I have sent email communication on sep2, not received any response
am using Vodafone number # [protected],
from the past few days am trying to activate vodafone STD offers, but it's not allowing to activate.
i have tried to activate many ways but could not activate any of the STD offer
1. till 27-Aug-2015 i was using STD 30P/min offer, and when it was about to expire i used to get messages to recharge again to continue the offer with Recharge Rs.14.
i received this message from VODAFONE(number not showing) on 22, 27-Aug.
then i have recharged with Rs 14, i got success message from vodafone but offer did not activate. and registered a complaint also.
2.tried through IVR(by dialing 121) tried to activate STD offer for RS:21 which is 30P/min, it's giving me message the it's activated successfully, but did not activate.
3. and also tried to activate STD offer, by dialing *111# then select option 7 then 1 then 4 but it's giving invalid option.
i have called many a time to customer care center, all the time they used wait for some time and also telling other stories..
finally escalated to superwiser (on 27-Aug), his name is Shivaraju.p(floor superwise, Bangalore branch).. he is also giving irresponsible answer.
please resolve this issue, i have been trying to activate STD rate cutter plans.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
