Sir/Mam, I'm a Vodafone customer. My prepaid no. is [protected]. Recently, two days back I recharged Netpack of ~300 Rs at this number. I'm not able to communicate with my contacts due to sudden network unavailability on my number. I contacted at 198, and [protected] also to solve the issue somehow. .. but they are saying that my sim is not of any use now. On asking them the reason, a lady told that she don't have any reason why this happened. A man told that My docs are not complete!!. Though to bring to your kind notice sir, my sim is not a new one rather it is one year old, bought in 2014.. You are requested to kindly take some action in this matter.. & provide me with my no.         I am M.S.S.Raju. My no. is [protected] at present. Its prepaid. I live in Vijayawada. Your vodaphone counter at Elur Road requested me for post paid taking. I took [protected] and for 6 months I used this number and stopped. I asked for return of my advance. They took my application. But until today I did not receive my Rs. 500/- advance. please return.

            I had been confirming my post paid plan details with the customer care And i was given the wrong details by him Due to which i am getting a huge sum to be paid for my bill When i re-confirmed the plan with another person next month i was said that the details give were wrong and he just apologized for the same This is misrepresentation in the eyes of law Im going to sue this company

              I have ported my 2 numbers from Vodafone Mumbai to Vodafone Karnataka. Since then I am facing an issue with regards to network. Vodafone doesn't have 3G network in Karnataka (this is what they confirmed when I raised a complaint), hence they have tied up with Airtel. This was not informed to me while porting the number. Due to this user need to select the network manually in Network Settings. I am facing network issue, as every after half an hour or one hour, on my mobile it shows message ""Managed Roaming - Network with limited service found. Do you want to initiate a network search?"" and then select the network. Twice I got a message as ""No SIM"" however it was showing the network. I raised a complaint on 14th Aug & TAT was 7 days. On 7th day Vodafone provided me some settings but even after that I was facing same issue. When I called Vodafone call centre they said that they have closed the complaint, hence raised another complaint which again7 days TAT. During this period I spoke to around 30-40 people asking for the status (each time I had to explain the issue) CSR said that I have to wait for 7 days. On 7th day when I called Vodafone (as there was no response), CSR told me that the complaint was closed & another complaint was raised without any resolution. I have escalated the matter to Nodal & Appellate but there is no response from them as well, not even holding reply. Have marked TRAI Nodal officer on that. No one is responding to the complaint. People who are trying to reach me on my mobile are getting message ""Number is not reachable or switched off"". Even I tried calling from landline on my number, I got same response even though it was showing full network. Vodafone is not providing any solution & closing the complaint without resolution.

              Any further update on this. There are additions to issue list:
              (1) Phone shows the status as "Roaming" within Bangalore also, every 15-30 mins it says "Selected network not available is not available, do you want to select the network manually" and I have select the network manually.
              (2) Anyone trying to call me getting message "The number you are trying to reach is either switched off or not reachable." Even though it shows full network on the mobile
              (3) Have to dial around 4-5 times If I need to call anyone.
              Still the network issue is not resolved.
              Last week CSR called me and gave me pathetic solution. She told me to switch to 2G network if I want to make a call & select 3G option when I want to use Internet. This is really pathetic, how can they expect the to user to select the network manually for calling & browsing.

                  My balance was deducted by some some automatically socialbook service activation during normal net surfing. When asking refund to Vodafone, they denied refund and disconnected call and blocked customer care no. From my phone.                     This complaint is for my cell no.[protected]. I had opted for the corporate monthly rental plan of 375 from 17 June that included unlimited internet at 3G peed 1GB and at reduced speed of 64kpbs post 1GB.

                    On receiving my first bill, i found that there was a charge of Rs. 97 for internet usage upto 11 July. upon complaining at corporate.[protected]@vodafone.in i got a call and a mail on 7th august requesting to pay the bill with excess charge and a credit of Rs 97 shall be provided in next bill.

                    Later i got a mail on 10th august stating that my plan is chargeable for usage beyond 1GB at 4p/10KB upto Rs. 650 and then shall be unlimited at reduced speed. This mail was sent to me on 10th august while the monthly cycle of 11 july to 10 august was already over and i had consumed more than 1 GB without knowing that usage beyond 1GB is chargable.

                    I received the next bill on 21 august with no credit of Rs 97 although guaranteed but also with Rs. 650 of additional charges.

                    Upon receiving this bill i've been raising complaints on corporate.[protected]@vodafone.in on 21 aug, 25 aug and 2 sept. Almost 2 weeks have past since my complaint on 21 aug but have received no revert until.

                    Whenever i call on customer support on 199 i am being told that vodafone had sent me mail on 10 aug explaining the plan. but those don't understand that the plan was explained on last day of bill cycle was already over and bill was already generated with excess charges.

                    These excess charges need to be reversed by Rs. 97 from bill dated 11 july and 650 from bill dated 11 aug.

                      I had done port out from vodafone 2.5 months ago from vodafone to idea but vodafone is regularly sending mebills and i have also informed them that i hav port out from vodafone and i have also visited vodafone store but my problem has not been resolved bot company are sending me bills

                        Sir i had recently got my no.[protected] Ported in Vodafone from idea. While porting my no. I got a offer of free callertune for 30 dys but when on 31th aug. 2015, i had activated caller tune service on my vodafone number they deducted 15rs for selecting callertune which was selected only from the songs played by the vodafone callertune number 1234 from where we can select callertune for no charges and 30rs as callertune charges for 30 days. Now even i am unable to contact Vodafone complaints centre 198 or customer care Center 121. Vodafone India is just fake promising to get more customers ported in it. I want my 45rs back.                           I recharged vodafone no.[protected] for rs 147 from mobikwik on 20 aug n den again for rs 149 from paytm on 21 aug wen voda.customer care said rchrg has failed n money will b refunded in 7 days both times money has been deducted bt no rchrg has hapnd n money has been deducted plzz make sure i recieve my money ( dis is d second time i m complaining)

                            Since 11 Aug 2015 I am communicating with vodafone help centre to resolve my complaint regarding billing but unexpectedly I am getting non customer friendly response. In my scenario it can be clearly seen that there is no way my mistake still I have to pay for your delay. The issue description is as follows.. I requested to port my number from mumbai to maharashtra circle last month around 20 July 2015. Got a call from your executive name Priyanka vodafone from mumbai office requesting to retain my number in mumbai circle as she has activated roam like home service while talking to me on phone. So i retained my number in mumbai circle. but when i got my bill this months i.e. for july 2015, the roaming charges are as it is and now your executives are saying roam like home was activated on 7th aug. But I have not requested it on 7 Aug 2015 instead it was 20 July 2015. Now tell me why should I pay roaming charges between 20 July 2015 to 7th Aug 2015??

                              I purchased a postpaid plan having offer- 3GB free data and 500 local and STD minutes free for three months. However, I just used the sim card for 3-4 days where I had hardly used some around 150MB data and 100 and thereafter it is witched off. They took 300Rs. as a deposit money from me. I received a message from them that you have a Bill of Rs. 1061 outstanding as your credit limit is expired. I told them multiple times that I have not completely utilized the offer scheme so how can you charge an extra money for the same. I asked for the print of all my utilized service details, they added many international messages going to my dad's no. which is a mumbai number and few other false charges. I did not pay this false charge so they called me multiple times for it, they send few people even at my place to ask for the money. Now, they have sent one letter from their advocate asking for that money plus 18% interest and said they can take further steps to recover it. This is how they cheat postpaid customers. Even I had heard of a case like this where that consumer went to the court for these type of false charges by Vodafone. The vodafone sim no. is [protected]. I want them to first of all return my deposited money. Since I have not utilized the scheme offer even, so stop harassing me with the calls for money. I have such a bad experience of buying their scheme that I will never in future buy or recommend anybody for vodafone.

                                Dear Sir / Madam (Request you to read the mail properly before replying) Subject: [protected] Converted from Post paid to Pre paid (AFTER CLEARING ALL THE DUES) I have converted the said vodafone mobile no. [protected] from postpaid to prepaid after clearing all the dues and yet I am getting mails from some Legal Team saying that the amount is due... Please confirm from your side if the amount is due or not. The vodafone store in Electronic City has given me the new Prepaid SIM only after clearing all the dues pertaining to the postpaid connection. Some time back i had written to you & mary from Vodafone has replied that there is nothing pending. If the amount was due why wasn't I contacted immediately Would you please communicate to the concerned team not to send the harassment mails repeatedly, I tried to talk to them but they don't respond well. Recently migrated my into postpaid but i want to migrate my no. into prepaid again due to wrong commitment o[censored]r executive. Your executive was given me the plan of Rs. 199. He was given me the plan details 600 L/N minutes free and 400 L/N sms free but after the activation of my no. my plan was 299 why your executive doing these types of frauds with customers. Please take the legal action againt him and migrate my into prepaid again and refund my security amount of Rs. 250/- immediately.                                     Hi, I did a Vodafone mobile Recharge (Rs. 200) for Bihar circle. This recharge was done through a third party Recharge site and I received the balance. The phone will be shared after your concern. After a day my Balance suddenly reached to Rs. 2, after contacting CC they said no recharge was done on the date. They ask me to confirm if the Recharge was done successful. Dear Vodafone - My Recharge was done, so that I was able to see the balance on Vodafone number. When the balance is under my account no third party can deduct my balance until my approval. Is this correct? so, instead of blaming other Can you please refund the deducted balance to my account ?

                                      I myself komal durjan dhenge complaining against the worst Service of Vodafone, Currently I am in bhandara dist and my contact number is :[protected], i have activated 2G unlimited plan wit 299 Rs and used only almost 300mb .. by mistake im recharge 19rs plan 3g then i got a msg ur plan in overwrite our 2g and i lost my 299rs plan because for only 60mb data plan activeted i make call to customer care but not get any help... so now i decided to go to consumer forum against vodafone .. plzz help me ... because of that i am suffering a lots of problem . It is my Experience to all of you that never go for Vodafone otherwise you will face what i am facing presently .dear vodafone plzz help me ... plz return my 2g unlimited plan plzzz god bless u and ur services im also big fan fan o[censored]rs dear plzzzz help me .. and give me my Vodafone 2g unlimited plan returned to me ...
