I did recharge of 300 on 6th August, But amount has not showing in my account, I called to customer they said either balance or money will be reverse in a week, After a week when i talked to customer care they lodge a request and said, it will revert in next 48 hrs, since then i m following up and then i got mail said i need to visit vodafone centre with bank statement which shows amount deduction. i provided at vodafone center Mehdipatnam Hyderabad, But still amount has not reversed, store guy saying it will come, but don't know how much may take,
Request you to provide the guidance on this.
