I have made a payment through my Canara Bank Debit Card for recharging online of my Vodafone connection today on 6th September, 2015. The product was Rs.30.00 Top-up voucher. But even after deducting the Top-up amount (Rs.30.00) from my bank account, Vodafone did not send my balance at all.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Please solve the fault from your side as soon as possible.

Reson for my complaint: Recharge amount debited from my SBI debit Card but Recharge of Rs.501.00 not completed on my above numbered mob.no.- [protected]. Requesting for either reversal of my amount to my SBI debit card or restore recharge of Rs.501.00 on immediate priority basis. Tks, Customer [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected]--- Special Mention: Tried to verify transaction using the option " Verify My Transaction" on vodafone official web site but without any success.Hence the the above complaint.

        Hello Sir I stays at MUKHERJEE NAGAR NEAR Axis bags. There are 6-7 dogs running behind each other even they bite the people's going around the way.           To Date:05/09/2015 VODAFONE This is informing you that we Rajami Barter Pvt Ltd using Vodafone no:[protected], sim no:[protected], relationship no:1.40791709 received huge bill of amount Rs.859.98/- (included internet charges 504.42/-but in this number internet is unlimited 3g plan-E_connect _3G_299, plan sheet attached)for this current bill cycle but previous bill amount was low as before.As we call Vodafone store operator to clarify our bill & arrange a visit to our office they doesn't entertain us not even pick up our phone Mr. Avishek ([protected]) is the contactable person who port our numbers to Vodafone from Airtel.Now they are not responding for any type of service So if Vodafone give us this type of Service we will port this number to another connection & we are not be further responsible if we concern this to consumer forum.we need urgent solution to this matter.             I have a 1GB data pack from vodafone. I received a bil for 28/7/15v to 27/8/15 from vodafone in which they charged me Rs. 2570 over and above the data pack.. They started charging me over the pack value from 18th August. When I complained they said they have charged for the correct data uses. When I informed the co. that they had confirmed on 18th august that more than 488 MB data is balance against my pack On 26th august again vodafone care informed me that tere is a balance of 190 MB on my pack.When I informed the co. about these SMS, they stand exposed and have not cared to reply. Its now abundantly clear that vodafone systematically cheat the customers and when they are caught doing it they simply keep quiet. If multinationals like vodafone indulge in this type of malpractice brazenly then what you can expect from other players.

              Vodafone provides goods services with respect to network, but when it comes to billing it cheats the customers. I am the example of same. I have plane with no roaming (incoming free), this plan activated I believe in Feb 2015, from that month every alternate month I am getting bill with roaming charges, every time I have to call 198 & do complaints. VODAFONE IS BIG CHEATER This is not only about roaming, before that also I faced problems in bill, they will charge for internet usage, they will charge for international charge, etc. They have lots of option to charge us unnecessarily. If you call & try to convenience them they will have lots arguments on same. It is totally disgusting. Subhash Pandit

                The company has issued bonus internet scheme wherein if a customer recharges with rs.249 he can avail data plan of 1300mb (instead of 650mb usually) valid till 5th september, 2015. Seeing such an offer i recharged with rs.249 to avail the offer but unfortunately i received data plan of 650mb only (old scheme) and when i called the customer care they did not respond properly and no satisfactory reply was received by their end, such type of fraud and cheating is done by such an highly esteemed company.

                  I recharged my Vodafone no [protected] for rs 297 on 28th august 2015 using freecharge online recharge service my ac got debited for rs 297 but recharge was not successful. When I called up customer care, executive said that the amount will be recredited to ac in 7 days, but till date I have not received refund amount. Trans id is DCNB[protected].

                    I recharged my vodafone number [protected] on 08 aug 2015 with 299 data pack 2 gb unlimited with 28 day validity thats upto 04 sep 2015. then on 02 sep 2015 I again recharged 299 unlimmited data pack by dialing *121# wich was giving me 4 gb valid till 29 sep 2015 as special offer for me. Then on 05 sep 2015 while browsing the net I got a message that rupees 42 (around) deducted from my main balance for data usage. but I was having unlimited data pack valid till 29 sep. how can i finish 4 gb data in 2 days. So I request vodafone to kindy activate that 299 pack and refund my 42 rupee balance.

                      MI_cap_750_30d_r_promo_3g activated by the company without consulting me. Clear cut case of cheating by Vodafone india. Relationship no. 4.3380.00.00.100836. Unable to speak to customer center. Calling so many times to customer care but unable to reach. I generally belive that vodafone is ethical compony which dont cheat customer but it is doing worse than that. Cheating me for at least about last two year. Pls shut this service immidiately.

                          I visited voda store at Allahabad collected token No.141 and met voda Associate Mr. Varun for disconnection of above mobile No. and refund of security money. Associate told me that after adjusting your security money you have to deposit Rs.250/- more while asking for a disconnection. I have paid Rs.250/- in cash and asked him to provide me money receipt and proper receipt for disconnection and deposit of SIM card. First he told me that it will take 24 to 48 hours but when I pressed him for proper receipt he told me that as per TRAI rules it will take 8-10 days and you shall visit voda store again and pay some more amount till final disconnection date. I have also given my alternate No.[protected] for any communication regarding my amt. deposit/bill/SMS but till now I have receipt no. communication from Voda.                             This is to bring you that I was using this number since 4 years many time Customer Care called me to thanks for being a valuable customer. But I don't think so in last three months I have logged 4 calls regarding the 3G speed I am getting and it going worse out of worst. Firstly It hard to resist your TAT for complains and CC executive call me for solution that please reset your Network Setting.

                                I was not using my mobile number from past few months but my whatsapp was active on that.. few moths later i found the number has been closed and reissued to new customer without informing me and giving me any warning.. but unfortunately my whatsapp is still active on that and the account is still working ..i want delete that

                                  On 2nd September i recharged my number with Rs 219/- pack of 400 local and national call minutes. I had hardly used 15-20 minutes when suddenly yesterday evening, it started showing inability to call due to low balance. Similar is the case with SMS pack Rs. 37/- which I had recharged 4 to 5 days back and hardly used 100 SMS, it is also showing inability to SMS due to low balance. Similar case has happened twice when for a very short while my balance was deducted showing internet use.

                                    I had sent an email in July 2015 asking to deactivate my internet for # [protected]. The same was confirmed to me stating it has been deactivated. From my last 2 bill I have been charged for internet. The 1st bill I paid and i also sent an email from my registered email ID [protected]@gmail.com asking why was I charged, for which till date I haven't got a single reply. Today i got my 2nd bill with an amount of Rs 3000 odd and again this amount was charged to Internet. I WILL NOT PAY A SINGLE PENNY TOWARDS THIS. I had taken this number for my mother who is 66 years old and ailing from Cervical Cancer 2nd stage who only needs this phone for emergency. In spite of me telling to deactivate the internet plan you have still kept the data core active and did not bother informing me that the data core is active and there are charges towards it. I need the entire wrong internet charges waived and will only pay the amount towards the rental plan and calls made. No other charges will be paid towards the number. This number is used by my mother and if I get any collection calls or if I come to know that she is been harassed by Vodafone or Vodafone collection agencies. I will take this up my way then.                                       Respected Sir/madam, I went to the your goregaon west store near ratna at 6.40pm on 16rth aug 2015. That time I asked for the token for Nano sim card but your executive Ankita ask me to come on Monday coz your system was not working and they don't have any technical person coz of Sunday I ask to give me blank sim coz i have to go out of Maharashtra and i was not able to use internet in my new handset coz of Nano sim. When i asked for the store manager she said that she is manager and she is only handling this store. my question is if your store manager is helpless then what is meaning of your Happy To Help tag. Even she not deserve for the store manager coz of bad attitude. coz of this lady i can't use simcard and I took new post paid sim from Airtel.Now I will port my all 5 simcards coz of your customer care service otherwise your network & all service is good.even I went 3 to 4 times in same store but that time your old staff was very good. one of your tall executive attended me i don't know her name and she has given me 5 new post-paid sim also. coz of her service and talking way i took that simcards.                                         Sir, Mera No.[protected] last 15, 20 din se out of service bta raha hai hamne complain ki pr koi satisfactory answer nahi mila mera number kafi purana hai aur mere sare papers bhi submit hai . is number ki sabhi seva samapt kr di gai hai aisa btaya ja raha hai pr aisa kyo hua ye koi bhi staff nahi bta pa raha hai aapse request hai please mere problem ko solf krne ki kirpa kre number block hone ki wajha se mere important contact nahi ho pa rahe hai jisse mujko bhot loss ho raha hai
