge Services Pvt Ltd are blatantly being ignored by the following representatives: Rohan - [protected] Jahangir - [protected] Gaurav - [protected] I would like to report this complaint and ask for an immediate update to my MNP request.

I had been asked for offers in my mobil past 5 months before and they have blocked my number. i called customer care from other number and the person KARTHIK is not responding properly and disconnecting the call.                         They cut my balance . My datapack expiration date is 11 sept 11:59 pm but they stop the service on 10th sept withput informing me anad when i on ma data pack at 11sept2015 morning ma balance started deduction, they dnt even informed me at that time.

                          Hi. I've been using Vodafone ([protected]) since last 10 years. The overall experience has been quite dismal. I do get good speeds, but i am facing lot of problems is the signal strength now a days in my house and office as well. In my house, which is in vijay nagar, Ghaziabad, I get 1-2 bars in the front facing room when call got disconnected everytime and the signal moves up to full strenghth outside my house. The story in my office is similar. The office is in Noida sector-07. I'm 100% sure that the problem doesn't lie in my sim or phone as other Vodafone users I know also face similar problems. I had initally used the free Vodafone 3G service during their soft launch. Similar issues existed, but one would have expected that the situation would have improved after the commercial launch. I have bought a couple of Vodafone prepaid sims for my wife and facing the similar issue after replaceing the new sim. I have also bought Vodafone prepaid sims for some foreign suppliers on a few occasions. They usually live opposite my house. Their experience was no better. Can other Vodafone 3G users in Delhi please comment on their experience. I've contacted Vodafone numerous times. They try to blame the phone and sim, but after clarifying everything, they never get back to me. Thanks. Vedprakash [protected]

                            I got the offer of double data in *121# and I have recharged it with ₹ 147 as in offer it was written I will be getting 1GB data and 30 days validity but I got only 500 MB data and 15 days validity. When I contacted customer care they told the offer is not there. How can they say this when I got this offer on my phone. Please raise complaint regarding this.

                              Vodafone app In data section I chose rs29 which provided 500mb data valid for one day and made the payment. To my surprise I get a bonus tariff plan which I dint opt for. I tried again the same thing happened. When I called the customer care they said that it's activated only if it is paid by balance but there were two options balance deduction and payment. If the second one doesn't work what's the point putting up there. When I requested to activate the plan since I recharged twice the executive abruptly hung. This is one of the numerous time I have been upset... From balance deduction to activation of plans... Why doesn't H.P.M Modi take action.. This is a corruption in a another level.

                              I have also experienced the similar situation. Vodafone application is highly misleading. Older version was better with clear-cut information. But the updated version is highly misleading. It never shows data pack end date. You will never find any information other than your current balance in this app. All other information is either incomplete or misleading. Vodafone is cheat it's customers to making money.
                              By mistake I gave 5 star in my above comment.

                                Sir mera naam rajnikant aur mera vodafone number [protected]. sir maine apne vodafone number [protected] par 05/09/2015 ko rs.697 se recharge kiya ta jisme ki mujhe 6gb 3g data aur pahle ka 6300 mb 3g data add ho kar ke 12300 data 28 din ke liye milna ta aur rs.697 se recharge karne se pahle maine cuostmer care se rs.697 ki puri detail liya ta aur mere number par rs.697 ka 6gb 3g data ka message aya ta cuostmer care ne ne btaya ta ki mujhe rs.697 ka recharge karne par 6gb 3g data 28 din kr liye aur pahle ka 6300 mb data add hoke 12300mb 3g data milega. but rs.697 ka recharge karne ke bad mujhe vodafone company ne unlimited 3g data 28 din ke liye diya jo ki mujhe rs. 697 me unlimited plan nahi milna ta aur company ne mujhe cheat kiya hai sir mujhe 12300 mb 3g data diya jaye ya company apna plan wapas le kar ke mujhe rs, 697 wapas return kar de recharge detail-FCCA[protected] Data-05/09/2015

                                  Sir, I am not Vodafone consumer. But I get multiple harassment calls from this Vodafone number - [protected]. It happened today, I got more than 20 calls from this number. did not understand the language, but one of my friend did and he tells me that this fellow is speaking all obscene. Please take necessary against this number. While I have blocked his number now, I am afraid he might start calling from other numbers.. Thanks.

                                    Dear concern my services has been barred from ur network my mobile number is [protected] When I call customer care they say that I have due with previous network and I told them that the complaint is in progress and asked them u have barred the calls. but ull charge for month or till the complaint is cleared then they said it is our policy we have to charge. But with out going calls why they have to charge me for monthly rental. When other networks give some information on the number they have barred the connection why can't the customer care call us regarding this and know the details before doing this. I told them if this is the case I'll give a complaint then they told u can proceed and launch a complaint on this.

                                      I was offered Internet pack of concessional Rs 99/- to be starting from 28/7/15 as per the Company offer on my mobile no [protected]. I was surprised to receive reply from Company that - " We wish to inform you that unlimited data plan of Rs.249 2GB with reduced rental of Rs.99 is active on the above Vodafone mobile number effective 08//08/15. We also wish to inform you that data plan of Rs.249 2GB @Rs.99 is complimentary offer for 1 bill cycle. Post completion of the same you will be charged the Rs.249 for the data plan. " Since this was not as per the recorded call on the part of the Co. I had sent email to the co. as under Refer your e-mail dated 08/08/15 regarding data plan for mobile number [protected].and my email dated 10th August 2015. and reminder dated 21/08/2015 with no communication. I am being informed about activation of concessional internet plan of Rs. 99/- after 10 days of billing cycle. I also regret to note the offer is only for one month. I may state that when offer was made it was for 2 months. In my opinion it is a cheating on the part of the company like Vodafone, which likes to misrepresent the offers and to make the customer to shell out more, I wish that the Co adhere to fair trade practices. I still await your response in the matter I WISH TO TAKE THE MATTER TO CONSUMER FORUM There is no response from the Company till date. RAJAN JAVERI
