Hi, I already have a internet plan activated which covers 500 Mb of 3G data and then unlimited 2G data at 64kbps. Last month I exceeded the limit of 500Mb, and then the speed decreased to 2G/64kbps. To compensate this, I added a booster pack of Rs.150, which would again give me 3G speed for another 500Mb. At the end of the month, the usage of around 1069 Mb of internet usage! As per my understanding, first 500Mb is covered by my original plan, next 500Mb is covered by booster pack. And 69 Mb would be charged at 2p/10kbps, which comes out to be Rs.122 for 69Mb. So, I was assuming i would get a bill of my Monthly Rentals + Rs.150(boosterpack) + Rs.122 (for extra internet as above). But, I got a bill where Extra Internet Charges of Rs.850!!! I dont understand the how they arrived at this. I opened a chat and the CC executive mentioned that Booster pack is only to increase the speed, Data would be charged. But, my Original plan says Unlimited Data (500Mb of 3G and unlimited 2G afterwards) Am I missing something or is my calculation wrong? Thanks! Anish

    I m user of Vodaf network provider .he give internet data offer at 147 Rs 1gb for 28 days .I have confirm data offer by customer care, i activate data by customer care but only 500 mb data received .I asked customer care, said you wait bal data coming at 4 hrs but data not received .I call again & again but he don't attend call. Pl take action

      Hi Sir, i have paid my credit card bill July 12 th through SBI internet banking, for that i have levied 1600/- intrest charge.. but the problem is every month my payment date is 12 th..so that's why i have paid 12th for July bill also.but icici executive told me my payment date has been changed to 10, , but in statement also it showing 12 only, no one can inform me regarding date changeing. for that i want to refund my amount now.. plese assist me in this case..

        Vodafone has stolen my money and vodafone has also accepted it. when my roaming pack is activated they deduct my money for incoming calls and moreover they have taken complaint and still not rectified these vodafone are big cheaters and stealing my money insted of that they can go and beg

          I would like to bring your notice that, I have raised the multiple complaints regarding hard copy bills not received 2 months. Over the phone and directly walk into Vodafone store also not till date not resolved this queries. Am working in corporate company every month I need to produce the original bill for claim process. Last two month’s bills not claimed because of this service issue. Last month when i went Vodafone store regarding my complaint status simply replied someone collected on 15.07.2015 ( murugan) shocking this news. There is no such person of murugan. Am always available with office 9.30 am to 7.00 Pm at office and security also available very much in office.. Courier not delivered the bills.. Again raised the complaint regarding bill not received. Complaint number:[protected]. Am ready to take challenge bills not delivered on 15th july 2015 given information is false. Courier office not delivered bills for those months. Am sure given information is flase. Am ready to take challenge on this. Request you to ask Courier delivery agency delivery staff to visit my office address. I will prove on this. As such proper reply from Vodafone store, corporate customer care, nodal office and finally came to Appellate Office. All are same informing that we will ensure future correspondence but no one investigate on false information about bill not delivered .

          As such no calls and no revert on mail regardings false information.
          Dear Team, request you to close the complaint's as such no improvement or no status. I don't want continue longer with vodafone service. I have switch over to airtel. Network.

          I withdrawn my complaints because I moved into airtel network. No use with argument with you. Request you to confirm the outstanding amount as on date. Am unable to view or make online payment. pls advice how I make the balance outstanding amount.

            When i purchased sim Vodafone gave me an offer of free 1 gb data and My phone had 550 mb data on 8 September 2015 and on same day they deducted my balance and only 350mb was left they deducted my 200 mb balance and now are not picking up phone for complaint (198) so i want you to take strict action against them and help me retrieve my 200 mb data

              Hello, My mobile number with Vodafone=[protected], [protected] & [protected]. all thre numbers belongs to me, I have opted for corporate CUG plan in between all three numbers, and roam like home free service activation, recently [protected] & [protected] ported in to vodafone from idea cellular for above mentioned benefits, however generated bill from vodafone reflects extra charged for inter calling in between three numbers and roaming charges. also I have activated plan monthly rental of 666 rs on [protected], which includes 1500 minutes free local calling and 3G internet upto 1.5GB, but still my monthly bill charged me over 1000 Rs, vodafone overcharged me. I have wasted my 10-15 days in seeking proper resolution on my complaint from vodafone corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com email address but recently got reply stating that bill generated are genuine and accurate.                 Dear Concern, I was visited to Vodafone store ( Near Kolkata Medical College, Shiv Mandir) on 04/09/2015 for activation of new connection ( My Phone No.[protected]). They have told me that activation charge is Rs.100.00 & I will received Rs.85.00 talk time facility with new connection. But still I have not received any free talktime from Vodafone company.                   I am shocked to receive e mail of charges. I had not received my July bill and hence unaware of the humongus charges levied. In August two months bills through email were slapped with charges totalling Rs10000/-. This much amount is historically yearly bill charges on my number. I am not in a position to pay this much amount. My only concern, why services were continued on my number uninterrupted despite non-payment of bill for two months without any warning at such high tariffs, while skipping the bills.

                    I have made the payment of the bill and I have bank details and records of the transaction which I have already submitted. However I still receive the calls every day from your customer care centers regarding the pending payment and they repeat the same old story. I am really disappointed with the service you provide to your loyal customers. I have made my mind to convert my number to different service provider. I have written so many mails to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com. However haven’t received any reply from your responsible customer care executives. Till the date there is no progress in this case. They don't have any updated information and knowledge. Your customer centers are not for customer’s convenience at all. This is very disturbing and annoying.

                      Dear sir/mam I use Vodafone postpaid sim card. My number is [protected]. Date 5/9/15 suddenly I receive message your Vodafone bill is 718 rs. Your credit limit crossed so your card is close. Only my internate plan to be activated 150 rs 500mb but this month I use only 150mb& no chargeable website used. Not record have company. Customercare executive not talk to higher authority. Not give me permission for pirtibility. Regards Amit

                        Hi, i am using vodafone numbers since 6 yrs.i have 2 numbers of vodafone in my family .but last month i had done a 2g recharge of 175 in both the phones which lasted only 5 -6 days.i visited the gallery of vodafone which is opposite to my house at girgaon for at least a week, but the guy named omkar is never responding, he always say ''we cannot do anything, there must be a technical problem''.he even refused to give his number and replies rudely in a very unappropriate manner. i am a vodafone user and i atleast want to know y are these people cheating with genuine customers of vodafone and i expect a refund from them. [protected] & [protected] are the numbers .plz help me out how to get refund because i have been cheated 4 times for doing 2g reacharge which lasted for only 5 days. 175*4 =700 rs. i request u to help me out and recover d amount which was just looted by vodafone in 5 days. yours faithfully, mihir shah [protected]

                            Pl. take ref. of my prev. mail dated 4.9.2015 on captioned subject. I have surprised to note that vodafone has converted my post paid to pre paid without my written or verval consent. Vodafone has not provided any information reg. disconnection of my post paid connection/money receipt Rs.250/- taken from me by voda store/Bill detail of post paid/rules for a disconnection as per vodafone and TRAI. Today two people from vodapfonehave enquired about the details but both have no satisfactory answer to my question that who have given my consent to convert my post paid to pre paid. Hope your forum can provide me justice.

                              Hi, This is regarding phone no. +91 [protected] - a Vodafone Postpaid connection. The company by themselves activate and deactivate certain plans in the billing cycle and ultimately charge it to the customer. There was no mention of MI_CAP_850_30d_R_PROMO_3G in my previous bill, and I didn't activate anything of that sort; Vodafone by themselves cheat customers by activating and deactivating things in the background. The billing cycle starts on 3rd of every month and quoting their service agent - "Mi_Cap_850_30d_R_Promo_3g gets Deactive on 8/4/2015 12:00:00 AM". Very precisely they deactivate after one day in the billing cycle so that amount gets reflected in the ultimate user account. People who don't notice will be cheated. I am attaching the proofs along with. Why do we as a consumer, need to be so vigilant in checking the bill generated. And, as I read, it's a very common problem faced by Indian Vodafone consumers.                                 I have sent email communication on sep2, not received any response am using Vodafone number # [protected], from the past few days am trying to activate vodafone STD offers, but it's not allowing to activate. i have tried to activate many ways but could not activate any of the STD offer 1. till 27-Aug-2015 i was using STD 30P/min offer, and when it was about to expire i used to get messages to recharge again to continue the offer with Recharge Rs.14. i received this message from VODAFONE(number not showing) on 22, 27-Aug. then i have recharged with Rs 14, i got success message from vodafone but offer did not activate. and registered a complaint also. 2.tried through IVR(by dialing 121) tried to activate STD offer for RS:21 which is 30P/min, it's giving me message the it's activated successfully, but did not activate. 3. and also tried to activate STD offer, by dialing *111# then select option 7 then 1 then 4 but it's giving invalid option. i have called many a time to customer care center, all the time they used wait for some time and also telling other stories.. finally escalated to superwiser (on 27-Aug), his name is Shivaraju.p(floor superwise, Bangalore branch).. he is also giving irresponsible answer. please resolve this issue, i have been trying to activate STD rate cutter plans.

MOBILE MELA service is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of Rs.35 will reflect in your next bill.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free). I never requested this service by any means. This is fraud. I want my money back.

                                    I just don't know what is wrong with Vodafone, generally my bill cycle was 17-25th of every month and this time Vodafone has sent the bill very late with extremely high amount. As per my bill history my Vodafone bill has never crossed Rs. 1500/- but this time they have sent a bill of 4000/- which I absolutely disagree. When I have enquired about the bill details, Vodafone was unable to provide me with correct details and on top said that it is because of my internet usage, which I again disagree as I normally use wifi then mobile internet. Post my continuous complaints and follow up Vodafone revised my bill and reduced it to 1690/- which I have paid immediately. Again after making the payment I am receiving the messages from Vodafone for pending amount of 2909/-. I want to take strict action against Vodafone for harassing the customers.

                                      My Postpaid bill generates very late and getting excessive bill I am using Vodafone Postpaid services since 3 months and plan is 499. I am facing below issues with Vodafone. 1.As per plan and Vodafone rules, Bill should get generated on 31st of every month.But I am not receiving the bill in that date and bill is getting generated on after 5th of every month.For this month I received sms for bill details on 6th septemeber and not in mail also Please generate the bill on the specif date (31st) only not on other dates 2.If I see bill it doesn't provide the full details as it provides only summary report.No can understand these type of bills .As a customer I want to know the full details of my postpaid services, I should know how many calls I made in this month with dates, How much data i used in a specific dates.I am not able to see all these details in bills. Please provide complete information when you send bill to customer. 3. Everytime vodafone charges me more than expected.My plan is 499, but every month I am paying above 700.This time I have to pay 750 rupees, don't know how Vodafone charges like this.I am not at all comfortable with these services.Some of friends also facing these problems but still we are not getting proper solution on this.Now I see all my colleagues and friends converting their vodafone services to other network. Please look into this issue. 4.If I use internet(Data ) for some time then turn off to internet.Then Immediately I should get a message that You have consumed this much of amount of data and remaining data is XXX.But we are seeing this facility since I took a connection. Please provide these details. I am not at all happy with these services .Kindly provide a solution as soon as possible.

They stopped my service without given any single information regarding my bill or etc. there is no any single call or msg they will send and don't try to inform me about reason for stopping my services. When i called at costumer care they will inform me that. my service is stopped as i cross the my bill limit, So they will stopped my service quickly without any intimation to me from Hard copy, Mail, Call or no any single msg on my cell. When i call Costumer care at 9:03 am (6/9/2015), First person told me that he will active my number within 2 hours as its urgent for me to get in touch with my work. but till morning its not activated. Then i call again at 7:40 am(7/9/2015), Second time, that person give me same hope that it will start working within 2 hours, But its not working so i call 3rd time at 9:46am(7/9/2015), at that time person told me that it will not activated till i do not pay bill. If he is right as per Vodafone's COC (Term and Condition), Then why that two person give me wrong hope ? If they would give me right suggestion it will help me a lot to contact my work ASAP
