On 2nd September i recharged my number with Rs 219/- pack of 400 local and national call minutes. I had hardly used 15-20 minutes when suddenly yesterday evening, it started showing inability to call due to low balance. Similar is the case with SMS pack Rs. 37/- which I had recharged 4 to 5 days back and hardly used 100 SMS, it is also showing inability to SMS due to low balance. Similar case has happened twice when for a very short while my balance was deducted showing internet use.

    I had sent an email in July 2015 asking to deactivate my internet for # [protected]. The same was confirmed to me stating it has been deactivated. From my last 2 bill I have been charged for internet. The 1st bill I paid and i also sent an email from my registered email ID [protected]@gmail.com asking why was I charged, for which till date I haven't got a single reply. Today i got my 2nd bill with an amount of Rs 3000 odd and again this amount was charged to Internet. I WILL NOT PAY A SINGLE PENNY TOWARDS THIS. I had taken this number for my mother who is 66 years old and ailing from Cervical Cancer 2nd stage who only needs this phone for emergency. In spite of me telling to deactivate the internet plan you have still kept the data core active and did not bother informing me that the data core is active and there are charges towards it. I need the entire wrong internet charges waived and will only pay the amount towards the rental plan and calls made. No other charges will be paid towards the number. This number is used by my mother and if I get any collection calls or if I come to know that she is been harassed by Vodafone or Vodafone collection agencies. I will take this up my way then.       Respected Sir/madam, I went to the your goregaon west store near ratna at 6.40pm on 16rth aug 2015. That time I asked for the token for Nano sim card but your executive Ankita ask me to come on Monday coz your system was not working and they don't have any technical person coz of Sunday I ask to give me blank sim coz i have to go out of Maharashtra and i was not able to use internet in my new handset coz of Nano sim. When i asked for the store manager she said that she is manager and she is only handling this store. my question is if your store manager is helpless then what is meaning of your Happy To Help tag. Even she not deserve for the store manager coz of bad attitude. coz of this lady i can't use simcard and I took new post paid sim from Airtel.Now I will port my all 5 simcards coz of your customer care service otherwise your network & all service is good.even I went 3 to 4 times in same store but that time your old staff was very good. one of your tall executive attended me i don't know her name and she has given me 5 new post-paid sim also. coz of her service and talking way i took that simcards.         Sir, Mera No.[protected] last 15, 20 din se out of service bta raha hai hamne complain ki pr koi satisfactory answer nahi mila mera number kafi purana hai aur mere sare papers bhi submit hai . is number ki sabhi seva samapt kr di gai hai aisa btaya ja raha hai pr aisa kyo hua ye koi bhi staff nahi bta pa raha hai aapse request hai please mere problem ko solf krne ki kirpa kre number block hone ki wajha se mere important contact nahi ho pa rahe hai jisse mujko bhot loss ho raha hai

          Dear Sir, I am P L Venkateswarlu, using Vodafone Postpaid connection with Number [protected] since 2nd October 2013. I have taken postpaid connection in 199 plan consists of 512mb of 2G data. I am using mobile data on my phone. Upto July month, they are charged correctly on my usage of talktime, sms and Mobile data usage also. From August -2015 month, they have charged Rs.1584 /-. In that bill, Rs 1182/- for mobile data usage and 200/- service charges and 199/- rental. Even though, I have 512MB data pack, they said that you are used upto 800MB. I asked clearily to Nodal officer "Mohan Krishna" about this. He gave reply as "Vodafone Mobile Connect, Vodafone live is a default service activated on all the Vodafone numbers without any rentals and will be charged 4Ps/10Kb for usage made." For your information, I didn't used that much of data usage. I checked clearily that if I use for 3-5 mins, they are charging more as equal to 3G data. For this, I have to pay the total amount on 12th sept 2015. So, I request you please do needful for this excess charges.

          After logging the complaint in Consume Complaints forum, a lady called me on phone and said we are giving the waiver on the bill and she told that she is going to inform in the Nodal office also.She agreed for Rs 200 rental and Rs.250 mobile data usage( as per prepaid 2g pack). But now, when I gave a mail to nodal office for confirmation, they are saying again that there is no waiver on your Bill. You have to pay total Bill. I can't understand why these Vodafone officials are cheating customers. Sir, I request you please do needful.

              I was a vodafone loyalist until I stumbled upon a message that showed my vodafone bill exceeded by some 600Rs. I happened to check the inbox through my vodafone dongle and called up customer care. I was told that I have subscribed to VAS services. When I said I havent sunscribed to any of the services I was told I might have accidently clicked on to pop-ups and have got automatic subscription. I replied, " even if I try and believe you guys you are trying to say that I have clicked 3 pop ups and subscribed to more than 3 services?" ThenI was told the charges might be waived off to which I told them to take down my request for discontunuation of Vodafone Services. Thet agreed but Ididnt know they were waiting for another cycle and mynextBill was generatedand again there were 2 new charges.1- Subscription new VAS services.2-Check Bounce. And again some 700 odd extra was added to the bill. The whole point is all this while I was waiting someone to follow up with me on the discontinuation formalities to which I have also paid for but now I have decided that I wouldnt pay a single penny coz there has been no follow up. Vodafone only follows up for payments but they never follow up for re[censored]ion of dispute and they only wait for you toe enter nextbiling cycle. Vodafone - Worst Service- Pathetic Network- Super Pahetic Customer Support.

                Worst services given by your company vodafone actually i set up new caller tune in my number [protected] i got a message from your site .press 1 for confirmation then i press 1 the callertune which i selected was in 2 number but by default you people selected 1 number series callertune for my number after that i called up to the customer care they people are helpless to me.                   HI, I am Mayur Gaikwad bearing a connection with Vodafone [[protected]] since Dec 2014. I have a couple of issues in terms of the connection, first let me give you an overview of the complaint Earlier I was on a prepaid connection, once there was a vodafone drive in our company and they offered an exclusive corporate plan, many of my friends took it eg - [protected], Even I wanted it so I called the person who asked me to come to a diff location as their drive was over, I was ok but thought of calling Vodafone customer care to see if they can give me the same deal, so I called up customer care and was told that will be getting the same plan. I also gave the number of my friend who has the same plan and even I as assured that the same will happen, my documents were collected but I was not shown or given the document in which my plan details are there, I was supposed to get the allowances as mentioned below • Free local mins – 2000 • Free local SMS – 150 • Free National SMS – 150 • Free unlimited 3G Data – 1.5GB and unlimited on 2G after that My usage is definitely as per the allowances in this plan, however I was given an incorrect price plan and I was mis-sold. I realized that when I complained that the internet is running slow, I understood that I got incorrect plan, since then I spoke with at least 20 advisors and 5-6 managers on diff occasions, I also spoke with Nodal officer and still no good, I tried speaking with Process manager ‘Naushad Alam’, even he assured me to go to store and everything will be done. I went to the store and they asked me for the salary slip to make the changes which I was not carrying, so I went the other time and to my surprise they mentioned that their system is undergoing an upgrade and can be done post 20th July’15, I went after that and I was annoyed with the response that it cant be done from store and need to contact customer care, I must say thay you guys have a pathetic service and sync as I have tried to explore almost all the possibilities and did not get a solution. Lately when I went to the store and I was very much frustrated, I wanted a solution so I was not ready to leave at that time I was shown that I have signed on the document in which the price plan details are there, when I saw that I was shocked to see that someone has tried to duplicate my signature, which is a fraud done by this company and since the start I am paying a high amount and my usage is not more than the Price plan I mentioned above but still I am paying more than 650 every month and also at times I end up paying more than 1000 for using the same things that I will get in 499. I also spoke with one of the Managers when email for this was sent from the store, the person [Gaurav] was diplomatic and not helpful at all. My Complaints are as below • I Want my number to be activated with the price plan that I opted for [i have also attached screenshot for that] • I want to know in detail about what will be done about the fraud because of which I am a victim • I want the refunds for the extra amount that I have paid till now • If you are not In a position to fulfil any of the above request then you can give me the contact details for Offcom / Ombudsman or consumer court. As I want to file a complaint against the company Regards Mayur Gaikwad [protected] / [protected] [protected]@aol.com This was the mail sent on 27/08/15 and again on 01/09/15, got an acknowledgement that will get a reply in 2 days but no reply. Have also posted the same on Facebook page for Vodafone, they are just replying saying that we are unable to contact u whereas one of my 2 numbers is always on without any network issue. Kindly look into the matter as its very serious and frustrating for consumers to go thru all this hassle

                  Very pathetic service as no one is bothered to call me or even reply to my mail and even on facebook page for vodafone they are constantly saying that they are trying to get in touch but unable to get thru, whereas i get a call from vodafone collection team every alternate day. So how can they call me and get thru.

                          In [protected] number not calling any number and not show their network. two week these problem start .i am not used these sim before 45 days because in these sim no network on that place because i am site engineer so going for a site and these case some area not vailable network. so i think these reason sim is temperory swithed off, so kindly available the service and my available talktime

                            Sir/Mam, I'm a Vodafone customer. My prepaid no. is [protected]. Recently, two days back I recharged Netpack of ~300 Rs at this number. I'm not able to communicate with my contacts due to sudden network unavailability on my number. I contacted at 198, and [protected] also to solve the issue somehow. .. but they are saying that my sim is not of any use now. On asking them the reason, a lady told that she don't have any reason why this happened. A man told that My docs are not complete!!. Though to bring to your kind notice sir, my sim is not a new one rather it is one year old, bought in 2014.. You are requested to kindly take some action in this matter.. & provide me with my no.                                         I have ported my 2 numbers from Vodafone Mumbai to Vodafone Karnataka. Since then I am facing an issue with regards to network. Vodafone doesn't have 3G network in Karnataka (this is what they confirmed when I raised a complaint), hence they have tied up with Airtel. This was not informed to me while porting the number. Due to this user need to select the network manually in Network Settings. I am facing network issue, as every after half an hour or one hour, on my mobile it shows message ""Managed Roaming - Network with limited service found. Do you want to initiate a network search?"" and then select the network. Twice I got a message as ""No SIM"" however it was showing the network. I raised a complaint on 14th Aug & TAT was 7 days. On 7th day Vodafone provided me some settings but even after that I was facing same issue. When I called Vodafone call centre they said that they have closed the complaint, hence raised another complaint which again7 days TAT. During this period I spoke to around 30-40 people asking for the status (each time I had to explain the issue) CSR said that I have to wait for 7 days. On 7th day when I called Vodafone (as there was no response), CSR told me that the complaint was closed & another complaint was raised without any resolution. I have escalated the matter to Nodal & Appellate but there is no response from them as well, not even holding reply. Have marked TRAI Nodal officer on that. No one is responding to the complaint. People who are trying to reach me on my mobile are getting message ""Number is not reachable or switched off"". Even I tried calling from landline on my number, I got same response even though it was showing full network. Vodafone is not providing any solution & closing the complaint without resolution.
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Any further update on this. There are additions to issue list:
                                        (1) Phone shows the status as "Roaming" within Bangalore also, every 15-30 mins it says "Selected network not available is not available, do you want to select the network manually" and I have select the network manually.
                                        (2) Anyone trying to call me getting message "The number you are trying to reach is either switched off or not reachable." Even though it shows full network on the mobile
                                        (3) Have to dial around 4-5 times If I need to call anyone.
                                        Still the network issue is not resolved.
                                        Last week CSR called me and gave me pathetic solution. She told me to switch to 2G network if I want to make a call & select 3G option when I want to use Internet. This is really pathetic, how can they expect the to user to select the network manually for calling & browsing.
